#if you guys don’t understand shoko

okay so what we’re not going to do is villainize shoko.
jjk 261 spoilers, thoughts, and a brief analysis of shoko. (and touching on some sashisu stuff. more specifically the sash part.)
i see a lot of people bashing her for not having a reaction to the body swapping plan and that satoru was like ‘i’m mostly surprised shoko didn’t object’ SO. here’s what i’ve got to say.
shoko didn’t object because she was fully under the belief that satoru was going to win. that it wasn’t going to happen. it was literally the worst worst worst WORST case scenario. she had SO MUCH faith in satoru.
let’s rewind back to the shibuya arc. what we knew about shoko at that time regarding her use of cigarettes was that she had quit five years (iirc) prior to those events. her smoking habits literally revolve around satoru’s wellbeing.
Tumblr media
mind you this was after she and yaga learned satoru had been sealed. she heard the news and immediately began smoking. why? because shoko is a person who masks her emotions and she does it well. she’s not the type of woman to break down in tears. she’s going to hide it and instead light up a cigarette.
we saw this with her interaction with suguru. she acted very nonchalant about his defection and the massacre he committed on the village and his parents. but when we fast forward ten years and go to jjk0, it’s made abundantly clear that she still cares about him. during the meeting where yaga declares they’re going to kill suguru — i’m pretty sure his words were ‘exorcise the curse that is geto suguru’ or something along those lines — shoko leaves. she flat out walks out. and during the night parade of 100 demons, we have a moment where see the most emotion out of shoko that we have for the majority of the series. she’s angry. she’s hurt. she has these thoughts of something along the lines of like ‘you sure made a mess for us’ regarding suguru. and it’s especially prominent because it’s the first time we’ve ever seen her like this and only time. the closest we get to seeing that again is during the sukuna fight.
she literally cares so much but she’s just emotionally constipated and doesn’t know how to show it 😭 it’s an issue both she and satoru have. they deflect. they mask. they move on and yet the carry it with them somewhere deep inside them.
so we go back forward to satoru and sukuna’s fight. where we do see emotion from shoko but what’s most important to note is the panels she’s in. when they focus on her, she’s either smoking a cigarette, lighting a cigarette up, or we see her surrounded by cigarette butts.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
we see her genuinely fearful at this point. she had full confidence that satoru was going to win. that’s why she said ‘do what you want’ and didn’t object. because in her mind, it wouldn’t happen.
it’s very important to remember that sashisu, whether you see it in a romantic or platonic way, was a group that cared so fucking deeply for one another. their bonds were deep. their love for their found family was deep. it’s part of the reason why suguru defected in the end. which i can get it into but not at this time. but at the end of the day, sashisu had ass communication skills and failed to properly understand one another.
and that seems to continue on with the satoshoko side of that, which was left after suguru left. and after he died.
also, it’s really important to remember that shoko is not like satoru and suguru. she’s a healer. that’s it. that’s all she does. she doesn’t get to fight or be on the front lines like they do. she’s the one who gets to wait behind and wait until the damage is done to do her job. she’s been doing this since she was (probably) 15, maybe even younger since we don’t know her backstory. she’s going to be emotionally detached. also, keep in mind this page:
Tumblr media
specifically her first piece of dialogue. ‘it’s more like we have to do it.’
and that’s the bottom line.
whew. this was rough. shoko ieiri you will always be loved by me.

Gojo Satoru
TW: implied noncon, yandere
fem reader
Tumblr media
The way Gojo Senpai is so obnoxious, he doesn’t understand his flirting is making you uncomfortable…
He seriously thinks he’s making you fall head over heels in love with him even when you give him nothing in return to make him think that. He just thinks you’re embarrassed and nervous, flustered by his attention, and that’s the reason you divert your gaze and bite your lip when he has you against the lockers, leaning on his hand with his shades gliding low on his nose—telling you that you have no shot becoming a sorcerer, but that you look too cute in the uniform not to give it your best try.
“Don’t worry, just say my name, and I’ll come save you,” he’ll say. “You can be my personal assistant supervisor instead.”
His game isn’t anything to brag about. It's more in line with bullying than flirting, but you pick up on the suggestiveness. That heated saccharine look within his blue eyes can only mean one thing if the way he plays with your hair isn’t enough of a hint already.
But his words are nothing short of derogatory, and all in all, he simply makes you feel gross—a sentiment you thought you put across, but it seems that having six eyes only makes you blind.
It takes Shoko telling him to leave the poor Kohai alone for him to finally understand that you don’t like him. And then he’s just confused and embarrassed.
And a tinge bit irritated.
Gojo knows for a fact he could make any girl want him. Even those who seem to hate him would melt if he gave them the same attention he’s been giving you. Any girl. He could have any girl, but he chose you. And you reject him?
No. He can’t accept that.
“Most girls would be grateful for my attention,” He states plainly after having tracked you down.
Your head snapped, jolting. “Gojo Senpai—” You dropped the mop in your hands with a clatter, having been deep in your own thoughts on classroom cleaning duty. You sighed as the scare settled, giving a breathy laugh, “You scared me—”
“Is that it?” he interrupted. “I scare you?”
You quirked a brow with a tilt of your head. “What?”
“Do I scare you?” he repeated, louder, posted on the threshold in a stance you’d never seen him in—stiff and squared, not his usual lazy laidbackness.
Confused, your eyes looked around as if searching for clues but came up emptyhanded, “Uhm, I don’t understand—”
“It’s a simple question,” he said, cutting you off again, this time with a step into the classroom. He talked slowly, cradling the next words, “Are you scared of me?”
Where it all came from, you hadn’t a clue. But then again, Gojo Senpai has always been rather strange.
Were you scared of him? It’s not really something you’ve ever thought about. Sure, if you were to go one versus one with him, you’d probably piss yourself. But in a regular setting, you just found him to be as grating as the next person.
“I don’t think so?” you end up answering.
“Good. So what is it then?” His shades were low enough for his stare to skim over. Brighter than clear skies, and yet, somehow, so dark. “Why don’t you like me.”
Oh, so he’s figured it out on his own then. It’s about time. And thank fuck for it—saves you the trouble of breaking it to him yourself. Though you were still left with the unfair task of telling him why.
“Honestly, Gojo Senpai, I’m not, or well… you’re just not my type.”
Stick to the basics, is what you told yourself. There’s no need to drag this out.
“Yeah, I figured. I’m asking why,” he countered, in complete disagreement with your thought.
Still, you wanted to fight for it. “Does it really matter?”
“Yes.”
This conversation was the last thing you wanted, but it seemed the white-haired prodigy wouldn’t leave without having it.
“Well…” you started, still pondering. Maybe he’d appreciate the honesty? He’s a rather straightforward guy himself. “I mean, there’s no way you don’t already know this, but—” You picked up the broom again mid-sentence. “You’re really obnoxious.”
He took a small second before he scoffed, “So? No one else cares.”
It reminded you of arguing with someone half your age—the petty anger in an ill-thought-through comment slung at you as if it carried all the weight in the world. But what everyone else thought of him hadn’t anything to do with you—and even so, out of the people on campus, you’re certain you’re not the only one who finds his attitude unpleasant—they just don’t tell it to his face.
You had half the mind to tell him to go get a grip, but he was still your Senpai.
“Good for you, I guess?” You weren’t really looking to fight with him, after all. “So you can flirt with literally anyone else then,” you dismiss him and go back to finish cleaning the classroom—glad to have put it all behind you. You were starting to fear he’d never leave you alone.
There’s a woosh, then the hard thunk of your back hitting the wall. Both your upper arms are gripped tight, pinned. When you open your eyes again after adjusting to the impact, you look straight up into the full view of two crisp comet blues.
“You’re mighty rude for a Kohai. You know that?”
Your head stings. You blink crookedly.
“Senpai—”
“Maybe I’ve misjudged you. D’you have anythin’ for show to back that attitude up?” It’s eerie how he says it in the same flirty fashion he would otherwise—even the look in his eyes are the same. But his grip tightens.
“I don’t want to fight—”
“No?” he cuts you off with a pout. “I could've sworn you were asking for it—all but begging for it a second ago.”
You whimper, cowering at the sudden bite in his voice.
“What’s the matter, huh? I thought you said you weren’t scared?”
Your voice comes out weak, “Please, Gojo Senpai, I—”
“Please?” he questions brightly, eyes stark and burning like a stovetop. “Yeah, that’s got a nicer ring to it—suits you better.” The smile that splits across his face is nothing short of unhinged. “But it’s not enough for me to let your disrespect slide.” He licks his lips, and a chill runs up your spine, feeling like caught prey. “Lucky you, I know exactly what price to put on it.”
His mouth devour yours the same way—pouncing like a beast would, with teeth more than lips, then a tongue. You whine as you twist—it’s more instinctive than deliberate when your knee shoots up into the unprotected space between his legs—right into that thing that was rubbing and rutting against you.
You make a run for it as he staggers back with a hiss, but you don’t make it farther than three measly steps before you’re bent over the closest desk.
His fist wrangles your hair, using it to shove you face-down against the wood—the weight of his body on top of your back with his voice raspy against your ear. “We could’ve left this with a kiss, but I don’t think it’s gonna be that easy now.”
Tears spill hotly in a panic, but no matter how much strength you put into lifting yourself up, you remain down. Sobbing, “Let go—help—”
He snickers with a hand under your skirt, spidering delicately up your thigh. “Who’re you callin’ for help, hm? I’m already here.”

✧˚ ༘ ⋆。 ˚ i was there too wasn’t’ i?| satoru/suguru
SYNOPSIS: You, Suguru, and Satoru all meet up after a messy breakup, will you guys reconnect?
CONTENTS: Fluff, Smut, Angst, Choking, Toxic, Threesome, Thruple, All dating each other.
WC because it’s long: 3.3k
Tumblr media Tumblr media
All three of you sat across the circle shaped table-distance from each other.
awkward.
You pick up the frappuccino you were drinking and take a sip. The atmosphere in the cafe was busy, and the smell of pastries filled your nose.
“Ahem!” Satoru says obnoxiously, picking up his mug filled with tea.
You and Suguru both roll your eyes, avoiding each other's gaze. Suguru slides down in his seat, spreading his legs and looking ahead of him.
“Why the fuck did you call us here?” Suguru says sitting up.
You all broke up with each other three months ago; yes, you three were basically a thruple. Went on dates with each other, fucked each other, and the whole ordeal
"I didn’t call any of you!” You yell out, slamming the plastic cup on the table.
Suguru scrunches his face in annoyance and disgust, leaning back in his seat.
“No one was talking to you, y/n, guess you haven’t changed,” he spits out, resting his arm on the armrest and avoiding your gaze.
Did I mention it was a messy breakup?
Satoru slides his mug on the table, leaning back and crossing his legs. "I didn’t call you guys either; I want nothing to do with either of you,” he says, rolling his eyes.
Suguru scoffs, resting his head on his hand, mumbling, “Right back at you.”
Satoru sits up, squinting his eyes. “The fuck you say?”
You sigh, sliding in your seat, ignoring the whole situation.
Suguru leans up, smirking, “You heard what the fuck I said.”
“Can you guys stop? You’re embarrassing.” You say with your face scrunched in disgust.
Satoru scoffs, leaning back and tapping his finger on the arm rest. This was bullshit. He could’ve been doing something more important than dealing with two motherfuckers who wasted two years of his life.
You suddenly feel a tap on your shoulder, and your head spins. Shoko is there with a bright smile on her face.
“Hey y/n," she says, rubbing your back. You scrunch your face, turning in her direction.
“So it was you?” Suguru spits out in annoyance; he was just as over it as the rest of you.
He couldn’t be bothered with any of you, not even Shoko.
Shoko tilts her head in confusion, stuffing one hand in her pocket. “What?”
Satoru rolls his eyes, sighing, “The one who sent the message, don’t act like you don’t know; it’s embarrassing, telling us to come.”
Shoko nods her head slowly, still not understanding what you guys meant. "Mmm, no? I didn’t even know you guys got back together.”
“We didn’t!” the three of you say in unison. You groan, fidgeting in your seat. Shoko rubs your back again before sliding her hand off.
"Well, I have to go; someone is waiting for me. Don’t kill each other.” She says walking off.
You quickly slide out of your seat, about to walk off. “She’s leaving, just like she always does," Satoru says.
You feel his glare pierce into you, along with Sugurus. The thing about this whole situation was that everyone was at fault.
Everyone was hated equally: Suguru hates you, you hate Satoru, Satoru hates Suguru, you hate Suguru, etc.
“Fuck off, you blue-eyed freak.” Satoru slides his chair back, jumping up.
"Wow, what a mature comeback!” Satoru yells, and you scoff, taking another step before Suguru grabs your jacket.
“Wait, everyone, just stop. We should all just talk, especially since no one wants to admit who texted who.”
At this point, everyone is staring at you guys, whispering. You didn’t want to, but he was right.
At the end of the day, neither of you got closure, so maybe this could fix that.
Satoru rolls his eyes, flopping back in his seat.
"Okay, but not here; people are staring.” you say as you take your bag off the seat you were sitting in.
Suguru slides out of his seat, sliding his wallet off the table. “We can do it at my place; I drove here.”
Satoru slides out of his seat, and the three of you begin walking towards his car. Satoru is walking next to Suguru, and you’re behind.
Both their hair got longer: Suguru's midback and Satoru’s near the middle of his neck. Suguru also got a new piercing, one in his lip, and Satoru’s style changed.
Tiny changes you thought to yourself, did you change?
You guys arrive at the car, and all of you get in. You blink your eyes and realize you’re in the backseat.
“Wait, why the hell am I in the back?” you say, scooting up to the both of them.
They both put on their seatbelts, and Satoru sighs dramatically, “Still whining; you really don’t change, huh?"
Suguru puts the car in reverse, putting his arm behind the passenger seat and hitting you in the nose.
“Ow!” you let out. He slips his hand back to the front once he’s out, and you slip back up.
“Also, it’s only been a few months; people don’t change automatically!” You yell in Satoru’s ear, and he takes his elbow, pushing you back, while Suguru ignores the two of you.
“Ugh! My point is, a breakup is supposed to make you realize your wrongdoings, yet you’re still the same.”
You sit back in your seat, sliding to the seat behind Satoru to avoid his eyes. You didn’t want to admit it, but his words hurt.
“Why are you guys acting like I'm the only one at fault?” You mumble out, resting your head on the window.
Suguru looks back at you, then back at the road. “It’s not; it’s also Satoru's." He says, You lift your head up, and Satoru snaps his head to Suguru with his eyebrow cocked.
“Fuck off! and it’s not yours?” He yells out. Suguru is still looking ahead. Jaw clenched, the car was filled with unresolved issues and tension you could cut with a knife.
“Never said it wasn’t.” He spits out, and Satoru groans, laying his head on the window, matching you.
After that, it stayed silent until you guys got to Suguru's apartment building. The walk inside was awkward; the elevator ride was awkward; everything was just dreadful.
Each of you step inside the apartment door one by one, you slip your shoes off, and walks to the couch throwing your bag down, flopping down.
Satoru slides off his jacket, throwing it on the bar stool in the kitchen. "Suguru, I'm surprised you can still afford this apartment after I stopped paying your rent.”
Suguru clenches his jaw and then his fist; he really knew how to get under his skin.
You stay silent, crossing your legs and leaning your head back against the soft couch. the couch, you guys—
“Okay, time to talk.” Suguru says sliding the coffee table to the side, replacing it with a chair from the kitchen.
Satoru flops down beside you, keeping the distance, like you were a nasty stain he didn’t want to touch.
“Where should we start?” You say, leaning forward, laying your hands on your lap.
Suguru leans forward, legs spread, with his hands clasped together and his fingers intertwined.
"Why did we break up maybe?” You nod slowly, looking over to Satoru, who’s looking back at you.
You guys would get into arguments every other day; that particular day, everyone’s emotions were on 10. There wasn’t a specific pin point.
There were "I hate you" flying around the room, “Run into traffic.” “Stop deflecting; you always do that shit!” “Fucking slut, you just fuck everyone, huh?"
Memories flood your mind of that rough argument, but not what started it.
An explosive argument they couldn’t explain even if they tried to.
Satoru shrugs his shoulder, leaning on the inside of the armrest. Suguru leans back, tapping his foot.
“Mm, well?” Suguru asks, scratching his forehead, one hand folded under him.
You tilt your head, peeking over to Satoru, staring at Suguru, practically drooling, his eyes glued to him.
You scrunch your face in disgust, looking away. Wait, where were they?
“What’s going on?” You ask sitting up. Your stomach dropped at the possibility. Were they really screwing behind your back?
Were you really that bad that they wanted nothing more to do with you?
Satoru and Suguru both look at you with their eyes squinted.
“What?” Satoru says, turning his body toward you and crossing his legs.
“What do you guys have going on?” You ask louder than the previous question, and your heart rate quickens as the palms get sweatier.
Suguru scoffs, looking out the big window beside him. "Nothing," he says, quick-witted.
"Satoru, you still want him, don’t you?” you ask, breathing out.
Satoru stays silent, rubbing his arm and turning his head. He opted out; he was aware you already knew.
Suguru looks at Satoru, then at you, your throat tightening. You wanted it to not hurt, but the truth was that it did.
Why not you? What did you lack? Why was everything falling on you? Why couldn’t they ache for you, look for you, and cry out for you? like they did for each other.
Your words can’t come out, and your breathing is limited. You had to let this go, though. Once you get your answer, you’re done with them.
They can fuck and be together; you wouldn’t care.
“We were toxic... That was the nail in the wood.” You breathe out, and there you go.
Suguru nods immediately upon hearing those words, “pretty much.”
Satoru stays silent, not saying anything; he didn’t see it; toxic was too harsh of a word.
Suguru looks at Satoru, cocking his eyebrow in annoyance and bouncing his legs up and down.
“What’s the problem?” he asks.
Satoru shrugs his shoulder, looking at you, then says, "I don’t see it... I have to disagree.”
You and Suguru both groan. Your vision focuses in front of you, then towards the side, looking at Satoru.
“May 5th, last year. that huge fight, remember?” you ask, uncrossing your legs. Satoru taps his chin, pondering and trying to remember.
"No, that doesn’t go in the oven!” You yell out, pushing Satoru out of the way, and Suguru slips past you, running a bowl under the running cold water spraying from the faucet.
"Fuck, what are you doing, Suguru?" Satoru yells, trying to stop the water from spraying everywhere.
Water is bursting from the broken faucet, water is spraying on the floor, the oven is overheating, and the garlic bread that was in there is now burned.
Suguru drops the bowl in the sink, sighing, "I'm not dealing with this shit.” He says this while walking over the water puddle that formed in the kitchen.
You cough from the smoke cocking your eyebrow. “The fuck? Are you leaving right now?” you ask as Satoru presses his hand against the spraying faucet.
“You see me physically walking, right?” Suguru asks in a condescending tone, walking towards his jacket in the living room.
Satoru groans, rolling his eyes, giving up on holding the faucet and letting it spray. You drop the pan you were previously holding, letting it fall to the floor.
“You know what? Fuck you, useless piece of shit.” you say, stomping away. Before you could walk all the way towards your bedroom, Satoru grabbed your arm.
"Hey, hey, hey, stop, stop, let’s all just clean and calm down.” He says in a pleading voice, his grip on your arm tightening.
You snatch your arm away, scoffing, “Say that to the motherfucker who’s leaving; he always does this.”
Suguru groans, holding his head back. He hated this. Every disagreement, every argument, something was getting thrown in his face.
Suguru throws his jacket back on the couch, stomping to the kitchen and picking up the pan. “Fucking fine, fuck.”
You push past him, ignoring his words, “You’re a bitch, dude, seriously.” You spit out, bending down and opening the cabinet under the sink.
“The fuck you say?” Suguru says, tossing the pan on the counter and walking towards you, leaning down towards your level.
Satoru walks towards him, grabbing his arm; this doesn’t need to go any further.
“Stop, just leave it and help us," Satoru says in a soft, almost whispered voice. Suguru clenches his fists, stepping back.
You grab two small towels from under the sink and toss them on the floor, knowing they will get drenched.
Suguru walks over to where he tossed the pan, grabbing it and walking towards the sink. "I'm going to say this once, but watch your mouth, y/n.” his words spitting like venom.
Satoru groans to himself as he walks towards the sink, slipping through Suguru and covering the spraying water again.
You slip out of the kitchen, grabbing a bigger towel out of the hallway closet. “Or fucking what? Leave me alone," you spit out back.
"Hey!” Satoru shouts out, his voice booming throughout the apartment. You flinch at the sound of his voice staying silent; Suguru, on the other hand, does not.
"No, no, let her say her piece; let’s hear her bullshit.” Suguru says, turning towards Satoru.
Satoru scrunches his face up and says, "No! What the fuck is wrong with you? It’s over. Leave it.”
Suguru scoffs, balling his fist up, "Actually, no, let’s talk about you. Who was that on your phone?”
Your head spins as you slam the closet door unintentionally. "Huh?" You say, Suguru looks back to you, then to Satoru.
Satoru swallows, folding his arm against his chest. “We’re looking through each other's things now?"
Suguru slaps the countertop, walking closer towards him. “Since when did I not? You both know I check.”
Satoru begins to storm off before Suguru grabs his throat, pulling him back against his chest. Your eyes widen, storming over and gripping his wrist.
“Hey stop!” You yell out, Suguru, quickly let’s go pushing past you.
Satoru squirms in his seat, avoiding everyone's gaze. Oh yeah, "I guess," he mutters out.
Fighting wasn’t always like that, but when y’all did fight, it was hell.
“Can we just start being honest here? Satoru was manipulative.” you say, clasping your hands together.
Satoru turns his head to you at the speed of light and says, "What the hell?! Suguru was too violent.”
Suguru stands up quickly from the last word that was said “Hey! No I wasn’t.” Satoru stands up along with him, pointing towards you.
"Y/N literally just told a story of you choking me!" Suguru scoffs, folding his arms. He rolls his eyes at the accusation of him being violent.
You sigh, looking out the big window. Satoru looks at you with his lip perched up.
“Let’s not act like y/n is an angel either.” Satoru spits out, and you turn your head, standing up at the speed of light.
"I never said I was! If anything, you two make sure I never think I did anything wrong.”
Suguru scoffs, looking down at his feet, his hair falling forward. Satoru bursts out laughing, clapping his hands.
“Wow, you never stop playing victim, do you?” He says leaning on the arm of the couch.
That wasn’t true. You always lived up to what happened. Denying what happened would only make things worse.
“What do you want me to say? I manipulated you guys. choked y’all out? punched you? huh?” Your hands are clammy from the stress, your head is spinning, and tears start forming in your eyes.
Suguru picks his head up, looking at you, his gaze softening at the pathetic sight in front of him.
"I manipulated you guys, lied, and took my anger out on you guys; we all did it to each other.” Suguru says, the words slipping out of his mouth like butter, almost like he was waiting to say them.
The room is silent as the words float around. Suguru flops back into his seat, folding his hands in his lap. Satoru does the same, resting his elbow on the arm rest.
You sit back down, crossing your legs. He was right; that’s why everyone was silent. Everyone blamed each other for the things they were also doing to deflect and act like a better person, but you always knew you weren’t.
Your head begins to ache as more memories float in your head: Suguru screaming at you and Satoru, You degrading Suguru, Satoru spitting his venomous words at Suguru, you shaming Satoru—the same pattern.
"I love you guys.” Satoru says, and you and Suguru's heads turn towards him.
Satoru’s head is down, and he’s fidgeting with his hands. Those words hit you like a bus, your response clenched in your throat.
Suguru's palms get sweaty, and he pinches the bridge of his nose, squeezing his eyes shut.
“It’s only been a few months; feelings just don’t go away.” he says
Your head shoots to Suguru, and you’re sending daggers his way. Satoru was always expressive, but for Suguru to spit that out was ridiculous.
“Are you serious? Why can’t you just say it back?” You say, balling your fists in anger. Satoru looks at you, then backs down, avoiding Suguru's gaze.
Suguru stares out the window, his fingers playing with each other. It’s not like he didn’t want to say it.
It was hard. What was going to happen when he said it back? It was never this hard before, but he knows he’s weak.
That look you gave him, those dreadful words that crawled out of Satoru’s mouth, he knew he would fall back into both sets of arms.
Maybe that’s what he wanted.
"I won’t deny it; I love you both too.” You say, staring into your lap.
Suguru looks at you, and Satoru looks back up, turning his head in your direction. Those words were always special coming from you.
The silence in the air seemed to be getting easier to breathe.
"I love you... y/n, satoru.” He breathes out, almost in a whisper, his chest clenched in ache.
How could you all go your separate ways after this? But was the relationship that was shattered repaired after this?
You burst into tears as tears slid down Satoru’s face. His words were stabbing through you like a rusty dagger, but it felt good.
You try to muffle your sobs but can't; memories of all the sweet things he would say to you both, touching you guys, reassuring nothing would happen, but now it doesn’t feel the same.
Pathetically crying over two men like this.
Suguru stands up, walking over to you both, kneeling in front of the couch. Grabbing your thigh, rubbing it, and doing the same to Satoru’s thigh.
His touch sent shivers down your spine, his thumb sliding over to your inner thigh with every swipe. You sniffle, slowly holding back your cries.
It felt so comforting under his touch.
Satoru looks over to you, reaching his arm out and rubbing yours. Your red eyes looking over at him as he slides closer to you.
Your body heats up from his touch. This was it; this was how it was supposed to be. You didn’t hate each other; you were all just hurt.
Hurt from the past, the rough touches, and the harsh words being thrown at each other.
You and Satoru’s eyes are glued to each other, his hand sliding down to your forearm. He leans closer, and your heart begins to beat out of your chest. Your throat is tightening, and the hand on your thigh, rubbing in comfort, is now sliding in between your inner thigh.
Your eyes shoot in the direction of the other hand, and it’s doing the same to Satoru's. Your eyes shoot back to Satoru’s, your cheeks heating in embarrassment.
This was far from the first time you guys have had sex, but you were so nervous and sweaty that you were sure you were going to slip out of the seat.
Satoru’s hand comes up to your neck. squeezing it and leaning in, he pecks your lips a couple of times to let you know what’s about to happen.
Fuck it.
You kiss back, his lips soft and sweet from the tea he was previously drinking. Sugurus hand pushes your leg open more, and you spread your other one out.
Your body is heating up faster than a house in the winter. You take your hand and place it on Satoru’s cheek. His kisses are getting sloppier; your eyes shoot to Suguru as he’s spreading Satoru’s legs.
He looks at you, sliding his hand further up. “Don’t focus on me; keep going.” his husky voice sliding through your ears.
You close your eyes, continuing to kiss Satoru, his other hand slipping down to his lap and lying on top of Sugurus.
“Just like that. Can you take your pants and underwear off for me? both of you.” Your heart is quickening at the question.
Satoru takes his hand off your neck, sliding his pants and underwear off with ease while still kissing you. You do the same, and Suguru slides your panties off your feet.
His fingers inch closer to your entrance, his rings occasionally sliding over your skin. He removes his hands, sticking two fingers in his mouth, then taking his other hand and spitting on it.
Suguru wraps his hand around Satoru’s dick and slides a finger inside you. You flinch at his touch and moan into Satoru’s mouth.
You can feel his sharp gaze on the both of you; it made you feel good.
Suguru slowly wraps his mouth around Satoru’s dick, his tongue swirling around. Satoru moans into your mouth as he takes his hand and wraps it back around your neck.
Suguru slides his other finger in slowly, your legs spreading further as the pleasure increases.
Satoru moans into your mouth as Suguru's tongue slides over his tip repeatedly.
The cold rings sliding in and out of you at a steady pace send shivers all through you. Satoru removes his mouth from yours, salvia coated around both of your mouths.
He’s staring you in the eyes like he’s ready to eat you whole. His mouth latches to your neck as he sucks, the sudden feeling causing you to moan.
Before he could continue, Satoru pulled away from you, moaning, “Fuck, I'm about to cum, stop.” he says, grabbing Suguru's hair.
Suguru shakes his head as Satoru’s dick is deep down his throat, spit dripping from his bottom lip.
He slips his fingers out of you, wrapping them around Satoru’s dick.
Satoru quickly replaces his fingers and slips them inside you. You couldn’t catch your breath and let out a soft moan.
His body is collapsing on you, and as his fingers still move into you, you take your hands and put them around him, sliding his shirt up.
He takes the hint and helps you remove his shirt. You grab the shirt, tossing it on the floor. You do the same to your shirt, sliding it off and tossing it.
His hips are moving, thrusting into Suguru's mouth, biting his lips, trying to muffle his moans.
You grin, leaning towards his ear, whispering, “It’s okay, keep going... cum in his mouth.” His body relaxes after those words.
His body releases along with his cum. You look down, staring at Suguru, taking his load, quickly swallowing. He detaches, pulling his dick out of his mouth, quickly taking his arm, and pulling him off the couch. As he gets up, his fingers slide out of you.
He pulls your arm up with him, and Suguru leads the way to his room. Once everyone is in, he quickly slams the door, latching onto you.
His lips are eager to eat yours as his hands travel all around your naked body. The two of you are kissing and walking towards the bed.
When the back of your thighs meets the end of the bed ,you sit, he detaches from your lips licking his his.
“Slide up and spread your legs.” He demands. You obey and hurriedly slide on the bed.
Satoru smirks and walks towards the bed, climbing on the bed, his mouth oozing at the site. His white hair messy and hanging in his face, Suguru behind him stripping off his clothes.
Satoru slowly inches closer to your center, taking his arms and wrapping them around your thighs, his fingertips digging in.
Suguru gets on the bed, placing both hands on Satoru’s ass and leaning forward. You both make eye contact, and his eyes are filled with lust.
Something you haven’t seen in a long time; you needed him.
Suguru leans off the bed to the nightstand and opens the little drawer under it. He pulls out a strip of condoms and lube.
Your eyes watch his every move intently. Satoru licks a long line down your slit, startling you. Your eyes dart down to him, staring at you with his tongue out, connecting to your core.
He takes a stripe of your clit, which instantly sends a sharp shiver down your spine.
Your hand grabbing his hair, your hips moving forward, and the headache you had earlier fading away. It’s been so long since either one of them touched you; you missed it and ached for it.
He takes one hand off your thigh, sliding it down to your core as his thumb presses your clit.
“Satoru!” You yell out, and he chuckles as he thrusts his tongue inside you, rubbing your clit at the same speed.
Your back arches at his touch, the wetness of his tongue feels you up, and his jaw moves up and down, taking you all in.
Suguru sticks the condom wrapper in his mouth, tearing it, pulling it out, and quickly sliding it on with ease. He tosses the wrapper on the floor and takes the lube bottle squeezing the cold wet liquid on his dick.
“Satoru, I'm going to stretch you out before I go in.” He says in a soft voice as he squeezes some out of his fingers, coating them all around, including his rings.
Satoru mutters a “mhm” as he’s still eating you, the sound vibrating off your core and making you squirm.
Suguru takes one finger, sliding it into Satoru. He moans into you, arching his back. Suguru slides his finger in and out before inserting another finger inside.
You watch as he does this biting your lower lip, trying to hold your moans. Suguru looks at you, smirking, and pulls his fingers out, gripping his ass.
"Im done, are you ready?” He asked Satoru, and he pulled away from you, his chin wet and glistening.
"Yeah, hurry," he pleads, his dick twitching with pre-cum dripping on the sheets. Suguru slowly slides himself inside, gripping the cheeks below him.
Satoru winces against you in the sharp pain, and Suguru takes himself all out, thrusting into him again with force.
“Fuck!!” Satoru cries out. You grip his hair, pulling him into you, and you roll your hips into him.
Suguru thrusts into Satoru harder each time, his licks getting slower and sloppier.
“Keep eating; I want to see her squirt all over the bed.” Suguru says, slapping the cheeks below him, causing Satoru to yell out from beneath him.
“Fuck!!! s... stop!” He says, going back to lick you, his fingers sliding in and out of you at a quickened pace.
He’s now pressing down into your core as Suguru slams into him, “Tell me how good she tastes.” Suguru demands as he rubs his rough hands on him.
Satoru’s eyes are fighting to keep from rolling. He tries to hold his head up, but the pleasure rising below him almost pop like fireworks.
"You... you taste so good, baby.” He says quickly, trying to get all the words out. His mouth latches back onto your core, sucking your clit, curving his finger inside of you and hitting your sweet spot.
“Ah! Satoru, I'm about to... You couldn’t finish your sentence; moans immediately fell out. He continues to tap that sweet spot, sucking your clit more aggressively.
There’s nothing but moans and skin slapping.
You take your hand, gripping your tits, and put your nipple between both your index finger and thumb finger, pinching it.
Pleasure rolling through you and rolling back out. You blink your eyes, looking down at Satoru; he’s leaning out, your wetness dripping off his chin.
That was a sight for sore eyes.
With his fingers pulling out of you, Suguru slams into him once more, causing his head to collapse on you.
“Fuck her," Suguru says. Your eyes widen, and Satoru turns his head, looking at him.
Suguru slides his hand to the front of Satoru, gripping his dick stroking it
"Fuck, okay, okay. Pass me a condom.”
Your eyes light up; you haven’t had sex in months, and knowing Satoru still knew where your sweet spots were, you knew he would fuck the daylights out of you.
Suguru grabs the condoms from the side of him, holding them out.
Satoru leans up, his chest against Sugurus. His hand still gripping his throbbing dick, sliding his thumb over his sticky tip.
Satoru rips open the wrapper, and your core starts to throb with anticipation.
Suguru removes his hand from his dick, grabbing his hips. Satoru slides the condom on, then grabs his dick, lining himself up with your core.
Suguru thrusts into Satoru, catching him off guard. He quickly slides himself into you, and you gasp with surprise and pleasure.
As Suguru continues to thrust into him, Satoru does the same. Your arms wrapped around his neck, kissing his jaw, his hands gripping your tits, and your other pressing into the mattress, holding himself up.
You clench around him as his dick inches closer to your sweet stop. Suguru is getting more aggressive with his thrusts. He throws his head back as he’s reaching his climax.
He’s gripping Satoru's cheeks more aggressively, and your fingers dig into his back. Your body is getting hotter, and the knot in your lower stomach is about to burst.
“ha… harder.” You breathe out, Suguru hears you, and he thrusts into Satoru harder, causing his body to slam into you, hitting your sweet spot like a magical button.
Your back arches and moans from everyone erupt, bouncing off the room walls. Satoru collapses into you, his head falling on your chest.
Suguru quickly pulls out, breathing hard. He gives the ass under him another hard smack before pulling Satoru up.
His eyes are blank, and there’s a trickle of drool on the side of his mouth.
“Let’s all wash up.” You nod mindlessly and still lay there. Suguru sighs, dropping Satoru back on the bed and walking towards you, picking you up.
After a couple of hours of you all washing each other and hydrating, you’re all in bed wearing the old clothes you and Satoru left before the whole breakup.
Suguru is in the center of the bed, lying down, as both of his hands wrap around you and Satoru, both of you on opposite sides.
"I'm so fucking exhausted.” Satoru says, rubbing his face against Suguru's chest. You reach your hand over, rubbing his face. He smiles at your touch, putting his hand over yours.
“We’re all together again.” Suguru says, breathing out with his eyes closed. You look up again, then back at Satoru, who’s looking back at you.
"I want it to stay like this," you say almost in a whisper. Satoru takes your hand from his face, intertwining your fingers with his.
“It’s going to stay like this. I love you both.” You smile, then look up at Suguru, who’s grinning.
"I love you," you both say back to Satoru in unison.
You smile to yourself, recalling how you all started dating.
You slide the blue notebook from your bag, laughing, “Won’t it be kind of weird to like... date each other.”
Suguru and Satoru both stare blankly at each other, then at you. "No," they say in unison.
You instantly drop your book, looking at them dumbfounded.
The three of you weren’t the whole “three peas in a pod thing.” You all were three different individuals who formed individual connections with each other and developed feelings; it was only natural.
The three of you loved each other equally, even if people didn’t believe that. You all had each other; that’s all that mattered.

The late afternoon glow of the setting sun milks the empty classroom through the row of glass windows touching the floor up to the ceiling. Most classes for the day have ended, and students scatter about the campus in search of food, study spaces, and each other’s company. It is no later than five pm, two days out from the university's suspension for spring break.
The chaotic atmosphere of the large campus is finally subsiding after a month’s long hectic craze of last minute assessments and projects as people prepare for their much needed vacation from strenuous academics.
Satoru Gojo and his best friends lounge peacefully inside their empty philosophy classroom, soaking in the rich rays of orange sun. A comfortable silence has settled over the group as Suguru works to finish an essay and Shoko toys with her lighter, flicking it open and closed repeatedly as she watches the small flame ignite and dwindle in her palm.
Satoru, oddly quiet, has been tapping away at his phone, hunched over the back of a chair so that he is facing his friends who sit properly before him at desks. The three pay each other no mind, wrapped into their own dazes, when Satoru breaks the stillness and thrusts his phone into their faces.
The two stop, snapping up from their trances instantly, the glow of Satoru’s phone screen disrupting their concentration. Satoru says nothing, waving his phone back and forth tauntingly in order to keep their, what he assumes will be, short-lived attention.
They lean forward to examine what the device has to display and scrunch their noses as their eyes dart over words and pictures that stand out to them in clarification of what Satoru has done.
Email confirmation. Seven day stay. Hamptons, New York, USA.
Suguru looks up first, confusion and distrust swimming in his hazel eyes. Shoko puts her lighter down and takes Satoru’s phone from his hand gently next to peer down at the images of the extravagant, luxurious villa plastered all over Satoru’s phone with her own eyes.
Satoru taps the back of his chair eagerly, eyes swapping between the brunette and the ravenette with an enthusiastic smile. “So? What do you think? You guys excited or what?”
Suguru crosses his arms atop his desk, leaning forward with eyes slim with suspicion as he tries to process what he has just seen. He places his pencil down next to his unfinished paper with the understanding that inquiring about whatever his best friend is planning will take a good chunk of time out of his work hour.
“Satoru…” he begins tiredly, searching the snowy haired man’s jubilant expression for whatever true intentions lay beneath it, for there was always a reason why Satoru did the things he did. This applied especially to when his scheming led to greater absurdity, his actions as loud and ridiculous as the reasons he executed them. “Why did you rent out a villa in the Hamptons?”
Satoru shrugs. “The real question here, Suguru, is why not?”
Shoko swipes her finger over the plethora of pictures Satoru’s email confirmation has to offer, brows jumping with subtle interest with each snapshot. “You want to go… to America?” she poses softly in a mumble, eyes glued to the phone.
“Ah, no. Correction: we are going to America! As a group!” Satoru exclaimed, leaning back with outstretched arms. “For spring break! Aren’t you guys excited?”
Shoko finally looks up again, meeting Satoru’s eyes blankly, while Suguru rubs his forehead in exasperation. “And why would we be doing that?”
“Well, because the first class round trip tickets are booked, and so is our stay, which you’re looking at right now,” the blue eyed man explains as though telling his friends two days before break that he paid for their expenses to travel across the world is completely justified and, far worse, normal. He leans over to point at the dates listed below the email confirmation on his phone, guiding his friends’ eyes to his finger. “See? Our stay starts Saturday, so we have to leave tomorrow.”
Suguru’s lips part in shock, eyes widening. “Wh- tomorrow?”
“It’s a twelve hour flight and we’ll be jet-lagged. Gotta plan ahead.”
The black haired man thinks he can just about wring out Satoru’s neck when that sentence falls from his mouth, for everything he is suddenly presenting is hardly something that has been planned ahead.
Shoko looks over to Suguru to see what he is thinking and finds the agitation mixed with sheer awe at Satoru’s audacity will likely lead into yet another argument between the two that she is forced to witness from nearby.
“Satoru, please tell me you’re joking,” Suguru scoffs. “We can’t just up and hop on a plane to America tomorrow- we have class, and none of us are packed for a week’s trip in a completely different country,” he reasons. “And America? Why the hell would you want to go there of all places?”
“Yeah, why not the beach?” Shoko chimes in monotonously, handing over Satoru’s phone to its owner. “There’s so many other options outside of the country. Like Bali, Greece, the Bahamas-”
“Or staying home and not springing a full trip out of nowhere onto your friends a day in advance?” Suguru interjects.
Satoru takes his phone back and pouts. “The Hamptons is on a beach, you guys. Didn’t you see the pictures? Our villa is like two seconds from the water,” he says. “Besides, who’s never wanted to go to the U.S.? Don’t you think it’ll be fun?”
“No, I don’t,” Suguru deadpans. “The Hamptons is in New York, Satoru. Don’t you know what New York is like? It’s disgusting.”
“How would you know? It’s not like you’ve ever been,” Satoru pokes out his tongue. “And what you’re thinking of is New York City. Where we’re staying is two hours away,” Satoru corrects. “It’s perfect. We can spend most of our time lounging in our big house and on the beach, and whenever we feel like it, we can drive down to the city to explore! It’ll be good to get a change of pace for us to embrace tourism.”
“I’m not going into that city,” Suguru frowns, and Satoru sighs loudly.
“Don’t be so reclusive, Suguru. You may like it.”
“I won’t.”
“Have a little faith!” Satoru groans, eyes peering dramatically over the frames of his round glasses. “We’re juniors. We shouldn’t just sit around at home all break doing nothing.”
“That’s not the point, Satoru.”
“Yeah, yeah, I know, you don’t like America,” Satoru waves his hand. “But you’ll get over it once you actually get there.”
“Do you think they’ll be friendly?” Shoko asks, lifting her chin in thought. It’s clear that she is already mentally preparing to indulge Satoru by going on this trip, for she had nothing better to do than to spend it away with her friends. After all, there are worse fates than shacking up in an outrageously expensive villa in the states.
“Who, Americans or New Yorkers?” Satoru questions. “Either way, no, not at all,” he concludes, answering his own question. “But it’ll still be fun!”
Shoko shrugs, leaning back into her chair and propping her feet atop her desk. “As long as there’s water and food, I’m set.”
Satoru grins. “See? Look at that, Suguru, Shoko’s on board. So stop complaining and just go with the flow.”
Suguru clenches his jaw, astonished by the things he is hearing. He does not understand it. Not one bit. Satoru, though constantly flaunting his privilege to travel around, has never expressed direct interest in going to America. While he has toyed with the idea playfully in the past, Suguru had never taken his comments seriously because, to be perfectly frank, who would?
He knows something was up by the glint in Satoru’s eyes alone. Suguru knows his best friend very well, like the back of his hand, and knows entirely too well when there is an alternate angle to his seemingly random madness. After all, Suguru always found himself directly in the center of his spontaneous proposals.
Therefore, when Suguru’s glare on Satoru hardens as if he is trying to physically see past his thick skull and into his mind’s contents, and Satoru stares back with a frozen smile, he knows that his gut instinct is correct. “What are you up to?” the hazel eyed man asks, furrowing his brows.
Satoru’s smile stretches but does not quite reach his eyes. “I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking,” he replies coolly. “I simply want to treat my friends to a nice vacation. Is that so hard to believe?”
“Yes, it is.”
The albino slumps, rolling his chin over the rim of his seat grumpily. “You think so little of me, Suguru.”
“If it makes you feel better, I wouldn’t if I didn’t know you so well.”
Satoru’s bottom lip juts out and brows angle as he ponders the comment. “I’m not sure I know how to respond to that one.”
“Just cut the bullshit, okay?” Geto shifts in his seat, raising a brow at his sulking buffoon of a friend. “You’ve always got a reason for doing something, and this is no exception. So spill.”
Gojo’s eyes wander beneath his dim lenses, bouncing over every object of the room as his playfulness diminishes with Suguru’s accusation. “God, when did you get that stick shoved up your ass?”
“Since I’m twenty-one with a future career to think about. And so are you,” Suguru bites. “Stop stalling. Out with it.”
Satoru exhales again, closing his eyes. “I don’t know what to tell you. I hate to disappoint, but I’m only doing this out of the kindness of my heart and my hunger for exploration. You should be ashamed, throwing around these accusations and insinuating that there’s something more I want other than to have a once in a lifetime experience with the people I hold dearest to my heart-”
“You think, maybe, this has something to do with (Y/n) mentioning that she was going to New York for spring break the other day?” Shoko jumps in, her words droning on as if she were bored and her attention now elsewhere on her own phone, but her presented notion striking realization and dismay in the boys beside her.
Suguru’s eye twitches as everything pieces together in his mind. It was you. How hadn’t he understood sooner?
Satoru had taken a particular interest in you ever since freshman year orientation.
While he, Shoko, and Suguru entered university having known each other all throughout high school, you were the new addition into their lives that Satoru had been rather insistent upon acquiring.
It started with the freshman presentation in the auditorium. You happened to sit next to Suguru at the end of the row while Satoru sat on his other side and Shoko on his. You caught the blue eyed man’s eye immediately without even having to speak. But when you did, it was not to him but to Geto, leaning over and asking quietly if he knew where one of the dorm rooms was located, for you had yet to adjust to the size of the campus.
Satoru watched intensely out of the corner of his eye as Geto explained to you that he lived in the same building and would gladly show you around after the presentation. You thanked him kindly, a sweet smile rising to your face to match the charm in your light tone. Satoru nudged his friend harshly in the side when you turned away, ignoring the glare he tossed into his direction and leaning to whisper that he thought you were hot.
Geto was quick to shove him away and hiss a warning, for he didn’t want Satoru scaring you off just after he made your acquaintance. Nevertheless, Satoru was determined from then on to learn who you were. And learned, he had.
You were attending University to study art and history, your hometown about five hours away from the campus by car. You were an only child, but came from an incredibly academically pressured environment. You were an honors student, here on scholarship, and you were so very talented. Your parents had wanted you to pursue something more practical, something that would show for the hours of mathematics and science practices that had been forced onto you while you were in high school, but the strenuous impact of high expectations and terribly little breathing room had pushed you into a different direction.
You adored learning. You had a skill for it. You liked understanding the lens through which history has been told, how artists have come to detail the past, how history takes a hand in not only your daily society but the way in which daily society remembers it through art. You wanted to travel, to create, to fill your head with knowledge of past and present worlds, and though you could have been anything, this school and this path was what you chose.
Your parents, of course, had not approved, so you were forced to work for your position at the university because they refused to fund you financially. You applied to numerous scholarship applications until you were accepted by over three, wrote hundreds of drafted college essays that eventually crafted your best piece of writing yet, and worked two jobs during school and the summer whilst simultaneously maintaining straight As. You worked damn hard, and all of that work had led you to where you were today.
You had only mentioned about a quarter of that information to the friend group as they led you to the co-ed dorms that they coincidentally all resided in and asked you questions to get to know you, but Satoru had learned the rest over the months and years.
Despite Suguru’s warning for Satoru to back off, he did just the opposite and crowded your space as the four of you walked to the dorms after orientation. He was chatty, buzzing with an aura of privilege that you just could not seem to acclimate yourself to, at least not at first. Even so, Satoru was quick to welcome you into the group, inviting you to lunches and over to his shared room with Suguru within the span of barely two days. You were overwhelmed, to say the least, but grateful to have made friends so quickly.
Satoru found himself intruding into your life just as he did with anyone else. No matter where you went, he had always found a way to turn up unexpectedly. Sometimes, he was alone, and other times, he was with Suguru or Shoko or both.
As time went by, Satoru knew that he had gotten on your nerves the more comfortable you became. Gojo had blinked, and you went from a timid, kind stranger to the loud, bubbly, brazen woman you are today, who told him to leave you alone when you were trying to study and he was buzzing around your room like a nagging fly, and man, did he adore it. He adored your attention, whether it was positive or negative. He adored how your reactions to his lack of personal space proved that you were acutely aware of his presence, of his space, of his body near yours. He adored how, though you considered yourself to be friends with all three of them, he remained the only one that you would constantly bicker back and forth with when he did something to agitate you.
He adored everything about his interactions with you, for half the time they were the only thing motivating him to trudge out of bed and take on the day.
You, on the other hand, had very different opinions of Satoru Gojo. The first time he spoke to you, he reeked of privilege and presented himself as a position in such subconsciously. He was the stark opposite of you, having been handed a place in school, a legacy, an estate, and money that could last him, his children, his children’s children, and so on, for centuries to come. He was in a clear position of power, holding his head high and strutting about campus as if he owned the place.
Your first impression of him was that he was an arrogant, pompous brat.
As you got to know him, Suguru, and Shoko better, however, your disinterest in him faltered and you truly did begin to view him as a friend and as someone you loved spending time with. Though he was still spoiled as all hell, he was funny, he was intelligent, he was smart, and he was hardworking when he wanted to be. He wasn’t a bad guy at all though he was preposterously clingy and bothersome, but in an endearing, playful kind of way.
Nevertheless, Satoru Gojo would always be someone who viewed himself as above you. Someone who toyed with you for fun, who said and did things solely to get a rise out of you, who flirted with practically the entire population of girls on the campus, and who found it funny when professors berated him because they were just too “uptight.” Satoru was a brat, through and through, and you knew that he’d only hover around you if it served well for his entertainment.
This fact hadn’t bothered you before because you thought you understood the dynamic that Satoru had built with you and with many others, but when you started feeling pangs in your chest when he grinned at you or envy bubbling in your gut when another girl approached him to ask for his number, your stomach sank with fear because you knew that your feelings were shifting against your better judgment.
Consequently, you began distancing yourself from Satoru as best as you possibly could. Your texts went from all caps to lowercase as your tone dried, you stopped by his apartment with Suguru less throughout the week, and when he tracked you down, throwing an arm around you and asking what you were doing for the night, you would tell him you were busy studying with people who didn’t exist.
It hurt you to behave in such a way, for you could tell that Suguru and Shoko were beginning to notice not only your shift in demeanor, but Satoru’s obsessive panic over why you were talking to him less. You tried to keep your friendships with the two separate from your feelings for Gojo, but the task proved quite impossible due to how attached the three of them were to each other. No matter how far you tried to pull away subtly, Satoru was there. Everywhere.
This is what led you to decide that a trip out of the country would do you some good. You had always wanted to go abroad and your professor had presented an opportunity to you in New York to do research with a colleague on a selection of artifacts presented in the MET gallery. You scraped up the money for a ticket and an AirBnB in SoHo, along with the generous help of your university’s study abroad funding, and set the date. You had mentioned that you were going away to Shoko a few nights ago over the phone, but were unaware that your voice was on speaker as Shoko got ready for the bar with Suguru and Satoru catching wind of your brief conversation in the background.
Gojo must have seen the opportunity to catch up with you, and snatched it.
Suguru groans, rubbing his hands over his face as he takes it all in. The only reason Satoru is so set on this trip is because he will be hijacking yours.
Satoru rolls his eyes, sitting back up and crossing his arms stubbornly over his chest, displeased with the general reaction to Shoko’s observation. “Like it’s a crime to be in the same place as her for spring break. That could be purely coincidental,” he tsks, casting his gaze to the ceiling.
“Satoru, oh my god,” Suguru grumbles.
“What?! It’s not a big deal! We’ll be two hours away from her and we can hypothetically visit her in the city if we decide to one day.”
“Are you seriously staking this entire trip on the chance of seeing (Y/n)? Satoru, I’m pretty sure she’s not staying home for a reason.”
“Duh, because she has a research thing.”
“No- I mean, she’s trying to get some space,” he urges. “From us.”
The notion does not sit well in Satoru’s chest, so he decides to ignore it. “Impossible. She loves us.”
“I don’t doubt that, but I also can tell that she’s been distant and wants a break. A break… far away,” Suguru emphasizes the last few words with earnest. “Come on, you had to have noticed too.”
Had he noticed?
It’s all Satoru can think about, day in and day out. He looks at your text messages, reading back over your loud responses from months ago that have resorted to short words with periods, and at times nothing at all. He wonders why you don’t visit him often anymore, why you blow him off every single time he tries to hang out, and his heart hurts at the thoughts.
He doesn’t know what he has done wrong or if he has upset you in any way. For a moment, he thought it was a mutual distance that you were putting between all three of you, but the night you had called Shoko telling her about your trip and not him really put things into perspective. You were avoiding him. Not Suguru, not Shoko, but him, and he has no way of knowing why or how he could fix it.
He misses you, and he’s not ready for you to decide that you want nothing to do with him anymore, so he’s following you, chasing after the chance that perhaps there is something he can do to make you laugh with him, smile at him, whack the back of his head again like you used to.
“I don’t know, Suguru… maybe it’s you she’s trying to distance herself from,” Satoru hisses through his teeth, purposely deflecting blame from him as a coping mechanism. “I mean, after all, you do get in a crabby mood after certain classes. You probably said something mean to her one day and didn’t realize.”
“Shut up, you idiot, we both know that didn’t happen,” Suguru denies confidently, for he knows exactly why you have been stepping away.
He has seen it in your eyes when you look at Satoru, the way you unintentionally cast annoyed glances Suguru and Shoko’s way when the four of you are out and Gojo is stopped by an enamored pretty girl, looking to drag him home with her.
He sees the love all too well, in the both of you. He and Shoko both do, but they can not for the life of them understand how the two of you have been so blind to it. If you had opened your eyes for one second to see the reason why Satoru would wake up every morning to text you random, insignificant thoughts or followed you around like a lost puppy, you wouldn’t have been distancing yourself the way you are now.
Nevertheless, Suguru supposes he understands. Satoru can be a lot to handle, and when you are trying to look up at him from the bottom of the pedestal that the world has placed him upon, it is terribly difficult to meet him eye level and see the truth in his gaze.
“You need to be honest with yourself,” the black haired man proceeds. “And you can’t just intrude on (Y/n)’s privacy because you want to. It’s not fair to her.”
“What do you know about what she wants,” Satoru mumbles bitterly under his breath, turning to look outside the window in hopes of the scenery outdoors drifting him away from this enclosed conversation.
Suguru shakes his head to himself, watching as Suguru pouts. “She’s not just your friend. She’s a friend to all of us,” he says, voice growing softer as he knows this is a sensitive topic. “Yes, it’s sad that we don’t see her as much anymore, but you have to respect her wishes. We shouldn’t go on this trip. Not if it’s to see her.”
Satoru is stubborn. Incredibly stubborn. He was raised receiving everything he asked for and more, therefore, he did not understand the concept of not doing something if he wanted to do it. And of course, when it comes to you, Satoru is willing to challenge all barriers in order to get to you.
So he shakes his head in retort and allows a smile to return to his face. “Even if I were bringing us to America for her, which I’m not, the trip is already fully booked and paid for,” he grins, and Suguru feels the color drain from his face. Shoko chuckles quietly to herself in amusement, all too familiar with the shenanigans that Satoru pulls. Only she finds it far funnier and less agitating than Suguru. “So either way, we’re going. No ifs, ands, or buts. And as a matter of fact, I'm feeling extra touristy this year. I say we hit the MET while we’re in New York too. You know what they say… when in Rome,” Satoru nods, entirely too satisfied with himself.
Suguru pinches the bridge of his nose, reluctantly accepting his fate. “I hate you.”
“Tell me about it,” the white haired man smirks.
“Even so,” Suguru starts, picking up his pencil once more in a half-attempt to conclude his closing paragraph. “We still have class tomorrow. Don’t we, Shoko?”
The said brunette hums. “True, but we’re not really going, are we? It’s the last day before break. No one will be there.”
Satoru stands abruptly, rekindled pride bursting in his chest. “Exactly. You’re gonna have to skip class just this once, Suguru. We’ve got a flight to catch,” he grins and Suguru grips his pencil so hard it almost snaps.
_______________________________
You huff as you slam your suitcase onto the hard floor of your temporary residence for the next week. The door shuts gently behind you, and you are finally gifted your first moments of isolated peace within your room. You step around your bag, exploring the space excitedly. You’re exhausted from your flight, more exhausted than you believed a person could be, but the spark of thrill buzzing in your body from making it overseas after a long journey is fresh in your mind.
The space is far bigger than you thought after having been told of horror stories about New York’s cramped style of living. You have a cute kitchen that connects directly to your living space, which leads to a small balcony that overlooks the bustling streets and crowded stores of SoHo, New York. You see the corner that rounds to your bedroom and bathroom with a full shower, but rush to the balcony first. You throw the door open and step out, the muffled sounds of the city instantly hitting your ears with crisp clarity. You are seven floors up, looking down with wide eyes and a large smile, taking in the smoggy air and rows of brick buildings. You think to yourself that it is absolutely perfect.
And what is best of all is that there is no Satoru in sight, no reminder of the heavy weight that weighs on your chest each time he is near, no image of his perfect face and haunting blue eyes, or that messy hair white as a cloud, or those glossy lips that always curl into a sinister smile.
No, none of that here. You are free of him, of this burden of love for the next week, and you feel you can finally breathe.
You settle in, unpacking your things and tucking your clothes away in the drawers, claiming the sunlit space as your own. You have a meeting early tomorrow morning with your professor’s research colleague at Central Park before heading into the museum, so you figure you could take the rest of the day to grab some food and rest, far too tired to explore a good chunk of the city due to the flight.
You go to sleep peacefully that night, the view of the city and busy noise surprisingly calming you into your slumber. Unbeknownst to you, however, while you drift off into a dreamless sleep, Suguru, Satoru, and Shoko are lugging their bags through the East Hampton airport.
-
You’re up bright and early the next morning. The first thing you do is check your phone subconsciously for messages from Satoru before recalling that your once steady text communication had come to a slow halt because of you, and that you two are in separate parts of the world. You pause, heart panging suddenly at the thought of Satoru, before shaking your head and pushing the thoughts away. This trip is not for you to sit around and think about that moron. You have work to do, sights to see, research to accomplish- and a meeting in an hour.
You rush out of your AirBnB after a half an hour, waving your hand aggressively on the sidewalk to hail your first cab. One eventually comes along after three have passed, and you set your destination for the South Side of Central Park. You dig into the cash fare you set aside specifically for cab rides and step out into the path leading into the plethora of greenery and liveliness of the park upon arriving.
You are instantly filled with childlike wonder when you catch sight of street performers, vendors, horse drawn carriages, and artists. You look around, teeth biting into your lip harshly to suppress your smile. Though it is early morning, it’s already loud and busy as people rush to work or take morning jogs down the street.
Your phone rings before you can wander off to where you are not supposed to be, and you see the name of the colleague you are supposed to meet pop up. You quickly answer and trek off into the park, following his directions and finding him sitting at a bench atop a large rock.
He is much younger than you expected when you approach him. He may be a few years older than you are now, stubble shading his face and brown hair cut short. You smile when he catches your eye, and he’s standing, reaching out to shake your hand with a warm grin.
The two of you talk about your education, your experience with art history, and the goal of the research you would be helping him accomplish for your professor back at home. The two of you walk and talk as you head to the east side of the park to reach the MET gallery.
He, who you learn to be named Aoto, is a grad student in his mid twenties attending a school in the city, an alum to your current college. Aoto is helping your art history professor collect data on how certain artifacts on display in the MET gallery have been discovered and acquired over the years, and to categorize them by culture and country of origin. Your job is to assist by essentially organizing the data and taking note of his findings by following him around galleries, lectures, and meetings, and you can not be more excited to start.
You then ask the dark haired man about his experience in the city, curious to know what New York is like from an insider’s perspective. He almost laughs and tells you that living there has changed his life for the better. He admits that it takes some getting used to at first, but once you have spent enough time here, there’s no going back. New York is a melding pot, he tells you, where anyone can work toward anything. It is a tough city to attempt to conquer, but it rewards you with so many connections and experiences that you can not find anywhere else.
You take his words to heart, already admittedly inspired by the atmosphere around you. It is nothing like home, so boisterous and hectic, but lively, eclectic, and artful. It intrigues you.
You're snapping pictures left and right when you reach the MET, a wide, tan building with large banners cascading over the walls, advertising wonderful areas of exploration and collections within the museum. Aoto, far more casual than your professor had led on, chuckles at your excitement and offers to take pictures of you in front of the building with your camera. The two of you are standing on the steps of the museum for at least fifteen minutes, distracted by capturing images on your phone, before trekking inside.
And inside, your heart bursts as this building is where you are meant to be. Ancient Greek sculptures, fragments of middle eastern fabrics, plates collected from the Byzantine Era, works capturing prominent artists of the Harlem Renaissance, and more captivate your eyes, your heart, and your mind; the museum is a melding pot of history, new worlds different from the last lurking around each corner. You jump between signs, unsure of where to go next as you take it all in.
Today, Aoto spends by giving you a tour and familiarizing you with the environment. He works there part-time with a membership and is able to give you an in-depth analysis of as many galleries as you can conquer within the few hours of time you have set for the day.
When the tour concludes, he gives you a brief assignment to write down a list of the galleries you would be interested in focusing on for your short participation in his project as well as what you observed about certain artifacts that are on display. It isn’t much, but he wants to get your mind pumping with something before he puts you to real work throughout the rest of the week. You accept your task happily, moved by the pieces of history that you have already seen in the span of less than one day.
For the rest of the afternoon, you find a nearby cafe and get to work, fixated completely on the works that have caught your eye in the museum. You type away the hours, jotting down observations, things that moved you, things that confused you, things you want to see. The sun is setting again before you even notice, and you get a buzz from your phone that brings you back up for air and concludes the dive into a rabbit hole that you have traveled through for a good chunk of the day.
Aoto’s name pops up again, this time in a text.
Dinner? I can show you a good spot near where you’re staying. We can talk work : )
You don’t see any reason for you not to accept, so you text back and agree. He sends an address instantly, and you’re packing your laptop and rushing out of the cafe to hail a taxi to head back to your place and put away your belongings before walking to your destination.
You conclude that this is a nice change in pace from the constant harassment of Satoru as you sit across from your research partner at a bar and grill down the block from where you’re staying. It’s casual and friendly, refreshing, new.
You talk about tomorrow's plans, your interest in the Arms and Armor gallery and the Islamic artifacts that you have analyzed earlier in the day. You also discuss your observation of missing fragments of Syrian tile or the preservation of torn carpet from centuries past. Many of the artifacts kept in the MET are still missing parts of itself that may likely never be recovered.
Once you finish discussing the day, Aoto tells you that tomorrow, you’ll be meeting up with him and a historian who will walk you through the findings of the Islamic Art collection.
It is late when the two of you finish up. You step outside of the dim restaurant onto the sidewalk and into the cool air, facing each other to kindly bid farewell until the following day.
You smile to yourself as he walks away, heart fulfilled with the promise of a new week abundant with all the things you find joy in doing. You think to yourself that you are so very lucky to have been granted this opportunity, to travel, to learn, to experience, and that your spring break will be absolutely amazing. You grow excited even at the prospect of telling Shoko and Suguru about it when you return home.
You turn over your shoulder and prepare to walk home, eyes to the dark sky above before you lower them to look ahead…
And your face drops.
You squint, stopping dead in your tracks. Are you dreaming? Hallucinating? You must be, because there is no reality in which your eyes have caught a glimpse of that porcelain glow of silky hair in the midst of people walking by.
You scrunch your brows, a sudden aggressive sense of anxiety taking over you. Your heartbeat rises, the notion alone of seeing what you think you see makes your palms run cold with sweat and your body hot all over. No, you must be seeing things. Your mind is playing tricks on you, because there is no way in all hell that you just saw Satoru Gojo on the streets of SoHo, New York.
But then a path clears when people scatter to the sides, revealing two tall figures and a shorter  one ahead, and your jaw hangs wide open.
You have got to be fucking kidding.
You wish someone was, that a prank is being played on you in poor taste, but your eyes have unfortunately not mistaken you. You could recognize your three friends anywhere. You watch in awe as Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, and Shoko Leiri saunter their way up the sidewalk into your direction.
Satoru is looking around him with a childlike smile, flashing pictures of random people and alleys that hold no significance. He busies himself with the exaggerated pictures, looking everywhere but ahead of him, which tells you that he knows full well that you are standing nearby.
Shoko stands behind him on his left with a cigarette propped between her lips, looking off across the street at an ice cream shop that catches her eye, and Suguru looks the most miserable of them all. Clad in dark, baggy sweats, he slumps on Satoru’s right, glaring in judgment at the people that brush by him, too close for his taste.
You don’t know what to say or do. You have half the mind to just turn around and walk off into a different direction, but Satoru’s eyes meet yours behind those damned glasses that he never took off of his face before you can even think about it
He lowers his phone and parts his lips in feigned shock, cupping a hand over his forehead and leaning over to catch a better glimpse. He opens his arms wide upon detecting your face and his posture straightens.
“(Y/n)! What a surprise, is that you?!”
His voice carries, turning heads as his tall form practically skips over to you and glomps you in a hug. You grunt, eyes wide and body frozen as the feeling of his body embracing yours fails to register very quickly. You stare off through wisps of white hair, tormented confusion written all over your face. Satoru is rocking your body side to side suddenly, acting as though you have not seen him in years, and for the blue eyed man, it may feel like just that.
“It’s so good to see you!” he sings, pulling back with his large hands gripping your shoulders. You look up at him with a blank stare as he beams, pearly whites shining and fair skin tinged with a hint of pink on his cheeks. He chuckles when he looks at your expression, the bubbly sound making your head spin on your neck. “You look so shocked! Did you miss me?” he asks smugly, voice dipping lower as he leans his head in with a smirk.
You're speechless, stunned by his presence and distracted by his gut wrenching beauty.
How the hell is he here?
“Wh-” you stammer. “How- why are you-?”
“Why am I here?” he asks your unfinished question for you, and you nod stiffly. “Wanted to do some sight seeing for spring break, and I heard New York is great for tourists,” he grins, whipping out his phone camera once more to swiftly rush to your side and wrap an arm over your shoulders and snap a selfie of the two of you. You blink, the motion too quick for you to keep up with. Satoru steps back and looks down at his screen with a smile. “Aww, how cute! This one’s a keeper, for sure.”
A tinge of irritation captures you in the midst of your stupor when Satoru makes the picture of him smiling happily next to your ‘deer-in-headlights’ expression his new lockscreen. He’s messing with you, just as he always does, and for a moment you ponder whether this is truly a coincidence meeting him here or not.
Suguru and Shoko slowly make their way over to the two of you. “Oh, guys! Look who I ran into,” Gojo gestures proudly to you. “Isn’t that funny?”
His friends do not look in the least bit surprised. When Suguru’s eyes swipe over you apologetically then back to Satoru with lingering annoyance, your suspicions are confirmed within seconds. “So funny,” Geto smiles tightly.
Despite his blatant displeasure in being here, Suguru is quick to mask his irritation and make his way over to you to hug you in greeting. “Sorry about this,” he murmurs to you before pulling away, and you’re reeling, overwhelmed.
Shoko comes to you next with a soft smile, eyes lighting as she nudges your shoulder playfully. “Long time no see, huh?
“Y-Yeah,” you stutter, flashing her a quick smile before glowering angrily up at Satoru. “What are the odds that we all find each other in America?” you hiss.
“I know, right?” Satory shakes his head as if marveling at a joke. “The universe has a funny way of bringing us all together.”
Your eye twitches and your cheeks burn. You’re flustered, having been caught off guard by the one person you were trying your hardest to get away from. Now he’s here, after following you around in your heart, mind, and back home on campus, he has followed you overseas into another continent.
You can’t escape him.
“So what are you up to? It’s dangerous to walk out here at night alone,” he says.
God, he is so insufferable. The very sound of his voice makes you want to slap him across the face in hopes that it will buffer whatever simulation you have been plopped into that has forced you to face Satoru Gojo of all people.
“Have you started your research yet?” Shoko inquires.
“Um… yeah, I got started with some stuff today. I actually just finished meeting with my research partner…”
“Oh, you were with someone then?” Satoru asks, pretending not to care. You can tell simply by the way he shoves his hands into his pockets and lifts his brows as though clueless. One thing you have learned about Satoru over the years is that his vision is eerily impressive and he observes things from miles away. In fact, he brags about his keen observational skills all the time, therefore, if he was able to see you from afar, he would have been able to see Aoto bid you farewell and walk away too.
“She just said she was with her research partner, Satoru,” Suguru adds, voice monotone.
“I know, but I didn’t see any woman near (Y/n) before I saw her.”
You clench your jaw. “It’s a he,” you clarify flatly, eyes sharp on his face.
He nods slowly. “Ohhh, really now?” he hums, and you fight the urge to strangle him. “That’s interesting. Cool, good for you.”
“I’m sorry- what- I mean, how are you guys even here?” you change the subject to get clarification. “I didn’t think any of you were traveling for break. Shoko, you just told me the other night that you would be home.”
You don’t miss the exhale that Suguru breathes and the way Shoko’s eyes dart instantly to Gojo. “That’s a great question,” Suguru says. “Why don’t you ask Satoru? He’s the one who wanted to travel so bad.”
Satoru looks over at his best friend out of the corner of his eye, eyes hard as if warning him not to give him away.
“Is that so?”
“You know me, (Y/n),” he turns to you giddily. “I love to go outside the box.”
“Clearly,” you bite, and he only grins that same stupid grin. You understand now. It was all his idea, as always. “So then, where are you guys staying? Here in the city?”
“Actually, no,” Suguru grumbles.
“Satoru’s rented a place up in the Hamptons.”
“The Hamptons?” you reel at Shoko’s revelation. “That’s a two hour drive from here!”
“We know,” she and Suguru say in unison, and you look at Satoru accusingly.
“Why would you make that drive at this time of night?”
The white haired man rolls his eyes. “As if it’s so crazy to want to rent a car to drive down to the city.”
“On our first full day on vacation, yes. It is,” Suguru says.
“Well, I wanted to see Times Square.”
“Times Square is on the other side of the city.”
“Okay, and? We can’t make detours along the way?” Satoru argues sassily. “Plus, my decision to make a detour and stop in the closest neighborhood led us to our friend! You guys should really be thanking me for reuniting us all like this.”
You almost wish you can’t believe this, but sadly, you do.
Satoru Gojo is the only person you know who has not only the means, but the funds, and the audacity to book a last minute trip to New York solely to disrupt your peace. You can tell by Suguru’s face that he is not keen on spending time in the city, for he had always told you about his pet peeve of large crowded areas with unsanitary conditions. New York is the last place he would want to be, and the only reason he would even find himself here is if his nuisance of a best friend forced him to be.
While Shoko does not look bothered to be in the city at all, you know her very well. Shoko is low maintenance, but she likes to relax, to unwind, and she most likely much prefers the Hamptons and the beach over an impromptu drive into a city with no water or signs of relaxation.
And then there was Satoru, arrogant, hardly ever serious, and all too pleased with himself. He knows exactly what he is doing, showing up in the same part of the city you told your brown haired friend you would be residing in for the entirety of your stay. The pictures you have posted on social media hours ago likely led Satoru to this very spot, where he stands with an air of satisfaction and delight around him.
You witness the way girls’ eyes linger as they walk by, his presence giving off that of a model’s. He clearly is not native to the city, for you all stand out like a sore thumb, but Satoru specifically gives off a vibe of untouchable refinement and value that not many have seen before.
You hate him, how much attention he gets anywhere he goes, how he is so painfully aware of it. You hate how smug he looks, how pleased he appears to be in your presence after having shown up so unexpected. You hate him and those captivating round eyes complemented by snowy lashes glimpsing over round frames. You hate his irritating smile that prods into subtle indents of dimples in his lower chin and the stretch of pink lips that you catch yourself ogling at during the worst of times. You hate the way he dresses so well, how he stands confidently adorned in a loose, linen shirt and jeans, and how his clothing smells of him hand in hand with his intoxicating cologne.
You hate him. You hate him so much. You hate how he won’t leave you alone, not even for a second, not even when you think you’re safe. He returns to haunt you, to flaunt himself all around you with no regard for how he makes you feel. He’s a brat. A spoiled, self-concerned, childish brat who you love with all of your being and you hate him.
“Since we’re all here,” Satoru begins slyly, interrupting your train of thought with a shrug. “Why don’t you show us where you’re staying, (Y/n)? For old time’s sake.”
You try to regulate your breathing before you actually find yourself punching the white haired bastard beside you in the face. First, he springs himself onto you in the middle of the street, and now, he’s asking to intrude on your space. What gives him the right?
“I don’t think (Y/n) would want us marching into her space like that,” Suguru says pensively, doing his best not to further agitate you. He must have already seen the look on your face and determined that it is time for him to drag Satoru away from you and give you some breathing room. “After all, you’re working here, aren’t you (Y/n)? We wouldn’t want to distract you anymore than we already have.”
“Nah, (Y/n) would love to have us! Right?” Satoru speaks for you, moving behind you to cup your shoulders into his palms again.
You tense, his scent consuming you and his body heat radiating into yours. He’s so tall, you can feel his body dwarfing yours from where he stands so close.
You want to kill him.
“Come on,” he probes, grip on your shoulders tightening. “Just this once and we’ll be out of your hair.”
You know it's a lie the moment he speaks it into existence. Never once has Satoru come and gone so easily when you were involved. He always ensures to make a show of his pestering, sticking around you for as long as possible until he finally decides that he is happy with himself. You know that if you agree to letting him in, he won’t leave. At least, not for a long while.
“Leave her be, Satoru,” Shoko waves at him. “She’s sick of your face already.”
“No one could be sick of my face, Shoko. It’s a work of art.”
“For real, Satoru. Let’s get out of this city already. It smells horrible,” Suguru adds.
“Hold on a minute, would you? We’re not going anywhere until we hear a yes or no from (Y/n).. Don’t be so impatient.”
Satoru happily places the spotlight onto you as your friends await a response.
Your first instinct is to tell them that it is getting late, that they should probably start heading back soon so that they are not driving past an unreasonable hour. You want to rid yourself of the thought of Gojo, of his eyes, his smile, his smell, his presence. You want to tell him off, to tell him that you want him gone, to go about your week as if nothing has happened.
You want to find the strength to do so badly, but you can’t.
As you stand there with your friends surrounding you, looking at their faces, you realize that you have missed them despite your desire to avoid Gojo for selfish reasons. You miss late night study sessions with Suguru in his apartment while you exchange laughs as well as answers for problems you were unsure about. You miss sneaking off into secluded areas of the campus to spark a flame in the dusk with Shoko, smoking until you were inebriated enough to bang on Suguru and Satoru’s door and demand food. And most of all, you miss Satoru. You miss the way he pestered you, the way he showed up outside of your classes, the way he took your phone to sneak a few pictures into your camera roll, the way he lounged on your bed and ranted to you about his father for hours while you listened as you painted your nails at your desk.
You miss his company. You miss the way he makes you laugh. You even miss the way he makes you frown.
You hadn’t realized before how difficult it had been to keep your distance from these people until seeing them here with you, and a wave of guilt sinks over your body. Suguru and Shoko are clearly attempting to do damage control before damage is inflicted by urging Satoru to leave you be, and them along with him, but despite your eagerness to stay away from Satoru, you find you don’t want him to leave you be. You don’t want any of them to leave you be. You miss your friends, and to turn them away now would be like rejecting them forever.
The four of you are out of the country together for the first time. You would be cruel to waste this opportunity to spend time with them after weeks of trying to step away.
So you sigh and give in, knowing that it is exactly what Satoru wants. “It wouldn’t hurt to have you guys over,” you say shyly, and Suguru and Shoko perk up. “Hell, we’re in America. Why not? I missed you guys.”
Shoko smiles, and against Suguru’s distaste for the city, he smiles tiredly with the shake of his head. He can only imagine that this trip will go into a far more chaotic direction that he had already believed.
Satoru rejoices loudly, linking his arm around yours and yanking you to him. “Alright, (Y/n)! Lead the way!” he projects, marching forward and pulling you along with him. You stumble to catch up with his large strides.
“Alright, alright, I’m coming! Just slow down, you idiot!” you bark as he drags you past Shoko and Suguru.
The two exchange glances, sharing the same knowing look, before following suit.
The four of you stop to grab pizza and a few beers on the way before entering your AirBnB. After Satoru familiarizes himself with the entire space, nosily peering into every nook and cranny, the four of you settle in the living room to eat with the balcony door open, allowing the spring breeze and ambiance of the city to drift into the space while you all keeled over in laughter, reminiscing over the past few years you have spent in each other’s company. Hours fly by until two empty pizza boxes sit in the middle of the floor, forgotten by your boisterousness.
“Wait, wait, wait, hold on,” Shoko wheezes with laughter, leaning over in her seat on the sofa she shares with Geto to put out the ashes of her cigarette into the mug on that table. “What about that time Satoru got plastered and tried to scale the side of the science building?”
You and Suguru burst out cackling. You crane over your lap and Suguru throws his head back, amusement overcoming your bodies. Satoru rolls his eyes, tilting back the beer in his hand to prevent you all from seeing his smile.
“Oh my god,” you cry. “He- He was yelling at us- for trying to tell him that the bricks- were too flat for him to grab!”
“And then he made it up like five inches before falling flat on his ass!”
The three of you howl at the memory, stomachs aching from how hard you are laughing. “And his face after,” Suguru adds, swiping his hand over his face. “He was pissed at us like we did something wrong.”
“Because it was your lack of faith that fucked up my concentration,” Satoru butts in after lowering the bottle from his lips, thumb smoothing away drops of alcohol from his mouth. “I bet you I can climb that old ass building now. I know what to expect this time. I’ll be prepared.”
“Sure, and you’ll break a hip this time around too.”
Satoru flips Suguru off from across the room, to which the dark haired man smiles with feigned politeness.
“God, we used to get drunk like every weekend,” you say, placing your empty bottle on the floor next to the pizza boxes. You sit sprawled out between the couch and the chair that Satoru occupies, legs crossed before you. “How the hell did we get anything done?”
“Beats me,” Shoko chuckles, cooling down from her fit of giggles. “I don’t think I went to one class sober back in freshman year.”
“That sounds to me like you have a problem,” Satoru smirks.
“And you don’t? You’re a lightweight who actively chooses to get wrecked off three shots then makes it everyone else’s problem.”
“Wouldn’t me being a lightweight mean I’m less addicted?” he leans over his spread legs, sitting his elbows on his knees as he cradles his beer in his large palms.
“No, it means you’re worse than any of us,” you tease, looking over to find Satoru’s eyes already on you.
He raises a brow. “Oh yeah? What about you, miss ‘emotional drunk?’”
You can hear Suguru snort, and you’re whipping your head between the two, offended. “Shut up! I don’t get that emotional.”
“(Y/n), you are so sappy when you’re drunk,” Suguru snickers. “One minute you’re taking a shot, the next you’re crying about how much you appreciate our friendship.”
Your face goes red. “I do not!” you deny.
“Oh, yes you do,” Shoko agrees.
“‘You guys, I just don’t know what I’d do without you!’” Satoru imitates your voice by scaling his own up a pitch, pressing a hand to his chest to encapsulate a touched emotion. “‘You all make me so happy! I love you all so much!’”
“Shut up!” you demand, fighting a laugh as Shoko and Suguru stifle their own.
“‘Satoru, I know I’m mean to you all the time, but I don’t mean it! I love having you around! You make me smile!’” he sighs dreamily, batting his eyelashes, and your friends are laughing loudly again.
You crawl over to where Satoru sits and slap his shin hard, to which he looks down at you and grins snarkily. “Ow.”
“I do not sound like that,” you argue.
“Sure you do. I should know, I'm the one you always ended up babbling to.”
“Liar,” you groan.
“Whatever you say,” Satoru taps your nose lightly with his finger and you quickly swat his hand away.
“Oh! Suguru, do you remember that time (Y/n) cried over your hair?” Shoko brings up.
It’s their turn to make fun of you now as you cross your arms stubbornly and listen.
“She told me that she was crying because she was happy for me that my hair is so long,” the hazel eyed man recalls.
“I mean, who wouldn’t?” Satoru chimes in. “Suguru was blessed with such beautiful, luscious hair, who wouldn’t cry over it? Isn’t that right, (Y/n)?”
“Yeah, yeah, laugh it up,” you murmur. “At least I’m kind when I’m drunk.”
All eyes immediately turn to Suguru, and he freezes, laughter dying in his throat. “What?”
“You’re a fucking asshole when you’re drunk, Sugu, that’s what,” Shoko says.
“Oh please, I’m not that bad.”
“Tell that to those girls you made cry at the bar last year.”
Suguru grunts, pursing his lips in embarrassment. “I told them I was sorry.”
“Doesn’t make you any less of a monster off vodka,” Satoru says, and Geto throws an arm pillow at the blue eyed man’s face.
You smile to yourself, leaning back on your hands and looking out the window at the city lights. “This is nice,” you say aloud.
Suguru and Shoko hum in agreement while Satoru stands to his feet after putting his bottle on the floor. “Isn’t it?” he announces loudly in content. “Aren’t you glad you ran into us and invited us here?”
“You invited yourself here,” you correct with a roll of your eyes. “But yes, Satoru. Yes I am.”
“We’ve missed spending time with you, (Y/n),” Shoko says. “You left me alone to deal with these two idiots and all they do is fight.”
“Because Satoru doesn’t take anything seriously,” Geto adds.
“It’s only ‘cause I love ya, Suguru.”
“Shut the hell up.”
You chuckle, bringing your knees to your chest. You glance at your phone beside you and see that the time reads 1:34 am. You cringe, unsure of where the hell the time went. “Damn, it’s late,” you say.
Suguru glances at his own phone and his brows jump. “Oh shit, yeah,” he observes. “Sorry, (Y/n). Didn’t mean to take up your entire night.”
“No, no. It's fine, I’m actually really glad you did.”
Shoko stands, stretching her arms behind her back with a sigh. “So, we hittin’ the road or what?”
You can feel Satoru’s eyes on you in an instant, and you already know what he is going to suggest before he even opens his mouth to ask. You curse yourself internally because you know that you will regret proposing what you are about to propose, but you can’t bring yourself to watch your friends head out so late and drive two hours out to where they are staying.
Once again, Satoru’s decisions have become your problem.
“Why don’t you guys just sleep over here for the night?” you suggest.
“...Are you sure?” Suguru questions. “I’m sure you’re busy tomorrow… and you’ve only been here one night.”
“It’s not a big deal. I meet with Aoto at ten tomorrow, so I’ll have plenty of time to get ready and see you guys off. Please, I wouldn’t forgive myself if I let Satoru drive you all back this late.”
“Aoto?”
“My research partner.”
“Ah,” Suguru nods, eyes flickering up swiftly to Satoru’s face before landing back on yours. “Well, if it’s not any trouble for you, we’d appreciate it.”
“Not at all. The four of us have had hundreds of sleepovers, this isn’t any different.”
“Alright, then. Thanks.”
The moment you stand up, Satoru is leaning himself against you, resting his heavy head on yours and squishing against your cheek. “You take such good care of us,” he coos, giggling when you try to push him away but struggle under his weight.
“Satoru, get off!”
The next twenty minutes fly as you spend them setting up the pullout in the living room (that you have only just discovered) and moving the coffee table to lay extra blankets and pillows next to the pullout. Suguru and Shoko take the bed while Satoru teases you about letting him sleep in the bed with you. You tell him to fuck off and he winks.
Suguru and Shoko pass out within minutes, likely exhausted from Satoru pulling them along with him all day. You see Satoru setting himself up on the floor, taking off his glasses and setting them aside, when you sneak past quietly to step out onto the balcony.
You aren’t tired. Your mind is racing and your nerves are jumping with their awareness of Satoru sitting in your living room. You exhale softly, leaning over the railing and looking down at the still busy streets, watching taxis round corners aggressively and pedestrians chat loudly. You close your eyes, setting your arms on the rail and your cheek atop them, listening to the sounds and savoring the feeling of the cool night breeze against your flustered skin.
You soak in at least five minutes of silence before you hear feet padding behind you and the door opens and closes again. You lift your head and turn to find Satoru joining you. He walks up quietly and stands beside you, peering over the ledge in the same fashion you had as you avert your gaze.
He does not say much, shockingly. Sleepiness is finally catching up to him as he looks down lazily, peacefully, unshaded blue eyes glossy beneath his long lashes. The soft distant lights of the street lamps illuminate his face with a dim glow while he hunches over, watching calmly.
It is quiet between the two of you for a moment before he’s talking, a deep voice sending chills down your spine. “Do you like it here so far?” he asks softly, voice low.
You nod, pursing your lips and keeping your gaze down. “Yeah, it’s nice,” you tell him gently. “Really different from home, but nice. I like it.”
“I can see the appeal,” he agrees. “It’s busy like Tokyo.”
“Yeah, it is,” you nod. “I don’t think it’s Suguru’s style.”
A huff of amusement breathlessly leaves Satoru’s lips, the corners of his mouth curling. “It definitely isn’t. I had to practically drag him out of his room to get him to come with.”
“You know Suguru. He’s picky.”
“Very.”
“Shoko seems to be cool with the city though.”
“Mhm. There’s not much she doesn’t adapt to.”
“That’s true…” you mumble as a lull in the conversation arises. “...Satoru, why are you-“
“So what’s your research partner like?” he interjects, turning to look at you now. You furrow your brows, meeting his eyes when you face him. His face is serene, still, yet his eyes tell a different story. They’re alive with an eagerness for his question to be answered, a curiosity, a hint of frustration. You grow confused.
“…Why?”
He tilts his head. “I can’t ask about the person my friend is working with?”
“I- no, it’s just an abrupt question.”
“I don’t think it is,” he disagrees. “What’s his name again? Ayano?”
“Aoto,” you correct sharply.
“Right. So? How is he?”
His eyes don’t waver, and you pucker your lips with befuddlement. “I mean, he’s nice. I only just met him today, but I like him so far.”
“Yeah?” he says. “You must. I mean, you just met him and he’s already taking you to dinner.”
“…For work, Satoru. Dinner for work,” you say firmly, put off by his comment. “And he was being nice because I’ve never been in the city before.”
He nods and hums nonchalantly. “That makes sense,” he says, though you doubt he’s very understanding.
“Is there something wrong?”
“No, of course not,” he answered quickly. “It’s just, we haven’t talked in so long and you’re already…”
You leaned over on your elbow and turned to face him fully. “Already what?”
He smiles to himself and lowers his head, picking at his fingernails. “I don’t know,” he mumbles. “It’s just been weird, that’s all. I had to find you in America to get you to talk to me.”
A still silence settles in the air again as you stare at him, attempting to comprehend what is going through his mind. “Satoru,” you begin, and you almost think you see him jump when you say his name. “Why are you here?”
His eyes glance up ahead of him before back down at his hands over the railing. “I told you, already. For spring break.”
“You expect me to believe that of all places in the world, you chose to come to the same place that I told Shoko I was going?” you question and he only shrugs. “I’m not dumb, Satoru. You’ve always done this.”
“Done what?” his brows angle.
“This,” you emphasize to yourself. “You always find ways to- to-“
“To what?”
His eyes are on you again, vibrant, intense. You struggle to respond under the isolation of his gaze. “You know what I mean. It’s just what you do. You push your boundaries with people,” you say eventually.
“Am I pushing a boundary with you by being here now?”
“I don’t know, Satoru, I just don’t think it’s a coincidence that you show up down the street from me in a completely different country.”
“But what if it is?”
“It’s not, though.”
“But if it is a coincidence, would you still be upset? Would you still be asking me why I’m here?” he questions. “Because I think you would.”
“The point here, Satoru, is that it’s not a coincidence and we both know it. That’s the only reason why I’m reacting this way.”
“So what I don’t understand, right,” Satoru starts and you can sense a tone of hostility creeping into his voice, though it remains mellow,” …is why it’s all of a sudden strange for me to want to spend time with you.”
“I didn’t say that.”
“But you’re so busy focusing on why I’m here instead of just the fact that I’m here.”
“Yeah, because I know you.”
“Do you?”
You straighten yourself, trying to act as if his words did not sting. “What’s going on, huh? What’s the issue?”
“That’s what I’m trying to figure out, (Y/n). You stopped answering my calls and texts, you don’t hang out with me anymore, you leave the country without telling me…” he stops himself before he can go any further and turns to look down at you head on again. “Help me understand, did I do something wrong?”
You sigh and lower your gaze. “Satoru…”
“I just need to understand what happened between us. We’re friends, and all of a sudden you’re acting like we’re not. Even Suguru and Shoko see it, but you still talk to them more than you talk to me these days.”
“It’s not-“ you pause, trying to figure out what you want to say. You don’t want to talk about this right now. Not here, not with him. It’s too much for you to get into, especially so without revealing how you feel about him. “I’ve just been-“
“Busy?” he interjects, and you deflate.
“Yes, actually.”
“Okay,” he nods, ripping his eyes from you as if the sight of you temporarily blinded him. “I can handle you being busy, (Y/n), but I can’t handle being ignored. And you can’t tell me that you haven’t been doing just that.”
“I haven’t been ignoring you.”
“You’re lying.”
“No, I’m not,” you argue. “I’ve been giving myself space. It’s different.”
“But why do you need space from me? What did I do?”
“It’s nothing you did, per say, Satoru.”
“Okay, then why?” he pleads. “Why won’t you talk to me anymore? Why aren’t you happy to see me? If I haven’t done anything wrong, why have you pushed me away? If there’s nothing, then that would just mean that you chose to step away from me for no reason, and I refuse to believe that’s true.”
You can tell by the way he speaks that you have truly affected him by stepping away, affected him in a way you did not realize you had.
You honestly didn’t think he would have cared either way if you had waned off your contact, but you were clearly very wrong. After all, like Satoru said, you’re his friend above anything else.
He’s looking at you again, desperation swirling in his crystal irises. “So just tell me, (Y/n). Tell me what it is. What did I do? What can I do?”
You sigh, hardened exterior softening, because how could it not when he’s giving you those huge puppy dog eyes.
“If I hurt your feelings, I didn’t mean to,” you tell him. “That wasn’t why… I’m sorry.”
“I’m not trying to get you to apologize for something you knew you were doing, I just want to understand why,” he says gently. “But if you don’t want to tell me… I guess that’s fine. I can’t force it out of you. I just thought you should know that I’ve missed you.”
You feel your heart do that thing it does every time Satoru is around, and you melt slightly. “I missed you too.”
Then, he’s smiling again, as though he wasn’t just upset. Eyes bright and cheeks warm as he turns to you with a newfound warmth returning in his composure. “Did you really?” he inquires, bending over slightly and craning his neck down to you with a low lidded eyes and cheeky grin.
You scoff, pushing his head away and turning your head to the side. “Don’t push it.”
“Yes ma’am,” he teases. “But seriously though.”
He steps closer to you, eyes peering down at you with a soft gleam. You look up and stiffen as he nears further into your personal space, his hand gripping the rail as the other tucks into his pocket.
“Don’t ignore me again,” he mutters, gaze piercing into yours. “Please.”
You stare at each other wordlessly, air bristling through your hair as an intensity swelters between you. You blink, swallowing nervously. “O-Okay. Sorry.”
He hums, a smile stretching over his face once more, and ducks down to wraps his arms tightly around your waist, hoisting you up in the air as he embraces you. You squeak, your arms grasping at his shoulder blades to steady yourself once you're off balance. “It’s okay, munchkin,” he squeezes you tightly. “I could never stay upset with you!”
“Satoru, put me down!” you hiss, face flustering.
He chuckles, setting you gently back down onto your feet. You put bashfully, straightening out your shirt as he looks at you sweetly. “Man, am I glad we made up. I would have done something crazy if this went on much longer.”
“Oh, you mean crazier than flying all the way to fucking New York?” you quip and he grins.
“I told you, I’m here for vacation. Not everything’s about you, you narcissist,” he says, and you can feel a vein bulging in your forehead.
“Sure,” you grumble.
“Anyways, since we’re all already here, I think we’ll stay in the city one more day before heading back up to our place.”
You quirk a brow. “Um, you think Suguru is gonna be okay with that?”
“Not at all, but I’m the one driving, so he’ll have to be fine.”
You shake your head to yourself, laughing quietly. “He’s gonna kill you one of these days.”
“I’d like to see him try,” Satoru says, making his way over to the patio door. “Oh,” he stops and turns over his shoulder. “What’s your schedule like tomorrow?”
“Well, I told you, I have a meeting at ten.”
“Oh yeah, with Aromo.”
“Aoto.”
“Same thing,” he sighs loudly, turning his eyes up. “Whatever, either way, we should all hang when you’re done. You know, before we head back.”
“While that sounds fun, Satoru, I’m here for research. I’m not sure I'll have much free time.”
“Right, like you’ll be doing work all day,” he says sarcastically.
“...Yeah. I might be,” you repeat with a straight face.
“Uh huh. So, we’ll see you at one?”
“Wh- Satoru, I have to check with-”
“Great! Text us and we’ll meet you wherever you are when you’re finished,” he cuts in, not even allowing the word no to hit his ears.
“No! Satoru-”
“Good night, beautiful,” he blows a dramatic kiss, swinging the door open. He reduces his voice to a whisper, mindful of his sleeping friends on the pullout behind him. “See you in the morning~” he wiggles his fingers in a dainty wave before leaving the balcony and shutting the door behind him, plopping himself down on his makeshift bed after making his way around the couch.
You look after him in agitation, finding yourself alone and processing what Satoru has just said to you, the way he looked at you as he begged to understand why you took steps away from your friendship, the warmth of his arms as you held you tight, the gleam in his eye when he asked you not to ignore him. You shiver as the moments replay in your head, making you wonder how things have come to this.
You sigh and turn back around to look out at the city one last time before turning into bed. It’s going to be a long week.

——DURING THE BREAK, you spent every day with Shoko just as you promised to before Christmas week. You went to see movies with her, went on a lovely shopping spree, and even got to meet one of her other friends, Utahime.
It was a wonderful week. You actually got to know Utahime very well and Shoko told you that she disliked Gojo just as much as you did, which is exactly what you and Utahime bonded over. It was girl's night after girl's night, an unstressful time spent with people you were fond of.
The whole thing was perfect and you loved it, cherishing every giggle, smile, and hug dearly within your heart. What more could you have wanted? Both women made your life feel at peace and you nearly forgot what it was like to have a female to conversate with.
You’d spent the semester distracted by Gojo and all the other guys that you forgot this feeling-- that warm fuzziness you get when they understand your troubles and support your silly delusions. You even told them about Choso, to which they both encouraged you to try speaking to him during the break.
Even Shoko, who is definitely rooting moreso for you and Gojo, was adamant on getting you to contact Choso. Utahime was a bit more skeptical about it, telling you that maybe you shouldn’t contact him if you’re not sure what you want.
Either way, you loved the fact that you had them to help you sort through your thoughts. Of course, you didn’t actually contact Choso but, talking to them about him felt like taking a weight off your shoulders.
Part of you wanted to tell them about Gojo and how he’s confessed to you but, you knew Shoko would be hellbent on convincing you to pick him over Choso. Or at least, that’s how she would’ve been before Christmas. After that day, you’re pretty sure the woman was just as conflicted about who you should choose as you.
However, she still doesn’t know that Gojo’s blackmailing you, which is something you have to keep reminding yourself about every time you weigh the pros and cons of each man.
. . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆ . . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
Christmas week.
You went home to your family as scheduled and freed your mind of all (almost) all stress. Of course, your parents gave you their usual hell about not coming home often enough and not calling enough and etcetera. Even so, you still felt at peace at home.
Sometimes you Facetimed Shoko in your free time but most of your time at home was spent in tranquility.
You loved every second of it and it was full of joyful events that led up to Christmas day.
After a night of last-minute gift wrapping, you had woken up early in the morning and received a few expensive gifts from various family members. Most of it was gift cards, perfume, and from some people just straight cash. All of it was gratefully accepted and cherished though and you had a smile plastered all over your face the entire day.
In the afternoon, you decided to head home to Shoko, parting ways with your family with lots of don’t forget to call and make good choices being thrown at you before you left.
Before you knew it, you were right back in your apartment but Shoko wasn’t there. You stopped there to change your clothes as Shoko had earlier texted you and said that she was at Geto and Gojo’s place. So, once you were all dressed in comfortable sweats, you made your way there.
You don’t know why but, you were nervous about it. This would be your first time hanging out with the trio. You’d spent time with each of them individually of course but, never all three at the same time. This made you nervous for some reason.
Shoko doesn’t know about the list and you don’t want her to find out about it either. What happens if Gojo or Geto open their mouths about it? What happens if Geto brings up the fact that you had sex with him? Would Shoko view you as a slut for sleeping with both men at one point?
Would she not want to be your friend anymore? Would sh-
You huff out a heavy sigh and shake your thoughts away. It was Christmas day, there was no need to be overthinking like this. You were standing outside of the men’s apartment, holding a small, last-minute bag filled with a few gifts. After a gentle knock, the door swung open, and standing in front of you was Geto Suguru.
His dark locks of hair were loose, flowing down past his shoulders messily over the big sweater he wore. He looked really snug in his clothes. A sly smile spread across his handsome face as he took in your appearance, “Hey gorgeous, Merry Christmas.” He purred out in that soothing voice of his.
You couldn’t help but smile at the nickname never dropping, stepping into the apartment and moving to give him a hug, “Merry Christmas, Sugu.”
His arms wrap around your body in a tight hug and as the two of you part from each other, the smell of cookies fills your nose. When you turn around, Gojo’s standing not too far away, clearly not privy to you joining them for Christmas.
The two of you are frozen for a moment, simply staring at one another before a push is made to your lower back. You turn back to Geto for a split second, sending him a glare as you stumble toward Gojo. The raven-haired male chuckles and then turns to head toward his kitchen, leaving you and Gojo alone.
You look up at the tall man, his hair a fluffy mess almost as if he’d been lying down, and his eyes refusing to leave yours. After a slight sigh, you shuffle your feet closer to him before you’re barely an inch away from him.
Gojo’s breath hitches when your arms go up and around his neck as you hug him tenderly. His brain stutters to render the fact that you’re hugging him and it took him a second to wrap his arms around your waist. His face drops to the crook of your neck and he squeezes you in his arms.
“Merry Christmas, sweetheart,” Gojo whispers.
You’re smiling like crazy, his loving tone giving you butterflies, “Merry Christmas, Satoru.”
He pulls away, only slightly, turning his head to meet your eyes. The two of you were so close that to another person, it’d appear as though you were about to kiss. “I didn’t know you were coming.” He tells you.
You chuckle, “Maybe Shoko wanted to surprise you.”
“Best surprise ever.” Gojo comments, “You’re so beautiful…”
Heat rushes to your face and you ease your arms down from around his neck, “Thank you-”
The sound of your name being called by Shoko makes both of you flinch as if you were caught doing something you had no business doing. Both of you shuffle off of each other and try to act inconspicuous.
Shoko bursts out laughing dramatically, having seen the entire thing and finding it hilarious how the two of you try to act like you weren’t a few inches away from making out. “You guys are so cute, I can’t.” Shoko giggles.
She then approaches the two of you and in the blink of your eye, Gojo is shoved out of the way, stumbling into a nearby wall. Shoko’s arms go out and up a little and you smile at her before jumping into her arms dramatically.
She hugs you tighter and harder than either of the guys did, even going as far as lifting you and spinning you around-- all of which is done because she’s happy to see you again after a week of separation. The two of you are laughing and giggling in each other’s arms and Gojo has a frown on his face at the way he got shoved to the side.
When the two of you stop, Shoko moves to grab your hands as she speaks to you, “Merry Christmas roomie! I got you the best gift!”
You chuckle at her enthusiasm, she’s usually more relaxed than this so it’s nice to see her express so much emotion. “Merry Christmas,” Your smile widens, “What’d you get me?”
“You’ll see in a few minutes,” She says releasing your hands and nodding her head toward the living room, “We already opened a few but there’s still more.”
“Did you guys wait for me?” You ask as you begin following behind her.
Both of you continue your small talk, completely forgetting about Gojo who's shocked you’re even here. He grumbles to himself at the fact that Shoko came and stole you from him so swiftly.
The three of you end up in the living room, Geto is heard in the kitchen baking away as he hums to whatever Christmas songs were playing. You and Shoko are talking and giggling about the things she’s gotten so far and she complains about how Geto bought her a pack of cigarettes.
You laugh with her, knowing that she’s definitely grateful for the gift based on the unwavering smile plastered on her face the entire time she catches you up on what’s happened while you weren’t there.
“Oh, and I also know what the albino got you,” Shoko exclaims, a bigger smile growing on her face as she speaks about it.
Your eyebrows raise and you glance over to Gojo, who is sitting on one of the nearby couches scrolling through his phone, “What’d he get me?” You ask, turning your head back to Shoko.
She leans closer to you to whisper, “He got you a-”
“Shoko if you tell her, I’m cutting your hair off and flushing all your cigs’.” Gojo interrupts as a pillow goes flying across the room, landing right into the woman’s face.
She fumes, jokingly, and snatches the pillow up before launching it back to the man, “I dare you,” She shouts at the man, making him laugh as the pillow smacks him in the face.
The two start bickering back and forth and you’re laughing at the display of them partaking in a quick pillow war, instead of a pillow fight-- launching and smacking each other with any nearby pillows. As they do that, you take that as your chance to slip out and check on Geto.
Making your way out of the living room, you quickly head to the kitchen and catch the man pulling cookies out of the oven with a silly apron on. You’ve got a bag in your hands that holds his gift, seeing now as a perfect time to give it to him since Shoko told you there’s no set time on when gifts needed to be exchanged.
Geto notices you as he places the tray of cookies on the counter, flashing you a smile as you approach him, “Sounds like they’re destroying the living room again,” He comments.
You chuckle, “Again?”
“They had a play fight last night over gift wrap,” Geto hums, moving to rid his hands of the oven mitts he wore.
“Why am I not surprised?” You laugh, coming to a stop beside the male, your eyes scanning over the mouth-watering sugar cookies lying on a decorative tray, “Ouu these look good.”
“They should be,” Geto hums, turning his head to look at you instead of the cookies. His eyes drop to the bag in your hands, “S’that for me?”
You turn and look at him, smiling, “Yeah but, it’s more like a last-minute gift. It’s nothing amazing, just something silly.”
He appears to be intrigued, “Silly? My best friend is Gojo Satoru, I’m used to these kinda’ gifts.” Geto says with a casual shrug.
The bag in your hands is extended out to the man and he takes it from you gratefully, quickly moving to open it. Your smile grows and grows, mischief embedded into your eyes as you watch him take out what you got for him.
As the item comes out of the box, Geto stares in disbelief for a second and then laughs. “Oh hell no. If you think I’m putting this on, you’re going to be very disappointed.”
“Oh c’monnnnn Suguruuu, you have long hair.” You say, trying to convince him, “Just wear one? For me? Pleeease?”
“No.” Geto declines, dropping the item back into the bag.
You pout, “That’s not nice, Sugu. I went out of my way to pick that out just for you.”
He looks up from the bag and to your pleading eyes, “Did you?”
“Yes,” You sigh, moving to reach into the bag and drag the item out, “I can even put it on for you.”
Geto scoffs, “Yeah, no.”
The man then tries turning away from you but you extend a handout and grab ahold of his sweater, tugging him back toward you.
“Pretty please?” You beg, making him sigh loudly.
His back is to you now but he peers down at you over his shoulder, “I don’t like you.”
You beam, “Is that a yes?!”
“You’re just as annoying as Satoru, y’know that right?” Geto groans, turning his head to face forward, “Fine.”
Your eyes light up and the man hands a hair tie back to you. You giggle as you take it from him and then raise your hands up to do his hair. Slowly, you both walk a bit out of the kitchen and then you continue your actions.
Tying half of his hair up, like he usually does, instead of putting it into a bun, you leave it loose and then place your gift into his hair. The man grits his teeth as he feels you do so, already disliking his agreeance to this.
“Aaaand, done. It’s so pretty, Suguru!” You say happily.
“I’m taking it out in an hour.” He says grumpily.
“You didn’t even see how it looks yet!” You happily point out as you move to get a picture of the sight with your phone. His back is still to you and he doesn’t actually care if you take a picture.
He rolls his eyes, “You put a pink bow in my hair, I think I can picture what it looks like just fine.”
His words make you laugh excessively. You love how grumpy he sounds about it, “This is what you get for stealing my things.”
Geto pouts, “I was gonna give them back…”
“Yeah? When?” You ask, not believing him in the slightest.
“Today,” He tells you.
Your expression sinks, “Don’t tell me that was my Christmas gift…”
The man smirks, “It was.”
“You are such a pervert.”
“Howww?” He starts laughing, “I’m returning your things. Don’t worry, it’s all clean.”
“Y’know what, just for that,” Your hands go to his shoulders and you force him to turn around, pushing him toward the living room, “Everyone’s gonna see the pretty bow I just put in your hair.”
“Holy shit,” He chuckles and tries resisting your pushing, “W-Wait I-”
The man’s face goes bright red as he’s shoved into the living room. Shoko and Gojo were mid-pillow attacks when they both froze and looked over to the raven-haired male. For only a second, everyone’s still and quiet.
“G-God damnit,” Geto mutters, bringing a hand to his face and turning to the side.
Shoko bursts out in laughter, chuckling so hard that she falls over and has to hold her stomach to catch her breath.
Gojo’s snickering as he looks at his friend, “Suguru… Is…” He chuckles, “Is that a bow in your hair?”
“I hate all of you.” Geto groans, rolling his eyes at Shoko and Gojo’s obnoxious laughter filling the air.
Then there’s you giggling behind him, “It’s cute!”
“Shut up.” The male muttered before dragging his feet toward a nearby couch to plop down.
You join him and the other two, all of you beginning to tease Geto about the pretty pink bow in his hair. The man is so embarrassed about it but at some point he smiles, giving in to the humor in it all.
. . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆ . . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
As the laughter died down, all four of you chatted for a while-- giggling and smiling about some more silly gifts that were exchanged.
Shoko got Gojo this huge Christmas hat and then teased him about being Santa’s long-lost brother or something. Aside from that, the rest of the gifts were pretty normal but the four of you still had fun through it all.
You got Shoko a gift card, which she cherished as if it was the best thing she received all day. The woman hugged you and snuggled up into your body for a while, telling you how you were the best roommate she could’ve ever asked for. You gushed at her words and the two of you would laugh and laugh-- the men feeling left out as they watched you both.
They’d even dramatically roll their eyes at the display of affection but truthfully, Gojo adored seeing you so happy and Geto loved having his friends all in one place like this. Everything was so perfect.
And it only got better.
Because later on, after Geto privately found a moment to give you your gift, the four of you were still in the living room and all of you had eaten cookies and watched a Christmas movie together.
Gojo saved his gift for you until the movie was over and by that time, it was slowly fading into nighttime.
With a slight huff, Gojo stood up from the couch and headed to his room for a moment. Shoko was resting her head on your shoulder, her eyes blindly staring at whatever auto-played on the TV ahead. Meanwhile, Geto picked up his phone and began to scroll through it.
After a few minutes, Gojo returns to the three of you and you and him make eye contact. He’s got a bag in his hand and is careful to make his way toward you.
When he does, he doesn’t realize he’s standing in front of Shoko until she says something, “Dude, you’re not made of glass.” She hums, ignoring the fact that he was clearly only standing there for you.
You chuckle and angle your head up a bit, seeing that Gojo doesn’t budge and instead holds the bag out for you to take. You shake your head at how he ignores Shoko and then sit up, causing her to slip off your shoulder.
The woman groans and then shifts to sit herself up properly, “You’re both annoying,” She says harmlessly before moving to her feet and going to sit on another couch.
Gojo smiles victoriously and then plops down right where Shoko had been, “Got somethin’ for ya’, sweetheart.” He says to you.
You carefully take the bag from his hands, trying not to smile already even though you don’t know what it is. “What is it?” You ask.
“Open it and find out,” Gojo hums.
He shifts so that his body is facing yours, bringing one leg up onto the couch and then moving his arm to the back of the couch so that he can rest his head against his knuckles. With a sigh, you place the bag in your lap and then reach into it.
You weren’t sure what to expect. He said he didn’t even know you were coming so he couldn’t have gotten you anything too thoughtful, right? It’s probably some cash or something along that line…
Geto had placed his phone down and turned his head to the two of you, somewhat excited to see your reaction. And, you didn’t know it but, Shoko was also watching with just as much excitement.
Out of the box, you pulled a pretty red jewelry box out. A hand quickly came up to your mouth as you gasped. It was a rather large box and it was so obvious that there was a necklace inside.
“Satoru… You didn’t…” You whisper in shock.
He smirks, his eyes all over you, “I did. C’mon, open it already, love.”
Your heart skipped a beat due to the nickname and you took a deep breath before opening the jewelry box. Revealed to you was a simple yet dazzling necklace.
Your jaw dropped a little as you looked at the item. There was a pretty white silver chain that led to a small, clearly diamond-encrusted pendant that had a slight sparkle under the lighting. It wasn’t too extravagant or anything but the gift itself struck your heart just right.
You were tearing up for some unknown reason as you stared at it, “I… S-Satoru is this real?” You whispered in disbelief, slowly turning to the man.
Gojo looked at ease, nodding his head slightly, “Of course it’s real.”
“This is…” You turn and look back down at the item, almost too scared to touch it.
He leans closer to you, only a little, “Want’ me to put it on for you?” He offers thoughtfully.
Too stunned to speak, you just nod your head. Gojo moved carefully as he reached for the necklace and you moved around to turn your back to him once he had it. As you did so, you found yourself facing Geto who watched the two of you contently.
You felt Gojo’s fingers against your hair, slipping your hair out of the way, if any, and then shifting the jewelry around you. The slight coldness of the metal hitting your skin made you flinch slightly but as you felt Gojo’s fingertips graze your neck, your nerves steadily died down.
He then shamelessly leaned forward and placed a kiss on the nape of your neck as the piece of jewelry was clasped around you.
Geto winks at you, “It looks good on you,” He compliments.
You’re smiling nonstop, “Thank you.”
Gojo pulls away from your neck and hums out a simple, “Done.”
You turn your body around to face him and see Shoko smiling in the corner of your eye. She was going to say something but she stopped herself as she watched the way your arms flew around Gojo’s neck as you hugged him.
The embrace was so strong and forward that Gojo fell back onto the couch with you landing right on top of him. Your body lay against his muscular one, his legs spread as yours positioned in between them. Even though he fell, you didn’t care, squeezing onto the man tightly as a thanks.
Gojo chuckled and you could feel his heart pounding against his chest as he wrapped his arms around your waist.
“Thank you, Satoru,” You whisper, unconsciously nuzzling into the man, “It’s beautiful, I love it.”
He swallows hard at your words, his heart fluttering in his chest as he chuckles. “I’m glad you like it, sweets.” Gojo hums, shifting his head so that he can whisper in your ear, “I love you.”
The words make your eyes widen and you suddenly move to lift yourself up. You don’t get off of him, simply placing your hands at the side of his head and hovering over the male. His face is completely red at the sight of you over him and you see his breathing grow a bit heavier.
Both of you glance down at each other’s lips at the same time and you both are actually about to kiss, regardless of Shoko or Geto being right there in the room with the two of you. You never wanted to kiss Gojo so bad. There was this sudden desire to just plaster his face with kisses as a thank you for the beautiful piece of jewelry he’d gifted you with.
Getting lost in the moment, you even started to lean down to the man and he looked like he had no plans on stopping you.
Unfortunately, the sudden buzzing of your phone in your pocket stopped you and the two of you finched out of your little daze. You blinked out of your ridiculous thoughts and pushed yourself all the way up, moving off of Gojo and giving him space. You sat back on your heels and he sat up, raising a brow at what it was that ruined the moment.
You stuff your hand into your pocket to find out, pulling your cell out and glancing at the screen. Your eyes went completely wide and your jaw dropped for a second time that night.
You slap a hand over your mouth, “Oh my god.” You murmured, moving to shoot up to your feet.
Geto raised a brow, Gojo batted his eyelashes at you, and Shoko sent you a confused look.
You only made eye contact with Shoko, “It’s him.” You whispered in disbelief.
Her eyes light up and she sits up a little from her slouched position, “Him, as in…?” She raised a brow, sending you a you know who look.
You nodded frantically, your hand shaking a little. You then glanced down at Gojo, who surprisingly had a smile on his face.
The man nudged your leg, “Go on, go talk to him, sweetheart.” Gojo encouraged.
With another shocked bat of your eyelashes, you nod briefly and then rush out of the living room while raising your phone to your ear. Your heart was pounding, throbbing even as you shakily held up the phone.
“H-Hello?” You stammered as you walked into the kitchen.
You could hear everything. The parting of those plush lips of his, the sharp inhale he takes, and even the faint shake in his deep voice as he spoke.
“Merry Christmas, baby,” Choso uttered with that sweet voice of his.
Folded. In half. Literally. You had to bring another hand over your mouth to cover the way his voice, the nickname, and the entire interaction made you all giggly and flustered in a matter of seconds.
Crouching down slightly, you almost didn’t reply as you replayed his voice in your mind over and over. God you missed it more than you realized you did.
“F-Fuck,” You curse softly, chuckling afterward, “Merry Christmas, Cho.”
You couldn’t see it but, he smiled happily at the sound of your voice-- the two of you having an equal effect on each other. He too had to cover his mouth for a second, as if that would stop the gushing smile on his face.
“Shit,” Choso hums, “I uh…” His brain stammers to figure out what to say, “A-Are uhm… Are you free right now by any chance?”
You just barely glance over toward the direction of the living room, “Not exactly but, t-that can probably change. Why?”
The man bites his lower lip for a moment in thought. Choso releases his lip and then holds back his smile as he voices his next words calmly, “I wanna see you.”

you’re really going to LEAVE SATORU BEHIND. . .?
— angst no comfort sawry </3, poly! stsg breakup scene (mentioned briefly in this), geto x reader
Tumblr media
cutting through the bustling crowd, satoru’s fervent cries reach your ears—desperate words imbedding themselves in your skin.
“suguru! y/n! come on, what do you two think you’re even doing? this is so drastic, you know this is stupid!”
you fathom how suguru makes it look so easy, ignoring gojo so effortlessly and not even breaking his stride. how does geto just not acknowledge him? he has to also be hurting on the inside?
“guys, don’t do this.” the hurt in satoru’s voice is like knives in your chest. “just—just come here, we can talk about this. there has to be another way!”
there isn’t any other solution in you and suguru’s minds. killing off all non-sorcerers was the only way to make the world a better place for people like you. people like satoru and shoko and nanami. as long as you let these lower classes—monkeys, as suguru spits out—continue to live on in their ugly and useless little lives, then earth was a doomed planet. this needed to be done, you knew it needed to be done, and yet…
“y/n! y/n, sweetheart, baby, please, please, please, come back. i can’t lose both of you, please!”
it was hard enough already, but satoru targeting you specifically just makes this all the more difficult.
“suguru…” your fist tightens in geto’s black shirt, directing wide and teary eyes to his indifferent features, about to turn and meet satoru’s eye when a hand gently holds the back of your head.
“i know it’s hard.” suguru finally speaks, still moving forward. “but gojo doesn’t understand this, my love. just keep going. you have to be strong. he’ll be grateful when we finally change the world for the better.”
and his words make sense, they always make sense. so, through nails in your palms, clenched eyelids, and tears, you continue ahead with suguru. and eventually you can no longer hear satoru’s cries at all.

hii!! hope ur doing good!! could you do hcs for the boys with an s/o who has narcolepsy??
-jjk boys with a reader who has narcolepsy
ft. yuji, megumi, inumaki, yuta
notes: since i had no idea what narcolepsy was, i had to do a bit of research. i might be way off on what it is, so please correct me if i am.
yuji ->
• when he first noticed, you both were having a conversation and you randomly fell asleep.
• he kept shaking you gently asking what happened, thinking you were looking down at something that was making you look so still.
• once he realised that was not the case, he thought you had went paralysed and was panicking
• he called for shoko frantically asking for help, once she explained you had narcolepsy he calmed down a bit.
• after that incident he always brings a pillow when you are there, scared you will fall asleep again.
• he always asks if you had a nap today, and since you’re not allowed caffeine whenever you two or in a group go out he makes sure that you don’t accidentally get any.
• if you have a sudden weakness in your muscles, he will definitely be by your side at all times to help you.
• i feel like he’d carry you around everywhere
• he also asks how good you sleep was and how comfy it was, if it wasn’t he’d probably ask gojo for a new mattress and some pillows.
• hes constantly asking you how you are aswell making sure you’re in top shape, he’s never had his guard down and is ready if you have a sleep attack or your limbs go weak.
• in lessons where you can’t focus on things properly, he locks in and make sure he does notes on everything you missed so you can see later.
megumi ->
• when he firsts notices your extreme tiredness at times, he originally thinks its from the exhaustion of doing missions but he had a nagging feeling that it was something else.
• i have a very strong feeling he already knew a bit about narcolepsy from the fact he loves nonfiction books.
• so that means he was prepared when he first found out about your narcolepsy.
• this guy definitely keeps some sort of unconscious (very organised) timetable in his head about what times you had your nap.
• he always checks if you followed the timetable, checking in on how many times you had a nap.
• if you complained, or if he asked you, about the comfort of your sleep and it was uncomfortable then (like yuji) he would go to gojo and get you anything sleep related to help you.
• if you weren’t able to pay attention in class because it was hard to focus on things, you can always rely on him because he has the most neat notes in the world, despite his handwriting being a bit messy as he had to write quick, he’s a pro at organised notes.
• he will get used to your narcolepsy quickly and is very understanding of how tired or irritated you act sometimes, he won’t take it to heart.
• after finding out, he would be a lot more patient with you and think about your safety.
• thinking about your safety a lot more is definitely integrated into his lifestyle now
inumaki ->
• you guys were in a restaurant and you randomly fell asleep, he was poking your forehead trying to wake you up, he didn’t want your soon-to-come food to get cold.
• when he found out about your narcolepsy, he was interested by it.
• he would do missions for you if he felt like it was your time to have a nap
• when you get a sleep attack in random places he will try his best to make sure you’re in a comfortable position so you don’t wake up sore.
• he is unconsciously always thinking if you had enough sleep that day, especially during missions.
• if you’re really feeling sleepy while you were hanging out in a group, he’d take you to your dorm right away
• even though he can’t talk at most times, he’ll always make sure that you know he’s concerned for your health and will be there for you.
• i feel like you guys both look out for each other sometimes, like you would always have cough medicine incase he doesn’t have any, and he would always make sure that you got enough of your quality sleep.
• sometimes he relates to you as you both have things in your life that affects your health drastically, so that makes your relationship with him a bit closer because of that.
yuta ->
• he was very scared when he first found out
• he’s a gentleman.
• he always makes sure you know the material properly in class and he goes over it with you to make sure that you understand whats going on.
• every time you go to sleep in random places he will find something soft for you to rest your head on, whether its his clothes or his belongings he wants your sleep to be comfortable.
• it doesn’t even matter to him, like it could be so cold that your eyelashes freeze and he’d still take off his jacket for you to sleep on.
• if you feel even slightly tired he will escort you to your dorm, he gets anxious that you wont feel good and will start feeling tired and unfocused.
• he always asks you if you need anything
• definitely got spare blankets during hangouts so he can cover you with it when you sleep, so you don’t feel cold while sleeping.
• whenever he’s at shops he always looks at the pillows and feels them if they are up to his standards of comfort, then if they meet those standards he will buy them for you.
• he would do everything for you if you’re limbs start feeling really weak, he’d always keep you in a comfortable position so it doesn’t make you ache after.

∞ SNSTV : first year, first mission
this is the first chapter of my series "sensitive" (SNSTV = sensitive). since it's a series, this first chapter is going to be pretty "boring" in terms of romance, but it still full of satosugu interactions with reader...but probably not favorable ones as you'll see soon lol. anyway ! stay tuned for the next chapters because i will have a lot of fun fleshing this out hehehe
Tumblr media
first year satosugu x male reader
-> prev
( if u squint )
“since shoko is a very valuable sorcerer, she must refrain from participating in highly dangerous missions,” the only girl in the room smiled at the information, sneakily flipping off her male classmates. satoru was annoyed, suguru was indifferent, and [name] seemed to be the only one with half a mind to care for the woman’s safety.
“her abilities are quite special,” he compliments, making yaga hum in agreement and shoko wink at him in appreciation.
satoru pretends to barf in his mouth.
“that leaves the three of you, [last name], gojo, and geto — this mission is going to be your first one without supervision. it should show to be easy enough. you are to simply monitor and oversea a specific section of the closed down mall and exorcise any curses that are roaming. it has been closed down far too long and kids are starting to wander in there without any idea of what they’re walking into. for the safety of the people and the community, you must exterminate every curse that dwells there. you are all permitted in using any cursed tool, if you wish, but we highly encourage you learn to harness your abilities as soon as possible.”
satoru pretended to barf in his mouth again. doing things for “normal” civilians was never his most ideal way of spending his time. but unless he wanted to hear a nagging from yaga, he had to suck it up. formal missions were hard to dodge, anyway. meanwhile, suguru hummed in understanding, seeing why this would need an urgent team.
and [name] was just excited to finally get his hands on his cursed tool again.
the three were escorted to the abandoned mall via their driver, who told them to call him if anything were to happen and they needed immediate assistance.
“i don’t get why crybaby over here had to come,” satoru huffs, looking at the mall with disinterest. it’s unclear whether or not he’s talking to himself or his other classmate. either way, it got a reaction from [name] who was within earshot.
“why don’t you just go fuck off gojo,” [name] snarled, holding onto the scythe in his hands with a tight grip. he expertly twirled it around, using the weight of it and basic understanding of gravity, to make it so that the sharp blade was pointed right at gojo’s neck.
hiding his surprise at the sudden action, gojo just smirked and glared at [name].
“you’re just scared because you know i’m right. the moment things go to shit, you’re gonna go running with your tail in between your legs like a poor puppy. and i’ll be there to laugh,” gojo said with a taunting cackle, the ugly sound rising from his throat making both suguru and [name] cringe.
“i’ll slice your throat open, i mean it.”
“love to see you try, piece of shit!”
“alright! enough fighting, the both of you! seriously? are we on a mission to exorcise some curses or is it my personal responsibility to babysit the two of you?” suguru sighed, rubbing his forehead in stress, “can we all just do this and go home? i think it’s obvious neither of you want to be here any longer,”
satoru rolled his eyes at suguru’s “nice guy” perona, internally calling bullshit on his entire personality. god, satoru hated those type of guys the most. the ones who think they’re superior just because they’re more mature. it pissed him off that suguru had an ability so strong too...talk about waste of potential!
well, too bad for both [name] and suguru because the one who was most superior was obviously him! he was gojo satoru, after all.
“whatever, weaklings. why don’t you sit back and just let me take care of this? there’s no need for your abilities when i could exterminate every curse in the vacinity,” satoru was confident when speaking his words, but if you were to tell him to actually do that…he might not have been able to.
hey! he was a first year and just recently allowed to go completely “ham” on using his powerful abilities. he didn’t have the bestest grasp on control or output, but he did know that his technique easily overpowered the other twos’.
“hm, to make it interesting, why don’t we have a competition?”
the competitive side of [name] and satoru shone bright after suguru said that. taking their perked up heads and attentive ears as a sign to continue on, he proposed, “whoever exorcises the most curses won’t have to do chores around the dorm for a whole week and all that responsibility will fall onto the losers.”
“a whole month,” [name] bargained, earning a shrug of approval from suguru. and satoru laughed that obnoxious laugh of his again, shouting a “bring it on” before putting on his sunglasses.
“you two are going down!”
“what does cockiness get you besides hateful stares, gojo?”
“geto-san’s right, you gojo bitch! bite your tongue and choke on your own blood, fool!!”
on the count of 3, the three students were setting off into separate directions of the mall and finding as many curses as possible to exterminate. for how vast the entire property was, this could take as long as a couple of hours…if the three students were normal jujutsu sorcerers.
but when you put a narcissist, someone with a superiority complex, and a hot-headed individual in a high stakes competition, you get the mall that was full of curses being free of said curses in under two hours (an hour and ten minutes, to be exact. to cover a 800,000 square feet land full of extremely lower grade curses).
at the beginning of the competition, [name] would lure out the curses by simply baiting them with his “naivety” of them being there. they’d pounce to attack, happy to find an unsuspecting prey, before [name] would slash them across their forms and kill them with his cursed tool. he imagines by the end of the hour, he had already taken care of over a couple dozen very low grade curses.
just as he was about to maneuver around and slice another one up, something had already took care of the problem.
“gonna need to try harder than that, crybaby,” satoru taunts, smirking from a floor above as he easily blew up the curse that was about to attack [name]. the man grits his teeth in annoyance while the white haired individual just shrugs in pride, “you can’t even look out for yourself, need me to save you, huh?”
“fuck off!” [name] sent a strong gust of wind satoru’s way via swinging his scythe towards satoru, creating almost a slash of air. his tormentor only laughed at the attempt in attacking him, flipping out of the way and then walking past [name] with a smug grin.
as he disappeared from [name]’s sight, he felt himself get more and more annoyed and angry at his predicament. of course, he had to be stuck in an abandoned place with his bully and not be able to leave until the ending of their mission. [name] huffed, feeling an unfair amount of tears reach his eyes.
at least satoru wouldn’t be around to see him cry like a pathetic loser, he thought to himself. he shook his head a couple of times, forcing the tears down with a clearing of his throat and rough wipe of his face. it was a pain to live such an emotionally unstable life — as if he had any control over things like that.
“so you really are a crybaby?” suguru’s voice broke his silent sobs, making him whip his head up and glare at the man approaching him. seeing his obvious apprehension to him being there, suguru put his hands up in surrender to show he meant no harm, “there’s no reason for you to be crying, why are you crying?”
“obviously i know i have no reason to cry, idiot, how annoying do you think it is for me to have to do it when i have no reason to?!”
suguru blinked, confusion panted on his face, “you have to cry?” putting emphasis on ‘have’ it was obvious suguru didn’t see a point in such a thing, especially right now.
“you wouldn’t get it, so just leave me alone,” [name] said, waving his hand and turning around to look for more curses. suguru had an odd look on his face as he watched [name] walk away, an unreasonable amount of cursed energy surrounding the previously crying man.
the ravenette truly wondered what his life story was, he was just so intriguing. a sorcerer coming from one of the strongest clans in the jujutsu world was walking away from him with his head held down, shoulders shaking, and tears dripping onto the floor.
“what’s his deal,” suguru hums to himself, flicking his wrist in the direction of a miniature curse that was coming towards him and easily eliminating it from the picture.
[name] continued expertly swinging his scythe around whenever he saw a curse coming towards him, not flinching as it died in front of him each time. it was obvious he was most comfortable with such a weapon, despite it being a couple times larger than his smaller frame. with how easily he handled it, though, it was somewhat obvious that he had been training with the weapon for a long time.
“oiii!!! i finished up on my part of the mall,” satoru shouted, his whiny voice echoing in the empty walls.
“same here!!”
[name] looked down at the pathetic curse that was shyly standing far away from him. it had an odd figure, a spherical body that was being held up by skinny blue legs that were wobbling from the abnormal amount of weight that they had to hold up. it was muttering some stuff about the fitting room and how the clothes weren’t fitting, making [name] believe it probably formed from the stuff people would feel about themselves in the fitting rooms.
he sighed, walking ahead and crouching in front of the curse. the scythe remained unmoving as it was leaning against his shoulder, weakly swinging in the air at the heavy weight of the blade hanging behind his head. he kept it secure with his arm over the handle portion, making sure that it didn’t fall over.
the curse reached its arm out to touch him, but with a simple shifting of his head into the opposite direction, [name] stopped the possible contact. instead, he just put his finger to the pudgy flesh of the curse’s body, grimacing at the feeling. and with a simple “shot” coming from his fingers, the curse began to flail in pain and agony. until it turned into nothing but ash and dust, being blown away by a passing breeze.
“hey, what was your total count?” satoru’s voice taunted from behind him, not really reading the energy in the room. [name] stood up, a completely dead look in his eyes. it almost shocked satoru enough to shut him up, but it would take more than a miserable face to ever make him close his loud mouth.
“i came up to about 60,” suguru said, “a bunch of small insignificant ones, really,”
“and i got to the eighties,” satoru grinned, roughly shoving his shoulder into suguru’s. the black haired man only rolled his eyes, “what about you? i doubt above thirty, am i right?”
in reality, [name] had killed more curses than the two combined. but he susposes that he had an advantage, wielding a cursed tool rather than using his actual technique. well, except to kill that last one. plus his high sensitivity in reading where the curses were gave him an advantage in finding the prey faster than the other two.
but instead of telling the truth and gloating, like he should have done, he just shrugged, “i didn’t keep track — i guess you win, gojo,”
that made the strong sorcerer pump his fist into the air, chanting about how [name] and suguru were going to be stuck doing his laundry for a month. he was too caught up in his celebration to notice how sunken in [name]’s face really looked.
it wasn’t just his eyes that appeared dead, but it was as if the color drained from his face, his eyes turned bloodshot, and he was weakly walking towards them.
suguru noticed, though. and it intrigued him as he peered behind [name]’s subtly limping figure, catching a pile of ashes that was blowing in the wind. he couldn’t connect the dots completely, but he did know that the two things he noticed were connected in some way.
“feeling alright? losing sucks,” suguru asked, trying to talk about more light hearted things in the face of his incredibly sullen classmate.
“yeah, it’s whatever, i guess,”
there was definitely a difference. less colorful choices of vocabulary were being used and suguru thought that was the most noticeable change in [name]’s demeanor. he wasn’t cursing satoru out for being an egotistical piece of shit with the biggest ego in the world. he was just blankly walking past the bragging man with not a care in the world.
suguru bit his lip, stopping himself from asking more questions and instead reaching into his pocket to contact their original driver to tell them that the job was done. and while suguru was theorizing all of these things to himself, it was obvious satoru didn’t even spend a second thinking about it. if anything he welcomed the new, depressed [name]. it made for perfect bullying material for him!
that sadist, suguru grimly thought in his mind as he listened to the phone ring. he informed the driver to come pick them up before turning back around to watch satoru and [name] interact with one another. with how off he was acting, it was a surprise to see satoru still adamant on tormenting [name]. wasn’t it obvious already he was not himself? couldn’t gojo just give him a break? but then again, why wasn’t [name] sticking up for himself? he wasn’t a little kid that needed suguru’s saving, but at this point, he might as well.
“c’mon, gojo, quit it already,” suguru spoke up, lightly slapping the man’s shoulder. satoru didn’t like that, though, obnoxiously stomping over to stand toe-to-toe with suguru.
“hah? c’mon, geto, you’ve got to see that this is a real pathetic scene, isn’t it? he can’t do anything in his life but constantly lose. it makes you wonder how it’s even possible for us to exist in the same world as him; the strongests and the weakest standing to be in the same jujutsu class? what a joke,”
suguru grimaced, pushing satoru backwards to create some space in between them, “that’s not even funny, what’s your issue, gojo? can’t you just shut up for a couple of seconds? would it really kill you?”
satoru pretended to barf, glaring at suguru, “oh, c’mon, don’t tell me you’re one of those righteous folks that sticks up for the weaker people?”
“i don’t have to explain shit to you — i don’t even know you,” suguru mumbles, not wanting to entertain him further. creating an argument would only make their moods worsen and become more bitter towards each other. in the midst of his annoyance, suguru glances towards [name] and scoffed to himself.
it was a bit pathetic of [name] to not even speak up for himself, he’ll admit that. but he wasn’t going to bully him just for that. he just wished that he had spoken up for himself in this moment, it would’ve at least been a sign to satoru that he wasn’t to be messed with. that he was strong, to some extent. but instead the man just stood there and took all the insults.
it made suguru both annoyed and angered.
why couldn’t [name] stand up for himself now? he was doing so before so easily and naturally. but now, it was as if all the energy was sucked out of him…
the ride to the jujutsu high was silent. and [name] seperated from the two the moment they stepped foot onto the school grounds. suguru remained stoic as he watched [name] walk away while satoru next to him only hummed in disinterest.
”i’m telling you, suguru, to not waste your time defending him. he’s got no place in the jujutsu world, weak sorceres like him that prove to be useless have no place standing next to us — or even shoko for that matter. she may not have fighting prowess, but her natural ability is remarkable. with [name]…there’s nothing remarkable about him. it’s as if he’s a normal human, he’s ordinary and dull. don’t waste your breath with him.”
that was all satoru said to suguru before walking off, his hands behind his head as he walked in such a lax position. suguru stood silent for a couple of moments before snapping himself out of his stupor and going to his room.
he looked at the room a couple of doors down from him, [name]’s room, and his lips were drawn into a thin, straight line. he entered his comfortable room without wasting another second.
he didn’t know that behind [name]’s door, the man had his knees brought up to his chest as he sobbed his heart out on the floor. the screen of his small tv was blaring back at him in the dark room, the screen being the only source of light. he was watching his favorite show, one that made him laugh and happy. but tears streamed down his face as he had to choke back on his sobs.
he tried forcing a smile on his face, making an unsettling expression a couple of times before he gave up.
he always hated this part.
but he had to persevere. he moved to his small music player at his bedside, grabbing the headphones that worked alongside them and falling onto his bed. he put the flimsy over-ear devices on, sighing as he looked up at the blank ceiling. soon, a compilation of his favorites songs filled his ears and he tried to be content with the feeling.
‘immerse yourself. and you’ll be okay in the morning.’
it was a mantra he repeated to himself until he felt himself fall into sleep.
he really hated his innate cursed technique.

sorry if u hate emotional mcs...this guy is gonna be one. but for explainable reason, trust! he's still going to be strong, too, though, so look forward to that! i can't wait to make him go #insane <3 but other than that, really fun to write since it shows the dynamic i imagined satosugu to have in their first years of jujutsu high !!! since the whole incident happens in their second year i rlly wanna focus on building the relationships in the first year and stuff, so things might be a lil slow to start, but when it starts ... it'll start, trust. tysm for being os patient w this even if it is short affa. i look forward to writing longer, more deeeeeep chapters in the future. much love <3

HE MAKES UP WITH YOU - pt 1
⤷ includes: gojo, geto; nanami, sukuna
Tumblr media Tumblr media
a/n: I actually finished this also f!reader with sukuna but the rest are gn!reader
Tumblr media
GOJO SATORU:
you let out a shaky breath as you snuggle deeper into shoko’s embrace. she comforts you, “it will be okay, I promise.”
“that asshole better come and apologize or I am so going to make him pay,” she grumbles while rubbing soothing circles on your back.
the bell rings and your body tenses up, “shoko, tell him to go away.”
“y/n, you guys need to talk it out,” she sighs, “but if you really don’t want to talk to him now then tell me.”
you sit up and shake your head. you rub your eyes and take a deep breath, “you can let him in if you want.”
she nods and heads to open the door. she is met with gojo, who must’ve been crying for a while because of the way his eyes are puffy.
“you better solve this, gojo,” she says, lightly elbowing him, and he just nods.
he walks in and sees you, “…y/n?”
you don’t turn to look at him, instead holding your hands tightly and looking at the ground. he cautiously makes his way to you and kneels down.
he slowly places his hand on top of your own and lets out a small sigh of relief when you don’t pull away. he starts rubbing your hand with his thumb, “I am sorry about what I did.”
you hum and he continues, “I shouldn’t have reacted that way and shouldn’t have dismissed everything you’ve done.”
“your work is just as important to you as mine is and I shouldn’t belittle you nor what you do,” he shakily says and rests his forehead on your knee.
you pull your hand away gently and gojo looks at you, eyes wide and full of worry. he seems a few moments away from crying once again, but he closes his eyes, the moment your hand makes contact with his hair.
you scratch his scalp and play with his hair, “satoru.”
“yeah?”
“please, try your best not to lash out on me like that,” your other hand rubs his cheek, “I am your equal not an outlet for you.”
he nods, and you hear a sniffle.
“I understand what you’re doing is really time consuming, but can we maybe have a day for ourselves every couple of weeks or so?” you ask softly, voice filled with hope.
he nods once again and snuggles into your stomach as he wraps his arms around you.
“y/n.”
you hum and he presses a kiss to your stomach, “I love you so much.”
“me too,” you press a kiss as well to his head.
“can you guys take this to your house?” shoko complains, lighting up a cigarette, “my house is not a studio for romance movies.”
NANAMI KENTO:
you’ve lost track of how many hours you’ve been crying alone. you didn’t move from the living room, just to be close to the main door so you can hear and see your husband enter safely.
but is he even coming back? you hoped he would. the way you shielded yourself from him was merely a reflex; you never once thought nanami would hit you and you know that he never will.
but would he know that? he can’t do anything except believe his eyes. all you can do is wait for him to come back and explain to him what happened.
your head snaps at the sounds of key’s jiggling. the door soon opens to reveal your husband in all his glory; once his gaze lands on you, his eyes widen in shock, “y/n? what are you doing on the ground?—“
you scramble out of your place and throw yourself on him and wrap your arms around him tightly, “I am sorry! I am so sorry!”
his arms instantly wrap themselves around you as you sob violently into his shirt, “I didn’t mean to, I swear! I-I know you would never hit me! please don’t be mad at me!”
he pets your hair, “sweetheart, I was never mad,” he places his hands under your thighs and picks you up while you naturally wrap your arms around his neck tighter.
“t-then? why did you leave?” you sniffle.
he sighs and presses a chaste kiss to your neck, “I was disappointed in myself that I made you react like that and I wanted to give both of us time to calm down.”
“I am sorry for the distress I caused you,” he murmurs pressing another kiss to your shoulder.
you stay in his embrace for a while before you speak up, “…you can let me down if you want.”
he shakes his head, “I want to hold you for a bit.”
you laugh lightly, “we can do that on the bed, you know,” a smile graces your lips, “like cuddle and stuff.”
you feel him smile into your shoulder before nodding. he walks towards your bedroom and gently places you on the bed; he lays beside you and pulls you to his chest.
he strokes your cheek, “your beauty is out of this world.”
“aw, you only love me for my body?” you pout and he rolls his eyes.
“I love you for everything that makes you you.”
“that’s a bit cheesy, is it not?” you giggle and he smiles.
he sighs in content, “I guess it is.”
GETO SUGURU:
you’re still in his arms, violently shaking and the tears never stop rolling down your face. you feel a wet batch on your shoulder and realize that your husband is crying as well.
“love, y-you know I would never hurt you, right?” he lifts your face to face his own, “r-right?”
he bites back a sob before he rests his forehead on your shoulder. he intertwines your hands together, before pleading softly “p-please don’t leave me.”
you did not move an inch since he held your face, it’s like talking to a living corpse.
“y-y/n, please answer me.”
“sugu-ru,” your voice is hoarse and he pulls back at the sound of your voice.
“ye-yes?”
“I am scared,” you admit, “really scared.”
he is hurt, you can tell, but you’re so terrified. this is the man you vowed to spend the rest of your life with, and you can’t just live with someone you consider a monster.
his hand reaches for your cheek but you pull back slightly and his hand instantly goes back to his side. he is looking at the ground, his tears never stopped either, “i would never hurt you.”
“it’s not o-only about me,” you breathe in, “do you know how scarring it is to see your gentle husband torturing someone that way? can you imagine how I feel?”
he shakes his head, “if you really want to divorce me, then so be it,” he rubs his eyes, “I don’t want you to be unhappy and always on edge by my side.”
he takes a deep breath before standing up and giving you his back, “you can decide to do whatever you want; I will be waiting for your decision.”
“just know,” he looks back at you with a sad smile, “my arms are always open for you.”
geto starts walking towards his house once again with a heavy heart. oh how he hopes you will come back to him and smile like you used to. but is that even possible?
his eyes widen at the arms that gently wrap themselves around him. he feels you squeeze him lightly before you speak up softly, “I am willing to t-try.”
he hears you sniffle and a small smile appears on his face before his tears start falling down his face once again, “can I turn and hug you?”
you nod and quickly he turns and engulfs you, burying his face in your shoulder, “thank you, thank you for giving me another chance!”
you nod lightly and snuggle into his embrace.
first and foremost, this was your husband and there was no denying that you loved him. perhaps there was a way for the both of you to continue loving each other like you used to.
RYOMEN SUKUNA:
your knees weaken as you fall to the ground and brace yourself for the pain but it never comes. instead, you are completely fine.
“open your eyes,” you hear the king grumble.
you quickly do as told, you don’t even notice the tears on your face until he wipes them, “stop crying; don’t you remember what I said?”
you are shaking lightly so he takes your arms and pulls you lightly to your feet, steadying you.
he sighs, “you dumb girl, I said you were my favorite one; I wouldn’t just kill you like that.”
“t-thank you for your mercy, my lord!” you bow sharply and he simply straightens your back.
“calm down,” he holds your hand and pulls you back towards the palace.
for a while, the both of you walk in silence, “all of that for a couple of flowers?”
you nod shyly, “I like flowers a lot; they are my favorite thing in the world,” a fond smile is on your face at the end.
sukuna gives you a side-glance, “I am not your favorite?”
“you are my favorite person, my lord! I can never consider you a thing!” you splutter.
he keeps looking at you in silence before nodding and smirking, “good answer.”
soon, you are in his royal chamber. you bow down, “I must excuse myself now, my lord.”
he raises his eyebrow, “and that’s why?”
“I c-can’t possibly enter your room!”
he rolls his eyes, “I want you to spend the night with me.”
“but shouldn’t I get cleaned up first and—“
he pulls you inside, swiftly closing the door, “we are not going to do anything; you’re only going to sleep by my side tonight.”
you are speechless as you watch him get into bed.
“are you coming or not?”
you clumsily make your way to his bed and sit down beside him. he grumbles, “lay down.”
you do as told and now you’re laying face to face with the king of curses.
he wraps an arm around you and pulls you to his chest, “sleep.”
you nod, but sleep is far from coming to you.
instead, you lightly trace hearts on his chest, and silently hope that he doesn’t feel anything.
meanwhile, his cheeks are a light rosy red as he realizes what you’re tracing.

— short story
Tumblr media
you’re their favorite kouhai, everyone at tokyo and kyoto knows this. they also know that if anyone or anything were to touch or harm you in any way, they would feel the wrath of the most powerful duo. and one day, someone is dumb and foolish enough to do exactly that.
note(s): this isn’t a full complete drabble with a complete ending, but it’s something I’ve enjoyed writing. flop or no flop, this was a fun piece to write :D But tbh I’m thinking about deleting it and redoing it, or adding more. or maybe a part two lmao??
****
Trees were nothing but a blur of green to your vision. The car was going fast, way too fast for you to make out anything but the simple colors blue and green.
You blinked several times, shaking your head to keep yourself from dozing off. You were tired, so very very tired from such a long and exhausting two days of being on a First Grade mission that turned out to be a bigger issue and much more than it was worth.
They should’ve sent backup with me…
You leaned your head against the back of the backseat. You closed your eyes for just a moment, then opened them again for just a few seconds. The process was rinse and repeat; the only way to keep yourself awake.
Don’t fall asleep. Don’t fall asleep. Don’t… Just… don’t…
“Hang on, Miss [Last Name]!” frantically spoke the driver. He was probably looking in the rear view mirror, seeing you laying back on the seat with your eyes opening and closing. More so of the latter.
You heard the sound of a dial, then the voice of your driver hurriedly speaking into it. Problem was, you couldn’t understand a single word he was saying. It was all so… incoherent. Funny enough, it sounded like you were underwater.
Your head lolled to the side again, eyes half open with nothing but the same blur of green outside the window. Your hand was still over the wound, covering it with as much pressure as possible until you got to the school.
Unless you passed out first.
You could only imagine your upperclassmen holding this over your head as a joke for the rest of your life.
If you got to a medic in time, that is.
——————————
Everything had been fine. Just fine.
Great, in fact, he muses.
Him and Geto had been getting some ice cream to satisfy his sweet tooth, while Shoko complained that he was eating too much while munching away on her own ice cream like a damn hypocrite.
“What should we do now?” Shoko questioned.
“Might as well head back to the school,” Suguru suggested. “It is getting late and—”
“You’re no fun!!” Satoru complained. “Why are you so by the book?”
The black-haired male gives his childish friend a look of both amusement and exasperation. Of course Satoru was going to be like this. It was in his nature to be as anti-rules as possible. Especially if it meant pissing off the higher-ups.
“Alright, we’ll go—”
Shoko holds up a pointer finger to halt the conversation. “Aha, hold up guys. Sensei’s calling.”
“Maaaan! What now?” Satoru whines.
Just as the white-haired male goes to complain some more, he realizes Suguru’s expression changes. And that he’s not looking at him anymore — that he’s looking at Shoko now. So Satoru does the same, and now he sees his brunette friend’s face sheet white, eyes growing red like she’s about to start crying.
“Okay. Okay. I’ll be there.”
She clicks the phone off and looks to Geto, the whites of her eyes beginning to become red.
“Shoko?”
“We need to get back to the school. [Name]-chan’s hurt.”
The two males freeze, eyes going wider than saucers. But that reaction doesn’t last but two seconds, and Suguru’s pulling out his fastest Cursed Spirit he’s got and finishing the rest of the route back to school on it with his friends.
He and Satoru turn to look at one another, and Suguru knew his heart was the only one beating wildly in nothing but terror.
The three of them watched as the car pulled up; they landed as soon as the driver got out of the car.
Satoru’s and Suguru’s breaths hitched the second they landed beside the car.
Anger. Rage. Was there even a word to describe how they felt?
The red of your blood became the red of their rage — the red being the only color that they could see.
“Shoko, can—”
Her hand is already placed on your left side, her Reverse Cursed Energy pumping through your body. But the damage was done.
Your head rolled to the back of the seat, right hand limp on your stomach and left hand open, hanging loosely over the edge of the seat. Blood covered your palms, all the way up the inside of your forearms and up to the crook of your elbow.
And how pale your skin was. Was anyone supposed to be that shade of skin color? Of course it wasn’t. They knew that already. You weren’t supposed to ever be this way. Their adorable kouhai that was just too sweet and too nice for the world they lived in was never supposed to end up like this: sickly pale, blood pouring from the wound in your stomach and knocking on death’s door.
Shoko finishes healing you after what seems like forever. In reality, it’s only just a few minutes. But in those few minutes, both Gojo Satoru and Geto Suguru come to a full understanding of something: they realize that you mean a lot more to them than just being their cute little kouhai. They can’t imagine you living in a world without you in it. Every thought of you not being there didn’t settle with them. They hated it. They weren’t able to envision coming to school without you passing by them in the halls. Seeing a world where they visited your headstone was unacceptable.
So many thoughts, so much anger, all accumulated within a matter of minutes that drives a permanent mark into their hearts and minds: that a world without you in it is not worth living in, and they love you too much to see anything else bad happen to you.
Suddenly, Yaga Sensei appears before them. Shoko moves out of the way so he can grab you, haul you into his arms and carry you to the infirmary where they have painkillers and other medicine. Shoko follows him, but Satoru and Suguru remain behind.
“Suguru?”
“Hm?”
“You thinkin’ what I’m thinkin’?”
“That we need to kill someone?”
“And that’s why you’re my best friend.”

Pairings: Highschool Senior Student! Gojo Satoru x Highschool Senior Student! Reader
Summary: When you are head over heels for Gojo since middle school, he can’t understand why it suddenly bothers him when you start to avoid him.
| Masterlist |
Gojo Satoru had given up a long time ago trying to figure you out.
He rolls his eyes as he feels you squeeze his arm before letting go, as if warning him you’d do so, and raising your hand. The professor gives you the right to answer whatever it is that he asked, making you smile brightly with glimmering eyes as you thrive in the attention given. Staring at the clock he debates whether sleeping is possible, knowing you it was; you had always been a teacher’s pet, tending to ask as many questions as possible before hurrying to discuss every little thought on your pretty head with your teacher.
Maybe he had once thought it was adorable, but then you had started clinging to him and his thoughts had changed.
Sighing, Satoru gives an exasperated look to Suguro before spreading his thighs to lean more in his chair. You haven’t stopped talking. He drums a finger on his desk before glancing at you. You look ecstatic, starry bright eyes shining as you hear every word the teacher is saying. You probably have no idea that you are making the whole class sleepy.
It was annoying. Such a know-it-all.
You nod and smile brightly before thanking your teacher, smoothing your pink leather pencil skirt before sitting back down besides him, making sure to wrap your arm around his again, giggling and blushing as you do so.
“Toru, how does going for some boba later sounds? I heard this new place opened close and I thought you’d probably lo—”
“Can't”
There’s bite in his answer, also a hint of annoyance, but that’s not his problem. You’re not his girlfriend, not even his something, so he sees no need in playing along to your little game.
Your sweet smile remains but the bright light in your eyes dims slightly, before coming back brighter than ever.
"Then, we go tomorrow”
"Oh, look at that! We have a presentation soon” he says, nodding to the teacher.
He was just trying to get you off of him, but it was a cheap trick, especially with how much of a nerd you actually were.
You giggle softly, “No, silly! He was just talking about the Laws of Thermodynamics. You’re not listening again, have you even written any notes?”
Why would he when you never fail to send him your rainbow-colored ones?
He sighs, leaning his face on his hand. He was too tired to deal with you for longer than needed and the day had barely started.
The bell rings and he waits not even a second in getting out of his seat, not caring about the gasp that escapes your lips or the hurriedly way you try to grab your things as you ask him to wait for you.
Suguru analyzes the situation before shaking his head in disappointment once Satoru reaches him. So, instead of letting Satoru keep walking, his hand grabs his backpack string making him halt. Groaning as your arm latches onto his, he realizes his best friend betrayed him by giving you the time you needed to catch up.
Geto deliberately ignores the glare Gojo sends his ways, as you hum contentedly at his side.
You all make it to lunch where Shoko waits for you since you don’t share that class together. Utahime and Mei Mei are at her sides, as well as Nanami and Haibara.
They all smile at you as you invite yourself over to sit at his side.
With an excited smile you get out your pink bento box and matching water bottle. He frowns as he feels you get even closer to him.
“Hey girls! Guys!”, you smile brightly at all of them.
Satoru rolls his eyes at your perkiness, taking a sip of his strawberry Ramune drink. You pout in an adorable before taking it away from him, ignoring the ice cold look he gives you and the silence that surrounds you now.
“Don’t give me that look, this has too much sugar!” his glare deepens making my your shoulders drop, “Look… it’s bad for your health. You drink so many of them, even though you eat a thousand of sweets a day!”
He scoffs making you slightly panic. Playing with your fingers as you feel yourself become anxious; you turn to your bag looking for the Digimon bento box you made for him and the matching bottle.
“Here” you smile brightly “Made you some homemade food… and sweets” you slide the bento towards him, “Some Daifuku… also made you a strawberry and blueberry smoothie…”
He hates that his hands reach to grab both things and how his eyes brighten once he sees the strawberry and chocolate flavored Daifuku you made.
“Oh!” You gasp, looking through your bag until you get another pink container out “I also brought some chocolate chip cookies and strawberries for everyone!”
Haibara cheers while Utahime and Nanami thank you kindly; Shoko and Geto smile at you as a thanks, while Mei Mei settles for winking flirtatiously in your direction.
Satoru, on the other hand, eats the sweets you made him quietly.
“Is it good?”, you ask him eagerly, eyes all bright as your hands fiddle with your hair nervously.
It’s not the first time you bring him food or sweets for the matter, so he doesn’t understand the need to ask his opinion every single time.
He settles with shrugging with indifference.
Suguru hits the back of his head from beside him making him groan, nevertheless he ignores the pointed look he gives him. He’s not in the mood to play your little game.
Instead of deflating as everyone around you expected, you smile softly before grabbing a tissue and softly cleaning his mouth with it, getting rid of the white powder.
You don’t expect the way he smacks your hand out of the way, as he had never once done something like that.
“YOU FUCKI—”
Your hand reaches for Utahime’s as she stands to defend you, smiling sweetly at her to tell her it’s okay.
Satoru frowns slightly as he realizes what he did. He had never done something physical against you, did this mean he was reaching his limit?
Shoko clears her throat, “You guys heard about Sukuna’s party?”
Mei Mei smirks, “Obviously. Heard there’s gonna be good booze. All in?”
“But…” you tilt your head, “Isn’t it today? It’s Thursday”
Mei Mei smiles sweetly at you, loving your naivety. You eye each of them only to see all of them not really caring about partying on a school night.
Was this what being a senior meant?
“I don’t know, there are a few assignments I have to work on and midterms are happening soon” you hire your lip, turning to Satoru “Are you going?”
He shrugs, “Sukuna’s booze is good, why not?”
You scoff slightly before turning to Nanami, “Are you going too, Kenti?”
The blond teenager sighs, “Lost a bet to Haibara, so yes, sadly”
“How could you not go? Yuri is here representing her school, she’s gonna see us there!” Haibara exclaims with excitement.
You see them all smile at the reminder making you shift uncomfortably in your place. Hinata Yuri was a childhood friend of them. She wasUtahime’s closest friend. They all were inseparable, yo had known that since you had met them during your last year in middle school. Sadly, Yuri had gone to high school in her mother’s district since her parents divorced.
They all had history. One which you weren’t part of.
Playing with your food you consider attending, it felt kind of intrusive considering it was a reunion, but you missed Yuri too.
Satoru knocks your thigh with his, “Pick you up at eight”
You smile brightly, nodding in agreement. Any hesitance in going disappearing as soon as he touched you.
You were so excited, humming to yourself as you ate, that you didn’t notice Utahime’s worried gaze on you nor the way she glared ferociously at Satoru.
Eight rolled around rather quickly and you found yourself sat on Satoru’s black Acura Integra, rich boy privilege. He buckled you in as you were too busy fixing the skirt of your Bellini Bustier pink mini dress that you had paired with a white cardigan.
You start fixing the pink bow that ties your half updo as you thank him, almost choking on your own saliva as you see him.
He looks god made.
His black shirt was illegally stretched across his chest, his pecs shamefully bulging out, his arms immorally straining on the sleeves of his shirt. His grey pants fit perfectly against his muscular thighs and—
Flustered, you look away. It was too much, he was too much.
You play with your hair and nervously move your ballerina flats around during the drive. Trying to hide the way your face became red with each glance you stole.
The party was already at full swing when you both arrived, the blasting music and the many swaying underage teenagers making it a given. The two floored house had its windows flashing in neon lights. The outside was pretty empty, aside from the cars haphazardly parked by irresponsible teenagers and some of those said irresponsible teenagers puking in the bushes.
You scurry next to Satoru the moment you get out of the car, groaning as you try to keep up with his long strides.
He opens the door and heads inside, not noticing the way his strength makes the door close in your face. You push the door for yourself as fast as you can, ignoring the pain in your nose, afraid to lose him in the crowd. Thankfully you manage to grab his arm in time.
He leads you inside and you struggled to avoid being pushed around by sweaty party animals. Maybe you should’ve worn heels instead of flats, maybe then you wouldn’t feel so small.
Finally, you find yourself sitting with the whole group in the terrace. Taking a deep breath of fresh air, you let your shoulder drops in relief.
“You okay, doll?” Yuri smiles kindly at you, hugging you tightly before offering you one of the drinks in her hands.
“Oh! I’m so happy to see you!”, you exclaim, giggling before letting go, “I’m fine. What’s this?”
“Well… if you keep being the innocent cutie you’ve always been, it’s just fruit punch” she smiles brightly with mischief, “Unless you grew some thorns, little rose, and want something to spike it up?”
You laugh while shaking your head, taking a sip after doing so. Yuri had always been kind to you, and seeing her reminded you to the many time she’d make sure you felt at home in the group.
Sadly, you also remember how close Satoru and her used to be once you see him give her a hug and how flustered she becomes.
Oh.
You take another sip of your drink as you try to remind yourself they were just friends. Really close friends. Begging yourself to forget the way Satoru used to have his attention on her every second of the day during middle school, even when you were always there.
No, you were going to have fun and catch up with your friend.
And you did. You weee truly enjoying chatting with everyone and hearing Yuri’s stories. Yet, you couldn’t help but feel a little out of place when the childhood memories started to surface. You weren’t friends with them during your youth, you had officially joined them at the end of middle school.
You hugged yourself as you listened to them laugh as they recall their shenanigans. It was honestly sweet to watch, yet you couldn’t help to feel slightly bitter. You shake your head to get rid of those feelings.
Sighing, you look at your empty cup. Maybe you should get another drink.
You stare at how crowded the inside of the house is before grabbing Satoru’s sleeve, wanting him to go with you.
“Toru, I need a refill”
He shrugs your arm off, “Then, get a refill”
“Will you come with me?”
Satoru’s jaw tightens, glancing at Shoko and Geto before harshly turning to you and whispering, “Could you not be annoying for just one second? I’m not your damn babysitter”
Your hand that had been trying to reach for him once again halts, frozen midways before falling to your thigh. You look away as you feel your eyes sting and your nose itch, you were about to cry.
“Fine”, you whisper, head hanging low as you stand up
Satoru resumes his conversation with Yuri, Geto and Shoko. You frown as you see the way he smiles at Yuri, biting your lip as you feel the way your chest clenches.
You turn around, prohibiting yourself from crying in front of them. Satoru already thought you were annoying, you weren’t gonna give him more reasons to think so. You had always known you went to far in the ways you showed your affection, but you just couldn’t help it.
You sigh as you brush the tears that had fallen down your cheeks, slipping your way downstairs.
The party was even more alive than when you had arrived. You see Sukuna in the kitchen drinking a line of shots against Choso, which makes you frown in pity. Silently, you look for a bottle of water before heading out.
You were knocked around as you went, but thankfully you soon managed to get out of the suffocating atmosphere.
The night breeze softly kisses your skin making you shiver, yet you smiled softly as you take a deep breath. You stare at the starry night, loving the way the stars shine brightly against the darkness that surrounds them.
Sighing, you let yourself sit on the stairs of the porch, taking a drink of your water as you keep on staring at the night sky. Your chest ached.
“Party became too much for you?”
You gasp, startled.
Smiling slightly at your reaction, Nanami sits beside you, “Sorry if I startled you”
“Uh… it’s okay” you stutter, “I’m good, just… wanted to cool down. I was planning to go back”
“Sure about that?” He asks knowingly, making your shoulder drop, “It’s a nice night”
You smile, hugging yourself, “It is”
“You like the stars?”
You nod, “Used to watch them with my dad when I was young. That one…” you point at the brightest one, “is called Sirius, like the character from the Harry Potter books. It’s part of the Canis Major constellation, its name means glowing”
“You seem to know a lot. It’s impressive” he nods softly, “What other stars make up Canis Major?”
“Muliphein, Mirzam, Wezen, Aludra, Adhara and Furud” you point at each one as you named them, “it’s special because it has many bright stars, as well as Sirius, the brightest”
“Wow”
Your smile falters as you hear something break inside, reminding you where you are. Nanami notices making him sigh before pushing himself to stand up.
“How do you feel about going for a drive?”
You look at the water bottle in your hands, tightening your grip on it before standing up with determination.
“I think that sounds like a great idea”
He offers a hand and you take it. His Range Rover comes to view and he hurries to open the door for you. You halt in surprise before smiling softly.
“What?”, he raises a brow.
You shake your head, giggling softly, “Nothings. It’s just, you’re really a gentleman”
“This is the bare minimum”, he states, “You shouldn’t expect less”
Your smile falters, but he doesn’t mention it.
Nanami drove around while you told him every little fact about the stars that came to mind. His interest in it as he asked questions made you get more excited with time, making you rambled nonstop.
You were really having fun.
It was on the way back to the party that you realized that if you went back your mood would turn sour, so you kindle asked him to drive you back home if it wasn’t too much trouble. He kindly agreed.
You smiled at Nanami once you got out his car, “Thank you, Kento, really. I had fun”
“I had fun too, Y/N. Thanks for the Star facts”
He waited until you got inside your house before leaving, making you smile softly to yourself feeling your heart warm because of his sweet nature.
You take off your shoes and quietly go to your room, taking off your clothes before going to your private bathroom and jumping in the shower to quickly clean yourself. Once you are dressed in your silk pink pajamas, you grab your phone from your purse and connect it to the charger.
Turning around to lay down, you halt as you hear your phone ring to announce a text.
Toru <3: Where are you?
Y/N: Home.
Toru <3: What?
Toru <3: Who drove you?
Toru <3: You should’ve told me if you wanted to leave.
Y/N: Didn’t wanna annoy you.
Toru <3: You can’t leave without saying something.
Toru <3: You have to let me know.
You frown. You dont know if it was the emotional or the physical exhaustion, but you found yourself punching letter by letter of the message, not second guessing before sending it.
You don’t even bother checking if he texts back, locking your phone before throwing yourself on your bed.
Y/N: You’re not my boyfriend, I don’t have to do anything.
Satoru frowns as he stares at the text you just sent him, writing and deleting as he tries to decide what to text back. But end up with his mind totally blank.
You were right. He wasn’t your boyfriend, you didn’t have to tell him if you wanted to leave or give him an explanation for the matter.
So, why was he feeling so… weird?
He scoffs. He didn’t need to dwell on it too much c tomorrow everything would go back to the way things were.
Except they didn’t. You weren’t in his usual parking space when he arrived. He frowned, looking around, before shrugging. You must have fallen asleep, you weren’t used to going out on weekdays after all.
He nods at Geto and Shoko once he gets to his first period, letting himself fall in between them.
“Where’s Y/N?” Shoko asks, looking at the door expecting your smiling face.
“Late” he shrugs.
Nanami and Haibara join them as soon as the words leave Satoru’s lips, making a small smile grow on Nanami’s face.
“Sure about that?”
Satoru frowns, but it is Geto who asks, “What you mean?”
Nanami shrugs, serious face back on as he starts getting his books out.
But Satoru didn’t appreciate his secrecy. He had been kept in the dark by you last night, he wasn’t in the mood for that anymore.
And then it clicked.
“You were the one who drove her home, am I wrong?” Gojo asks Nanami, almost accusingly.
Nanami raises a brow, “And if I did?”
Satoru rolled his eyes but he stayed quiet.
Shoko and Geto share a look before glancing at Gojo. But Satoru had never been easy to read, always nonchalant and charismatic, never wavering. So it was a shock when they both realize the way his jaw tighten slightly before letting go.
Interesting, they thought.
You had been nowhere to be found by lunch, but Nanami had appeared with your usual pink container full with treats, smirking as he stared you sent them.
Suguru and Shoko had been eyeing Satoru warily as he seemed a second away from snapping with each second that passed. He kept bouncing his leg, without pausing, and clenching and unclenching his hand and jaw.
Everyone at the table remained silent as Haibara’s old words of reassurance of you probably being sick were squashed by Nanami’s appearance.
“Why isn’t Y/N here?” Shoko decides to ask.
Nanami grabs one of the brownies you made them this time, “She said she was gonna eat with the girls in her baking club. Was waiting near my locker with the treats”
Satoru’s hand clenches tightly. You had look for Nanami, but hadn’t even bothered to text him?
He hated this.
He hated more not knowing exactly why he hated it so much.
He saw you in Chemistry, but you didn’t cling to him as you used to. You only smiled at him from your sit beside his before burying yourself in your book. Asking questions and sneering them as usual. Taking colorful notes as usual.
But, not even glancing at him as usual.
What was going on?
He took a deep breath. It was Friday, he wouldn’t even remember this bitter taste during the weekend, which would make him go back to normal by the start of next week.
It’d be fine.
Except that by next Wednesday, he couldn’t handle it anymore. He had spent the whole weekend staring at his phone waiting for one of your texts reminding him to eat well or one scolding him to do his school work; he’d even accept one of your random visits to bring him a sweet you’d bake.
And it had already been three days since the week started and you kept ignoring him. Even when you decided to have lunch with them, you sat beside Utahime now.
His personalized Digimon bento box made by you had disappeared and only the container with sweets for everyone remained.
It was… upsetting.
He felt his chest ache and a sting in his eyes the more he thought about it. What had happened? What was going on with him? Why couldn’t he stop shaking his leg? Why did he kept glancing at the door for pastel colors when Nanami had told them you weren’t eating with them today.
“Satoru”, Geto calls him softly, “You okay?”
No. He wasn’t okay.
What the hell was wrong with him?
Shoko and Geto share a look, before the brunette sighs in defeat, “Hey, Nanami”
The blond one stops conversing with Haibara to listen to her.
“Did you see Y/N today?”
Nanami frowns, “Yeah… she said she wasn’t coming to lunch”
Shoko rolls her eyes before pointedly nodding towards Satoru’s lost gaze in his food and relentless fidgeting.
Nanami sighs, “She mentioned how she wanted to try the new vintage Library-Café near campus for lunch”
His legs stops moving, his jaw and hands unclench just as his foot shifts. Yet Satoru remains sitting.
Geto smiles faintly, before rising from his place nonchalantly, “I gotta go review for Calculus, midterms are soon after all”
Haibara’s eyes widen, “Oh, crap! I don’t understand a thing”
Nanami sighs, standing up as well, “Then, we’ll be joining you, Geto”
Suguro nods before guiding both boys out of the cafeteria with him.
“I need a smoke break”, Shoko whispers before leaving.
Utahime crosses her arms in defiance, understanding what all her other friends were doing but refusing to participate in it.
Mei Mei, though, was finding the situation really amusing.
“Let’s go shopping, ‘Hime”
“HUH?!”
Utahime is dragged by Mei Mei as she relentlessly voices how they can’t go shopping when they still have classes.
Satoru wasn’t stupid. He knew what they were doing, but he couldn’t find it in himself to truly care. Not when his body basically jump out of his seat as soon as Mei Mei and Utahime disappeared from view. Feeling ridiculous as he ran outside.
You thanks the waitress as she leaves the tray on your table. You smiled contently at the view. A Matcha Frappuccino, a blueberry cheesecake, and the new book you had just bought.
It was truly a sight for sore eyes.
You grabbed the fork quickly before taking a piece out of your cheesecake, hurrying to try it.
You moan in pleasure at the flavor, closing your eyes as you do so. You definitely needed to try to bake this one, it was true perfection. Not too bitter, but not too sweet, just right on the spot.
“That good?”
You squeaked in surprise, which Satoru found extremely endearing.
Grabbing the tissue and cleaning your mouth, you frown as your eyes meet his celestial blue ones.
“What are you doing here?”
“Am I not allowed to come here?”
You shake your head and scoff before lowering your gaze to your hands, playing with the rings on your fingers.
He never accepted to try any of these spots with you, so why would he come to them?
“You hate places like this” you mutter, “You never seemed to stop reminding me how dull they are, nor how annoying it is to have to sit in a place as you try not to bother others”
“Never said any of those things” he squints his eyes as if trying to remember, “Doesn’t ring a bell”
“I doubt you came for the books, who why are you here, Satoru?”
That stings.
And maybe is that pain that makes him sit right in front of you with the most sincere look in his face you’d ever seen.
“Not for the books, you’re right”, he taps his finger nervously on the table, “I actually came for the starry eyed Barbie”
You stare at him, dumbfounded, feeling your face slowly heat up before shaking your head.
“Why would you come for someone that’s always annoying you?”
He flinches at the reminder of his last words to you, “I… I didn’t meant that”
You scoff, “Yeah, right. I’m not blind, I know I annoy you. Which is why I don’t understand why when I finally leave you along, you decide to bother me”
His gaze moves to his fingers.
Silence.
Your appetite is now gone, so you grab your book and your bag before standing up. You give one step before being stopped by his hand on your wrist.
“I-i’m s-sorry” he softly stated, head lowered, “I didn’t mean it. I really I’m s-sorry, I just—I’m an idiot. I didn’t know what it was like—how it’d feel—I hate it… please, just—I’m sorry…”
You hug him, hating how his breathing grows in speed and how he starts to stutter as he tries to explain everything.
It wasn’t perfect, things weren’t just magically okay, but it was the right track.
That’s how next week on Wednesday during lunch, when raising their heads to say hi as they heard Satoru’s loud voice saluting them, Shoko and Geto freeze midway, before smiling, at the sight.
Because fire the first time ever, instead of them seeing you clinging onto Satoru’s arm desperately, he had it wrapped around your waist lovingly.

Hi Chuu!! I have an imagine idea for LE! Gojo family if you don't mind (^-^)/
Imagine Gojo and Reader barely having their precious time with themselves and barely sleeping after baby gojo is born, uncle Nami is busy to babysit so they have their 2nd ultimate weapon.. leaving baby gojo in Aunty Koko's care lol (shoko)
Imagine her and baby just absolutely vibing with each other (or think of that one meme with the guy sitting on the couch watching TV while his toddler is glued on to the wall behind him)
oh yes😗 shoko could just leave baby on his own devices and he’ll take an instant liking to her🙂‍↕️
“i smell of smoke, kid, it’s not good for you,” she sighs when baby gojo nuzzles into her coat. “don’t come closer—your papa might choke me later.”
“…?” baby quietly tilts his head at her, blinking as if he doesn’t understand her.
shoko sighs again, poking one finger into his cheek as she smiles. “i hate to admit this but you’re cute. gojo is so lucky to have you.”
“waa?”
“no better yet, he’s lucky for pulling your mama. god knows what sorcery he used then.”

Megumi Fushiguro and Ino Takuma x female!reader
MDNI✨
Heads up: characters are aged up in this one {18+} Smut, poly, reader has different dynamics with both men, sub!reader, sorta dom megumi, sorta dom Ino. Enjoy!
Tumblr media
Megumi and Ino enjoyed your presence. Your calm demeanor and sweet smile reminded them of Utahime in some weird way even though you were her student. It made sense. Your constant efforts to protect them never went unnoticed. They watched you get praised by Nanami and Gojo constantly and to be honest, both of them felt a little jealous. Not because of the praise, but because of how you reacted to it. Gojo’s version of praising you was different than Nanami’s. Gojo would always lean slightly down to your level and get right in your face to tell you things that only the two of you could hear, making you nervous as he smiled at you, his minty breath hitting your face. That always made Megumi itch. He’d always thank you for protecting his students. Nanami on the other hand exchanged his praise in cordial dinners and expressing his gratitude towards you by making small talk and flashing a soft smile, ending in him paying the bill *literally every time*. Both men knew you weren’t materialistic, but wanted to give you something to always remind you of their gratitude, and that was the only way they knew how. You were always thankful.
You’ve known Megumi and Ino for a while.. your relationship with them was extremely private, the only rules were no pda outside of the privacy of your own homes. Megumi and Ino also agreed not to talk about it to anyone else either. The sorcerer world is hard enough being judged by higher ups and classmates alike.
Your relationship with both men were of different worlds. Outside of home, Megumi was very quiet and independent. He sometimes can be found by Itadori or by himself. Rarely he’d be next to you or gojo. It’s just a thing he has. The people closest to him, he’s rarely around. Megumi in private was very passionate and vocal about making you feel good, you’re his princess. His need for you to be on top riding him and to make love to you was very clear. Don’t get me started on after sex cuddles.. you need to be laying on him or under him. No in between. Ino on the other hand, in public he’s always got his eye on you, observing you like Nanami does. He’s always by your side and happy to stay there. He’s very puppy-like. In private, ino was very attentive to your moans. He hates when people outside the relationship touch you. Once Yuuji had given you a hug that lasted a little too long for Ino’s liking, he punished you in private for it, edging you the whole night while he came several times. Megumi and ino took all your social and emotional queues more serious after they further figured out how certain things made you feel.
This one night in particular really had both of them heated.
After a long mission lasted a couple weeks of tracking down and exorcising a special grade curse, you guys checked in with your mentors and shoko. The boys weren’t hurt too badly and you refused to let anyone touch you the whole ride back to Tokyo. It was a traumatic experience, but instead of confiding in your boys, you had become excessively and exceptionally difficult to them. Gojo sat next to you, dropping his blindfold. “You okay?” He asked.
You stared at your feet.
“It’s okay to not be okay sweetheart. Why don’t you let Ino and Megumi take you home huh? Maybe you just need a couple days off to rest. My office is open anytime.” Gojo said playing with some of your long hair.
“I usually don’t agree with Satoru, but Ino and Fushiguro are the most responsible for this task. You clearly need some proper care and your friends are the best people to give that to you. Please, if you understand, just nod love. I know it’s hard to speak and right now it’s hard to understand, but having a scar is better than the latter of your options right now.” Nanami caressed your hands, kneeling in front of you.
You nodded, internally biting your lip.
“Megumi, you guys can head home. Text me when you’re safe.”
Megumi nodded.
At home the boys hopped into the shower with you, washing the stained blood off of your skin carefully.
“Not so hard Fushiguro. She still needs her skin.” Ino hissed at him.
“What do you think I’m doing Ino?” Megumi asked rolling his eyes as he washed your skin.
“Being an idiot.” Ino smirked
Megumi stopped all his motion in a sarcastic manner. It made a small smile and a short giggle come from your soft lips. They both froze in place, looking at eachother with wide eyes.
“D’you hear that?” Ino smirked.
“Little angel’s got her laugh back. There’s that pretty smile.” Megumi sighed in relief.
You leaned into their touch, relieved that you were home safe with them. As they showered off with you, everything that happened felt like a blur.
“Angel, you did such a great job today. Let us spoil you.” Ino suggested.
You nodded your head in agreement, but Megumi decided he wanted to start off. He roughly kissed you and felt you up. It was thrilling. He traveled down to your waist, but since you were all naked anyways, he decided to get right to work. He sucked on your clit roughly, small moans escaping your lips as he made out with your lower ones. “Be more careful out there with us.” He said pausing for a moment. You whined.
“I’m not giving you anymore until you say yes.” Megumi stated at you.
“Fushiguro- come on that’s just cruel!” Ino cried out as you removed his dick from your mouth.
“Yes-mmph” you moaned.
“Yes what?” He said kissing around your puffy clit.
You couldn’t take it anymore, you were about to cave.
“C’mon princess just let him have it. You know he wants it bad.” Ino smirked, grabbing your face.
“Yes daddy.” You sobbed as Megumi finally let you get close on his tongue. The noises were too much for you, too overstimulating as the two men stopped their pace so you could sink down onto Ino first.
“Nice work Fushiguro, you got her all nice and wet for us. There’s no way our precious Angel can’t take us both at the same time.” Ino smiled while caressing your face.
“Calm down Ino, you’re too riled up, you’re gonna end up hurting her.”
“Oh you’re one to talk skin scraper.”
“C’mon, knock it off.”
“You know she likes it a little rough. Why don’t we just give her what she wants?” Ino said.
“Are you stupid? We need to take our time. She’s hurt.” Megumi argued
“Megs- I can take it. I want it. If it hurts too bad I’ll use the safe word.” You pouted at him.
He sighed and both of the men positioned your hole over their throbbing cocks. Megumi was the one that had your legs in the air, so he let Ino slide into you first.
“Fuck- so wet for us baby.” Ino whined.
Ino helped position you up so you could take megumi’s swollen cock as well. The two men bounced you up and down on their hard lengths, making you a moaning whimpering mess.
“God- don’t squeeze me like that.” Megumi grunted between his teeth.
“You trying to make us cum early baby?” Ino smirked at you.
“N-no! Please just keep fucking me!” You screamed out.
They obliged, bouncing you up and down on their lengths, making you their own personal flashlight in that moment. You felt them throb inside you simultaneously.
“M’so close princess.” Megumi panted, biting your neck in places you didn’t even know could feel so good.
Ino’s lips and tongue traveled all over your breasts, latching onto your right nipple. He was careful, only nipping you once or twice. He couldn’t help it.
“God you’re so tight. Isn’t she Fushiguro? She’s perfect.” Ino praised you.
Megumi grabbed your hair, balling it up in his fist as he pulled your head back to him.
“You’re so tight, I think we might cum inside- is that oky with you princess? Do you wanna be filled up with our love?” Megumi groaned in your ear.
“Gah- yes please I want it all.” You screamed out.
The two men continued their pounding on your swollen pussy, you squirted and they came right after, panting hard. You were all filled up, they were all out of breath.
They pulled out and sandwiched you in between them again as they started your aftercare routine. It wasn’t often that you three were able to have moments like this. Even though you were hurt, you still wanted every bit of this with the two of them forever. They kissed your forehead, giving you sweet words and love even though you were falling asleep fast.
“We love you, princess.”

“Shoko wait - that’s salt! Don’t put salt in the damn cake.”
“Why not? It would be funny.” She shrugs.
“Imagine how insufferable he would be, Sho.” Suguru intervenes.
“Did you get the balloons?” You ask Suguru.
“Yeah, they’re up in your dorm room. He comes barging into mine too much so yours was the best option.”
“I still can’t believe he’s never had a real birthday, like with sweets and soda and balloons.” You shake your head.
“Yeah, pretty fucking depressing to only have ‘formal birthday celebrations’ with stuffy old farts for your whole life.” Shoko says, sucking on a lollipop.
“Part and parcel of being the heir to a big three family, I suppose.” Suguru shrugs, watching you beat eggs into the cake mixture.
“What did you guys get him?” You ask.
“I got him this enormous basket of candy - like imported stuff too.” Shoko says - making you wonder if she’s opened it to take the lollipop she’s currently eating.
“Mine is a surprise. His parents got him an Armani coat and Tom Ford ankle boots, and then the trip to Bali for the four of us.” Suguru interjects.
“Rich people shit.” The three of you say in unison.
At 9pm that night, after a trip to the arcade with Suguru serving as a distraction to Satoru - they approached the building, where Satoru say the common room lights quickly switch off in the distance. He didn’t really understand why the silhouettes of you and Shoko were crouching behind a door, but he figured it was probably some weird girl shit.
Opening the door - shouts of ‘surprise!’ blasted through the room from you and Shoko and Suguru behind him. Big blue balloons were decorating the room with a banner saying ‘happy 17th birthday Satoru!’ hung crookedly on the wall. Gojo’s jaw dropped open at the sight before him, wrapped boxes on the table with a huge assortment of snacks and pizza boxes stacked behind them. Suguru moved from behind him and stood beside you and Shoko as you all blew party poppers toward him, showering him in colourful paper confetti. You run up, hands behind your bag and tug his shoulder for him to lean down to your height as you place a sparkly blue paper party hat on his head, securing it around his chin with a pat to the cheek - the shiny colour of your eyes and lightly glossed lips made him feel more faint than any injury could.
Not that he has a crush on you, or anything. You’re just best friends.
“Happy birthday Satoru!” You chime, giggling and clapping your hands.
“What is all this?” He asks.
“Your birthday party, dolt.” Shoko pokes at him.
“After you said you had only had formal ‘birthday events’ with your clan we thought we’d give you a proper birthday.” Suguru smirks, ruffling his best friends hair.
“We know it’s not as fancy -” You begin.
“This is so fucking cool.” He breathes - poking at the balloons with awe.
It makes sense to you all. His awe, his delighted face and joy laced in his voice. This - fun, homely, relaxed, happy - vibe, this is far more Satoru than any sit down, six course formal meal could ever be.
You can’t help but admire him as he scans through all the sweets laid out on the table, throwing caramel popcorn to Suguru to catch in his mouth. The smile on his face and the warmth in his bright blue eyes emphasise the loose drape of his long limbs, body relaxed and oh-so-happy. You think that happy Satoru is the prettiest Satoru there is. If Satoru asked for the moon wrapped in a pretty box for his birthday, then that’s probably what you’d do.
Not that you’ve a crush on him, or anything. You’re just best friends.
Shoko pushes him to sit down, and dips under the table - pulling out a huge wicker basket and heaving it toward him.
“Here. A gift.” She nods.
He wastes no time in ripping the cellophane obstructing the view of inside off and squeals like a piglet when he sees the sheer mass of sugar in there. He launches himself at Shoko, who just lazily pats him on the shoulder, warning him of cavities and how she won’t pay for any dental care as a result.
Suguru leaves the room, coming back with a cardboard carrier box.
“Oi, Satoru - here’s your gifts from me. Before you open the box, open this first.” He says, languid smirk on his face.
Suguru hands him a tiny box, about the size of a matchbox. Satoru slides it open and pulls out the contents. The puzzled look on his face doesn’t explain the mystery further. You scoot closer, peaking at the contents. Inside, lay three tiny pairs of sunglasses.
“Suguru, I love the sentiment but - I’m not sure these’ll fit me bro.” Satoru says, holding a pair to his nose.
“Open the box.” Suguru says, sitting on the armchair that Shoko has perched herself on the arm off and stretching his arms behind his head.
Satoru does as he’s told, and folds open the lid of the carrier box. The tilt of his head when he looks inside gives nothing away, apart from his complete confusion.
The box seems to rustle, and the nature of your cursed energy calls you toward small life forces inside.
Satoru turns to you, the resident animal lover, and shows you the box.
Inside, are three tiny, fluffy, snow white gerbils.
You begin to coo over them, noticing how healthy and socialised they are (growing up with your technique lead to an innate ability to bond and observe animals, which may have caused your parents pet count to rise from 1 to 17).
Satoru just looks at Suguru.
“You’ve got to be fucking with me.” He says.
“Just thought you needed some familiar faces.” Suguru snorts.
“The sunglasses? Three white rodents? Really, Suguru?! You see Shrek once and decided I’m leader of the three blind mice?!” Satoru retorts.
Shoko is in hysterical laughter as you completely zone out, petting and holding the little menaces in your arms.
“Suguru - you’re an evil genius.” You shake your head.
“Highest of compliments.” He responds.
“Wait - Geto - how the fuck do you expect Satoru to look after three gerbils? He’s - like - he’s Satoru.” Shoko nods in the gerbils direction.
“A responsibility lesson.” Suguru shrugs.
“How do I look after gerbils?! I’m not ready to be a dad! What do they eat? Is steak okay? Or maybe pizza? Do they need to swim like a turtle?! Y/N - what do I do?! You’ll help me, won’t you?!” Satoru begins listing off what he feels he needs to know to care for them.
Like you could ever deny him anything - of course you would, especially when he asks with that pretty pout.
“Course I will, Satoru. You gotta name them.” You nod.
He thinks for a moment, before smirking that smirk that spells trouble every time.
“Isamu, Hiroto and Daiki.” He declares.
“Random, but okay. Not like… fluffy, or whiskers or something that’s more eh - pet name style?” Shoko questions.
“Nah, white haired rodents? I’m calling them after the Gojo elders.” He snorts, devilish smile on his face as you all decent into laughter.
After settling the gerbils into their cage (a gift, courtesy of Yaga), you sheepishly slide a box toward Satoru, it’s small and wrapped in polar bear print paper.
“Happy Birthday, Satoru.” You smile, blushing.
He rips open the box and immediately falters. His casual smirk replaced with an awestruck gape.
“Is this…?”
“Yeah.” You nod.
Inside the box, was a delicate silver bracelet - with a circular medal in the center engraved with all four of your initials and the day you all started at Jujutsu Tech.
“Fucking hell, you really had to show us up like that Y/N?” Shoko groans, knowing your gift was by far the most sentimental.
“I hope you like it. If you don’t I kept the receipt so we can return it for -” You turn to the birthday boy.
“I love it.” He says, lifting his head to look at you.
“You’re per- It’s perfect. I - Help me put it on?” Satoru quickly fixes his slip of the tongue which you luckily didn’t notice but had Shoko and Suguru snickering.
You smile, helping him clasp it around his wrist and clapping when it’s a perfect fit.
“Yay! I’m so happy you like it!” You giggle.
“I like it a lot.” He says, not looking at the bracelet.
36
“Happy birthday, papa!” Came a loud voice, accompanied by excessive bouncing on the bed as the birthday boy himself woke up.
“Papa!” Came a more slurred voice with a giggle, and a small smack to his cheek with a chubby fist.
Satoru opens his eyes, seeing his 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter sitting on him on the bed, and beside them the woman who brought them into the world - shining in the morning sun, looking at him with eyes full of forever.
“We made you waffles!” Akio shouts.
“Waffle!” Mirai nods.
“You did! I am so spoiled! Did you two do them all by yourselves?!” Satoru asks, plopping Mirai on his lap which Akio has just vacated.
“No, papa. We had help!” The boy runs around to you, asking you to tie up his shoulder length white hair.
“Well, c’mon then! I’ve been promised waffles!” He ushers the two of them out of the room as they run toward the kitchen.
He turns around in the bed, seeing you smiling at him.
“Happy birthday, ‘toru.” You say, cupping his cheek and pressing a soft kiss to his lips.
“Every day feels like my birthday with you around, princess.” He smirks, rolling on top of you and kissing you back.
“Charmer.” You giggle.
“Is it working?” He asks.
“We’ve been married for 10 years and have two children together and have raised 2 others. It worked a long time ago. Truth be told, it worked even before I gave you this.” You say, fiddling with the silver bracelet on his wrist.
The jokingly fist bumps the air, even though he’s been fully aware your heart beats solely for him - and has done his you were 16.
“C’mon, handsome. Breakfast awaits along with a little surprise.” You say, lifting yourself off the bed as he does the same, standing and stretching and revealing a back of toned, strong muscles and biceps as he shakes out his fluffy hair.
“On second thought…” you smirk, biting your lip.
“Yeah? What’s that thought?” He smiles, wrapping an arm around you waist and kneading the peachy rise of your ass in his big hands, before sliding his hands up to your waist hidden under the fluffy robe you wore.
“That there might be another surprise for you tonight, and I have planned for the kids to have a sleepover.” You smile, pressing a kiss to the palm of his hand before swirling your tongue around his index finger, batting your eyelashes up at his far taller frame.
“You expect me to go through a whole day waiting for a surprise after this little display?” He groans, pouting like he did when at 18 you told him he couldn’t have his birthday cake until his actual birthday.
You just smile, pressing a chaste kiss to his lips before sauntering down the hall with an extra sway of your hips.
After a minute, he comes bouncing down the stairs and is greeted with the most incredible view.
Inside the kitchen, a now 21 year old Yuuji Itadori is wearing a floral apron and surrounded by plates of waffles and smiling.
“Happy birthday, Gojo-Sensei!” He says, before throwing his full strength muscular body at his old teacher.
“I didn’t know you were here! Thank, kid!” He smiles, ruffling Itadori’s hair.
“You made the waffles?” He asks.
From around the corner comes a chuckle and a giggle, as his daughter launches herself from her Uncle Soso’s arms and sprints toward her dad, ever the most loyal daddy’s girl.
“Papa’s day!” She squeals as she’s scooped up into her dad’s strong hold.
“Hello, cupcake. Were you playing with Uncle Soso?” He says, kissing her chubby cheeks as she nods, stroking his hair like her momma does.
“Happy birthday, Satoru.” Choso smiles, hugging him tight. Choso had really seen this family and said ‘yes, this one please.’ Actually, it was a two way street. You saw a sad, grieving man who loved as fiercely as you did and said ‘yes, this is my brother now.’
Itadori says when you or Gojo see a ‘stray’ it’s the epitome of the ‘you’re my friend now, we’re having soft tacos tonight’ TikTok sound.
“Thanks, Cho.” Satoru responds with a smile and a squeeze to the shoulder, almost forgetting he isn’t actually his brother-in-law.
The back door opens, and in comes a slightly snowy Shoko Ieiri, who catches his eye.
“Happy birthday, fuckwad.” She says, flicking him in the arm.
“Wow, so kind and gentle. Such a great godmother to set an incredible example.” He smiles, knowing that her greeting was actually the sign that Shoko truly loved him like a brother.
He knew why she’s been outside, she had followed the little pathway to the big tree where a black memorial plaque in a grove on the cottage’s surrounding land. You and him would go down there later.
She stick out her tongue at him and he laughs, rounding the corner to where the table lay.
Sat at the table was you, with your son on your lap - a diligent mama’s boy as you laughed with him, each holding a controller for your baby pink Switch as you raced in Mario Kart.
Beside you, standing up and holding an extortionately large jug of peach juice was his eldest. Megumi was shaking his head at whatever his little brother was saying and the hint of a smile could be seen in the upturned corner of his lips. He flicks his eyes up.
“Happy birthday, dad.” He says, and is immediately pulled into a bone crushing hug with kisses dotted across his face.
“My eldest! My firstborn! We sweet little man!” He cooed as the 21 year old man (only 3 inches shorter than his father, now fully grown) shoves and growls his way out of the intense affection.
“Nawh, let him have his cuddles ‘Gumi. He gets one day a year where he can annoy you without repercussions.” You laugh.
In the midst of the chaos, you and Akio slip away into the kitchen.
Itadori and Choso come in, and sit down followed by Shoko.
Gojo takes his normal seat beside your seat and pours a coffee with extra extra sugar.
Then a small chorus starts up, two small voices and one pretty one - soon turned into the whole room (even Megumi).
“Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday dear Papa/Dad/Gojo/‘Toru,
Happy birthday to you!”
followed by -
“Hip hip, hooray!”
Akio is carefully holding a stack of waffles, with a flickering candle reading ‘36’ on top and Mirai has paper plates in her hands, as you walk behind them - hands out just in case.
He takes the heavy plate from his son, grateful for his 5 year olds inheritance of his father’s physical strength and height, and blows out the candle, pressing a kiss to the crown of his son’s head.
“Thank you, my lil’ mochi.”
“Make a wish, papa!” Akio shouts.
“Papa wish!”
He looks at the table, wife perched on his lap and surrounded by family.
“No need.” He says, squeezing your thigh.
“Such a sap.” You say, burying your head in his neck.
Everyone tucks into their breakfast, and the sound of happy chatter is soon interrupted by an angry voice of a toddler who inherited her mother’s temper.
“Fuckwad!” Mirai shouted.
You all spin to look at her, and see she dropped a piece of her waffle only for it to be swept away by a fluffy grey cat.
“Shoko?” You ask.
“Yeah, that one was me.” She nods.
You all burst out laughing, before Megumi turns around and asks.
“Are we making it a tradition that the kids learn a new curse every family occasion, cos this is round two.”
“Hey! It's your birthday in two weeks, babe! How about dipshit for that one?“ Yuuji exclaims.

“What do you mean you're ‘leaving’?” The wobble in her voice says it all. “Why?” The look on your face tells her everything she needs to know, “you know how my family is, Sho.” You reach for her left hand before she rips it away from you. “No. No. You don’t get to just say that I ‘know how it is’ because I don’t; okay? I don’t understand what is stopping you for sticking up for yourself! I left… everything behind for you, and you're leaving?” You messed it up. you knew this wasn't going to go how you wanted, you knew you should've said something to your parents, you knew and knew and knew. Why is it so easy to know something but not do something?
“Sho, I’m sorry okay? I can’t just have them cut me off, I’m not going to have a career like you and you know that,” obvious confusion washes over Ieiri’s face, “Then let me take care of you; that was the plan from the beginning!” Tear stains splotching onto her (your) t-shirt. “They already have a guy set up for me.”
The small laugh was the only response Ieiri could muster, “You have to be fucking joking. Tell me this is a sick fucking joke,” the pacing starts, then the cussing, and next thing you know all you hear is, “Fuck you and you're stupid shirt,” now discarded into your lap, “Sho wait-” “No. Don’t.” She puts on her own clothes and leaves. “I can’t fucking believe you.”
The next few days felt unreal. You hadn’t heard from Shoko (obviously) and Gojo and Geto couldn’t even look at you normally. The goodbyes you uttered were to no one. You packed and left; a few days later meeting your suitor.
Tumblr media
Meeting all of your old classmates feels wrong. You feel like you shouldn’t be here; you left after all - everyone avoiding eye contact solidifies it. You can see her - more like hear, since you’re too scared to actually look her way.
“Is that the one and only!” Gojo. Satoru Gojo. The most annoying guy you knew in high school; given you only knew about 7. “I haven’t seen you since graduation. Well this is awkward, the laugh you let out proves it, “Yep it is. Didn’t expect you to actually show up, you never used to at least.”
“What can I say I’m a changed man,” this was worse than making eye contact across the room with her.
“So how’s it been? You still with what’s his face?” Why did he bring him up, this is so embarrassing, “Yeah, a little over 3 years now,” it must be the tight lip smile that gave it away. Satoru leans in, “Listen. I know, and I know that you know that I know. And I also know that she is single and probably will be until you do something.” Oh god. Your boyfriend is at the bar across the room grabbing you a drink and this is what he wants to talk about?
“I know it’s just… I saw a ring in a drawer,” you say quietly. “I can’t just leave knowing that,” the desperation in your voice has never been this bad. “Well… that does… complicate things… but! Shoko was obviously waiting to see you again! You know, she stopped smoking months before this - and i think it’s to impress you, but you didn’t here me say that.” He says with a wink leaning back away from you. “Welp! I’ll be going now, I’ll make sure to Shoko a little hint for you, it was nice seeing you again though!”
You leave a small smile in his direction zoning out before a arm around the back of your chair startles you, “Oh! Sorry I was zoned out,” you say looking at your boyfriend, he chuckles a little, “No problem, weird how you were zoned out looking at him though.” He’s starting again. He does this every time a guy is around - he probably forgot this was arranged in the 1st place. “Please don’t start that right now,” he shrugs and leans into his own chair more, “Just odd how you zone out a lot when another guys is around but no other time,” you glance in Shoko’s direction and everything stops. She holds eye contact like no one else. She licks her lips like no one else. She is unlike anyone else.
Without breaking eye contact she turns towards the group of friends before saying something, “I’m gonna go to the bathroom.” That’s it. That’s all it takes. Shifting towards the guy on your right you parrot her before speed walking to the bathroom.
“Hey, didn’t expect you to be he-” she’s cut off. The force of your body makes her stumble back into a stall. She doesn't break the kiss. She deepens it. Turning her head to the side, you follow her lead; you always seemed to follow.
“God I missed you,” she mumbles into your lips before gliding her hands down, “Touch me Sho, please?” God. What are you doing? What are you saying? Does this count as cheating? Even if you don’t want to be with your boyfriend?
Before you can continue to question everything, Ieiri slides a hand between your legs, making you pull her head closer to you, if anyone walked in they'd know exactly what’s happening. The heavy breathing, the noises, the slightly wet sounds echoing between the walls, and the taste of cigarettes- wait.
“I thought you quit smoking,” you pull away confused, “You're kissing someone else while the man who has a ring in his pocket for you is waiting, and you're worried about me smoking?” While you want to be upset at the harsh words Shoko used, it’s true. You’ve been dating the same guy for over 3 years and yet the only worry you have right now is the lungs in front of you.
“You could put it a little nicer, how do you know that anyways?” you whisper, “Gojo told me, also why should I be nice to you? You disappeared after graduation and then show up to the reunion with a boyfriend.” Why’d she have to bring this up right now? You two were just having a heated make-out and now something else was getting heated. “I’m stupid, I know! I’ve been planning on breaking it off anyways, but I just feel so bad knowing that he’s gonna propose.”
Everything would be so much simpler if you didn’t snoop around your shared apartment trying to find a shirt to sleep in; instead you found a velvet box with a handwritten speech.
“Do you wanna be one of those anonymous users talking about how you regret marrying your husband? Or do you want to be free? You have to decide, and when you do, the left side of my bed is always a little chilly,” that stupid fucking smirk. The same smirk you used to see after sneaking off to ‘go to the bathroom’ in high school. Why’d you ever leave?
“Can we just finish what we started in here and then go? I’ll figure out some plan to break it off, I promise.” The next thing you hear is a sigh and then a small ‘fine’ before you tasted cigarettes again.
Tumblr media
The small knock at the door gets increasingly more aggressive when Ieiri ignores it. “Sho, please,” it was faint but there. The spot on the couch immediately abandoned, her front door almost flies off the hinges when she opens it.
“So you did it finally?” you nod, with water eyes and shaky hands, “Is the left side of your bed still cold?” Shoko giggles a little, “Cold is an understatement. Wanna help me warm it up?”
