i was searching for photos to post and decided on 6 that really showed my life these past months

1. a photo on the first day i went out after we split, i felt lost and alone and decided to start documenting my journey alone

2. this is a photo i took when i went home and felt peace for the first time since our break

3. a selfie we took in the taxi after our ‘first date’. we met up for the first time since, and spoke about our feelings and decided to start taking things slow

4. a day out with you and my sister, i felt so happy knowing i had the two most important people with me again

I’m dying to know what is Yuma back story when he was number one and before like

1.his profile said he dislikes war(but who doesn’t) but there has be more to why right.

2.how in the world he become number one

3.did he knew the government wanted to make a immortal clone of him,did he agree to do it.

5.does he ever use his forte or did he truly solve the mysteries himself.

6. Was he truly a shut in

Lop’s spoilers below the cut !!

1. I would definitely figure there is more !! Hopefully they manage to make more, because we were really left with an open ending, I wonder if we see why or we see what’s going on with Yuma, if we learn more about him / however, I wouldn’t mind a game where we have Kurumi or any of the other detectives as protags !! 💕✨🥂

2. Current guesses say that he’s just extremely talented, and I can say that given what we know about Kodaka’s previous works, it’s not completely off the table as an option. Also, I’m sure that once he really got the hang of his forte, it was easy to solve crimes ? Perhaps it’s how he worked his way to the top. That’s just a hypothesis, I’m unsure whether or not you’re looking for answers, because unfortunately, I personally don’t know the truth, but it’s fun to ramble and think about !! ✨

3. Maybe ? It really depends on whether or not the WDO truly dislikes Amaterasu, I would assume, or if they were actually business partners at this point. There’s a lot of nuance to the relationship they both had, as seen through Makoto and Makoto’s existence / position of power. It makes you wonder, was it always like that ?

4. I really wish we knew for sure, because apparently a lot of people find his age to be ambiguous, and that’s part of the reason I’m not to fond over certain Yuma ships as of right now, because I personally interpret him as a minor, but not everyone does, and other people’s interpretations are their own. Regardless, current unbiased opinion is that it’s ambiguous, and up to the consumer to kind of decide. ✨

5. I would say canonically, he does use his forte throughout the game, and I’m sure beforehand, he probably used it a lot as well, but didn’t tell anyone, considering that Yuma is Number One and probably wanted the anonymity for a reason !! ✨

6. He could have not been a shut in, because his forte was so easy to use without making it obvious, and since Number One’s true identity was never public, he probably walked around like a normal person before then, because he’s covered his identity up so much that he was allowed to. 💕✨🥂

But, yes, agreed, I think that Homunculi are clones, but they’re allowed to develop into their own people. One of my favorite AU ideas would be to see the people of Kanai Ward interacting with their homunculi, see how they are truly their own different entities, also I want Yakou back Dammit. 🤣✨🥂

What can I say, I've only just started reading and these first few paragraphs are incredibly terrifying. Pure horror, I'm captivated. At last Hanma's true face comes to light, and we're ALMOST as disappointed as he is when he finds Reader alone (poor Takashi, victim number one of this story).

Now, the fact that he imagines an actor in his place when he delivers his little speech, could we call that a form of dissociation ? Like, he knows he has to do this, because it's what he's supposed to do, it's who he is, but are the feelings he's having, blocking him in some way ?

"He blinks and the blood is gone" the way my heart raced and I gasped ?! I even checked to see if the chapter was over because I really thought she was dead ?!?!??

"Like so many things in his life, this belongs to you and you alone." ok, ok, if we forget the context, it's so beautiful he really loves her right ?? 🥹🥹

Wait.. is she dumping him? 🍿 ahahaha the way this moment turns out is exceptional ?! We've rarely seen such an attempt at gaslighting, bravo Hanma, congratulations on being just an average man, who can't stand to hear truths !

This ending.. no you don't have the right to leave us there HAVE SOME MERCY !!!

Well.. if I have to sum up this chapter : it was frighteningly fun to read, I went through fear, relief, emotion and disdain for Hanma, who turns out to be a temperamental little shit who can't take no for an answer.. in other words, a man ☕️

I fucking loved reading it and I can't wait to find out how this story ends, because I really have no idea.

100% hanma is experiencing acute symptoms of derealization and depersonalization (both forms of dissociation). you could chalk that up to a mix of the drugs he's been taking, sleep deprivation, and the trauma of what's happening because what he feels like he has to do to you IS traumatic for him even if he can't access his feelings enough to understand it

afd;jaiodjfaiwoe;jfa!~!! you really thought she was dead 🥳🥂🎆 that is so thrilling to hear!!! i really wanted that shock for the audience and for hanma to feel 100% real, but i wasn't sure it would be convincing given how much chapter is left. i'm like kicking my feet in excitement that it worked.

the thing is hanma's not even trying to gaslight you. He's not wrong that he showed enormous mercy and self-restraint compared to what he's supposed to do in this situation, and that's because he cares about you. so yeah, he's like wow, our relationship can survive anything! while reader is in the midst of a major traumatic shock and not fucking have it (and good for her)

Sort of? So STB/Light Years follows canon whereas Daylight and TBE do not. But the characters of Lucius, Narcissa, Ted, and Andromeda in the Daylight series are the same as the ones in Sweat the Battle and Light Years. It is just the events that differ in the two stories (starting around chapters 5-7 of This Bitter Earth). Hope this helps?

Hi. Me again. 🙋‍♀️ Just want to make sure I understand correctly. So STB/LY is canon compliant up to a point. The “untold (dark) backstory/prequel” if you will. Marvelous job at it btw. Lucius, Narcissa, Ted, and Andromeda of STD/LY are the Lucissa, Narcissa, Ted, and Andromeda of Daylight/TBE.

I guess because LY is still currently set in pre-anything that happens in Daylight, I got a bit confused about the last part. I am assuming that was LY ends, it’ll end farther than Daylight, then? Perhaps with Harry defeating Voldemort? spoilers. 🤣 I know you won’t reveal that much.

I just noticed that some characterizations of Draco in Daylight/TBE are reminiscent of Lucius in STB/LY. There was also that part in Daylight where after Draco let’s the death eaters in the castle and they find Hermione’s pink bra, they say he’s “just like his father, back in school always chasing…” but is interrupted by Bellatrix. I had thought if the two stories were connected, it’d be Andromeda and not Narcissa that the exchange was referring to.

Also, if the stories are connected, that scene with Ted, Andromeda, and Draco. 😳 Plus the fact that Ted dies in TBE as is in canon. 💔

No problem, let me try to explain better without spoiling anything too much:

So Light Years is going to end up going past This Bitter Earth. And Light Years is canon compliant but Daylight and TBE are more canon adjacent in their storyline.

But yes, the Lucius, Narcissa, Ted, and Andromeda of Light Years are the same ones we see in TBE. It’s the stories that differ just a little (so far). Like a fork in the road. I hope that’s not too confusing.

Because you’re right, Daylight Draco is heavily influenced by his parents. He’s got some Lucius traits, but also quite a few Narcissa traits as well. But he doesn’t know anything about his parents past or how they are connected to Ted and Andromeda.

There are a few Easter eggs hidden in Daylight/TBE for people who have read STB/LY and that’s one of them! I wanted to do some little special things but didn’t want people required to read both series to understand, especially if Tedromeda or Dramione is not their thing.
