guys can we PLEASE stop shipping riz w people. honestly at this point i kind of don’t even care if you yourself are also acespec/arospec/aspec.
yes, aspec people can be in relationships, etc etc, but riz specifically has expressed over and over and over again that that is something he personally has absolutely zero interest in.
he’s not just canonically aroace, he also canonically does not want a relationship.
“aroace people can be happy in romantic/sexual/queerplatonic relationships” is a true statement. “people who do not want to be in any kind of monogamous committed relationship can be happy in a monogamous committed relationship” is quite a bit harder to argue.
i’m just so sick of it. i’m glad we all understand that there’s nuance to aspec identities, and everyone’s expressions of and experiences with their own aspec identities are going to be different and personal.
like, it’s not even just about the asexual/aromantic aspect anymore. it’s also just refusing to let him not want to be in a relationship. why are so many people so resistant to the idea that he does not want to be in a relationship. like genuinely, why can you not accept that there are people who just don’t want that. who would just be unhappy in a relationship. why can’t you wrap your head around the idea that wanting a relationship is not a thing that everyone secretly wants. like, No, he hasn’t just not “met the right person” yet. because there is no right person. because he’s simply not interested.
this post is kind of rambly and not as effectively phrased as it could be i think but idc.
TL;DR: riz being aroace is not the only reason to not ship him. he also, explicitly and repeatedly, has stated he does not want to be in a relationship. “aspec people can be in relationships” is completely irrelevant because regardless riz simply does not want a relationship. please just respect thag.

i hate that everyones response to liking a movie now is wow we need a sequel, its okay to want more but use your own brain to write the rest of the story. When a sequel is made immediately after you lose so much of the characters stories and personalities, theres no time for them to sit theres no time in between movies. It’s fine if they wait a few years and make it if you include the passage of time but everything is a franchise now when it doesn't need to be. Let a stand alone movie be a stand alone move, let a legacy sequel be a legacy sequel, let the story end where the story ends.

Hi, I hope you don't mind this message, and idk if anyone else has told you, but there's this troll going around on Tumblr named @/freethepuppet. They claim to be “fighting for justice in the puppet industry”, but really they're just sending hateful and threatening messages to Welcome Home and My Friendly Neighborhood artists/fans.
I myself have receive multiple death threats from this person, and they have sent threats to many of my friends over the matter, some of which are minors.
Because of this issue, I have decided to keep myself and my friends anonymous, especially considering the fact that @/freethepuppet intends to send threats to PartyCoffin himself, along with the creator behind My Friendly Neighborhood.
I just wanted to warn you about this person, so that you can block and report them, as well has tell others in the community about the troll. If you decide to ignore this, then that's fair and I respect your decision.

once again i do not think i can do all of this in less than 2 days..... actually scratch that. a bit more than 24hrs (without taking into account sleeping and eating and procrastinating)..... this is a class where the teachers are changing next yr so god knows WHO is gonna be there next yr, BUT i have one half of the class passed and apparently they can save your grade for that part. now the other thing is that its a 2nd yr class and i just wanna get rid of my 2nd yr classes. BUT its my 1st yr doing this class and on thursday (the day after i have to turn in this project + do the 45 minute exam) i have another 2nd yr class exam. which i have taken like 6 times and i definitely wanna get RIDDDD of for sure. so idk if i should leave this class for next yr without knowing what is coming next yr. or get fucked and not sleep for 3 days
