last year i found a wii at goodwill for 25 dollars and it came with everything except a wiimote but it was in such good condition i was like hell yeah ill take it how hard can it be to find a wiimote. the answer is it's nearly impossible to find them at thrift stores now so i've spent like 8 months looking for ones in thrift stores but there wasn't a single one and then online but i just couldn't bring myself to spend 30 dollars on one single wiimote so i waited so. patiently. and then 2 weeks ago i finally found one at goodwill for 9 dollars but it was absolutely disgusting and the battery cover was missing and the compartment was all corroded so i put it back and regretted it the whole week but then this last weekend i went to savers and there was an absolutely perfect wiimote just sitting there with no corrosion and a jacket and the wrist strap and motion plus and the nunchuck was there too and i got it all for 10 dollars so the moral of the story is that sometimes things seem right for you in the moment but you have to recognize that they aren't and leave them behind so the things that are meant for you will in fact find you when the time is right. peace and love <3

I understand why some people get annoyed by focusing on a small thing mentioned about a character

but at the same time if we only know like five things about someone why wouldn't you??

like Colin's only mentioned as having a camera in COS because it was always just for plot convenience but you can pry him having one for the whole series out of my cold dead fingers because it's one of the few defining things we have about him and anytime I've ever seen him written without one he just feels wrong and like that is not my boy

Lavender only mentions rabbits once when talking about her pet binky dying but again that is now a part of her she will now never not have bunny rabbit associations to me

Percy is not in the little known about him category as much but I feel the same way about him liking Divination too yeah it's mentioned once and in a way you could technically argue against but nope he will always like divination to me now because of it

it was the summer before i turned 13. my parents finally bought a router. untill then we had the usb internet thingy so no wifi. nothing. now i have a phone with internet. crazy stuff. was obsessed with disney shows but could only watch them twice a year when visiting my cousins because we only had cable. and shitty channels. anyway. it was 2013. the time when you could've watched tv shows in parts on youtube. started watching austin and ally. probably the reason i learned english because there were obviously no subtitles. got obsessed. especially with their will they won't they. season two just ended but i didn't know how many episodes it had so i just kept searching for more. now obviously there was no more but videos titled "austin and ally season 2 episode 48" did exist. they were just slide shows but there was text in the description box. AND MY DUMB ASS THOUGHT WAIT IS THIS THE SCRIPT FOR EPISODES THAT ARE NOT OUT YET????? went ahead and started reading. took me an embarrassing amount of time to realize that it wasn't real (like a day but still. i should've known immediately). that's how i found out about the concept of fanfiction. on youtube. also had no clue what ship names were so again when i was watching austin and ally or auslly edits i though it was some band that wrote songs about the show. need to go back and hug that poor girl. you're so stupid.
