OG au concept
“Feral Owlets” AU
8yo Luz Noceda, who still hasn’t moved to Gravesfield, falls in a body of water and ends up on King’s island, where she spends the next 4 years before being found by Eda.
“Eda barely managed to wrestle these on” & “Stuck in another world & it’s not what she thought it would be” in case you can’t read my writing

okay, but where's my steddie AU where steve wants to learn to play guitar to impress a girl he's infatuated with and he remembers that munson kid was always hanging up posters for his weird band at school, so he hikes out to eddie's usual dealing spot behind the track and asks (with far less groveling than he really should have) if eddie will teach him how to play, and obviously eddie says no because why would he want to help king steve, but of course, steve offers to pay him, $20 a week, and well, that's the kind of get-the-hell-out-of-this-shithole-town cash eddie really can't afford to refuse, so fine, he'll teach steve to play and they'll spend inordinate amounts of time together tucked away in eddie's room and they'll start to see that they have more in common than they thought and that they kind of had each other all wrong, and eddie will put his hand over steve's to help him get the placement for a tricky chord and it totally won't awaken anything in either of them?? where is it??
edit: i started writing it

Hey I just finished Hilda season 3 and I am forever changed.
I joke that I could write a thesis about some media but I could really truly talk for hours about how fucking good Hilda is.
It’s core strength, which tears at my heart and soul so earnestly, is that it is not just a story about child adventurer, but equally a story about the MOTHER of a child adventurer and it’s just so beautiful. So impactful.
I think Johanna may be one of my favorite characters… ever. I think she is Absolutey Incredible.
Season three was just so amazing, the whole series is. I beg y’all to watch it because it’s so so good and deserves all the love it can get.

Yo, Bat-family comic loreheads. Has Jason ever been shown "whining" or otherwise talking to the Batfam about how he woke up buried alive in his grave?
Other than that time in Nightwing 1996 when he had his Nightwing suit and was in decent physical condition—was there a time when Dick had to dig his way out of his own grave? With his bare fingers? What was his physical and mental condition afterwards?
I'm sure it sucked, and he deserves compassion without his experience being compared to others—but was it so bad that he'd smugly mock Jason for selfishly whining about his own trivial experience?
An inquiring mind would like to know.
