Today's personal challenge! How resilient are you really? Resiliency is the ability to bounce back quickly when things get sticky, we adapt quickly without fear and look for solutions. Rigidity develops as a result of continuing to beat ourselves up over our mistakes. Sometimes we create overly strict rules for ourselves or get lost in a certain dogma in an effort to stay emotionally unhurt and safe. This can cripple our ability to just plain live from our authentic being joyfully without fear of doing it wrong, being wrong, making mistakes, caring what others think or looking stupid.
