hi! i have some questions! what does "trad" mean? because i have personally traditional views for ex. i want to be a farm homewife, however i dont believe thats the womens place/anyone should be forced to. i just want to for myself cause i love farms and family values etc. but is that what trad means? and if so, why is that bad? im not a supporter of colonialism in the cottagecore community, but why would traditionalism be bad? not trying to be rude, just genuinely curious!

Hi! Yeah by trad I meant tradfascists specifically. Wanting to take on a more traditional role like a housewife is totally valid. Tradfascists think a woman’s place is in the home having kids or w/e and it supports colonialism and shit like that. Usually people who just like traditional stuff would be referred to as traditional whereas the tradfascist types are called trads for short. I hope that clears it up and if anyone wants to add something on feel free!

oof i have ocd too it sucks! and recently anxiety too (i started having panic attacks this past year---they are so scary!) but NAMI is great and love the fact that you are so enthusiastic to educate yourself! and sidenote the science behind mental illnesses is also so interesting...(idk what the point of this ask was lmao i just crave social interaction HA)

So what tea do I recommend? Hmmm. Well, I myself drink Earl Grey (with honey) because it's not too strong, so my migraine gets along with it, and I'd recommend it if you like lemon-y taste. Altho, I don't really even taste it as lemony? But maybe I'm just so used to the taste - I did drink lemon (black) tea years and years ago, and I think these two taste way different.

Also one time in my life I got to drink some tea that was flavored with rose petals. And that was so delicious?????? Like, I have been looking for that same tea for ages after that but I just can't find it! I only remember that it was one of the Lipton pyramid teas, and it was probably like... closer to 15 years ago, my cousin had that and I can't even remember if it was black tea or maybe white tea, or maybe herbal tea??? I only remember it having rose petals in it and that it tasted very interesting but also good, and I'd love to taste that same tea agai,n but I haven't found it ever since. It's almost as if I had imagined the whole thing, but I know for sure I didn't imagine it!

So that's a tea I would recommend, if I just was able to find it from somewhere again!!! :D
