You think Jack ever broke his nose?

#because when looking at the poster I thought it was just the illustration making is image more ‘cute’ as little jack #but you can see it was rounder when he was younger #so I wanted to know how his nose looked now #I know it’s more pointed and I don’t think he would have gotten a nose job. happy 20th birthday to me <3 hard to believe that eight years ago for christmas i got my first gaming computer to play inquisition!! lagged so bad during combat and crashed when i tried to enter the undercroft for the first time lol. don't mind me being weepy, dragon age just happens to be the first ever rpg series i played and i wouldn't be pursuing video game writing alongside tv writing in my screenwriting major if not for that!

#and don't worry i got the regular version not the deluxe version #okay okay i've been thinking. and this is a little spoilery for veilguard so don't read on if you don't want potential spoilers #but i think i'm gonna have my first rook be a grey warden. i mean my da poster is a warden one i'm committed.#plus solas has big beef with the wardens so that'll be so fucking funny. he'll be like “oh. one of YOU guys. fucking things up. guess i got kinda lucky in retrospect not having any bad personal experiences w christianity. like it rlly is just like a cool thing i did as a kid and thats it

#OH forgot to say i was also in brownies/guides which isssss. um. apparently not rlly religious...? at least anymore?#but mine definitely was. more so even than my school which WAS a cofe school #idk what exactly but we went to church and there was posters of jesus everywhere and bible quotes #fuckkkk brownies and guides btw that shit sucked. wanted to die every day i went there #the one i went to 90% of the girls went to the school in the town so i was left out soooo bad. like worse than normal #cus it was group activitiesssssss #fuck that shit. school was cool tho it ruled.#like i say it was rlly not that big outside of daily worship and prayer and stuff.#like you wld have a half hour assembly or whatever and sing some songs and say a couple prayers and listen to a story and move on. sick #i loved it so much when i was in yr 6 i got to be the person who set up the computer and got all the songs queued up for assembly #which is crazy btw. i was ten. how did i do that #anyway

#this may be overly ambitious for a month-long project but i really want to cut a bunch of little children’s characters out of felt #& stick some velcro on the back #and then put a few of the areas & activies in the children’s library on a poster board #(like using the computer/listening to storytime/reading in some of the themed areas etc.)#this way kids can move the characters around and have them try different things! like a big sticker scene!#we have a fairy forest and i need to put moomin in it so bad…

xarrai hates the flaming fist so much but i just don’t think they can resist encouraging wyll to be a duke. like sure they hate the cops but it would be truly insane of them (in their own mind) to NOT pocket king cop. they’re going to give him shit for the rest of his days about being king cop and perhaps post game when they’re not quite as power hungry as they have been in the past they’ll question their own choices but. well. wyll seems happy and xarrai gets to go from an unofficial advisor of a duke to an Official Advisor of a duke so it’s kind of a win/win

watched lilo and stitch with my 5th graders today and i cannot express how absolutely fucking out of their mind they went when i told them there was a second movie

#my fave thing is that like. i give them a list of movies 2 choose from.#ZERO context outside of the posters #and the kid who got to choose complained all the options looked boring and randomly picked lilo and stitch #well they were enthralled from the first moment #i know what im doing kiddos!!! i prommy the movies all are good!!!!!#anyway one of the big joys is getting to watch movies with them that i KNOW they never would've watched otherwise #i got some of my former students hooked on merlin; some of my kids watched the whole atla series bc of me #and so it was fun. lmao. 4th grade earned a movie so we're watching cinderella next week my lil 4th grade boy wants to watch SO BAD #gigi.txt

I don't know what's better or worse

The projects I can't really do anything with because the base concept and scope simply lie outside of my field of skill (Citadel Of Splinters or Re-Pioneer, which are games; and Black Lotus or [Minigun Angel Project], which are meant to be manga)

Or the projects I can work on easily but just haven't gotten as far with as I should due to procrastination and lack of focus (Metroid Silence, Magical Girl Parallel Inversion, retooling Magical Girl Diurnal Retribution away from its original badly-considered format, The Forbidden Lands, etc.)

Or the one that legitimately straddles the line between, it's doable but is gonna take a lot of effort and branching out: [Yuri Otome Project]

#not a reblog #citadel of splinters is basically the poster child for the stuff #that is cool to think about but simply outside my scope #being a big 3D first-person metroidvania #with a focus on parkour and bullet hell mechanics #like that's the kind of shit that would take a studio to pull off #or at the very least an indie team #re-pioneer wouldn't be as demanding in a physics sense #but still of the kind of mechanical depth and scope that I couldn't do it alone #and black lotus and minigun angel project #not only need me to get way better/faster/more consistent at drawing #but I'd want them to be in a specific art style #so its like #probably better to just find an artist #and have money on hand and scripts ready idk #point is those are kinda stalled for a reason #but it still feelsbad.png #meanwhile the rest also feel bad but because with those #I have no such excuses other than poor self-management #so *shrug*

web weaving post but it's all my little spurs academy boys that have both succeeded and yet flopped at the beautiful game at tottenham

#coming up and having such a bond with a club and making it to some sort of involvement with the first team only to never cement your place #and how that must feel especially in an era with harry kane being the poster boy for the academy system knowing so many of our academy #get scraps until we get to maybe skippy?????#i mean winks did get a lot of game time but still #and the vitriol towards some of them? like winks who adores the club but was treated like shit by fans #and the way it's like skippy is spurs in the blood and then fans wanted him out after like 2 performances where he was coming back from #injuries and no game time #like the pressure on academy players and being a young player in general?????? insane to me actually #and it's not even that many of them are bad at football. i mean some of them are don't get me wrong but like kwp was GOOD #and he STILL both did and didn't get his big MOMENT his big SUCCESS with his boyhood club #makes me sad
