Stimboard for Canadian Geese!! Because they are extremely sweet! You’re probably just scaring them!

Goose gifs are mine :)
I wish I could have found more videos of goose feathers, they’re more waxy (middle gif) than most bird feathers so I didn’t want to put “normal” feather gifs, although their under feathers are extremely soft, as you can see in the top gif :)
can u tell us about a cool thing u saw outside? thanks
YES it is spring here and I have been spending so much time watching the birds. here are my observations:
1. house sparrow courtship dances are so silly looking. the first time I saw a sparrow doing one I thought he was injured but it’s just like that. I don’t think the girl sparrows seem to like it very much
2. the other day I found a flock of pigeons in a cemetery and i was so surprised at how close they let me get! I just sat down and hung out and they seemed happy. there was one bossy one that wouldn’t let the others get too close to me though
3. I have been seeing a new type of bird occasionally by the river and I thiiiiink they’re black crowned night herons? They are like stouter great blue herons. It’s so fascinating bc I’ve been rowing for almost 7 years, 3 of them on this river and all in this state, and have never seen them before this year!
I love fall! Leaves changing colour and falling to the ground, pine needles making a carpet under your feet, soft sweater, days that are warm but not hot, days that are cool but not cold, scarves, boots, big shoes, gloves, hats, that distinct fall smell, halloween, costumes, shorter days, beautiful nights, the first snow, pie, tea, hot chocolate, warm food and drinks and geese invading every open green area and leavING THEIR s̶̢̩͍̦̼̞̭͕̖͍̼̙̲̎̈́̎̒̊̓́̋̈͛̀̂͑̍͒̈́̈́̕͘͝͠ḩ̵̨̥̯͖̲͔̠͕̹̼͍̘̳̯̲͍̱̻͈̰̺̣͚͙̺̭̙͖̻̖̺͚̱͇̖͎̩̺͈̤̪̹͌͌̉́̿̀͌̒̽͒͐̈́̽͐̃̉̃̈́̽̿̈́̀̾́̄͐̋͐͐̚̕͘͜͜͝͠͠͝ͅͅį̵̡̦̟̠̳̟͍̪̪̱̝̺̖̲̯̙̺͎̖̤̣̦̆̾͛͆̿͒͂̋̇̓̀̂̑̓̏͌̾̈́̍̓͛̇̈̽̆̄̏̾͗̏͒͋̆̅͆̕͘͜͠ͅͅt̸̨̡̛̝̪̖̗̟̮̼̼̪̭̣̤̒͒̊͐̈́̈́̓͛̾͒͑̊̇́̌̑͆̉̆͋͘͝͠͠ EVERYWHERE !!!!!!
For some unfathomable reason, Tumblr has decided to suggest my blog to brand-new accounts to follow, so I've had a crazy influx of followers who, of the ones that are genuine accounts, probably have no idea what they've signed up for. (sorry.)
Oh, and I also have some new bittern-loving followers who have a slightly better idea but might not know the whole story!
So, here's your chance to escape, if you so choose.
Anyway, I'm Bob! I've been here since like 2012. I mostly make comics, but I also do some prose writing, game dev, and general shitposting. Should you choose to continue following me, you will be subjected to such content as
Canada geese.
Like... a LOT of Canada geese.
Also ferrets, the love of my life. And other art and general musings about my favorite animals, including but not limited to bitterns, grebes, pheasants, parrots, crayfish, eels, every single other type of mustelid, alpacas, etc.
But, because I can't be bothered to make myself a consistent "brand," I also make
Very Gay Comics.
I can't emphasize this enough, because I kinda suspect all those plumbing company blogs didn't know this before following me. I make very gay comics.
I'm working on a new webcomic called Into the Smoke that's gonna launch soon. It's about a gay medium who binds himself to a killer ghost, and I think my new follower with the car financing blog is gonna love it.
Lots more on that soon.
Anyway, I don't want to make a super long post. I just want to make sure y'all understand that if you follow me, you will get
on the topic of under appreciated birds people love to hate on Canada geese as if they are not unbelievably beautiful with such a striking black and white aesthetic. those big dark eyes? the shock of white on their chin? I love them your honor
