Trying to get out of another art funk- so I thought it’d be fun to make a little outfit redesign for my goofy (and horribly stressed out) cowboy mad scientist, Riley. Without fail, this nerd is a joy to draw.

I didn’t want to stray too far from the original look, but wanted to go for more of a fitting mechanic vibe with the jumpsuit. So far so good, in my opinion.

sooooo rewatching the parents weekend episode. and the parallel people have been saying in the scene where thing signs to enid is the same as thing signing to gomez, means enid is like gomez to wednesday's morticia. and on top of that now, wednesday has a stalker-- just like morticia. gomez saved morticia from her stalker, and enid being gomez, has to save wednesday from her stalker too. like come ONNN this is a direct parallel and if we dont get more wenclair paralleling gomez & morticia in s2 what is the POINT of existing !!!!!!

'he was calm and brave' - morticia describing gomez as he picks the saber from her hands and takes the fall for garret's death... yeah thats exactly what enid was like while taking down the stinky hyde !!! wednesday you BETTER call her a good girl

hope enid doesnt take the fault for killing wednesday's stalker like gomez did tho... if she kills, shes getting away with it!

it could be possible if the stalker is lucas as well... if not only because he has a father in high position like garret, crashed the rav'n dance, and may have the hots for an outcast. highly unlikely but would make lucas return in a big way and effectively cut off what he and bianca had going if he ends up going bad like garret. its unlikely as his entire arc was to come to understand the outcasts more, so him being the stalker just reverses his development

You know an oddly specific trope in mecha I fucking love? When the pilots aren’t even wearing proper gear but still pilots the robot anyways. Its not to say I don’t like pilot suits, I do, but there is something much more appealing to me seeing a pilot in a casual ass outfit, or being like Roger Smith and wearing a god damn suit, while piloting a giant robot as if it’s their day job or something they do regularly. Which isn’t technically wrong even if these pilots never get paid for it LOL. It just feels more natural and more cooler to me because these pilots are throwing themselves right into it, not giving a single fuck if their clothes aren’t gonna be proper enough gear to protect them if the robot gets torn to shreds, they’re just that confident about it.
