the video was released about 4 days after jkittymeow (basically the co-creator of fandroid since she was there in fandroids very first song as a sort of test comment(?) at the beginning) made her twitter thread about him. this twitter thread was completely left out of his video, but is the most damning piece of evidence against griffinilla. either the video was released a week early for patreon members so he didnt get to add this somewhere in the video, or he did no research

his 10-12 minute video had 3 keypoints: kinitopet is griffs oc, screenshot of griff being a pedo to a minor, and "his" "apology" video. 2 of these are completely wrong

at the start he said he didnt know wat a "fandroid gaming" was, and that if his comments could tell him wat it is itd be appreciated

first keypoint: kinitopet is griffs oc

this part of the video is completely wrong. he did a VERY surface level dissection of griffs kinitopet song "friend analysis", he said that kinitopet was griffs oc (dont remember if he said it as a fact or a theory), and proceeded to connect the whole song to his actions towards his victim, basically saying that the whole song is griff projecting how he feels about his victim and wat he wants to do to them onto kinitopet.

second keypoint: screenshot of griff being a pedo to a minor

a small picture of griff and his victim talking in dms on discord was shown in the middle of his video, i dont remember the exact things that were said tho

also after he shows this picture he goes off on a rant about how pedos are bad for a few minutes straight, aka saying "pedos are bad" in several different very long winded ways, thats it. THE VIDEO IS LIKE 12 MINUTES LONG

third keypoint: "his" "apology" video

louis mcclung said that this was griffs apology video, then proceeded to shit on him saying that this is one of the worst apology videos ever

this is literally the epoch animation meme that people use when a famous person gets in trouble, what do i even say???? the artist literally even said it in the pinned comment

then he got a lot of backlash cuz of how very misinformed he is, i remember one specific comment talking about how he shouldnt cover fandom drama if he wont do the research (worded more nicely tho). then he made a pinned comment apologizing for his mistakes, but only for the first keypoint, said that he doesnt do much video game stuff so he didnt know, "wont happen again" blah blah blah

Not to sound like a person who actually cares about children, but it's so alarming that there's this tendency and trend of not telling kids about their medical conditions that are in their charts.

I'm finding out as an adult that they (though it's not documented who) diagnosed me with a life-long, chronic condition without telling me when I was a teenager. I found out recently when I got curious about my medical charts, and otherwise, I would not have known what's wrong with me. I've been left with more questions than answers, and I feel like a private investigator investigating my own damn health and life.

Is this medical malpractice? Yes. However, I think it also speaks to a broader point of how children are seen to not be entitled to their own lives in any capacity, to the point where they are (intentionally or not) made ignorant about things that are or will affect them.

Any tips for being a suicidal 15 year old?

When I was a suicidal 15 year old everyone told me “it gets better”, and it sounded like bullshit. And frankly, it still sounds like bullshit. Like oh, what, I’m living in hell and you’re not gonna help me or *do* anything or give me any useful advice and I’m supposed to just hang in there on the nebulous, pithy promise that things are just gonna work out on their own? And you can’t tell me how or why, I’m just supposed to take it on the faith that I don’t have that something might change in ways I haven’t considered?

But yeah. It does. And it’s frustrating as hell.

Yes, things are gonna get better, and they’re gonna get better in ways I can’t describe even after experiencing it myself. Things you don’t even know CAN be different WILL be different. One day you’re just going to step outside and realize things got better somewhere and you didn’t even notice it happening.

And there’s really nothing I can say that makes that sound even a little bit believable.

I guess all I can tell you is that you have to want to believe it.
