I went to Rhode Island Comic Con on Saturday, and easily one of the highlights of that day was getting to meet the Ghost with the Most himself (at least on Broadway), Alex Brightman! He loved the drawing I made him, and not only signed the autograph I bought, but signed an extra copy of my drawing I brought, free of any extra charge!

When I told him that it took me three hours to make this particular drawing, he looked utterly gobsmacked.

“Three hours?! That would take me three f***ing lifetimes!”

He then told me, in his Beetlejuice voice, to “keep making lovely art”, and I plan to! 😊

Went to Rhode Island Comic Con today. Relatively poor now, but got to meet Brandon and Bryce!! They were both very lovely!!!

Some really nice people did a Livestream of the Panel today and they showed the duet and it's performance and I'M SO NOT GOOOOOOOOD OMG IT WAS SO PERFECT!!

Also new trailer dropped andy hyperfixation was just calming down but now I'm BACK BITCH and I have to really really calm down but I can't because everything is PERFECTION.

There will be A DUET and Fizz and they will talk FEELINGS AND CASH EFFIN BUCKSO WILL BE THERE and we'll see what happened with Fizz from Blitzø point of view and Verosika and THE DAMN PARROT GUY and Alex said he's so happy to be part of the Helluva cast because it made his life so cheerful 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I'm sorry for the rambling but my brain does that, I can't even think straight. I'm so high on painkillers because I got a heavy migraine today after work but I didn't want to miss a thing.

I GOT TO MEET BRANDON ROGERS AND KEITH DAVID!! AND THEY SIGNED MY ART, MY ARTTTT

Brandon Rogers was awesome and super funny, and I'm so thrilled to have met him! When he took the pictures, I got a notification from Film Theory uploading, and he ofc had funny quips about it/MatPat retiring. Overall an awesome first con, first famous person met, everything.

I also met Keith David! No pictures to be shown for him unfortunately, but when it was my turn I was in the final few dozen people. Stood in his line from a little before 2pm to around 7pm, so we were all exhausted. After shaking his hand, getting another drawing signed, and saying how much I loved his work, I asked him one question. "What's your favorite dinosaur?" He really thought about it for a few seconds, before saying "Tyrannosaurus." I hope a silly question like that helped him get through at least a few more people of the final dozen or so.

I also gave both of them a mini version of the drawings I did for them! I know celebrities normally toss the things given to them by fans, but one can hope they kept mine :>

I'll definitely be going back to comic con in the coming years! Maybe this time I'll actually be able to see artist alley lmao
