Round 10, Day 2 - Team Avenger vs. Team Gunner
There was a flare of magical energy, as a burning figure shot in through the shattered window of the industrial building.
With one smooth slash, the Avenger sent the Gunner careening out the window, the samurai spinning in the air before crashing on a rooftop. The Gunner stumbled up to his feet, before pulling out his shamisen.
"Avenger, huh? No reason to be stingy with ammo, then! Proto-Arahabaki, go!"
A barrage of gunshots erupted from the head of the instrument, the Avenger having to dodge and weave through them. A final beam, from a cannon manifesting next to the Gunner erupted in a violent blast, before the Gunner reached into his robes, pulling out a small bottle and lobbing it towards the Avenger, watching as it made contact.
Ice- a freezing agent sprayed out from it. Intense cold washed over the Count, as he waved his flaming sword, the frost instantly evaporating. He pointed the flame blade at the samurai, sneering.
"Gunner! We meet again! And this time, you have neither the cover of the forest, nor your mechanical army to assist you! Today, you face the might of the Avenger by yourself! As one man! I wish to see your resolve, gunman!"
"A lot of talk... 'one man'… don't you know who I am? Forget True Names, I'm a revolutionary! A nobleman like you stuck in the past, that thinks the whole world is his to command-- get with the times! The future is now! And the future will send you to Hell, Avenger!"
"Hahaha… Hahahaha-- KUHAHAHAHAHA!!"
"Imperial Edict. Wage war.": Boosts and demerits will be doubled for the upcoming round, as part of the Imperial Edict!
If someone wins with greater than 15%, they do double-damage!
The Count of Monte Cristo: 6 x 2 (12%)
Takasugi Shinsaku: 5 x 2 (10%)
SERVANT DETAILS:
The Count of Monte Cristo (AVENGER)
HP: 2/3
Avenger has a +3% boost to his skills as long as he's wounded!
Avenger has a permanent +2% boost against Alter-Ego thanks to his Class Trait!
Team Avenger has all 3 Command Spells remaining!
Determination of Steel (EX Rank) - If Avenger is about to take a fatal wound, if there's at least a 3% difference in their score and the victor above him, he may avoid damage. When facing a single-target (1-on-1), he will gain a +3% boost.
Monte Cristo Mythologie: The King of the Cavern (C Rank) - When battling enemies, his flames are like a poison. He reduces demerits against him by 3%, and when he is victorious against another, he inflicts a -2% demerit for their next round. This demerit increases by 2% by every 10% difference in scores.
Wisdom of Predicament (A Rank) - When engaged in a Free-for-All, gain a +3% boost. Additionally, if Avenger earns last place, both the victor and the 2nd place Servant gain a -2% demerit, rather than simply the 2nd place Servant.
Due to observing Alter-Ego's technique, he gains a +2% bonus against her!
Class-Traits:
AVENGER-CLASS Servants are vengeful by nature. The first time they are defeated by a Servant, they gain an automatic +2% bonus against that specific Servant, without needing to study them (but can in order to increase the bonus). They gain a permanent +3% bonus per wound they attain that will remain if the wound remains, but will disappear if the wound is healed.
Takasugi Shinsaku (GUNNER)
SERVANT DETAILS:
HP: 2/3
Team Gunner only has 1 Command Spell remaining!
Unconventional Child Prodigy (A Rank) - When fighting someone with a higher boost than Gunner, gain +2%.
Innovate - Armaments Reformation (B Rank) - Defeating a Servant once will net special 'components' from them. When at least 4 of those 'components' are gathered, a secondary Noble Phantasm will be unlocked. If 6 are gathered, then the utility and power of 'Kiheitai' will be upgraded.
Current Components: N/A
(Winning first place in a Free-for-All will count for gathering 2 components- one for each Servant beneath you).
Retaining the Japanese Spirit (A Rank) - When Gunner is about to take a fatal blow and the difference between scores is less than 5%, survive with one 'health' remaining. If this is triggered, replace the effect of this skill to instead grant him a persistent +2% bonus that cannot be reduced or removed.
Due to observing Alter-Ego's technique, he gains a +2% bonus against her!
Due to studying Foreigner's technique, you have a permanent +2% bonus against him!
-
Class-Trait:
GUNNER-Class Servants are quick to action and yet methodical with their attacks. When engaged in combat, gain a +3% boost. Additionally, if in last place during a Free-for-All, inflict a -4% demerit on the 1st place Servant.

1938 Mercedes-Benz W154
In September 1936, the AIACR (Association Internationale des Automobile Clubs Reconnus), the governing body of motor racing, set the new Grand Prix regulations effective from 1938. Key stipulations included a maximum engine displacement of three liters for supercharged engines and 4.5 liters for naturally aspirated engines, with a minimum car weight ranging from 400 to 850 kilograms, depending on engine size.
By the end of the 1937 season, Mercedes-Benz engineers were already hard at work developing the new W154, exploring various ideas, including a naturally aspirated engine with a W24 configuration, a rear-mounted engine, direct fuel injection, and fully streamlined bodies. Ultimately, due to heat management considerations, they opted for an in-house developed 60-degree V12 engine designed by Albert Heess. This engine mirrored the displacement characteristics of the 1924 supercharged two-liter M 2 L 8 engine, with each of its 12 cylinders displacing 250 cc. Using glycol as a coolant allowed temperatures to reach up to 125°C. The engine featured four overhead camshafts operating 48 valves via forked rocker arms, with three cylinders combined under welded coolant jackets, and non-removable heads. It had a high-capacity lubrication system, circulating 100 liters of oil per minute, and initially utilized two single-stage superchargers, later replaced by a more efficient two-stage supercharger in 1939.
The first prototype engine ran on the test bench in January 1938, and by February 7, it had achieved a nearly trouble-free test run, producing 427 hp (314 kW) at 8,000 rpm. During the first half of the season, drivers such as Caracciola, Lang, von Brauchitsch, and Seaman had access to 430 hp (316 kW), which later increased to over 468 hp (344 kW). At the Reims circuit, Hermann Lang's W154 was equipped with the most powerful version, delivering 474 hp (349 kW) and reaching 283 km/h (176 mph) on the straights. Notably, the W154 was the first Mercedes-Benz racing car to feature a five-speed gearbox.
Max Wagner, tasked with designing the suspension, had an easier job than his counterparts working on the engine. He retained much of the advanced chassis architecture from the previous year's W125 but enhanced the torsional rigidity of the frame by 30 percent. The V12 engine was mounted low and at an angle, with the carburetor air intakes extending through the expanded radiator grille.
The driver sat to the right of the propeller shaft, and the W154's sleek body sat close to the ground, lower than the tops of its tires. This design gave the car a dynamic appearance and a low center of gravity. Both Manfred von Brauchitsch and Richard Seaman, whose technical insights were highly valued by Chief Engineer Rudolf Uhlenhaut, praised the car's excellent handling.
The W154 became the most successful Silver Arrow of its era. Rudolf Caracciola secured the 1938 European Championship title (as the World Championship did not yet exist), and the W154 won three of the four Grand Prix races that counted towards the championship.
To ensure proper weight distribution, a saddle tank was installed above the driver's legs. In 1939, the addition of a two-stage supercharger boosted the V12 engine, now named the M163, to 483 hp (355 kW) at 7,800 rpm. Despite the AIACR's efforts to curb the speed of Grand Prix cars, the new three-liter formula cars matched the lap times of the 1937 750-kg formula cars, demonstrating that their attempt was largely unsuccessful. Over the winter of 1938-39, the W154 saw several refinements, including a higher cowl line around the cockpit for improved driver safety and a small, streamlined instrument panel mounted to the saddle tank. As per Uhlenhaut’s philosophy, only essential information was displayed, centered around a large tachometer flanked by water and oil temperature gauges, ensuring the driver wasn't overwhelmed by unnecessary data.

Speaking of the epic DnD weekend of epicness I just had (currently sitting in a train back to my lair), we fought a dragon! We KILLED the dragon! My character got a cool new shield (Shield of Arrow Catching or something) AND we got a level up (12!)
So, my (s)tabby cat now A: has three attacks each turn, six with action surge (and bonus acton Quick Toss if she has daggers at hand) B: AC of 21 against all ranged attacks (19 against everything else, also can catch ranged attacks aimed at nearby friends) and C: 133 HP, squarely twice what our wizard has (took the Tough feat).
Oh, I am a Problem!
I am so, so, SO delighted about this!

1964 Ferrari 275 GTB/C Speciale bearing chassis no. 6701,
Just three of the 275 GTB/C Speciales were built, between 1964 and early '65.
Chassis no. 6701 is the only example that competed, including running at the 1965 24 Hours of Le Mans where it finished first in the GT class and third overall. In a race where mid-engined cars became increasingly dominant, that finish remains the best by a front-engined car to this day.
Like the more famous 250 GTO, the 275 GTB/C Speciale is both a work of art and a feat of engineering. Its tube-frame chassis is clothed in aluminum panels shaped by Scaglietti. The aluminum panels were about half as thick as those of the road cars, making them prone to denting. The Speciales also used thinner chassis tubes to reduce weight. All told, they weighed as much as 300 pounds less than the road cars.
They also packed more power. Under the long hood sits a 3.3-liter V-12 with six Weber carburetors and a 315-hp output, 69 horses more than the road-going 275 GTB. The car also features double-wishbone independent suspension at all four corners, and four-wheel disc brakes.

Wild Life Session 6 Summary
Below the cut are all deaths and wildcard information for session 6,
Wild Card: Random Wild Life! (The mobs not the series)
Around every ~10 mins ALL mobs, passive, neutral and hostile, are randomly relocated then randomized as increasingly dangerous and rare mobs... this process is incredibly laggy.
Chronological Record of Deaths:
(number in parentheses are lives left after the death//kill)
Lizzie(3) sacrificed herself to Jimmy(2) in the not-so-secret Bamboozler bunker, thinking she would die anyways to witch poison
Gem(3) pretty much intentionally stands in line of fire for Skizz(3) to land a TnT minecart on her
Lizzie(2) was slain by a Vex
...Skizz(2) gets blown up by a creeper... by Bigb(2) (as revenge for last session, in which Skizz killed Bigb for no reason) Lizzie warns Skizz loudly but alas...
Bigb(1) was slain by a Vindicator
Scar(2) was slain by a Vex
Etho(2) was shot by a Skeleton (Joel, Grian, Scar and Etho were in a Trial chamber when the wildcard went off, Scar died due to not paying attention to his hp and not eating, apparently Etho died to lag)
Skizz(1) was doomed to fall by Martyn(3)
Jimmy(1) was slain by Bloop, a named iron golem he stole....
Martyn(2) blew up from a trap set by Lizzie, meant for Skizz
Lizzie(1) was impaled on a stalagmite, trap set by Bigb (Martyn narrowly avoided the same fate)
Skizz(0) was doomed to fall by Tango(3)... yet another Tango wind charge sent at the sub-one spanners... this one 100% caused the final death
Total Deaths: 12
Lives at End of Session:
(number in parentheses is lives at start of session)
3: Bdubs(3), Grian(3), Tango(3), Gem(4), Ren(3), Scott(3), Joel(3)
2: Etho(3), Martyn(3), Scar(3), Impulse(2), Cleo(2), Pearl(2)
1: Jimmy(1), Lizzie(4), BigB(2)
0: Mumbo(0), Skizz(2)
Sorted by alliance (average ignoring eliminations: total lives):
The Fast & Furious Family(3:6): Gem(3), Joel(3)
Sub-one Spanners...(3:3): Grian(3), Skizz(0), Mumbo(0)
Tuff Guys(2.67:8): Bdubs(3), Etho(2), Tango(3)
Renwood Mound(2.5:6): Ren(3), Martyn(2)
GGGG//The Final Girls(2:10): Scott(3), Pearl(2), Impulse(2), Cleo(2), BigB(1)
BAMboozlers(1.33:4): Lizzie(1), Scar(2), Jimmy(1)
Chronological Deaths by Player:
Unchanged: Bdubs, Grian, Tango, Ren, Scott, Joel, Impulse, Cleo Pearl
Gem(4->3): Gets blown up by Skizz
Etho(3->2): Gets killed by Skeleton + lag?
Martyn(3->2): Gets blown up by a trapped chest set by Lizzie meant for Skizz
Scar(3->2): Gets killed by a Vex in the trial chamber
Jimmy(1->2->1): Kills Lizzie -> then dies to an iron golem named Bloop he was trying to kidnap
Lizzie(4->1): Semi-sacrifices to Jimmy -> gets killed by a Vex -> then dies to a trap set by BigB
BigB(2->1): Dies to Vindicator, unsure how
Skizz(2->3->0): Killed Gem w/ a TnT mine cart -> Creeper killed by BigB -> Doomed to fall by Martyn -> Wind charge knocked off a high place by Tango...
Events of Note//Misc. Comments
Gem and Pearl having "therapy" on a murder camel (aka: Gem justifying her behavior this season to Pearl with actual reasons for why Gem has a vendetta vs Pearl in Wild Life: You didn't remember it was MY EYE in the portal + you pulled a 2v1 on me!)
P.E.T spot a warden and instantly Etho goes to nametag it (I think he said he named it "goobert"), I guess those three aren't really scared of Wardens b/c of all that Decked Out 2 experience, lmao. -> Pearl gets a totem of undying from the slow trident community warden kill -> gives it to Impulse b/c she wants him to win
Speaking of Impulse, there are some absolutely evil traps set up in the GGGG's creeper farm, behind the tree and wheat fields. Also Pearl and Impulse start a lvl 5 raid at Gem and Joels, it fails b/c the raid mobs get randomized
Joel stumbles upon a trial chamber -> Joel, Etho, Grian, and Scar, raid the trial chamber... then the wildcard hits... Scar and Etho die, Etho doesn't go back, Bdubs joins in.
Grian and Scar combine forces to give Etho a shulker box after Scar pulls a "what does this button do?" on Etho while he was trying to set up a trap, lmao
...Grian is all alone after his Trio dies... again...
In other news this is the best Jimmy has ever placed, also only Jimmy's parrot gets burnt by the blaze's stray fireballs...
The GGGG's make another birthday cake looking base, like Grian and Scars from DL... Scott is well aware that it will burn down
(I only had enough time to watch Pearl & Scar's episode + a skim through Scott's, I bet I'm missing a lot of information on POV's I haven't seen, apologies)

Background: Xisuma lives in a faraway land famous for the various buildings that defies possibility and his hermits that build them. While it is true that he is one of them, Xisuma is not only a music composer but also an admin/steward figure of the place, ensuring both the stability and functioning logistics of the land between the various hermits. Xisuma however, has a secret: for some reason he has a connection with the Void hence, his full name Xisumavoid. Although people do not bring up his full name often, Xisuma always feels the strange call and stares at the vast sky of the Overworld or the endless depth of the End. While there was no exchange of words, he always felt something or someone calling for him, pulling, inching forward from the dark depths but he could never reply or understand, until one day he was overseeing the land from a vantage point and saw some kind of light on the horizon engulfing the world. The land was disappearing. Xisuma panicked for a moment, but then he heard a call: “My chosen. To stop this advent embrace me. I shall give you the power to save the land. Look upon me.” Xisuma looked around but saw no one, until he looked up and saw IT. His two eyes reflected his being into two and cast the now divided Xisuma in two beings in another land. Separated, the two heard again the voice: “Upon you i now bestow my powers and a prophecy:”
Swift as the wind the ground rumbles
Burn the bubble when they stumbles
With blazing storms forward they dash
Cold hearts engraved in ash
One light and secrets will be hushed
Four shadows always clashed
Ring the bell falls the hammer
Sparks dance under the burnt banner
Clad in white we slowly fade
For in twilight’s hour we were remade
“When the prophecy is resolved, come find me. And you will return to your land untainted.” The two Xisuma were separated, one in the Overworld, the other in the End but they both knew what had to be done and no one would stand in their way.

Pathfinder 2E to 1E Conversion: Karina
Here I am, back with a new conversion.
The Karina is a creature that comes from the book The Mwangi Expanse. I thought it was a fairly cool and rather uncomplicated creature, so I decided to try my hand at converting it. As always, please let me know what I can do to get better at this! XD
KARINA

Image (c) Paizo Publishing. Accessible at the Archives of Nethys here
This odd creature looks like an oversized owl with reddish-brown feathers, but its face has an intense, malevolent look to it. It has a pair of human-like arms, ending in taloned fingers.

Grave blight manifests itself through fever, gray patches on the skin, disorientation and, at later stages, an innate urge to attack others and spread the disease. Anyone who touches a victim sufffering from grave blight must make a Fortitude save (DC 14) or contract the disease as well. The save DC is Constitution-based
Mocking Cry (Su): As a swift action once per round, a karina can choose to demoralize a single creature who failed to see through its sound mimicry (see below). The creature is affected as though by a crushing despair spell (-2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls) for the duration of 1 minute. Whether or not the creature succeeds at their saving throw, they cannot be affected by the same karina’s docking cry again for 24 hours.
Sound Mimicry (Ex): As general monster rules; a karina can mimic any voice they have heard.
A karina, also known as a plague bird, is a sinister creature whose goal is to spread pestilence and cause communities to collapse. A deeply sadistic creature, a karina lurks in the wilderness surrounding small cities and villages, waiting for a potential victim to attack and infect with the foul disease carried by their beaks and claws. They usually attract their victims by mimicrying the voices of the victim’s friends or loved ones, infect the victim and then retreat. They repeat this process a few times, enjoying themselves as the newly diseased fall to madness and spread their pestilence further, potentially destroying entire cities unless something is done to halt the progress of the malady.
The karina’s malevolence and unnatural behavior suggests an extraplanar origin for them. The most popular hypotesis posits them as creations of either Urgathoa or Apollyon, but other theories counter that karinas were born from the souls of the first mortals that murdered and cannibalized one of their kind. The fact that karinas have a habit of stealing corpses from graveyards in order to feed on them gives credence to this theory, but nothing is known for certain, and the karinas are not interested in clarifying.
A karina is usually about 10 feet tall, but is relatively light for its size. They are usually solitary creatures, but they sometimes join forces with a few more of their kind in order to better terrorize a town.

5e Villain Arc 5
You know, perhaps I've been too harsh on 5e. Something kind that I CAN say about it is that it does a great job distributing Class and Archetype Features, especially at around Level 2. The best example for this is the distribution of useful statistical improvements that proc off a bonus action (not even a full action)!"
For example, some Class and Archetypes get to use their bonus action to give themselves longstrider for an hour. Others can use their bonus action to give themselves 19 Strength for an hour. Others can use their bonus action to give themselves multi-attack for an hour. Others can use their bonus action gain a temporary pool of 4d10+12 hit points. Others can use their bonus action to cast spiderclimb and give themselves movement about equal to their base walking speed. Others can use their bonus action and spend their spellcasting in order to heal 1d8 hp per level of the spell slot. Others can use their bonus action to give them advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks (you know, the best Skill in the game).
Wait... I'm getting a call.
"Hello? No, this isn't the number of 'D&D 5e's #1 Hater,' you've reached the number of 'I'm trying to be nicer to 5e for the purpose of this setup.' What is that you say. All the things I just described are not spread around the various Classes and Archetypes? The Druid gets all of these? JUST the Moon Druid gets these? At level 2? Now that you mention it, maybe I am D&D 5e's #1 Hater, because..."
This post is about the Moon Druid
Do you remember 5e Villain Arc 3 where I discussed in exhausting detail exactly how much shit the Beastmaster Ranger is? In summary, the problem with the Beastmaster is that the character-build shifts you character's action, the most important thing that they are going to do that round, to a weaker alternative for no real benefit. I argue in Villain Arc 3 that the reason the Beastmaster is structured this way is because the authors were concerned with 3.5-esque action-economy cheese.
And yet, the Moon Druid walks among us. Twice per a short rest, the moon druid can wild shape into a brown bear.

Firebird
A red and purple bird with a long tail that flows like a wave of flame, firebirds are celestial beings that bring succour and warmth to those in need. They will find adventuring parties that compliment their goals, or ones who they believe can be reformed, and assist them in achieving works of great good. Those lost in the dark and cold are relieved to see a firebird, as its very presence provides the light and warmth needed for survival. A firebird's feather sheds light for a year after removal, and the birds will often gift them to those who have done good for it, acting as proof of their meeting. Specialized feathers can also be planted in secretive locations, which burst into new firebirds after a year, fully grown and ready to take up their duties in protecting the vulnerable.
Inspired by the Tome of Beasts 1. This post came out a week ago on my Patreon. If you want to get access to all my monster conversions early, as well as access to my premade adventures and other material I’m working on, consider backing me there!

Welcome to the trial. (Mono)Hänsel speaking.~
--------------------------------------------------------------
You're able to choose a perspective of a sinner, their votings are important in the storyline. The sinner will cooperate by your decisions.
Tips
- If you choose to help a different other, the spark of the other one you didnt choose will break and no longer trust you.
- you'll be able to choose to go with a character. If you have no interactions with that specific character, it will be prohibited.
- if you pick a specific sinner, make sure to pay attention on their health. If they lose all their health, they'll be convicted as Guilty.
- you must go investigate all around if there's something uneasy. Find evidence if there's a trial coming near.
- If one is dead or a victim of death, you must investgate on the tiny details to rack up evidence and not get convicted as Guilty.
- Monos are robots and also like guards. If you get seen by a mono, you'll be drvgged and forget your memories.
- There are only two monos. I~ (Hänsel) and Monogretel~
Deadly sinner votings
A. Sateriasis Venomania { Lust } (Ft. Lukana Octo, Gumina glassred, Maylis Beelzenia, Mikulia greenio.)
B. Banica Conchita { Gluttony } (Ft. Arte, Pollo, Carlos Marlon.)
C. Riliane Lucifen d'autriche { Pride } (Ft. Allen Avadonia.)
D. Margarita Blankenheim { Sloth } (Ft. Kaspar Blankenheim.)
E. Kayo Sudou { Envy } (Ft. Gakuga Sudou, Ren.)
F. Gallerian Marlon { Greed } (accompanying Nemesis Sudou)
G. Nemesis Sudou { Wrath } (accompanying Gallerian Marlon)
What are accompanying sinners?
- Accompanying sinners are if one dies, your perspective will change to the one accompanying's the dead one you choose. One is a support while one is a fighter. (Fighter term: a person who toughens their evidence to the point they will think it's the person they're blaming.)
Victim A's ability - thrusted blade of libido
Pro - When a trial, A will activate his ability, hypnotizing the victims to protect himself from getting convicted.
Con - It can only work on women.
Victim B's ability - Honor the great Conchita
Pro - B's servants will rack up more evidence to blame the person who killed their loved one/friend.
Con - their health loses by 5% minimum.
Victim C's ability - Evil flowers surround me
Pro - C will get supported by her servant, her servant racking up more evidence to support her. C gets 12% of her health back, minimum.
Con - it only works when she's getting blamed the most.
Victim D's ability - this gift of mine will make you sleep
Pro - D will hypnotize everyone (along side males) and can remove evidence from another sinner to protect theirselfs.
Con - The skill will work after the confrontation of Kaspar Blankenheim if you pick her Perspective.
Victim E's ability - Let's not forget to tailor
Pro - E gives herself 50 of her HP back, if stacked she'll restored a full 100 HP.
Con - E loses one of her evidence when getting restored 100 HP.
Victim F's abilities - money is the best lawyer in hell / Counter
Money is the best lawyer in hell pro - F will get supported 10 to 50% HP and gets their evidence buffed.
Money is the best lawyer in hell Con - it's RNG and can get no buffs or hp. Likely, it's a 30% chance.
Counter (No cons, but be only used 3 times) - Can counter anyone during trial if they're acting suspicious or their evidence isn't the same with yours. Will get supported by 3% HP.
Since F is a former judge and having two abilities, after F uses all the counters, everyone gets buffed by 20% or more.
E's ability - repent to me
Pro - E can immediately spot out the victim who did it but can be only used at the near end of the trial when one someone different is picked.
Con - Only can be used at the near end of the trial and after the innocent is picked instead of the killer.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for listening. When the sinner is picked or voted, the first chapter will start.
Don't forget, it doesn't count on the supporters they have. It counts on their ability.

Master List, Works, OCs, About Me, and Transformative Policy.
About Me:
I do recognize that connecting with people means being open and vulnerable to a certain degree.
So... a few personal things: I was originally from the Philippines and moved out west with my parents when I was young. I'm a dog person (because we can't have cats for medical reasons). I love to cook, read, and stress clean. I have a literature degree but this just means I'm more of a nerd and an expert into reading (yes, I know you said it's just blue but it can be blue for other reasons!!! Indulge me!!!). I've been creatively writing since spring/summer of 2023.
I am multi-fandom, multi-ship (name it and I might goad you into writing fic for it XD-- seriously... ask all people on the servers I'm currently on), and have been reading fanfiction for much too long (and will likely still do so on my death bed many, many years from now).
Link to Works:
AO3
Wattpad
Current Work in Progress (As of 12/2024):
"Sins of the Father"
Pairing: M/F, and M/M
Sebastian Sallow x F! OC and Ominis Gaunt x Garreth Weasley
Future Work in Progress:
Resolve-- An Anne Sallow Story
"The Relic" (Which Has a one shot accompaniment "Where the Moon is Blue")
Original Characters:
Caroline Rookwood: Fictional daughter of Victor Rookwood and Cecilia Rookwood
Vincent Rookwood: fictional son of Victor Rookwood and Cecilia Rookwood
Cecilia Rookwood: Former opera singer and the bane (and sun) of Victor Rookwood's existence. In some iterations, widowed. In others, a very opinionated and cheery wife.
Tessie of House Rookwood: sassy house elf
My MCs (so far...):
Isabella Marguerite de'Montmercy: From "Confessions". Belongs to the de'Montmercy family-- famous in HP canon for their love potions. Future Queen of Ominis Gaunt
M---- C----: From the "Sins" Universe. Antagonist. Loves Sebastian Sallow (not his end game though). I do love her and all her flaws.
Transformative Policy:
I am open to most transformative works, such as writing inspired by or in the same universe as my stories (alternative storylines are welcome), translations, handmade bind-ups, art, playlists, etc., and would love to see and be tagged in the results! You do not need to seek individual permissions for these things.
Please respect other artists' work if you are binding and obtain their permission for your personal usage.
I require that all works remain and be shared freely. Under no circumstances should it be hidden behind paywalls or be monetized for profit.
Please DO NOT repost my work to another site or archive without permission (I am on most major platforms-- see list above for official accounts).
While I appreciate the enthusiasm and love, please do not post my work on Goodreads (not that it's there, but I'm just saying this now). Such works there have gone through multiple edits and believe me-- mine still need editing, correction on typos, and whatnot.
Thank you for reading my works!

OC Profile: Davi
Art by @cringeyvanillamilk, edited to icon size by me.
"We're not exactly sure where he came from, but he's become a fine member of the monastery. Davi has the heart of a knight, but he has a laid back side as well. I get the feeling he keeps us all at arms length, though. I wish to know him better. 12, 16, 23, and 35 (wanna share any snippet for anything youre writing currently? 👀)
12. What was the first fandom you wrote for?
Depends whether we're counting the embarrassing HP fanfics I wrote when I was like 9... if not, then the Wind on Fire trilogy by William Nicholson!
16. What do you struggle with most when writing?
I struggle with not repeating myself, especially since I love to write the same 5-10 tropes. And also just generally with the feeling that everything I write is absolutely atrocious, but since 85% of what I write only gets read by me that's not usually that big of a problem lol
23. What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet?
I love reading hanahaki fics but I've never written one. I like sickfic/caretaking in general but the angst and h/c of hanahaki is something that can actually be so personal
35. wanna share any snippet for anything youre writing currently?
Doubt this fic will ever get posted because it's very silly but I like this little part:
“When you decide for certain whether you want to stay being married to me,” January said, voice small, “will you tell me?”
River breathed through the tightness in their chest, closed their eyes. “I already know.” Their own voice was quiet too. “I stand by what I said before, though, that it needs to be your decision whether or not we renew the vows.”
“Gale. River.” January sounded impatient. He groped around carefully until he found one of their hands. “Do you seriously not know? Of course I want to stay married to you. You’re the best thing that's ever happened to me.”
“From… a financial standpoint?”
The silence managed to sound judgemental. “...Sure. Financially.”
