AT HOME LEGS WORKOUT. This is a lower body strength circuit. Start off with a 5 to 10 minute warm up to gradually increase your heart rate and blood circulation as well as loosen your joints and increase blood flow to your muscles. This is something that you should ALWAYS do before exercising. Below is the breakdown of the workout. I also added this workout to my highlights so go to my profile and check it out there for easy reference. - *Kettlebell Swing 25 reps *Dumbbell Squat 20 reps *Reverse Lunge to Curl 15 reps per side *Dumbbell Squat & Leg Lift 20 reps total *Walking Lunge Kickback 20 reps total *Dumbbell Side Lunge 15 reps per side *Complete 3 rounds *Finish with 30 minutes cardio (optional) - P.S. FULL BODY HOME WORKOUT | There are four moves, repeat each move 4 times for 40 seconds on and 20 off with 60 seconds between each exercise. If you’re really game - you’ll repeat the whole thing twice. Choose heavy dumbbells that you can lift with good form. As a heavily generalised observation that I witness in gyms; Men choose weights they can’t lift properly and women choose weights they can lift too easily. The result is either injury (in the case of men) and/or no adaptation or results (in women).
