(Not a complaint to be clear) Honestly Akane is one of the least problematic & levelheaded characters in the entire Ranma 1/2 series, she really only has two problems: 1: Ranma always makes her lose her temple & resort to violence, 2: She has a tendency to jump to conclusions and not listen to people. Everyone else in Ranma 1/2 is way more stalkerish, violent, perverted, greedy, manipulative, ETC! :D

Akane is more on the tame side compared to other Ranma 1/2 characters for sure!

I love so, so much that Ranma still has active fans. I've been a fan since I was a kid in the early 90's and I'm really glad it hasn't faded to obscurity. I was wondering, can you post a full-sized version of the picture of Ranma and Akane in your user icon? I just love it! Thanks so much for your blog! <3

Thank you that's awesome that you've been a fan since the 90s! I'm also super happy that the fandom is still active. I've had this blog for nearly 9 years and it's great seeing the love for Ranma. Japan still releases Ranma merch every year which I love.

I've recently been interacting with other Ranma fans on other social media as well. I think Twitter may have the most Ranma fans and with google translate, it's getting easier to interact with fans of other languages. Discord is also good for discussing about Ranma too. Tumblr is still my prefered since I can queue content months in advance. I'm actually on holidays at the moment but this blog will post daily Ranma content while I'm away.

I’m not sure if anyone else actually hates Hikaru Gosunkugi, but I get the feeling that he’s not exactly a darkhorse character. I kind of like him though, out of some kind of pity.
