kinda poetic the final qsmp event is on a friday so phil streams hardcore to make it canonical. because, in fact, phil cannot go back to quesadilla island, to his dreams, he is in that deep sleep and can't wake up. instead, he is in his hardcore world, his world, where he came from, where he belongs. while all his old friends go through their last leg of their adventure together without him.

Rereading FMA is like yay!! Yippie!! I love these characters so much!! I love this magic system so much!! I love this worldbuilding so much!!! This is all so funny and interesting and foreshadows the themes and plotlines we will encounter later in the story so well!! Then you see the words "The Alchemist's Suffering" and cold ice washes over your spine
