The Actions of G.u.n had basically created the world greatest villian. Furthermore, in all the Adventure games, Shadow, and 2006, Eggman is clearly attacking countries affiliated with GUN (the most logical explanation for Soleanna to have GUN tech and crates is that they're a GUN-aligned country). It looks like he really, really holds it against GUN for ruining his Grandfather. Given how Eggman reacted, one has to wonder how his father reacted. It may go to explain a lot about Eggman's backstory.

reflecting on things. lots of thoughts i wanna spew out here. i think i officially lost my mind.

im not exactly sure where to start my tangent, but i guess i should just say that when i found the term “internet poisoned”, it clicked to me that i basically lived my entire life on the internet. followed and watched so many videos, esp during the time i dropped out. i could make excuses, such as my dad;s death that it was the reason why i am the way i am, but is that really it? wasnt i always a depressed kid that never got checked? (am i austitic on a different note? on that, i think ill just answer it for myself and say yes, because i may have certain traits that might be the case. i havent gotten tested tho.)

its not a wise idea to grow up with the internet, speaking on it now, as a 28 year old. my mom may be the same way, even tho she is not as tech savvy as me on this, but we still use it to entertain ourselves since we both had a computer at one point. but im only going to speak for myself, and say that i kinda do regret wasting my time online. well, not entirely, but i wish i had made better decisions.

i should had balance both my usage and person life. i shouldnt be so used to terms and things that non-internet users arent. i also should had been smart, and avoided some people that did cause me a lot of harm as a child. but that itself didnt exactly get limited to the internet, however. basically, my life was kinda fecked up either way. but i was also shallow and got out lucky compared to some others my age. (its damaging what people can do to others.)

im glad to have met people that ive grown to cherish, but what good am i outside of the net? i cant drive, dont have a ged, and i dont have a job.

ive watched so much drama happen on various websites, that ive grown to grow sick of it. petty ones, of big name utubers, that seem to have no reason behind them, just that they are popular and their community is toxic. and funny thing is, that is nothing new. every big thing will always have a toxic community around it. how that affects the person in the center will vary, and its not going to be guaranteed to be a great one, depending on their own personal troubles. (its the same for big hollywod actors, thinking about it, how they got poisoned and damaged by the people behind the scenes, and forcing them to take shape in ways that are impossible to please others. isnt it strange how both overlap? funny that, in a bitter sense.)

i also been apart of toxic communities. i try to keep my distance from those that did damage, but i know i will be forever stained with a name that is... well... ruined on different people’s perspective. but to me, its still important. some fandoms gave me experience that i would not had if i didnt genuinely enjoy the content.

but its also a shame when the creator turns out to be an absolutely cunt.

so many allegations, so much proof, so easy to also fabricate some of them and get them tossed into the real truths. but a cunt is still a cunt, so no matter what, some of them can not, and should not be forgiven. never let them forget the damage done, and the trust they had betrayed with everyone involved.

but i personally cant live my life around these... “superficial” things. the damage they did is real, just like being abused physically and mentally by a person outside the net. it can happen, but as an observer, what can i do? let it poison me in the inside, to the point that i lose hope? that the next person i like turns out to be just as bad?

it just creates so many problems with me, that i realize that yes, im too deep into the internet, and that i should break away from it. i need to force myself to step back and enjoy life around me in the real world. my mental illness is not a great thing to deal with in the real world, but i can manage.

but the worse thing about myself, is my morbid curiosity on things i regret learning about afterwards. i never thought there will be such horrid people on the internet either. so bad that i cant describe it without wanting to tear my computer apart.

i need vacation. i did get covid, so my body should had build up immunity, but i also gotta stay safe either way. im glad im doing better tho, despite it, and esp during remission, because its gonna be my 4th year since i finished chemo. i hope and pray that i will continue on to a healthy life and spend my time on this world happily for a long, long time. years and years and years.

but what doesnt help with that tho, is the fact i had to deal with a relatives death last year that still hurts me to this day. ah well. i will cry, but it cant be helped.

ranking the ninja team by gaming skill

1) cole: cole beat zane's high score in s11, making him have the top score. this means he is better at gaming than a robot which is pretty dang good. while not as enthusiastic about it as jay is, he also seems to have some knowledge about video game trivia. plus, soda guzzler. gaming icon

2) zane: pretty obvious. robot, good at tech and games, and given the respect by other ninja deserving of a gaming master. used to be #1 until cole beat him

3) jay: while not having the same innate skills as zane, jay does have the most practice out of the team. he has the most screentime shown playing video games (enough to make him hallucinate playing a video game on a piece of wood), plus he managed to spend a good chunk of time without the others in prime empire without losing any lives. he also has the most video game trivia knowledge

4) pixal: honestly i would have placed pixal in #1 because she feels like a gaming queen, but alas, there isnt enough proof of her as a gamer within the show. the proof we do have of her gaming skills is the official gifs that got released, which confirm that she games in her downtime and that she's better at it than kai. plus it makes sense to assume that she shares zane's gaming skills because they're both nindroids

5) lloyd: in season 1 when lloyd was still a little bitch child prankster who wanted to spread chaos, he changed the scoreboard on kai's video game to all cole. this could only have been done either through hacking or through playing enough times on cole's account and beating kai's scores. i think lloyd is a skilled gamer but doesnt get as much practice as the others because he's too busy with leadership responsibility

6) garmadon: also in the early seasons when garmadon was a little bitch evil but willing to save lloyd, there was a brief scene of him playing video games against himself. sadly, this is the only scene where he was shown gaming and thus it is difficult to determine his exact rank, but i think controlling two players at once must involve some skills

7) kai: you may notice kai is placed relatively low in the list. this is not because he is bad at gaming, but he has the misfortune of being friends who are much better gamers than him. kai obviously enjoys gaming as much as the other guys and has been shown gaming with them in his freetime; however, he didnt have the same knowledge jay and cole had in prime empire, and he did suck with technology in the third season. im guessing he didnt have many video games growing up in the village

8) nya: out of all the ninja, nya is the only one who doesnt even like gaming, smh. however, seeing as she's dating jay, and his idea of a date is playing video games together, she likely gained a lot of gaming experience to her reluctance. i think she'd be a good gamer if she actually cared

9) chicken: yes, the chicken is part of the family now. she has canonically been a part of prime empire and thus has some gaming experience, but isnt that great at it yet in the real world. at the start of MoM cole was shown trying to teach her how to play video games with him. she still needs to learn how to use a controller, but i have faith in her. also, tiny soda guzzler, bless

10) wu: still needs to learn how to use a controller. for some reason, i have less faith in him than chicken

Character and Worlbuilding

1. My brilliant nerd daughter!!! She sometimes gets so into coding or a video game she forgets to eat or drink so the girls watch out for her. She’s prone to dissociating, especially if the situation is emotional. Her hair is really soft. she actually loves sappy romantic things but has trouble accepting them or vocalizing that she wants them because they’re impractical/illogical. she discovered romcoms when she got to alfea and they are her ultimate guilty pleasure(only flora knows abt this and is always slipping recs to her) 2. They’re weirdly one of my fav couples??? like maybe its because i relate to and have projected onto both of them lmao. but any ways. Daphne and Thoren actually met when they were kids, but didn’t spend much time together because it was at a formal event. Daphne is technically 20 years older than Thoren(only a few years older than Sky), but they’re the same physical age because Daphne spent so long as a spirit. They probably wouldn’t get married as quickly in my version, especially with Daphne’s trauma. Daphne will have nightmares sometimes and Thoren has a whole routine for comforting her and helping her feel safe and grounded. Thoren gets anxious easily, and Daphne will use her magic to subtly change the environment so he feels more comfortable. they like to watch reality tv together and yell at dramatic people. 3. omg yes. this was the most frustrating thing i was watching through winx with my dad like a month ago and every time bloom called her adoptive parents by their first names i yelled at her lol. she would call Vanessa mama and Mike daddy(if you make a kink joke i will eat your liver). She would call Marion and Oritel mom and dad.  4. Yeah kind of! part of her exhaustion in Dowlland was the fact that she had been in fairy mode for so long, hiking underground, and tossed around in a river like??? anybody would need a pick me up after that. She (and all solarians) do have to live where there’s a lot of natural light as they require a high amount of vitamin d(or the equivalent of it for solarians). short trips usually aren’t a problem, Stella is just hella unlucky in the second season lmao. @moonpeachblossom 5. the short answer as to why she’s a blond (scottish??? in one of the dubs???) in an asian inspired culture/planet is because racism (or not so short bcus its a lot to unpack honestly). the answer in my version however is a pretty simple fix. She bleaches her hair. she’s paler than musa but she aint white.  6. I haven’t really yet!! Helia is struggling with his two fairly opposed cultural influences, trying to figure what he wants and whats right for him. He was raised on Lynphea but had frequent trips to Vaonaa. Lynphea is very grounded, they’re slow and steady and stubborn. Vaonaa is much more flexible, they’re flighty and spontaneous and easily adaptable. Helia’s dads love eachother and helia very much but they are VERY different people and both want different things from Helia(they try not to pressure too much but the expectations are still there). Helia’s Vaonaaj dad wants him to pursue magic, specifically wind or air magic. Helia’s Lynphean dad wants him to become a warrior. Helia feels like he’s kind of a misfit in both Vaonaaj and Lynphean culture. It took a while, but he did finally confide his feelings in Flora and she encouraged him to talk with his dads about finding his niche.  7. oooooooh fun fun relationshipsssss Bloom and Sky: so bloom and sky aren’t the most stable couple, and in my version it would take bloom a little longer to be ok with dating a prince. Bloom is fairly insecure in her relationships because of self worth issues, and tend to run away from problems instead of dealing with them. Sky on the other hand is confident but doesn’t really know how to handle people’s feelings and tends to push confrontation. I do believe that with better writing Sky and bloom could be a dope couple but as is in canon they’re VERY problematic.  Stella and Brandon: babies. they love each other so much its the best omg. Stella finds her worth in her appearance but she always seems to take brandon’s complements in a less.... arrogant way? if that makes sense? like she truly appreciates them and wants his support. i wish we knew more about Brandon but he’s legit such a good boyfriend. I think they fight mostly when Stella is being a little selfish, or when Brandon is too busy to meet her emotional needs. Flora and Helia: MORE BABIES. so Helia is more of a drama queen in the comics but we’ll ignore that for right now lol. Flora and Helia are probably the least problematic couple in the entire show. They met. Flirted a little. Confessed. and started dating with out any major problems. if i can remember correctly they don’t even really fight??? unless icy has frozen helia’s heart or something lol. I think both Helia and Flora’s love language is quality time so they’re fairly low key and just like to be in the same space and each other.   Musa and Riven: boy oh boy. Ok so, ignoring the several times Riven was LITERALLY MIND CONTROLLED his character is still difficult to deal with. I think Musa and Riven are both very intense people, and while that can be super fun and develop into a good relationship, it can also lead to LOTS of problems. I think my major problem with how they broke up was that Musa didn’t support Riven’s training? like i understand being upset you can’t see ur person often, or if they’re really busy, but Riven supported Musa’s music several times in the previous seasons it just seemed weird Musa was so unfairly demanding of him? Tecna and Timmy: nerd babies. They’re super cute honestly. I think Timmy was probably the one to instigate the relationship and bonded with Tecna over technology since she wasn’t super emotionally available at first. They have issues when Tecna is unable to voice her emotions and timmy needs to know what she’s feeling mostly, but after the first few times they’ve both learned to give the other space to figure their stuff out. Aisha and Nabu: ugh perfect couple. minus the kind of sketchy beginning lol. Aisha and Nabu generally don’t fight once they get used to each other. Nabu is a focal point that aisha is kind of bungee corded to if that makes sense? like obvi not in a restricting way. its just Aisha is hella active and needs her own space to explore and grow, but Nabu is her solid ground that she relies on.  Aisha and Nex: i actually don’t hate nex as much as the rest of the fandom lol. so like i said Aisha is an active, independent woman, and if Nabu was a separate, stationary, focal point for her, I think Nex is related, moving, counter point. So like Nex can actually keep up with Aisha, and push her and challenge her. Which isn’t a bad thing in relationships so long as a mutual respect is there.   8. well. canon is a little..... messy. My version of the girls definitely retain their individualism. for other differences... they’re just a little more fleshed out? i guess? like Bloom’s moody behavior in the show i think is because of her insecurity issues, so that plays a part in how i draw her and think of her.  9. ok wow this is gonna be tough well here we go Sky: I think sky is an ESTJ he’s not super emotional(inf Fe) but can lean toward controlling(dom Te). he seems to like tradition and think social promises are important(Si). Brandon: ESFJ. Brandon is the mom friend of the boys ok. He goes along with sky’s crazy plans, tries to subtly set Riven up with musa(season 1 i think?), some how managed to land a social butterfly like Stella and seems to just navigate social situations REALLY easily(dom Fe). he also seems to hate being disrespected or taken for granted(Si) stella does this occasionally.  Timmy: ISFJ???? thats the vibe i get hear me out ok so in season 2 Timmy gets tecna the exact computer part she needs because 1. He knows they both like things to be practical(Si) 2. He knows and remembered the part she was talking about and filed it away in his brain(Ti) and 3. He and Tecna bonded over tech (Fe) Riven: honestly he’s a tough one.... Maybe a really stunted and angry ISFJ? (speaking from personal experience i am an ISFJ) i don’t have a real reason why but riven’s behavior is really confusing in the show so it makes typing tough..... possibly INTJ as well....... Helia: ISFP. Lmao I might be basing this entirely off of stereotypes but helia has a strong pacifist belief and can be moody(Fi, and more in the comics lol) is attuned to his surroundings(Se) seems pretty focused??(Ni) and i can’t think of his Te showing up be it is an inferior  Nabu: ISTJ weirdly a good fit with Aisha(ESTP) tho?? even though he’s an Si dom, he doesn’t go along with the arranged marriage because its not what he believes(Fi) and he’s stubborn about it(Te). Roy: ENFJ honestly just a cutie. He’s personable(Fe), focused for the most part(Ni), and is comfortable in his environment(Se).  Nex: ENTP? maybe?? He’s pretty impulsive and has that “work around” mentality I associate with ENTPs.... idk this one doesn’t seem to fit super well...  Thoren: Maybe INFJ?? i mean thoren honestly doesn’t have a lot of screen time but he’s attentive(Ni), and tries to take care of people(Fe). most of the infj’s i know are fun but weird lol, but i think thoren has anxiety so that could play into him being less “out there” in his behavior.  if any of yall have input on this feel free to let me know. 10. ooooooh good question. Hmmm yeah, so basically in my world a person with TOO MUCH magic gets overwhelmed and kinda goes a little crazy(the ancestral witches) the same thing happens with tritannus when he gets the emperor's throne power. He’s loyal to icy and she to him until he looses his ability to think clearly and turns on icy, icy gets freaked out and leaves with her sisters when they swoop in to rescue her. they don’t so much “break up” as they are “broken up” by the circumstances. In general Tritannus does really like Icy, hes attracted to her ambition and powerful personality. Icy started out just manipulating Tritannus but caught feelings oops 12. Yeah so, humans in general can withstand a lot of wild magic as their body “metabolizes” it quickly. Kalshara(the cat lady you don’t know the name of) used extremely concentrated samples, combined with other spells to keep the wild magic in her body permanently. If a human with out a properly developed magic biome (a lot of earthians only have a low functioning one) get exposed to a wild magic source they would probably gain some aspects of fairy animals, probably not like, fur, or anything but eye and hair color changes, maybe some patterns on the skin. but there’s also the chance that they would just.... die..... cus that happens with animals too lmao sry. @weirdghostly

just finished rewatching toy story 1 thru 3 over the past few days, wanted to share my thoughts:

i love these movies a whole lot. the first 2 hold a bunch of nostalgia for me because i was A Baby when 2 came out and when i was also A Baby i would just watch our VHS copy of toy story 1 over and over again. this also makes me the exact age group to be emotionally destroyed by toy story 3, which came out just as i was entering high school and hit really close to home

individual thoughts:

toy story: the first thing i noticed was it still looks really nice even watching in 2019!! which i think is kind of spectacular for the first feature-length computer-animated film. it no doubt helps that the plot is mostly focused on little plastic dolls without realistic hair or clothing to animate but the semi-”cartoon” art direction means the human characters also look pretty nice without going too far into the uncanny valley.

also, the plot is WAY darker than i remember?? not because of sid and all the body horror toys, but because for like half of the movie woodys friends think hes an actual (toy) murderer carrying around the severed arm of his victim (!!) like, its hilarious, but also wow theres a LONG way to go between there and the climax of toy story 3.

the soundtrack is probably my favorite of the bunch. part of that is probably nostalgia but i just really like the consistency of having randy newman singing every song. it sort of elevates him to part of the story, like an omniscient narrator singing woodys (and later buzzs) inner monologue. 2 (and especially 3) didnt have as many musical numbers, which i can understand with a shift to a larger-scale approach to storytelling, but i really like the feeling it gives number 1. “you got a friend in me” is an obvious classic thats been remixed and brought back in just about every piece of toy story media im aware of, but “strange things” and “i will go sailing no more” deserve just as much recognition and praise. there just isnt a weak number among them

toy story 2: heres where the story started getting bigger and more existential, which basically becomes the new direction of the series. which makes sense! this one released 4 years after the first, and while theres no real timeskip in the story (maybe 6 months?) it had been a little while since we last saw woody and the gang. everybody in the real world had gotten older, and with the turn of the millennium approaching, the theme of impermanence loomed large in the collective unconscious. well, maybe not in my unconscious, because i was 2. but its really interesting as kind of a “time capsule” to what people were thinking about as the 90s came to a close.

so toy story 2 was a little more grounded, a little more focus on the human world, but it was also more fantastical in its presentation. the opening “video game” sequence (which still looks amazing!!) and woodys nightmare (”i dont wanna play with you anymore...”) show the animators at pixar really found their groove and started getting experimental. and to great result!! the fantasy sequences are a lot of fun and help 2 really stand out.

i would be remiss not to mention jessies flashback song here. its something else they hadnt really done in the first film and i think it really works. jessie in this film unfortunately doesnt get to do much other than fight with woody about whether he should stay or go (except for when she saves him in the end) but this song makes her character work. it also helps that it destroys me every time

also i think this is the movie that gave me an appreciation for the acting of kelsey grammer. i dont really agree with his politics (i also dont know specifically what they are) but he is a damn fine actor and gives the prospector a very genuinely intimidating edge after his heel turn. the casting really makes the character here, but thats nothing new for toy story-- every voice works. if i were the casting director, i probably wouldnt have pulled erudite kelsey grammer for a character named “stinky pete,” but as it is now i couldnt imagine him voiced by anyone else.

the last thing about toy story 2 is it feels like there were a lot more pop culture references? at least as far as i noticed. there are apparently even more than i noticed but i caught on to the “also sprach zarathustra” riff in the opening, and the jurassic park rearview mirror gag. and of course the extended star wars reference with zurg vs. utility belt buzz (and i guess zurg in general.) the references are cute and mostly unobtrusive but really i could take or leave them.

oh yeah also al is hilarious. just this rude, neurotic businessman whos incredibly self-important for the owner of a minor(?) toy store chain. hes such a puffed-up jerk, every time hes on-screen is a delight

toy story 3: this one kills me to death. i always get misty-eyed during “when somebody loved me” but the ending of 3 where andy introduces his toys to bonnie and plays with them one last time made me sob the first time i watched it. and it still does! thats the long game right there, thats the payoff of over 10 years loving these characters. its an emotional ketchup bomb, everything gets all messy and soggy and sweet. hopefully 4 can follow up, but im not really worried about that-- ive heard some good things. damn, its been 9 years since this movie came out, though! it really doesnt feel all that long, but i guess i havent been doing all that much

i actually dont know if i have much else to say about 3. the opening with the re-imagining of the previous films openings (woody versus one-eyed bart, buzz and woody vs. the evil dr. porkchop) is a highlight, although theres a conspicuous lack of bo peep. ive heard she has a big part in 4, but it was kind of weird to see a lot of toys missing and their absence (mostly) glossed over after the first few minutes. i miss r.c. and lenny, but i get they wanted to narrow down the cast so all of them could get in on the plot.

speaking of which, the escape scene is great too. its kind of a crystallizing moment of how close these characters are, and how well they work together. it reminds me a lot of the escape from sids house in the first movie, but there woody was working with sids body-horror toys and seemed to strike up a rapport with them bizarrely quickly. (speaking of which, i miss those toys! their designs were super cool, but i cant imagine they got much merchandise, especially babyface with the sharp, metal spider legs.) here, though, woody and the gang cooperate the best they ever have, and it really paints a picture of how close theyve become over the years, and justifies the emotional climax in the landfill. this is what i was talking about when i said i was surprised how dark toy story 1 got! these toys all hated woodys guts back then for what they thought he did to buzz. they kicked him out of a moving truck! its just weird to think about that conflict between them when you know how long they end up sticking together. but thats, like, neat, so its ok. it feels earned, its just kind of crazy in hindsight.

toy story 3 was also obviously made long after the first two-- by comparison, the lighting is way more sophisticated, the humans are a lot more detailed. theres just a lot more detail In General. the main cast is, like, super dirty for the middle 90% of the film, and it feels like, yeah, We Have This Technology Now. we can render so many individual glitter sprinkles suck to hamms ass and they will be in every single scene. the “fur tech” on lotso and buster is also an obvious clue, especially in the flashback to lotso trudging through the rain back to his owners house. its like “look! we can make this teddy bear SO wet!” and wow! yeah! you did! so wet!

lotso himself is also an interesting villain in terms of sheer bastardness. he is just a huge jerk. he could have hit that button so easily! and he was so mean to the baby! but at the same time hes a great character in how he slowly “changes” throughout the movie. he is kind of an obvious “pixar ‘twist’ villain” but again, the amazing performance by ned beatty really saves him. also he does get a nice comeuppance at the end, which was necessary because hes really the biggest villain in the series so far. hes knowingly malicious and doesnt have any greater motive, hes just an embittered megalomaniac who (apparently) has sent other toys to be broken, thrown away, and incinerated at the landfill. he honestly deserves worse than being strapped to the front of a truck but it works for a family movie.

i have a couple more thoughts on 3 (i guess i did have a fair amount of stuff to say about it) but im getting tired of writing. the music is good as usual, but the vocal stuff being entirely back-loaded (in the credits) is a bit disappointing since ive always been a fan of the songs, but i get that they were going for something different. the jokes about ken being, uh, ‘flamboyant’ felt out of place, mostly the one at the end (”uh, buzz? barbie didnt write this”) because it comes from one of the gang and not unnamed lotso goon #3, but i guess its pretty tame in the scheme of things.

overall im really looking forward to seeing what 4 does with the series. whew!

So new spoiler room by Natalie Abrams (sp?) is out. Not very positive, and I saw a lot of freaking out on twitter. Figured I help you try and get ahead of the swarm on tumblr. The big thing to remember is that everything the author said is her interpretation, historically Nat is like the biggest troll for us, she makes Everest out of a grain of salt, so relax a little about the 'rough patch'. Are FS gonna be perfect, no, is there gonna be some blame on Fitz, likely and likely self blame, 1/2

Its not gonna be the end of Fitzsimmons or anything. If anything the rough patch is going to be getting Fitz to remember or Jemma misinterpreting his regret. Also pretty sure that quote from Mo is from back when Aida was still a secret. Remember AoS isnt on the CW theres not going to be some, this is suddenly our issue even though its always been a part of who you are break up Its not our shows style. Yes, absolutely ZERO reason for us to be panicking here,  It actually helps with a few of the theories and where Fitz might be at/like when we see him again.  Honestly I would be worried at this point if we had happy Fitzsimmons in the Framework…remember we are going to have to suffer for that engagement!

So here is the quote:

1. While Fitz did help with the Framework we’ve discussed that pretty much everyone has a hand in the current situation.  Going back to Mace/Coulson not trusting each other in 5/6 and leading the boys to the hell dimension, which led to May giving the book to AIDA/Radcliffe to read to get them back.  And you are right that is 100% the authors opinion, the only from the show said its his fault is Mack.

2.   We know Fitz already had guilt about all of this even before it all really hit the fan.   Things like the book on his desk and his behavior in 14 showed us that he was already grappling with it.   In that, he was blaming himself and there Jemma brought him back to her and they ended up vowing to fix it together. 

The only two people we’ve seen blame Fitz for this are Mack and himself.  

Oh and Robo May with ‘herself’ in using the Darkhold.

3.  I am pretty sure that was a lot of Foreshadowing for what Framework Fitz is going to be like.  A BIG thing they have had this season, the past few eps especially are:

Fitz creates things to HELP people and out of the goodness of his HEART (remember how I said Jemma wanting him for his heart and not his mind will be a key here).  

Way back in Season 1 they said Fitz was a lot like Donnie.  A cautionary tale.  In the Framework we’re going to see if someone like Radcliffe got to him first.  If someone like Radcliffe, not Jemma was influencing him.

Many of Fitz’s creations were made in order to protect JEMMA.  So what happens in a world where they never met?

Mack said that Fitz was sounding a lot like Radcliffe.

Radcliffe saw himself in Fitz.

So I think in the Framework we are going to see a Fitz that is a lot like Radcliffe.  Where he is more into the discovery and results rather than the ramifications of what he creates.   Especially if he’s had someone like Radcliffe guiding him for years.

I do think the quote is new, but its WAY too soon for them to be talking ANYTHING post Framework.  They have just started filming 20 and my gut is the girls are going for the hostages now, they are out and going to get them.  So no way Mo is talking that far ahead.  

I’m not going to lie. Fitzsimmons in the Framework is going to suck, its going to be a kick in the feels like no other.  Either Fitz not ever knowing Jemma and a Darker Fitz are going to be tough.  Even worse for Jemma is seeing the man she fell in love with buried under AIDA”s reprogramming.  That he has been taken from her in EVERY way possible.  She and us are going to see what FItz is truly capable of without that moral compass.  IE things used to capture/contain Inhumans will not be pretty, weapons, tech.  We are going to see just how much damage Fitz can do when he wants to or when he doesn’t care.

Fun theory time.  Jemma is undercover or with Hydra (under a different name) but she is working side by side with Fitz.  And they are creating just terrible things.  Jemma has to be careful not to give herself away since she is in the belly of the beast while at the same time it keeps her close enough to start to work on Fitz.  We don’t just get a dark Fitz…we get a Dark Fitzsimmons.  Remember Radcliffe, “Put the two of them together and you have a younger me.”

The ‘spats’ Fitzsimmons have had this season were mostly centered around AIDA.  First in hiding her, the time it took away from each other, they ethics, and then when Fitz kept working on her.  The “you put us all at risk,”.  It was the ethics of it all.  They are probably going to be in conflict with each other because Framework!Fitz is making tech for Hydra and not caring how they’re used. Jemma will be horrified because we already know that she KNOWS that Fitz would never make anything without the noblest of intentions, so the Framework version of him is a complete perversion of who he is. She’ll probably argue with him about it.  A bit of “You have Fitz’s mind, why are you doing this?”

One of the big things we are going to get with this arc is a different take on the characters.  For Fitz, this is a way of giving us a dark Fitz without messing with him too much in the Real World.  

At this point in the season we do want conflict, sorry folks but we do.  You know me, I panic when we get “Oh he’s going to take one look at Jemma and remember her with True Love’s Kiss and they will work hand in hand to get out,”  That kind of quote means the terrible awful hits after….so terrible awful happening in the Framework.  Seeing them struggle there before Jemma can get through to him means that we’ll see a engagement kind of thing when they get out.  

This is a Woman on Fire arc for Jemma, its not going to be easy.  Jemma is going to have to fight to get him back in multiple ways.  Not only physically but emotionally, his memories….she has to get to his heart again.  Override AIDA’s reprogramming and help him remember who he really is.  Possibly have to work with someone she doesn’t recognize (but in him working with her it helps him come back).

Finally it makes sense that Fitz will be one of the most difficult to get back.  IE in a video game, you don’t get the thing that will beat the game in the first 5 minutes.  You have to work for it, fight for it, help it grow.  As he is one who can help them take out the Framework from the inside AIDA will have built safeguards around him.  Plus Radcliffe in the mix wanting to preserve his own life and he’s going to be happy as a lark with Fitz as his son.

Sorry this got a little long but you are absolutely right Anon.  Its NEVER as bad as they make it sound like its going to be (and Mo said nothing about a rough patch, she said emotional spats which I’m totally expecting).  I can pull meta after meta on this in how a quote totally freaked everyone out but when it hit, what we imagined is so much worse.

Will there be conflict for Fitzsimmons in the Framework?  Yeap

Is it going to hurt?  Yeap

Will it be hard for us and Jemma to see Fitz like that? Oh yes.

Is Jemma going to fight like hell to get her man back? You bet!

Is it a deal breaker for Fitzsimmons? Heck no!

Will Jemma get him back?  No question, possibly even in the Framework towards the end.

Will they come out stronger from this? Absolutely 

Keep our eyes on the big sparkly prize guys!  Framework is only going to last 4/5 episodes at most, then they will be back together strong than ever.

A decent cook! Mainly simple foods honestly but he’s not bad at it! Used to making ‘on the go’ food since he spends so much time away from home.
