Healthy hair speaks volumes
Taking care of your hair is essential for maintaining its health and promoting growth. While there are various products on the market, including hair growth serums, that claim to help with hair growth, it's essential to approach them with realistic expectations and combine them into your hair care routine.
Here are some general tips on how to take care of your hair with the use of a hair serum for hair fall treatment:
Choose a Quality Hair Growth Serum
Research and choose a reputable hair serum for hair growth that contains ingredients known to support hair health and growth. Ayurvedic and natural hair serum for hair growth is always an effective and safe option. Look for natural ingredients such as Bhringraj, Jatamansi, Paras Pipal, and herbs that are known for their hair growth benefits.
Follow the Instructions
Carefully read and follow the instructions provided with the hair serum for hair growth. It's crucial to use the product as directed for the best results and to avoid any potential side effects.
Cleanse Your Scalp
A clean scalp is essential for healthy hair growth. Use a mild shampoo to keep your scalp clean and free from excess oils and dirt. Using harsh shampoos can strip your scalp of its natural oils.
Massage Your Scalp
Gently massaging your scalp can improve blood circulation, which can help deliver essential nutrients to your hair follicles. You can do this while applying the hair serum for hair growth or as a separate routine.
Keep Hydrated
Water is essential for overall health, including hair health. Drink enough water to keep your hair and scalp moisturized from the inside out.
Balanced Diet
A balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and proteins is crucial for healthy hair growth. Include foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains in your diet to provide the necessary nutrients for your hair.
Avoid Excessive Heat and Styling
Excessive heat styling, such as blow-drying and using hot tools, can damage your hair and inhibit growth.
Reduce Stress
Stress levels can add to your hair woes. Stress-reduction methods like yoga, deep breathing exercises, and meditation help to maintain a healthy mindset.
Protect Your Hair
Use protective measures like hats or scarves when exposed to harsh sunlight or extreme weather conditions. This can prevent damage to your hair and scalp. A few hair serums for hair growth may contain sulfate, parabens, and other harmful chemicals. Select a hair serum for hair fall treatment that is free from chemicals and has an herbal composition.
Regular Trims
Regular trims can help remove split ends and prevent further damage. While cutting your hair won't directly promote growth, it will keep your hair looking healthy and prevent breakage.
Conclusion
Remember that hair growth can be influenced by genetics and other factors, and results from using a hair serum for hair growth may vary from person to person. It's essential to be patient and consistent in your hair care routine. If you are one of those blessed with beautiful hair, keep it attractive and lovely with the right hair serum for hair growth, maintaining its beauty lifelong.

Hiiii! I have such a good request, it’s been on my mind for quite a while now! So can we get a Muzan x reader? She’s been with him since he was human, she loves his long hair. She gets really annoyed and sad that he cuts it. She literally has a mental breakdown because he cuts it. She’s really over dramatic btw.
I can’t blame her though, muzan with long hair was just… 🥵…
Muzan Cuts His Hair
Muzan blinked his eyes as he gave you a dull stare.
"What ... is the problem?"
He can't comprehend what the fuss is about. All he did was cut his hair so that it was easier to move around in. He accidentally burnt some split ends into it too many times while developing his demon attacks.
"How could you, Muzan!?" you whine, sobbing and covering your face.
"It's hair," is all Muzan can say.
"It was so beautiful! If you didn't want to make split ends, you could have tied it up! Muzaaaaaaann!!"
"I do not have the intention to waltz around like some of these cocky young samurai do with their long ponytails."
You scream. "How could you have done this without asking me!?"
Muzan sighs and tries to walk away.
"No!" you wail and run to him, grabbing onto his clothes to keep him from moving away. "You need to regrow your hair! You can do that, can't you? Regrow it just -- just -- halfway to what it was before! Pleeeassee!"
"No. Stop making a fuss."
"You're not the same anymore!"
"I am the same. It's hair."
"Muzaaaann!!"
He takes a deep breath and takes your hands, removing them from his clothes before he turns to face you. "Y/n. It's still my hair. It's still wavy. It's still soft. It's my hair. This conversation is over."
His coldness to the situation makes you cry even more and you fall to your knees begging him to somehow grow his hair back.
"I will let it grow back naturally. Does that suit you?"
He's not really going to, but by the time it grows back past his shoulders, you would have been used to the new length anyway and wouldn't be so whiny about it. He thinks.
"Why naturally, Muzan!? We're demons! We don't have to do anything naturally!"
"I cannot grow it back on its own."
"How!?" you start to become more demanding. "You can grow more brains and more hearts but you can't grow more hair!?"
He gives you a blank stare. "I can't. So, you'll have to be patient." His eyes slid to the side as he looked out of the corners of his vision, noticing Tamayo loitering around by the door. "Deal with Tamayo."
"Tamayo?" you ask in a surprised tone.
Muzan gestures with his chin towards the door.
You look and see her back away. "Oh ..."
Muzan starts to leave.
"Where are you going?" you ask him.
"To try to turn that red spider lily I have blue. Now, either continue crying here or forget about my hair and come help me."
You decide to give in for the time being and help Muzan with his experiments. If anything, you simply did not want to end up having to talk to Tamayo.
By the way, you do get your way and he grows his hair back somehow. Here's Muzan in the Sengoku Era with his short hair:
Tumblr media
And here's him later when he turns Akaza into a demon:

And Muzan in Hantengu's backstory:

So, you'll get plenty more time to enjoy his luscious locks 😁

Taking candy for a fool part 8
The next time you came to the factory, you had a pair of noise canceling earbuds so you wouldn’t have to hear the screams. You felt like a garbage human for it but realistically, it’s all you could do. At least keep out the mental damage of hearing living creatures scream for an hour.
After the usual time had passed, you made your way back to the boy’s room. You saw someone creeping around in the back through the halls, but they were far too massive to be a human. You thought it was a little too soon for a candy critter to slip out of their room right after the harvest, but you decided not to questions it without the boys.
Tumblr media
The boy’s faces seemed to brightened when you came in, which made you feel happier that you were at least giving them positive emotions.
“Better…Seeing you certainly cheers us up.” Sunny smiled before taking another sip of syrup. You watched as the candy glass of his ray’s slowly grew as he drank. It was truly a marvel to watch these two heal, despite how awful it was that they had to. “It’s nice to have a friend to look forward to seeing.”
Moon’s hat grew like hair before connecting the ends together, a Moondrop forming at the base.
“What’s it like when you shed naturally?” You asked, trying not to stare.
“Well, for one it doesn’t hurt.” Sunny smiled. “but that’s probably obvious. Usually the outer candy shells just kind of fall off, and we can just kind of shake like a dog and loose it all.”
“Do you look all mangled and show your skeleton?” You asked with interest.
“Mangled, kind of. Skeleton, no.” Moon cleared up. “Usually, the candy already has started to regrow at that point so we still have some covering our endo skeleton’s.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You thought for a minute, thinking of what had happened the other day on your way out, with the taffy creatures.
“You said most of you started with metal skeletons…but what about the taffy guys? They don’t seem to have bones.” You asked.
Both stopped drinking their syrup and looked nervous. “The taffy puppets, uh…” Sun started, squirming as he clenched his feeding tube tightly.
“They don’t…they’re very unique. We really don’t know what they started as. They might have started as just the masks or something." Moon said uncomfortably. "We don’t know. And…we honestly avoid them. They’re weird in an…unsafe feeling sense, you know?”
“We never know when nightmarionne come’s out, and when he does, it’s chaotic. Only his brother’s can calm him down. He’s…killed before.” Sun frowned.
“Not that we wouldn’t take a chance at revenge if we could…” Moon mumbled. As Moon said this, He appeared to have finished healing, but seemed to have extra syrup. He absent mindedly tucked it down near a hold in the floor that was previously covered by a pillow.
You gasped as something red came out of the hole, and gently took the tube from Moon.
Tumblr media
You gasped at the sight of red fingertips, pulling the tubbing through the hole. You watched more syrup drain through it.
“Who…who is that?” You asked cautiously.
Moon jolted slightly, as if seeming to realize that his friend was outed. He looked at you, concern, and fear on his face.
“Moon I won’t tell anyone, you know that. I wouldn’t hurt you or your friends like that.” You told him quickly.
He looked at Sun before putting the tube away. “Okay but…you need to know that…Fazbear thinks he’s dead.” Sun said before giving the wall a couple prominent knocks.
You hear shuffling behind their door before it creaked open, showing larger candy being. You’ve never seen him before, but he felt familiar.

If Lily was undergoing chemo at all, she would of most obviously have had massive HAIR LOSS.
Even my sibling who has very thick locks naturally had a huge chunk of hair fall out when going through the treatment for a full 6 months, the bald spotting was not easy to miss and it took ages to regrow.
Stanning this woman is a football fields' worth of red flags. Unless she's willing to shave her head to sell the act, I do not expect her to exhibit any of the blatant symptoms every single cancer survivor has dealt with.
that's the most glaring red flag of all. LO loves her hair, she loves getting praise about it, she loves to talk about it and she even talked about how she has trauma around having it cut. there's nothing wrong with any of that, but because of that detail it's not possible that she has been losing her hair in chunks for months and never say a single word of it to anyone. putting aside all the other side effects from chemo, that lost alone can be extremely traumatic for people who aren't LO too. if she had actually lived through that we'd have heard something already, she'd have every right to grieve that on her social media... and she didn't. because she hasn't actually lost anything. the only symptons she's going with is being tired and nausea... both of which i discussed on my posts. it could be that LO just googled common symptons after chemo or she got lazy and just went along with what my blog said. in any case, because of this ask and my response, i can already imagine the following reactions from her: -she takes a picture of a place on her head where it's completely normal to not have that much hair, but it's unclear enough that she wants you to believe that's a bold spot. or she photoshops a bold spot into it. -she tells people "don't want to talk about it, stop asking, fascist creep" when a convenient anon asks her about it. -she tells people that she did lost hair (but not as much as you'd expect because LO is not like other cancer survivors, she's especial *eyeroll*), but she got a good wig already or she's all better thanks to her unique and especial native genes. -she takes pictures of a completely normal amount of hair to lose on her pillow or a lock of hair she cut herself and claims that was chemo. -whatever response is like, that'd be it. she won't ever post pictures of her wig or that spot ever again, she may just post a completely normal happy selfie claiming she's so glad she got her hair back. but LO'll never shave her hair or actually cut it too short for this act, i just don't see it.
before anyone asks... no, there's nothing conceivable that LO can do that'd make her claims of having cancer and chemo all this time believable for me. even if she did shave her entire hair (just by saying this wait for an anon saying i want an "indigenous woman" to lose her hair), i still wouldn't believe it. the time to play out how sick and how much of a b word chemo is has passed. i was there all of last year following LO and i have actual experience seeing what cancer does to people. many of her followers didn't pay as much attention or weren't there for many things, but i was. my blog is a testimonial to it. LO might try, but i won't be gaslighted into believing that the LO i saw last years was going through one of the most hellish experiences any human being can withstand and she was just that good at hiding it from everyone. i refuse to.

Vitamin A Plays Key Role in Regulating Skin Stem Cell Lineage Plasticity, Study Finds
New research reveals the impact of retinoic acid on the fate of hair follicle stem cells in wound repair and hair regeneration.
When a child falls off her bike and scrapes her knee, skin stem cells rush to the rescue, growing new epidermis to cover the wound. But only some of the stem cells that will ultimately patch her up are normally dedicated to replenishing the epidermis that protects her body.
Others are former hair follicle stem cells, which usually promote hair growth but respond to the more urgent needs of the moment, morphing into epidermal stem cells to bolster local ranks and repair efforts. To do that, these hair follicle stem cells first enter a pliable state in which they temporarily express the transcription factors of both types of stem cells, hair and epidermis.
Now, new research demonstrates that once stem cells have entered this state, known as lineage plasticity, they cannot function effectively in either role until they choose a definitive fate. In a screen to identify key regulators of this process, retinoic acid, the biologically active form of Vitamin A, surfaced as a surprising rheostat. The findings shed light on lineage plasticity, with potential clinical implications.
youtube
Understanding Lineage Plasticity and its Implications
Lineage plasticity has been observed in multiple tissues as a natural response to wounding and an unnatural feature of cancer. But minor skin injuries are the best place to study the phenomenon because the skin's outer layers are subject to perpetual abuse. And when the scratches or abrasions damage the epidermis, hair follicle stem cells are the first responders.
Dr. Elaine Fuchs and her colleagues at Rockefeller University began to look more closely at lineage plasticity because it, "can act as a double-edged sword," explains Matthew Tierney, lead author on the paper and an NIH K99 "pathway to independence" postdoctoral awardee in the Fuchs lab. "The process is necessary to redirect stem cells to parts of the tissue most in need, but if left unchecked, it can leave those same tissues vulnerable to chronic states of repair and even some types of cancer."
The Role of Retinoic Acid in Resolving Lineage Plasticity
To better understand how the body regulates this process, Fuchs and her team screened small molecules for their ability to resolve lineage plasticity in cultured mouse hair follicle stem cells, under conditions that mimicked a wound state. They were surprised to find that retinoic acid, a biologically active form of vitamin A, was essential for these stem cells to exit lineage plasticity and then be coaxed to differentiate into hair cells or epidermal cells in vitro.
"Through our studies, first in vitro and then in vivo, we discovered a previously unknown function for vitamin A, a molecule that has long been known to have potent but often puzzling effects on skin and many other organs," Fuchs says.
The Nuances of Retinoic Acid and Stem Cell Regulation
The team found that genetic, dietary, and topical interventions that boosted or removed retinoic acid from mice all confirmed its role in balancing how stem cells respond to skin injuries and hair regrowth. Interestingly, retinoids did not operate on their own: Their interplay with signaling molecules such as BMP and WNT influenced whether the stem cells should maintain quiescence or actively engage in regrowing hair.
The nuance did not stop there. Fuchs and colleagues also demonstrated that retinoic acid levels must fall for hair follicle stem cells to participate in wound repair—if levels are too high, they fail to enter lineage plasticity and can't repair wounds—but if the levels are too low, the stem cells focus too heavily on wound repair, to the expense of hair regeneration.
"This may be why vitamin A's effects on tissue biology have been so elusive," Fuchs says.
Implications for Hair Biology and Cancer Research
One result of retinol biology remaining obscure for so long is that retinoid and vitamin A applications have long produced confusing results. Topical retinoids are known to stimulate hair growth in wounds, but excessive retinoids have been shown to prevent hair cycling and cause alopecia; both positive and negative effects of retinoids on epidermal repair have been documented through various studies. The present study brings greater clarity by casting retinoids in a more central role—at the helm of regulating both hair follicle and epidermal stem cells.
"By defining the minimal requirements needed to form mature hair cell types from stem cells outside the body, this work has the potential to transform the way we approach the study of hair biology," Tierney says.
Furthermore, the Fuchs lab is interested in how retinoids impact lineage plasticity in cancer, particularly squamous and basal cell carcinoma. "Cancer stem cells never make the right choice—they are always doing something off-beat," Fuchs says. "As we were studying this state in many types of stem cells, we began to realize that when lineage plasticity goes unchecked, it's a key contributor to cancer."
Basal cell carcinomas have relatively little lineage plasticity and are far less aggressive than squamous cell carcinomas. If future studies demonstrate that suppressing lineage plasticity is key to controlling tumor growth and improving outcomes, retinoids may have a key role to play in treating these cancers.
"It's possible that suppressing lineage plasticity can improve prognoses," Fuchs says. "This hasn't been on the radar until now. It's an exciting front to now investigate."
The discovery of the role of retinoic acid in resolving lineage plasticity in skin stem cells has shed light on the complex interplay between hair follicle and epidermal stem cells. By understanding how retinoids regulate stem cell behavior, researchers may be able to develop targeted interventions to promote wound repair and hair regeneration, while also potentially controlling tumor growth in certain types of cancer. The findings open up new avenues for investigating the role of retinoids in tissue biology and may lead to improved treatments for various skin disorders and cancers.

Alopecia areata on the scalp This type of hair loss often begins with a round or oval bald patch on the scalp or beard, which may be small and hidden or noticeable.
Tumblr media
Bald patch on head Alopecia areata is a common type of hair loss There are many types of hair loss. Alopecia areata is one of the more common types.
This type of hair loss usually begins in children and young adults, but it can start at any age. People of all skin tones and genders get alopecia areata.
The word “areata” means patchy. Because this disease often causes patchy hair loss, it’s usually called alopecia areata. “Alopecia” means hair loss.Sometimes, you hear a different medical name for this type of hair loss. Here’s what these terms mean:
Alopecia barbae: A person has patchy hair loss on their beard.
Alopecia ophiasis: A person has a band or strip of hair loss on their scalp.
Alopecia totalis: A person has lost all the hair on their scalp.
Alopecia universalis: A person has lost all the hair on their scalp and everywhere else on their body. This is rare.
Does hair grow back? Yes, hair can grow back. Some people who lose their hair, regrow it, and never have another episode. This is more common when someone has a few patches of hair loss.
More often, people lose their hair, only to see it regrow and fall out again. When hair falls out after regrowing, it’s called a relapse. Many people have a relapse within a year of regrowing their hair, and most relapses occur within 5 years. These episodes of hair loss and regrowth can occur throughout a person’s life.
How much hair regrowth a person has varies. Some people see full regrowth. However, many do not see the hair regrowth they expect.
When hair starts to regrow, it may come back white or blond and finer than before. This is usually temporary. With time and sometimes proper treatment, your natural hair color and texture often return.
How long does an episode of alopecia areata last? This varies. Hair may regrow on its own in about a year, and some people never have another episode of hair loss.
Sometimes, hair needs help to regrow. Without treatment, hair loss may remain the same or worsen.
With treatment, it’s possible to see some regrowth in 6 weeks. However, it takes months for full regrowth.
After hair regrows, it’s possible to have more episodes of hair loss. The time between episodes varies. Hair loss may stop for a long time, or you may see more hair loss fairly quickly.
Is there a cure for this type of hair loss? At this time, alopecia areata cannot be cured. However, treatment can help people regrow their hair. Newer treatments are regrowing hair for people who weren’t helped by past treatments. Dermatologists helped develop these newer treatments.

Best Hair Loss Solution Scalp Micropigmentation
Research indicates that hair loss is more common in European countries, possibly as a result of their sedentary lifestyles and climatic conditions. Many residents of the Vancouver area regularly experience hair loss. As a result, Vancouver and the surrounding areas are home to a sizable number of clinics and treatment centers that deal with hair loss.
Hair loss happens frequently to people of all ages, genders, and races. It is a problem for a lot of people everywhere. Numerous medical and surgical procedures, including hair transplants, hair replacements, and hair-regrowing techniques, are being used to minimize and control hair loss thanks to recent advances in science and technology. In this article, we'll examine all facets of hair loss and go through both conventional and unconventional methods of treatment.
Hair loss itself is the main factor in hair loss. When your hair thinning or falling out faster than it is growing, this is known as hair loss. As a result, your scalp will have less hairs, and in most cases, your hair will appear thinner and duller.
Hair damage and loss can be caused by
·         Sedentary lifestyles, poor nutrition, and inactivity
·         Being exposed to noxious fumes and chemicals that lower fitness levels
·         Genetics, ageing, bad hair care habits like not washing hair often
·         Using a quality brand of hair oil or cream to retain hair, illnesses and some medical procedures like chemotherapy
·         Excessive use of damaging hair products and habits like poor hygiene
How to Compete Against Hair Fall
·         Along with balanced meals that are rich in vitamins A, D, and C, drink a range of fluids and minerals. Your hair will receive the nutrition it needs as a result to stay strong, healthy, and less vulnerable to hair loss and other issues with hair fall. Beauticians and medical professionals frequently suggest changing your diet to stop hair loss, and Best Vancouver SMP artist clinics do the same.
·         Continue to moisturize and nourish your hair. It will be less likely to break or fall if the ends are not divided. You can accomplish this by using specialized hair oils, masks, or serums. Use high-quality hair care products to increase your chances of success. If you want to stop hair loss, you might want to try one of the many essential oils or serums that Hair replacement Vancouver experts strongly recommend.
·         Establish suitable hair care routines that stress boosting your hair's quality. You should take daily care of your hair.
