I actually have no idea who made muppet versions of DC characters but I literally love it so much and I've already drawn concept art for Hal and Barry but I wanted to do a digital version (I also had time but at the same time I have been lacking rn in my current WIPs / sob to my Star Sapphire Barry and my Ballad Of Music Meister fic teaser poster.)

yahh i live alone and i catch myself doing it a lot. but i also just talk to my animals quite a bit.

love tea a lot and probably drink it more, but i think i prefer the taste of coffee, i just don't drink it as much cause caffeine makes me crazy.

definitely a vet lol. then i realized how much intense work that is and the mental toll it would take and said nope

secret life of walter mitty, wild america, brokeback mountain, my own private idaho, top gun, goon, the muppets (any of them), spirit, dirty dancing....god the list goes on, movies are one of my passions haha.

to add to the disney discourse. i am inclined think josh would be a muppet vision guy. maybe i’m biased because jim henson is my hero and i want someone to love them as much as i do. muppet vision is filled with so many hysterical one liners that i think would send josh into a fit of giggles. some of his favorites being

sam eagles “it’s a salute to all nations but mostly america”

also another same eagle one: “it’s a glorious three hour finale” (then when he gasps after he’s informed he has a minute and a half)

miss piggy throwing a fit over kermit calling her musical number “little”

and kermit saying “we invited the most distinguished scientists from all over the world to work here. unfortunately none of them showed up.”

OH OH also when kermit is like “fozzie that’s terrible” and fozzie just replies “you’re right. needs more sugar” to the pie falling in his face.

1. are you named after anyone?

A local meteorologist... my parents liked her name :D And my great grandmother for my middle name

2. when was the last time you cried?

I'm not gonna lie I am weak for sports videos and web weaves etc so hockey-related crying probably like two days ago having something to do with Sid; real life crying... Christmas! My sister got me a sentimental poster/map thing for my new house, it was very sweet

3. do you have kids?

No! I have two fantastic nieces and I'm about to move about six blocks away from them. I ADORE them and my relationship with them but being an auntie is the perfect amount of motherhood for me. I used to think... maybe... and then I got a puppy and that answered that!

4. what sports do you play/ have you played?

Field hockey was my jam (though I was NOT good at it), and I was on the swim team forever. I've skied since I was about five, but tore my ACL in college and now I only really do it because my family is OBSESSED. But I was also one of those kids who tried everything for like... three weeks. So tennis, ice skating, soccer, basketball, softball, etc, nothing really stuck. I am... NOT athletic

6. what’s the first thing you notice about people?

This is a little weird, but... how good people are at conversation. I tend to feel pressure to carry conversations so I kind of instinctively assess right away what a person's conversational style is.

8. scary movies or happy endings?

Happy endings <3 I can't watch horror movies, I literally hide my head under blankets. At my first sleep over I had to call my mom to come pick me up because they were watching Children of the Corn and my little self couldn't handle it. I haven't gotten much better since

kind of a silly answer, but reading? I think I'm pretty good at it.

I love hiking--I actually did a walk-about for about two years where I visited a lot of the national parks for a month or so each, and it was just the most magical experience of my life. Hiking pretty much became my part-time job and it was fantastic

12. do you have any pets?

I do! I have a dog who is a couple months shy of his second birthday, he's a (high energy, playful, adorable) wirehaired pointing griffon which is a very pretentious name for essentially a very cute trash muppet. His name is Jinx and he drives me crazy and is also my bestie and I am very much that 'i would kill everyone in this room' brooklyn 99 meme about him

13. how tall are you?

a very average 5'5

14. favourite subject in school?

Religion! I hate everything it's done to the world but I loveee studying organized religion, I almost minored in it, actually, but went with English instead. I kind of realize now that it's because I like socio-psychology so much... why people do the things they do is pretty much the thing I'm fascinated with the most. And the answer to that for a lot of history was religion.

15. dream job?

I actually have my dream job! I'm a writer (novels) and I feel very privileged and lucky to have been able to make it work. There are times it very much feels like a job of course, but mostly I get to do what I love every day (very Sid coded) and I don't take that for granted.

who do you think is the most interestingly designed puppet on sesame street ? and also the muppets ?

WOAGHHH ok so so so.

Seasme street has some of the most creative crap ever. I love it so so much. From Murray Monster being the first guy you see to the story going on its just. Woah.

My personal favorites are Bert and ernie. Specifically because of how much they contract each other not only as characters but in design. They share so many similarities but also a bunch of differences. It's a case of them being made FOR EACH OTHER. which I love :D

And then the count is another big favorite of mine cause his name is a pun and that's fucking hilarious. Hjs design is simple and to the point but also isn't scary and good for kids! Teach kids about numbers AND vampires!!! Both are important

The Muppets, my beloved... I love them bit a lot of them are very simplistic...Which is fair they did come first end of the day...

but I love love LOVEEE Dr. Teeth Design the most. It's giving... band leader as he is, piano man, it fits his character, it's so so creative, he's a Puppet that commonly uses gloved human hands as hands and it's just. I love the mix of puppeterring it takes for his design and concept.

Gonzos another one, but I feel biased since I love him. They're a whatever, it's his whole thing qnd it fits so well. They dress him in the best outfits but also his puppet design kinds makes it hard for him to talk??? It's not hard but the giant nose can be seen getting in the way at times since it's curved so much. It has an issue of getting into the mouth, and that's why Dave Goelz has been doing him for years now. Cause he's got my Whatver down to a T!!!

Hello there pal! Aww thank you, I hope that you’re having a nice day as well! AHHH that is SUCH a hard question, because I love sooooo many movies! So off the top of my head, I absolutely adore 80s movies like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Back to the Future, and The Breakfast Club. I’m also super into musical movies, like Moulin Rouge, or even some on-screen Broadway adaptations (although nothing can beat a live show haha!) Oh, and it goes without saying probably, but I loveee Popstar! Weirdly enough though, if I had to pick an all-time favourite movie, it’d have to be the 2011 version of The Muppets. It’s so sweet, and funny, and musical, and it always makes me smile so much. Sorry for rambling on, it’s just so hard to choose only one! 😅 xx
