So, I posted my previous "autism monster" on reddit and someone had the gall to say it wasn't "monstrous enough". And I took that personal!

So I took on the challenge and set out to create something truly horrifying. So I present to you: The Autism Abomination!

It's my first time drawing something in this style, but I hope I actually did it well enough.

~Autistic traits of Asa Emory that is just me projecting~

1. I honestly don't know if this is an autistic thing (I'm going to look it up later), but Asa tends to over eat sometimes bc he cannot tell when he's full (that is why he is a bit chubby <33)

2. Asa shaves his legs bc he's hates the feeling of his leg hair touching his pants and socks (he wears longish socks that tend to be tight). However, he doesn't like shaving, so he forces himself to deal with the sensory issues to get used to the feeling.

3. This isn't something I do bc I despise eye contact, but Asa is definitely on the other end of the spectrum when it comes to eye contact. Instead of the stereotypical avoiding, he will stare at you without blinking or looking away the entire time he's with you. He creeps people out when he does this.

4. This man does not know how to socialize. He isn't shy or anything, but when someone is talking to him, he is barely listening. He is thinking of how and when he should respond. Asa doesn't understand social cues. This leads to him not responding when he should, and accidentally ignoring people.

5. Asa hates loud people. Whenever his victims scream, he gets so annoyed and overstimulated. He leaves the room to cool down. That is why he kicks the red trunk so many times during the first movie.

6. He barely uses the bathroom. A person, normally, uses the bathroom around 6-7 times a day (according to Google. Obviously it's different for everyone), but the most this man will use the bathroom is three times. Sometimes it would only be two-- once in the morning and once at night. Asa cannot tell when he needs to use the bathroom. This has led to pain and gastrointestinal issues (a bit tmi I suppose but this isn't talked about enough)

7. I headcanon that whenever Asa stimmed as a child, his father would force him to stop. So, as an adult, he doesn't feel comfortable stimming noticeably. He doesn't jump up and down or spin around in circles. His stims consist of clicking pens, humming, playing with any ring he's wearing, licking the back of his teeth, etc. Just any stims that are barely noticeable.

8. Asa doesn't have a full routine that he follows daily, but there are a few things that he HAS to do or else he'll be stressed. Any delay in doing the certain tasks will leave him angry.

9. Dude doesn't like being touched sometimes. Mainly unexpectedly. Whenever someone touches him out of the blue, he can feel it even minutes later.

10. Asa likes heavy things on him. The pressure feels nice.

That is all I can think of rn. I am tired and cannot think of any more of my traits. Autistic Asa means so much to me <33
