They put Kyler as a joke, Tory as a very deep plan that was never touched on again and now Zara and Robby as cheating??? It's disgusting.

I search the Robby Keene tag on ao3 and I want him to be comforted by someone trustworthy (give him happiness, I dare you Netflix) and so far I've only found three, three that were actually good, because the rest either make the situation 100% worse for no reason or are about things that have nothing to do with the situation. Give him a trustworthy adult who actually works, here we believe that Amanda would have done it differently and that she would see the situation because she seems to be the only sane one in this whole karate thing (and Shawn, but that's another thing).

I hate that they're going to treat it as a cheat plot in the last part, I hate that they're going to romanticize this as much as fucking hell and that it's going to fuck with Robby even more for no reason. It was completely UNNECESSARY to put SA there or at all other times and it's not even used for character development, for the plot, or who knows what, but for a fucking joke, a cheat plot to mess with the best couple in the series.

Fuck it, forever faithful to the opinion that Robby deserves much more.

The thing about PLZA theorizing rn is that, with only one game in that subseries out, it's pretty hard to define what a Legends game is. Yeah, Legend Arceus dealt with time travel, but time and space were themes of the Sinnoh titles, so is Legends Z A guaranteed to follow suit? I guess not...

Kalos' themes, for like 5 minutes, were life and death, so is that why Lumiose City is going through a "Redevelopment" which could be akin to a renewal, so in a sense it'd part of that cycle?

do you think juan really knew before the opium high that something was brewing between his siblings? or do you think it was the clarity of being high that led to that led him to suspect that? if you think it was something he already knew, when do you think he pieced it together? like, what was the moment for him that made him think "hey, I think my siblings are fucking each other" (even though they were actually not....at least, not yet lol)? or even if it was the opium, what moment do you think made his brain go "wait a seccccc are they having sex? is cesare corrupting her?" (love the irony that in the end it's actually lucrezia who corrupts cesare on this particular thing at least)

he quite literally stated that he knew for a long while that there was something going on between with literal tears in his eyes (perhaps call it incestpilled hivemind lol). so it wasn't specifically because of the opium but the opium was deliberately written as a clarity for juan, not just something to ease his emotional and physical pain. i also think outcasts and family rejects tend to observe situations from a distance and can perceive things that probably no one else notices. i'm not exactly sure when he started to suspect but the opium magnified his suspicions though! he became a paranoid wreck of a man and his diseases (not to mention the massive gaslighting happening regarding forli that drove him even crazier) had a significant influence on his behavior and causing him to act erratically and even lash out on his mom, lucrezia, and dangle giovanni, etc. juan was probably the only one who knew how malicious cesare was to him while playing a good boy in front of their father and manipulating rodrigo to turn against him. juan intended to expose cesare's behavior as a comeback for indirectly sending him to his doom (but gave up to do so because rodrigo trusts cesare more nevertheless); that's why he thinks of him as some sort of evil trying to corrupt even lucrezia, his angelic baby sister (a concern for lucrezia's purity in the face of perceived malevolence) similar to how cesare tried to get him killed twice with no qualms or hesitation.

i think cesare ultimately frustrates him tbh because juan doesn't harbor any hatred towards him, not really! considering that he never took their quarreling to heart and easily forgave him because deep down juan longs for cesare's love and respect. (feelings that were revealed to him through the opium) but he sought to grasp cesare's motives and understand him.

this is why juan's "no one is listening" is my favorite quote of his (and possibly of all time tbh??) because it sums up his character; he was calling the game even before anything happened. he said their father was too blind to see cesare’s ambition, that his brother wanted to kill him, that his siblings are having an affair, etc., like he foresaw/was correct about almost everything but remained unheard.
