But according to whom are Jace, Luke, and Joffrey besides the Green faction ? Their stans love citing the law of Westeros as gospel so which jurisdictional entity or institution declared them bastards ? Bastardry is entirely a legal construct, not biologically inherent. One is only a bastard if the state declares you as such and legally classifies you as such. When did the legal institutions of Westeros classify them as bastards and name them Rivers/Waters ? Aegon II himself didn’t pulled a Richard III and declared his nephews as bastards. History books refers to them as Velaryons and Maester Gyldayn call Jace “a worthy heir to the Iron Throne.”

Her dresses are based on Byzantine and Ancient Greek fashion because Rhaenyra’s Byzantine inspired coronation gown was the best of the entire show and that style should’ve been utilized more, especially for the Velaryons who needed better hair and costuming. The other dresses are inspired by 1680s French fashion and Tudor fashion because that’s kind of the head cannon for royalty in the ASOIAF fandom.

Am i the only person when they see dragons? They wonder what they would be like as humans? Or spoke like humans? Or had the ability to shift into human form?

I've been wondering what the dragons from GOT and HOTD would be like if they had a human form but could still turn into their dragon form and still possessed their abilities.

Would they be a house? Would they be a tribe? Would they be a clan? What would they be like as humans? Would they still have some dragon features as human? What would be their relationship with the Targaryens? What would the dragons be like with each other as humans since they have different riders? How would their courtship work?

I've got questions, people.

What I agree with-

Both sides doing some fucked up shit.

Corlys not being a person who sucked (bro lowkey made it to the end until his execution , was just an ass kisser , and was trying to live his life by doing what was asked of him)

Both being highly hypocritical.

Blaming Viserys (no need to explain)

Blaming Daemon (He has good fathering qualities but , he's a walking red flag and the blood and cheese incident in my perspective was psychological warfare to a certain degree. I'll explain this in another post)

Blaming Rhaenyra (to a certain extent , yes!)

Blaming both sides to a certain extent (All the way because , they weren't thinking about how this could effect their children)

Yes viserys could of got a paramour to help cope with Aemma or find an AGE APPROPRIATE suitor for himself (Not some innocent 14 , 15 , 16 , or 17 year old girl who wants to be teen idle and enjoy her girlhood)

Yes , Viserys treated Alicent like a glorified mistress and the children did get treated second-class.

What I don't agree with-

Blaming Alicent entirely (she was maritally raped; she was married young into an unwanted relationship she could not refuse at the hands of her manipulative, mentally abusive father and King Viserys himself) I do, however, know she did things out of fear, and we can see that in the trailer, she's slowly reverting back to her childhood self, hence why she's looking at Rhaenyra in the posters. She still feels guilty over what happened twenty years ago, and it's sad. Rhaenyra, however, is just like, "Fuck you, I'm coming for your son, no if's or but's about it." I do believe she is to blame for her children's deaths (to a certain extent , not all the way because , remember we've got Daemon , Viserys , Rhaenyra , and Otto in the conflict as well.)

Blaming Aegon (Yes , I agree with blaming him for his personal mistakes. Him being put on the throne obviously wasn't his fault. Aegon is quite impulsive and it shows. As the abused becomes the abuser.(This is shown with how Otto treats Alicent and how Alicent is with Aegon when it comes to fulfilling his forced role as king. I honestly do hope we get a good character development with Aegon. I'd like to see a very serious side to him especially after the future incidents that'll take place besides blood and cheese.)

The Jaehaera hate club (Like the Blackcels need a moral compass. I don't understand why some of you have hate towards a girl who has nothing to do with what happened, though she saw events take place and they affected her. She also succumbs a fate familiar to her mother.)

When "He or she is nothing but a victim" card is pulled on characters who've done some deceitful and feisty shit. The only characters who get the green light to pull this card is Jaehaera , Laena Velaryon , Aemma Arryn , Aegon the third , Viserys the Second , Laenor Velaryon (He just wanted to be in peace and live his life. People that he did justice for did him dirty.) Maelor (Aegon II's second son) , Helaena , and Jaehaerys the second. (I would add Joffrey Velaryon onto this list but , I'm not sure.)

Alicent deserved what happened to her; she deserved better to some extent, and so did Rhaenyra. Rhaenyra, however, is wrong for blaming Alicent and having beef with her two-year-old son. Both made mistakes to some extent, and what can be rightfully defended can be rightfully defended with logic.

Viserys not being bashed. He paved the way for people with daddy issues , mommy issues , anger issues , Depression (different types) , sociopathic issues , and adhd (Aegon) to all go to war with each other. He failed his children and set them up. They all deserved better to some extent. It's an ongoing domino effect that happened with Aegon the conqueror, his two sister wives and their children , Aegon the unworthy and his illegitimate children who he legitimated upon his death. The dynasty got fucked over multiple times in history but the dance made the biggest permeable impact. Everyone's desires came at a cost and most did not take accountability. In conclusion, that is my analysis.

Alyssa ended up a bit taller than I wanted but I like how the designs came out. I struggled with Alyssa's style but I feel like she'd be more toned down than Visenya and Rhaenys. It doesn't t make sense though considering the stability and wealth the conquerors provided.

I wanted to like the Velaryons so much but they have no depth. Ironically enough, Vaemond, the one I'm suppose to hate, is the only with depth and good insight on the actual issue that Lucerys would cause within the house.

I'm not buying that everybody from House Velaryon just blindly follows Corlys because he's the head of the House. Imagine the cousins, nephews and all that getting passed over for a clear bastard. Y'all telling me there wouldn't be a civil conflict.

Being Rhaenyra’s First Daughter Would Include . . .

Rhaenyra would love having a daughter. She loves her sons, but she’d feel like she has a special connection to you as her daughter.

You’d be adored by your entire family, including Harwin.

Your brothers would be very protective of you and if you got on your cousins’ good side, they might have a soft spot for you as well.

You’d definitely become best friends with Helaena.

She names you the Godmother of her children.

You’d learn everything there is to know about being a Princess and would be loved by the public.

I think you’d be distraught at Laenor’s death, even though you might not be his real child, and would disapprove of your mother marrying Daemon so quickly.

I can see you and Dameon having similar personalities with your sarcasm, so the two of you are always arguing and Rhaenyra is so tired of it.

You’d remind Alicent of how Rhaenyra was as a teen and she’d secretly not hate you.

You’d also get your own dragon and would adore him/her! Rhaenyra would teach you how to fly and you’d love soaring around in the skies for hours on end.

I think you’d be obedient enough as a Princess (as in, attending all the fancy dinners without protest) but you wouldn’t want to play into royalty entirely. You’d have fun doing stuff on your own and not completely devoting yourself to being royalty.

The public would definitely like you and you’d have a lot of suitors pining after you.

What if . . . After Viserys dies, you side with the greens? 👀 Because you still consider them family and would want to stick together and hopefully clear things up.

Your family doesn’t know but when Aemond accidentally kills your brother, you’re distraught and try to return to your family.

That probably won’t go well at all

You want your mother to be Queen, but you understand why Alicent would think that Viserys’ dying wish was for Aegon to be crowned. You know how much time Rhaenyra has been away from the palace and you’re not sure how much she knows about ruling, which causes a rift in your family.

At the end of the day, Rhaenyra could never turn against you and neither can your family.

I can actually see you being as the one to Rhaenyra’s and Alicent’s families again!

I think you’d be very respected and would want to work hard to do the very best for your Kingdom.
