She was the firstborn, she reminded those who would listen, and had been a dragonrider before any of her siblings, yet all of them and “even my own mother” had conspired to pass her over.

I guess it's mostly how Maegor's crimes ruins the lives of everyone around Rhaena long after he dies.

I like Elissa Farman's arc in Fire and Blood. Sure it's pretty shitty how she steals Dreamfyre's dragon eggs and betrays Rhaena but she had a goal in mind and she accomplished it which is pretty admirable. She set out to explore the whole of the Sunset Sea and even went as far as Asshai and was probably the first to do so. She was wild and an adventurer at heart and it was understandable in a way that she was tired of the monotony of Dragonstone and wanted to leave in search of greater pursuits despite the fact that she may have loved Rhaena.

She gives me Arya at the end of GOT season 8 vibes and I like it.
