I love reading because you’ll be like “okay let me just finish this chapter and then I’ll get some work done” and at the end of the chapter in question the main character gets sealed into a tomb against his will
#and you’re like. FUUUUUCK. how am i supposed to get back to work under these conditions#i was staring at my fucking godawful webpage thinking ‘now how the christ am i supposed to work on this’#i know his lover is going to save him from the tomb before he suffocates to death because this is a romance and not a horror (mostly)#but what the actual fuck#was there a worse place to leave off? literally no#anyway i still haven’t done my homework lol. i’m… i would say 75% done with one piece of homework and like 10% done with the other#which is to say that i started it; couldn’t get anything to work; one thing started working but the layout of it refused to cooperate#so i was like ‘fine i’ll come back to that’ so i added another element and THAT broke#and that was when i rage quit and decided to work on my other assignment. which was a lot easier thank god#on that one i really just want to change my link colours around a bit (to show off) and move some elements around#so i’m probably like 85% done with it actually but the 10% is i need to play flexbox froggy. so i can learn how to do this#then i’m DONE and i have to go back to the other page. which. honestly i think the flexbox stuff will help with that one too#i also think i can probably solve a lot of my problems with that whole thing if i just add some margins and padding and borders#but we’ll see i guess#personal
