Welp, i've been convinced Here's my sonadow kiddo (though technically he has Silver's DNA in him as well), Sony !! These drawings are about a month old, but I've been itching to draw him more anyway - Put a bunch of em on one canvas, and snipped some closeups!

He's a lab baby from around 500 years in the future, made from preserved samples of Shadow, Sonic, and Silver's DNA He's still got some lore to be figured out but hey, I like drawing him regardless of whether his backstory is consistent yet :D

head nurse: Elijah Volkov, he makes all the announcements, and is mentally decaying. Boy oh boy, is he quite the man. Silly little bpd man, collected mental illness like Pokémon. But he's caring, and will do just about anything in his power to help the campers out when needed. He has a knack for elephants, likes sharing fun facts, not only about elephants but anything and everything. No filter😋 if he's thinking it, he'll say it, obviously nothing bad will come of that. Trust issues, yummy.

assistant nurse: Adam Uptin, always carrying snacks with him, he can get you to share how your parents wronged you then shove a bag of skittles in your hand and walk away. Adam isn't a fan of leaving the nurses cabin, let alone his side office, something about being a vampire and ""ahhhh the suns"",,etc etc. Although, you can lore him outside with some sunscreen, an umbrella, and an apple.

camp counselors (all camps stay the same)

Cabin Dung Beetle: Juniper Sloan. long neck, dirty blonde. British man, he's scared of the water (blah blah blah "i'm experiencing the past, present, and future all at once and i can't breathe." yadda yadda yadda) besides the meltdowns and break downs, he's pretty silly

Cabin Grasshopper : Marisol Yuchengco, 👁️dresses in gothic attire, but she's one of the most understating counselors you'll ever meet. Salem de La Marnierre, 👁️scene kid vibes, lowkey really chill though. The two are dating<3 (basically just the same as chnt, just,,, ya'know,, swapped.)

Cabin Magpie Moth: Rowan Chow, the goofiest mother fucker in the entire camp. He can actually produce sound effects, he doesnt choose them or when they happen, that's up to the universe, they just come from his general area. This man runs off of actual cartoon logic, dont question it.<3

Cabin Silkworm: Yvonne Marley, femcel. That is truly all i have to say about her. She pull's misinformation straight from the internet and spreads it like mold on moist bread. Joshua MacHeath, tictok eboy, he can make a killer flower necklace though. Joshua will sit with the kids who can't/won't participate in certain camp activities and teach them how to make bracelets out of, well, anything and everything!

Cabin Tarantula Hawk: Lucille Bertuccelli,👁️ she's an older counselor, a sweetheart though. Not only does she keep cabin tarantula hawk up am running, but she also is in charge of the arts and crafts cabin! Gracie Liu (👁️lowkey, i forgot gracie liu existed, so all of her color are just inverted. no matter how you picture her in ur brain, just invert the colors)

Cabin Ladybug : Soren Baltimore, 👁️a bit of a quiet lad, it wears a cape given to it by fennel. soren wears pants that are cover completely in pockets, those pockets are practically infinite, anything you can imagine, soren has it in its pockets. Fennel Marlborough, 👁️our favorite camp taxidermist (don't tell anyone) they have the art of life preservation down to a tea, now if they can only get em to start moving again. soren and fennel are tightly nit, they made up two languages, one between only them and the other for the entire cabin.

Cabin Widow-spider: Matthew Napoleon, 👁️he is the void, don't be scared of him just based on looks though. Matthew will teach you about things you thought you knew (you didn't). Because matthew cant actually talk, due to all that void, he communicates in a fun mixture of sign language, charades, and various static esc noises. Matthew is also involved, if not running, most water based activities (and sometimes juno+mila helps out around the cabin)

the cafeteria: Mila Alcorn 👁️and Juno Matsouka, 👁️i say "and" instead of giving the two separate descriptions because they are inseparable, trust me, i've tried. these two fish folk work together in the kitchen to provide food for all the campers at camp this and that. Practically gourmet chefs, these two are quite creative. Even though there's two of them, you'll never have to worry about chaos in the kitchen, mila and juno always compromise with each other, causing for some never before tasted flavors

head of camp: Warren Earthman,👁️ he's a, stern, tired, grumpy, old man. also the walls in are covered with different brands and types of chainsaws. beside the threatening aspects of him, he also openly picks favorites and doesn't listen to anything that doesn't openly concern him or the government.

the rot: Sydney October Sargent, a weird rotting man who lives in the woods surrounding the camp. Don't get to close to him without a gas mask, please, the spores that emanate off of him are damn near hallucinogenic. Besides the skin falling off his bones, the various species of bugs living within him, and all the mushrooms/fungus living from his decomposing self, he's almost harmless. I mean, he's in shambles, a corpse who just won't let go, just try not to breathe near him.

Martime: Jedidiah A.M. Martime, a man who keep appearing in my dreams, I don't have dreams often, why is here, in color no less. this annoying, clock obsessed, not even real, man keeps trying to tell me that he's "here for you," and "it's ok, you can take a brake, you have enough time." what that man needs to do is pipe down and accept the fact he doesn't even exist in the physical plane.

some high school ai doodles! (+ bit of a lore dump under the cut ^^)

i think high school ai would be like very deadpan and kind of serious, with a bit of a trickster streak. like, in osomatsu-kun she doesnt have much of a personality and is deadpan (sort of similar to the rice balls before they became neet ai), but shes a a little bit shy and clumsy bc shes figuring out the whole living thing.

then in high school her disposition becomes more intense, on the outside she looks super serious but if you were close to her you’d know how much of a menace she is. she gets straight As and is an impeccable student, but in her free time one of her favorite things to do is to just lightly mess with the sextuplets (though sometimes she does aim to cause psychological damage) she loves scamming and tricking osomatsu and choromatsu the most, and she just likes to confuse the rest of them with her antics. she’s just a little silly ^^

then after the sextuplets start to drift apart, ai starts to become a little distant with them too. she still talks and sometimes hangs out with them, but usually she talks to each of them one on one (except for choro and todo bc they’re still around each other the most). she starts to focus more on her studies and her future, having some kind of bitter awakening to the fact that this wasn’t going to last forever, that at some point shes going to have to start thinking about the future and not dwell on the past.

there’s a moment where ichi, yanagida and their friend group are hanging out and yanagida notices ai and nudges ichi and is like “hey, isnt that your friend? you wanna invite her for karaoke after school?” and ichi is like “uhh…” and yanagida is like “are you nervous about asking her? :O do you have a crush on her?? ill ask for you then!” and he goes over to ai and ichi chases after him and he gets ai’s attention and asks her to join them after school and ai looks over at ichi who is standing behind him and he flinches and looks away and she looks back at yanagida and politely declines, saying that she needs to study and walks away and theres this awful awkward silence before yanagida is just like “…huh, bummer! sorry about that ichi!” and ichi is dying inside but hes just like “haha yeah but its fine we can just try inviting her next time!”

(there is in fact a next time but she declines again, and again, until she finally agrees but its really awkward, especially when yanagida pushes ichi and ai to do a duet together, but they ended up having a little fun by the end of it, but that only makes her leaving all the more bitter)

a year or so after graduation, she leaves for college, with a bittersweet goodbye from the sextuplets, not knowing if they’ll ever see her again :(

honestly i dont know if im essentially entirely fused at this point or what like the past year ive felt very singlet. i havet really had a full switch ive been a lot more of like, a guy with variance but a lot less of a guy whos multiple guys. more in depth sys talk and stuff below the cut.

We were disordered for sure, at least felt it that way and "professionals" did as well, but it doesnt mean anything and doesnt matter, what im getting at is that i never meant to be plural.

we switched and had the most activity, connection, amnesia and division in high school. like switching multiple times a day, splitting weekly type thing. when we dropped we started to slow down and solidify into more specific alters, who were more rounded out and would switch less. only switching once a week became every few weeks became every month became every few months and now.. i havent switched all year really.

i have a theory, and i do think im gonna end up or already am functionally singular.

first, i think my system existed for stress and trauma reasons mostly, and when i was removed from most of that, i was able to actually be a self at all, so a lot of the "need" for plurality that i had was no longer necessary.

but, we were still very much multiple. we were just able to exist outside pain and thus fused a lot of undeveloped personalities into a bigger more consistent one (who could front longer due to like, existing a lot less loosely.)

however i think i know whats making me singular

i wasnt a person.

i had no idea what "me" was because i didnt understand or approve of myself. i had lots of introjects that aligned more to my identities because "i" "couldnt" be them, which is why they were introjects instead of brain spawned. i couldnt relate to any 'myself' so my brain was constantly cycling through who i could be to make the pain go away.

now that i have come to terms with a lot of myself and i have a much better idea of what is 'myself' i notice the more and more i know me, the less im multiple "me"s.

i dont feel like i dont have multiple personalities anymore (which is the language i choose to use for myself) but i do feel like i am closer and closer yet to essentially being singular. im essentially singular now.

i dont know what i plan to do in the future concerning multiplicity, i never really understood people who would chase it themself or force alters or anything but i kinda get it now. i do like being singular more, but i understand it.

in general, im more in a strange place of a sliding identity where im not really multiple separate me's anymore, which is why im more and more inclined to use 'personality' language. im not really seperate guys anymore as much as i am versions of the same guy, and even then ive felt those walls become much more blurred lately.

its been strange going from being very very strictly different alters into being a single person. i dont think ill ever switch again, so i have to say thank you for everyone whos been on this journey with once us, now me.

im going to let my plurality do what it wants. if that means break down and become nothing but room for my self to feel inconsistent sometimes, so be it. if that means come back full force for whatever reason, so be it. im not going to attempt to influence anything for now.

but its something ive noticed lately and wishy sysposting reminded me to make everyone aware haha

i do feel bad though because i know there was people who liked certain alters more than they liked me, or expressed that they missed other alters. i promise im not taking them from you, in a sense theyre still here, and at the very least if i am taking them away, its not on purpose. and im sorry. i miss them too, even when i feel them inherited into me.

currently all of this has just fucked with my sense of my gender and age haha. we'll see where it takes me.

if i do end up trying to set up some barriers again it will probably be to store those 2 things... i dont know

but ever sense i noticed this ive been noticing just who im made up of the most or the least. its funny like who won the battle lol

more privately i do still consider myself plural because of it. im not really a completely singular guy, im like, a guy made up of guys.

the fact that grian realized he was drawing on everyone while he was asleep and decided to not sleep and ended up having a panic attack and accidentally amplifying scar and xisuma's feelings to the same level its like.. living with a mental illness. you can't be passive and ignore it (which for grian would mean sleeping and hoping he can just *not* do it) but you also can't be aggressive and try to get rid of it (which for grian is not sleeping) you just have to learn to live with it and have it not harm you or other people (which he hasnt found yet)

+ i am loving that we are seeing more of his memories from being with the watchers but not as a flashback but in parallels from present to past (+the past repeats itself) + also your similies/metaphors are delicious "To skirt past the edge of death and fly, a blind and unwitting moth, toward the bright, unspoiled future", "a creeping, crawling notion that the world no longer makes sense, fits poorly around one's shoulders. also i might just be vibibg this but i think out of everyone tango feels a sort of parental obligation to grian. hes worried he'll stop breathing in the night, he gets him out of his room, he beams when grian smiles. pearl and mumbo have the sort of betrayed sibling feeling, scar is still trying to hold everything together and xisuma is harbouring the guilt of being the guy who kicked him for the good of the server because they were also good friends. tango has ideas of what is good for grian but being peers ig? also doesn't want to go over what grian wants too much. tango is a little more divided from the others, hes here for jimmy and grian getting better extends to everyone else in their immediate party and further back to hermitcraft and to jimmy and joel and lizzie and everyone

"this would all be so much simpler if nobody cared. But they do, because they're good people" this. this is so bhersnfkksd cause im no stranger to suicidal thoughts and its spot on but then ALSO grian attributing it to their being good people rather than his friends and his saying "they're good people" as if he isn't a good person is so telling in his self loathing

+ tango is our like relief character ig? he doesnt bring all the same weight and its so amazing because a) i love tango b) hes able to be lighthearted and joke and hope and its so necessary with everyone else drowning (even if no one can really tell scar is falling apart)

hunter toh in my botw au.....oh i could go on and on abt this au. i think ill do lumity next?

feel free to ask question abt the au. please do actually. to get you started heres some base info under the cut. its VERY ramble-y.

base character matchups are Luz as Zelda, Hunter as Link, and Belos as Ganon. this au doesnt involve much from TotK bc i havent finished it but. given the story it will definitely come into play!

basic story/plot/exposition is that 10,000 years ago, the sheikah Made a Hero for the future. just in case. extra safety measure or whatever. they saw how difficult it was to overcome the calamity and were like, hey, what if we made the ideal hero for future hyrule? make it easier. and so they do. they Make a Guy (caleb is the first hero (yknow the one in the hyrule historia manga bit) so his bones arent available to use for a grimwalker. so idk if hunter is a grimwalker of the 10k hero or if hes made entirely independently bc the sheikah. probably could do that) and stick him in the shrine of resurrection. this is the true purpose of the SoR: its really more of a shrine of stasis, to keep this manmade hero alive till hes needed. think cryogenic stasis or whatever.

so. hunter sleeps in the SoR for 10,000 years. has an awful time. one of the first (maybe The first) fic i read on ao3 was about what the SoR was like for botw link and it. stuck with me. so now i incorporate it into everything i make for botw if possible. anyways he has a miserable time, which is important because he had this miserable time for 10,000 years instead of just 100. Anyways. like botw link, he loses his memories. unlike botw link, they are inaccessible. period. there is no remembering Shit. besides like. vague vibes that he was instilled with. turns out if you make a person and tell them for their entire short existence that theyre made for a thing, then even if they forget everything else they Will still remember that theyre made for a thing. even if they dont really. so yeah all hunter knows is that he is not a person, that he exists for a Reason, and how to breathe. and other basic bodily functions. hes basically a big baby with a hero complex.

the rest of the au takes place "pre-calamity". i have a vague idea on how the actual calamity takes place (and how to make it similar to botw w/out so much death bc i have thought Very Much about this specific time period and not whatever the hell would be going on a century later. lmao.)

so. when the SoR is Discovered by sheikah researchers everyone is Very Surprised at the Whole Human Boy inside. because well. that should not be possible. this thing was difficult as hell to get into and also there was quite a bit of rock in the way! so they assume him to be dead and just miraculously preserved by the SoR fluid. And then he wakes up screaming (imagine being in the most agonizing sensory deprivation tank ever for 10,000 years and then abruptly being exposed to the world again. not fun!) and everyone is like OH SHIT ITS ALIVE.

eventually they get him out and not having the worst overstimulation meltdown in the history of all time and space and get back to hashtag Researching. some ppl focus on him (taking care of him (like i said. big baby with a hero complex), figuring out what the hell is up with him, etc) and others continue examining the SoR. the ppl with hunter make very little progress. because just bc hes not having the worst overstimulation meltdown in the history of all time and space, it doesnt mean he has a clue whats going on at all. or that hes not still having one of the worst overstimulation meltdowns in the history of all time and space. the ppl at the SoR, however, find a plaque with his name and vague purpose for existing, as well as the sheikah slate. yippee!!!

after all this, once hes less. of a big baby with a hero complex ig. we move to more character-focused stuff than exposition. so ill end this here for now. if you read all this you are very invited to talk to me abt this! i would love that! a good place to start i think would be with explaining characters. most of the important characters in the show are in this au. and i do mean most. there is quite a lot going on

VEE’S DONOTHON WRAP UP POST

im not actually sure how to start all this. im blown away by how fun that was and how generous yall were. we blew through every single goal so fast i had to make up new ones to keep up. there was scuff and nothing really went to plan but i’m calling this donothon a runaway success.

thank you again everyone who came out whether you donated or not, i couldnt have done this stream without yall and i wouldnt have even made it to a year of vtubing without yall either.

first and foremost though i want to apologize again for the issues with the merch discounts. unfortunately i just cannot give discounts as high as i thought bc spring doesnt want me to. as consolation ive created codes VEE25, VEE30, and VEE40 for the merch store. they give as much off as they say they do, and ive created all of them just in case some items dont have enough of a profit margin for a higher code to work.

on monday, thats tomorrow btw, i’ll be holding a stream to cover the Q&A segment we skipped, as well as a sort of meeting to discuss the rewards yall earned. specifically the new stream emotes, the two games i’ll buy and stream, and the two model kits ill buy and build on stream, and the 2 additional vroid outfits i put in as a super stretch goal.

s3 kaizo and glx kaizo are two different beings

damn right they are but its still so disappointing knowing what we lost in terms of fanservice but gained in terms of questionable redemption fuel that (surprise, surprise) never got used (,,,yet, anyway, but monsta takin their sweet time with that reconciliation arc in the comic)

from a simp/fanservice standpoint s3 kaizo easily takes the cake: he has this self-assured energy that makes him really feel like he owns whatever room he walks into even if his purpose is to get high off torturing kids, and monsta went and hired the most smooth seductive voice artist possible just to amp up his desirability by 1000%, and the animation just gave him these really over the top dramatic movements that could bring any fangirl to her knees. galaxy kaizo just. isnt it. ok :"3

from a lore standpoint ill say theyre both about equal but painfully inconsistent which is where the s3 kaizo =/= glx kaizo really hits home because s3 has a very 'space rebel does what he wants' kind of mindset which is very intriguing and has a lot of room to explore his backstory and why hes Like That but then its all retconned in galaxy where glx kaizo is part of tapops and literally working under the orders of someone else which is just so ooc? lahap is never mentioned again and instead we get hints of history with manramen who is ALSO never mentioned again except for trivia and cameo purposes.

backstory comic is a mixed bag because you can reasonably connect younger!kaizo's behaviour with either of his 'future' iterations BUT NOT BOTH like ok fine he lost his parents he trained under maskmana and then PRESUMABLY defected and decided to go solo that could make sense yk like hes been disillusioned by the system and takes out his unprocessed trauma on fang and projects his control issues onto him ILL BUY THAT OR he really did train under maskmana and joined the tapops/tempur-a alliance organization where he works for the higher ups and fang later trains under them too BUT you cant have both it jsut doesnt make sense its like two alternate universes where this orphan with a younger brother becomes a (problematic)hero or a villain

and of course from a kaizo and fang dynamic standpoint which is imo the most relevant given that fang is actually part of the main cast and kaizo ISNT: s3 kaizo is absolutely beyond the point of redemption. the only option is for fang to cut ties with him either subvertly where he distances himself enough for it to not matter, or directly where he snaps and lashes out at his abuser. galaxy kaizo, on the other hand, has the aforementioned redemption fuel where there is a chance for him to patch things up with fang because of implications that both sides still care and have concern for each other deep down. HE HAS A CHANCE but hes taking a painfully long time to use it and honestly im not even sure if i trust monsta to do that job right so i guess we're left at this crossroads where things could go in any direction from here. are they gonna keep being awkward about things till they eventually drift apart? is fang gonna keep letting himself be broken down by kaizos neglect till it affects him in another area of life? is fang finally gonna snap and assert his own rights and needs???? literally who knows </3

so! so. you See. this is all about my boy artyom (ZT001-058) and his dr volkov. i was gonna caption this "my father's love is suffocating me". for you see . dr volkov. he works at the facility, yes? and ohohho, hes not a father in simply a metaphorical way. NO hes his biological loser! the facility doesnt know that dr volkov is artymos dad - after artyom was born it was Immediatly known that he was a mutant. his mom died during childbirth. volkov thoguht "oh god, i lost my beloved, i cant lose my son too..." and basically went "No!!! NOT my fucking kid." n because they werent married. he just. refused to take a dna test. so they didnt have any proof. anyway, being a scientist at the facility, volkov becomes zt's primary caretaker. if the only way to see his son grow is to vivisect him each and every month, then so be it. if he has to electrocute him, tear his teeth out, take out part of his brain, he will do it. he can't lose any more. was also considering captioning this with a verse from polednice (noonday witch) by karel jaromír erben. the one i felt was most fitting was this one:

‘Give that child here!’ ‘Lord, forgive this sinner’s sins, my Saviour dear!’ It’s a wonder she still lives, For see—the Noonday Witch is here!

and i will soooo happily explain why. "Give that child here!" - the facility taking Artyom as soon as he was born due to his mutation, pretty clear "Lord, forgive this sinner's sins, my Saviour dear!" - volkov begging them not to think of him as a mutant so much, the 'sinner' and 'sin' being 'mutant' and 'mutation'. "Lord, forgive this mutant's wrong, my Saviour dear!" its like. this line sticks out to me so much to volkov. "Lord, forgive him, he was born a sinner, he is bound to sin!" its just!!! gah!! he's still calling the facility "saviour" though - they're the only reason he's able to see his son every day, after all. 'Its a wonder she still lives,' - this is an artyom mutation moment! he's a zombie, sorta, his heartbeat sucks so fucking much. his heart is so weak. hes like a zombie in the way that he eepy. its a wonder he hasnt succombed to his mutation yet. 'For see - the noonday witch is here!' - so, the 'she' in the previous line was about the noonday witch, but i dont care lol. this could be the facility again. this i interpret either as temnova, but shes not rlly involved w artyom !! so its like. "Its a wonder (baby Artyom) still lives, for see - the (Facility) is here!" . its a wonder neither the facility or mutation have killed him yet

Anyway. Another thing is how the poem ends. Basically, if you dont want to read it, its about a mother, her baby (its like 1 year old tops) and the noonday witch. the mother is cooking lunch, the baby is wailing. she cannot get it to calm down. the lunch is burning. she pokes her head out the window - 'Come for him, you Noonday Witch, then! Come and take this pest for me!’ - and she comes. when the mother sees her, she goes oh Fuck - either she didnt think she'd rlly come for a baby, or she thought the noonday witch wasnt real. either way, the noonday witch advances torwards the baby. the mother rushes to it and holds it so tight in a protective embrace. she holds it so so tight, as much as she can, desperate not to let the noonday witch take it from her. then, it turns 12:01.

Child clasped to her breast, he found, Lying in a faint, the mother; He could hardly bring her round, But the little one was – smothered.

She suffocated it with her tight embrace. With her love! isnt that so fucking cool?? so awesmoe??? 'my mothers love is suffocating me' it sure is buddy!!!! anyway this is very volkov-artyomcore.. 'oh, because volkov does horrible things to artyom like all the scientists?' i hear you ask. hehe. no! ill let you in on a secret. you see, the thing that ends up killing artyom is neither his mutation nor the facility:)

i would call this a vent but rn im like too neutral for it to be a vent. im just kind of relaying informstion. anyways i dont think i ever in my life Initiated a friendship. its always ppl that come up to me and insist on talking to me until we become friends, or like, friends that decide to Adopt me into their group. which means that during my life ive always only had friends i met in school (or online), and if i for some reason stop talking to that friend/group then i literally have 0 friends. which has been my current state for a few years now, i have 0 friends irl. and it also means that i have two paths my life can follow: i can continue the way i am, being a totally friendless shut in, for the rest of my life (as i no longer have the option to make friends in school), or i can. go out of my way to make some friendships so i am not utterly alone. i have no fucking clue how to do that tho. "just talk to people" doesnt work on me i am completely introverted, shy, awkward, antisocial, etc etc whatever. i am someone that tries my best to be as unnoticed as i can be. i dont go out alone. i dont talk to people. i try my Hardest not to in fact. i have a really long trial period for irl people until i can say im close to them or trust them or am friends. and while i am normal by tumblr standards i am definitely Not by like regular outside ppl standards and im also very aware of that fact. people who are too chronically online annoy me and i dislike them but the other options are (im aware of how saying this word makes me sound) Normies and like. im too far gone for that probably. idk how to meet people. or when i would have the opportunity to. im picky and scared and distrustful w everyone. my ideal friendship is someone who is very very similar to me but thats Hard to find irl. point is i was thinking and i see no future for myself where i dont have absolutely 0 friends. which is kinda sad bc. i dont want that. yknow i craze friendship and human contact and closeness like anyone does but im too weird and autistic and antisocial for that. thankfully i have a big family w lots of cousins my age who i love a lot and am very close with but we are all getting older and it seems like other people grow up like mentally but i stay a kid and that scares me bc i feel like soon all of them will start acting like Adults or Normal Teenagers Who Do Things Like Go Outside And Have Normal Interests And Other Friends Who Are More Like Them Than I Am and they will slowly stop talking to me bc i dont seem to grow and am weird. and then ill be alone again. i would also very much like to have a girlfriend one day but thats just, all the same problems i have w making friends but x5 bc not only will she have to be someone that enjoys being friends w me and that i enjow being friends with, but she will also have to find me attractive and fall in love w me. which. yeah. there is no easy solution to this. ig i will just be alone forever. and only have online friends who live in another country and will also eventually stop talking to me probably bc unfortunately friendships usually dont last forever ppl grow apart and theres nothing anyone can do to stop that. post ends
