#i need rosemary for a recepie?

It may be silly and quaint but I like to daydream about my future fridge that is organized by just me…
Eggs would be in a clear, reusable container so i can see how many are left
A well kept drawer just for cheese
Perishables like potatoes and fruits would be front and center, easy to grab and see if they’ve gone bad
Clear nozzled bottles that are labeled for different cooking oils wether it be cooking wine, olive oil, etc all labeled with the name and last restock date
A drawer for herbs like garlic cloves and other vegetables in that sort of vein
Little clear organiser baskets of snacks places in a line like they would be at the grocery store
Sodas also in a similar clear container so i can see when to restock
2 % milk and Heavy cream aplenty as well as whipped cream
A butter section seperate from everything so i dont have to go digging for it every time….
Everything neat and tidy and easily accessible for any recepie I may try
OH! And a basket organizer purely reserved for leftovers in tupperware so they dont get forgotten about

If you have time, could I get some recepies for Ezio kin, from Assassin's Creed? I'm allergic to blueberries. Looking mostly for some healthier dishes on a budget. Which often seems like opposites. Lol. I like rich things and dinners. I love pasta but I'm not sure that's healthy XD thank you for your time and for this blog. It's really amazing.

Pasta is a great source of carbohydrates that our bodies need to function so I consider it part of a healthy meal for sure. X D

HOW TO COOK SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH COGNAC | Dad’s Recipe | ITALY UNEXPLORED Exclusive Footage
So, let’s see what we need to make shrimps scampi with cognac.
So, we need: extra virgin olive oil, cognac, a glass of white wine, fresh parsley, beautiful cherry tomatoes, rosemary, onion, and of course, chilli if you like it. The most important ingredient, of course, are the shrimps. We’ve got scampi from the Adriatic Sea. So, now you put a nice amount of extra virgin olive oil in the pan. When the oil is nice and warm, you put half onion that you cut into small pieces. And now, you put the cherry tomatoes, we are using about 12 of them. Now it’s time to put some nice rosemary inside, just to give that beautiful taste to the sauce. I think now it’s time to put the shrimp inside and a glass of white wine. Because we are using one kilo of shrimps, we’re going to add 50 ml of cognac. The cognac will give the nice taste to it. Now, we need to cover this for about five minutes, but you can’t open it all. It has to be nice and locked. Now, we are ready to open it. And here we have an explosion of aromas. And explosion of flavors of the Adriatic Sea. And now it’s time to serve this scampi cognac made by Dad
