guys i love fallout new vegas i love it so much man this characters are so well written please give me more arcade and benny i fucking love benny please imainge my suprise when i played first time and it was 2am and i had to kill this silly goof and i got jumpscared by Black widow perk i i didnt know you could do the nasty with him and i did it for goofs adn then he commented on curier charlies and i lost it i fucking lost it i laughed so hard my mom woke up and took my pc she litteraly turned it off and took it with her to her bedroom so i wont play at 4fucking am and i just sat there blushing like teenager girl in those drama romance series and i was like damn benny why would you do that and the fucking letter he left is so sweet and i then i i found out he got kindaped by my bebygirl vuplus and i felt betrayed like babi why why would you do this to me i i noo why beni and i got upset becasue i didnt want to whoop vulpes cuz i love this furry sexists peace of doodoo but like i i i had month break from fallout cuz its so fukicng intense and then i oh no then i started dlc just to clear my mind out of benny being kindaped by half naked men that he probably liked idk he smells like bisexual  and omg omg ulysses my guy my guy i said i many times and i will say it again when i played this game first time i was sure that ulysses and curier are like ex boyfriends because ulysses acted all emo and shy and misterious and deep and my englsih was so bad oh it was so bad man i couldnt understand what tihs guy was saying and then i had to kill him and i said no and i reloaded game and leveled up untill i gained enough skills to talked him out blowing vulpes and kimball and and imagine my sorrow when i found out this guy and benny were suppose to be companions but obsydian didnt have enouth time please if fallout 5 will come out i want i want idk what i want please give me idk sometinh and omomgogmomgogm guys i hear me out joshua is a bab person  i knowwww but likeee its joshua like he did all this redempion arc and then went all british on this people of course it was nasty and he should not but its rather obvious is it wrong to simp over bab characters?

Is Cait a one night stand/hook-up gal?

oh absolutely. Cait is one of my all-time favorite Fallout characters so I've actually given her a lot of thought and she's always struck me as a "very afraid of catching feelings" kind of girl. She's not afraid of Raiders or Gunners or Deathclaws or fighting to the death but she's VERY afraid of falling for someone so hookups and one-night stands when she's in Diamond City or Goodneighbor? That's absolutely her M.O.

Interestingly, the only Fallout OC of mine that I ever truly shipped Cait with (and had them, like, canonically 'end up together' at the end after I yeeted the Institute) was Bella, my very first character. Otherwise, if I romance Cait, it's always a 'FWB-of-convenience since we're traveling together' situation.
