Being dragged into RAD was probably the worst thing to happen today. Levi had to deal with a meeting right after too! Not to mention the fact that all his brothers shared at least two classes with you and he only had one! He was stuck alone and couldn’t even have his music since Lucifer took it away. It was hell for him!

Classes sucked, they were extremely boring and loud, and the only time it was slightly interesting was in 6th period, which was Potions Class with you. By that time though, he was ready to give up and cry. What’s up with demons trying to talk to him when he wanted to be alone?! Plus the succubi and incubi being loud throughout the entire day.

When the meeting finally happens, Levi looks extremely tired and ready to go home. That quickly ended with a glare from Lucifer though…

Walking back with Levi was a bit weird, he avoids any topics and doesn’t really bother talking to you. Since this extremely out of character, you decide that Levi needs a break! You guys get back home and you leave him be for a bit, and after roughly an hour you come back to his room.

Before you can even knock you can hear small sniffling and hiccups from his room… And him loudly talking to his little friend.

“H-Henry 2.0…!! C-Can you believe what happened today.?? Lucifer is so horrible… *hic* I hate RAD..!!”

Huh. When’s the last time he cried? Well for something reasonable. Not about an anime or a figurine. Not important to you anyway! You knock and you can hear Levi panic a bit, you can hear him moving around the room, probably cleaning up his face to try and get rid of any hint of him crying. Poor him, he doesn’t even realize how loud he was…

“Wh- H-hold on! You guys always come at the worst times…”

After a minute of him trying to make things better and ultimately failing, since you’ve heard him fall and panic even more at least 3 times so far. He finally opens the door and you aren’t sure if he feels better you’re there or if he’s panicking even more.

“…I- Uhm..Do you need something..??”

“Are you gonna let me in or not? I wanna see if you’re okay.”

“I am okay!! i just- i.. just fell, thats all.”

“And cried?? You’ve been through a war im not that stupid.” You walk in and close the door. “Gonna explain why you seemed weird today?”

“Liar.” Grabbing Levis arm, you move him away from the door and you sit down on his gaming chair. “I can see anything going on yknow? You and your brothers gave me that power after doing the most insane shit behing my back.”

“Actually it was. Shut up”

You sigh and point to his bathtub bed, which to this day think is incredibly stupid. Whatever though, if it stops him from falling of beds and hurting himself, you guess its fine.

“..Why are you-“

“Lay down. If it works with your brothers, it’ll work with you.

“…I don’t think i should-“

“Who cares? Lay down and ill make ya feel better.” You get up, clearly tired of his bullshit and you sit on his bed, which you can see some tear marks on his body pillow. Tossing the pillow to the chair, you pat the space next to you.

“Hey my-…ohhhh…” His pale face flushes a bit with a beautiful color of light pink, then sighs and sits next to you. His face flushes into a deeper pink when you lay back and move his head onto your shoulder, scratching his head being gentle with him.

“Feeling better?” You ask after a minute, he nods with his eyes closed, his face still the same shade from a minute ago… He turns into his demon form, and you guess that its just because its more comfortable. Being careful not to accidentally touch his horns, you move to a spot behind the horns and play with his fluffy hair there.

By the time hes asleep, which is just a few seconds after playing his hair, you can hear a small sound.. A deep sound, which freaks you out for a second until you realize it’s extremely similar to a cats purr. Just… extremely more deeper, at least an octave down.

You love Levi a lot, but you have to record this. You pull out your D.D.D and start recording. Lets just hope Levi doesn’t wake up…

I love sleepy/sleep focused characters, so i'd say he's pretty high tier on my list, too~ his model is just meh to me is all. I just woke up so idk how good my day will be but THE AMOUNT OF REQUESTS I GOT IN ONE NIGHT THAT TANG YUN REALLY GOT THE BALL ROLLING HUH.

Jacob is many things, one of which is that he's touch starved. In my mind, there's no way he doesn't melt at the warm touch of another human being.

Not only is his body ALWAYS cold, he can't connect with people, so no one ever gets close enough for him to even be able to do something like this..

He's clingy and needy, if you're not busy, chances are he'l be there, shyly tugging at your sleep- twisting and picking the fabric between his nails whilst sleepily muttering something vaguely comprehensible about 'cuddles. Now :('

Like a snek, as i said. He'l wrap around you and slither his arms under your clothes. Nothing sexual about it, sneks tend to like slithering under clothes, assume maybe it's because it's dark and cozy like a den.

Jacob is tall, chances are his back will always be all kinda bent whilst cuddling with you if you're significantly shorter :( but it's okay, it's worth it to him.

If you won't comply maybe he'l lull you to sleep forcefully. Yeah, on paper it might sound actually really bad but he IS with the shadow decree. It could be worse. Being forced to be sleepy just for cuddles of all things....

Jacob's too freaking cute when he's feeling cuddly. It's like a child, making grabby hands for something they want. He's bad at communicating, you'l have to get used to speaking to him without words...

If you're busy, Jacob will still want to be with you. Call it separation anxiety if you want, if you're working on something, he'l sit by you and wait. Or fall asleep right then and there. He loves falling asleep on your lap. Good pillow- if you're an AFAB w them squishy thighs?? Heaven for him right there. Jacob IS a thin boi! I think he'd like someone w a little bit of chub, i mean bones against bones isn't all that comfortable.

Hold his hand while he sleeps if you won't cuddle. It's little but it helps him so much, a reminder, no matter how small- that you're here and that you're here to stay

His hands are cold and his boney fingers tangled with yours- it feels like you're holding hands with a corpse (and with how quiet he is while he sleeps that might look like it too), but when that happens Jacob's heart feels like a furnace.

Sleepy kisses, he's almost drooling all over you and his lips are cold and kinda chapped but it's okay 💕 when he wakes up to you in his arms he's never as grumpy, he always turns soft...

You're the only one who can wake him up (if it's for a semi good reason), you'l find all the terrifying anger dissipates once you cup his chubby little cheeks (he got chub cheeks in his art ok and seeing how some of the models derive kinda a lot from the original art err i'd rather base this on art to be sure) all of it just melts and he'l coo and nuzzle into your hands ready to go back to sleep....

hi there!! so i LOVE Come Now, Little Prince, they’re all precious and you write soft janus so WELL, im so happy Remus is finally getting the love he deserves too! Buuuut i’m a little confused on a few things, and maybe this has already been clarified in the story and i just missed it, but is remus older than roman? Cause Janus treats roman like a young kid basically, and calls the others all “little heroes”, but treats remus like an adult, what with bringing him whisky and referring to him as a man rather than a boy or kid. Or are they the same age and janus has just never cared for remus because he’s a hardened crime boss, but now that he’s softened up thanks to the heroes, he’ll realize remus is really just as young and traumatized as they are? also, and i’m very sorry to bombard you with questions but this is the last one, what are the age ranges for the heroes/remus/janus? I keep picturing roman and the heroes as 17-18, and janus somewhere in his 40s, but is that wrong?

again, sorry for all the questions, i just really enjoy the story and having the answers to these questions would help me enjoy it better! don’t feel the need to answer any you don’t want to or that might be spoilers tho, ofc 💕💕 ty!!

Remus and Roman are about the same age--I think Remus is a few months older. Roman's definitely the oldest of the heroes--they're all early twenties, Virgil's the youngest at 20 even, Roman and Remus the oldest at 23. Janus is in his 40s, I picture him around 44.

Janus definitely treated Remus as just a henchman for a long time and kind of took him for granted until Roman's whole...ordeal. I think Remus was just grateful to have that clear divide between boss/employee. In a weird way he's glad Janus didn't care that much about him because that meant he didn't have to worry about someone putting effort into keeping him the way he was, there was a freedom in knowing he could die and just be replaced and it wouldn't matter.

But then of course here comes Roman, who's made Janus all soft and tender and all the things Remus still doesn't know because all he ever had was stolen moments between swivels of a security camera and the tenderness of having someone you know patch up the wounds they gave you. And now he's wondering if he missed his chance for that because Janus isn't like that with him. He's not special to Janus and he went out of his way to make sure of that. Janus is his boss, not his protector.

There is a moment for Janus, though, where he's trying so hard to keep Roman and the other heroes separate from his work as the Serpent--he can't have people knowing he's going soft after all--and realizes he's using Remus to do that. And it isn't that Remus is protesting or making a fuss about it, it's that he isn't. He's letting Janus push him around and treat him the way he always does--like he's nothing but a tool and always about two wrong steps from being taken on a very long drive off a very short pier--and vanishing when he isn't called upon.

In my head there's one time where Janus finds Roman and Remus asleep on Roman's bed (that he doesn't use very often because snek gotta cuddle) and is struck by three things.

One: his first instinct is to yell at Remus for falling asleep while watching Roman.

Two: he's horrified that he wants to do that.

Three: Remus, asleep, curled up in Roman's hold, looks so young.

'Cause Janus still needs to be gentle with the heroes, they're so fresh from the trauma and everything that he has to be careful, has to treat them like they're fragile, can't be too possessive just yet.

But with Remus?

Remus is his.

And I think that there's a part of him that sighs in relief when he realizes he can be as feral and possessive and fierce as he wants with Remus because Remus wants him to be. The heroes need time to figure out who they are without the Cyrus Corporation, Remus wants to feel like he belongs somewhere where he's wanted. And so in true Remus fashion he wants it to be messier, less polished, less practiced and safe and calculated.

Janus definitely chases Remus down a little bit once he realizes how fucked up Remus still is from all this shit and is like give me your struggles and your messes and your fury, i will cradle you within it until it forges into armor

100% meltdowns all over Janus and the scared little boy who used to forego sleep until his brother came back finally learns what protection feels like

so first of all

talking about art I've actually got introduced to it by my uncle (who works as an illustrator) talking about the drawing and painting side of it and by dad (who is a book worm lol) to the literary side of it.

and it was since i was really small

so I've also been drawing almost all my life (though i only started actively trying to improve my skill until i was like 11, and around the same age i started creating my silly stories and characters)

not related but started actually trying to write literature until i turned 14 lol

ohhh, that's not something I think about often, and I'm lucky enough to have acquired a hefty number of rare ones, so this is going to be fun and sentimental! and maybe a little humblebraggy im sorry im not trying to be! :D

Eden

like many players I'm sure, Shadowbringers was when the game really for good hooked me for life, and Ryne is a significant part of that. I loved her character so much that I was overjoyed when I realized the raid series was not only going to expand on her as a character, but give her a girlfriend.

But that's not the only reason; Eden's Promise is also the tier my static formed and we began to take on savage raids, and one of my greatest memories of this game is defeating the final E12S boss alongside them like 0.7 seconds before she enraged. The Oracle of Darkness is still one of my favorite fights in the whole game, and between that, the fact that the whole raid storyline is a handwrapped gift for lesbians who have Ryne as their favorite character, and a personal fondness for FF8 YEAH THAT'S RIGHT I SAID IT SUCK IT GAMEFAQS BOARDS FROM 1998...well, getting to ride Actually Eden in this game kind of rules.

I do wish it played The Extreme though. :V

2. Sunforged

Meanwhile, Abyssos was extremely memorable for, unfortunately, much different reasons. A lot of our group started facing a lot of personal problems IRL, and we had to say goodbye to some very good friends we had made and then bring new ones up to speed on the tier, so it took us an immensely long time to make it all the way to P8S, prog both phases of the fight, and get eight clears for all of us; we were struggling so much that even when the tier unlocked, we weren't able to clear him more than once a week. I still think P8S is too rough around the edges and I like the fight a lot less than the other Pandaemonium finales - not necessarily poorly designed, but extremely demanding to the point it was actually taking a toll on us.

...So basically, to me the Sunforged represents us dragging our broken, battered bodies over the finish line of the raid tier, succeeding despite all the shit both it and real life threw at us. We fought really fuckin' hard for this fucker, and as difficult as it was I'm really, immensely proud of us for managing it.

Also the mount itself is just sick af. Big fire snek!

and it turns into a godsdamned phoenix for flight, come on!!

I am BEYOND LIVID that the Axolotl mount is locked behind Savage. Savage is for neckbeard no-lifers who play this game 24/7. Give them a crappy Magitek mount or something but cute mounts do NOT belong to raiders!!!

okay but seriously look at this dope. what a good boy. and in addition to being cute AF he ALSO has a sentimental story about my static's experiences with the relevant raid tier: for some strange reason, for the last bits of phase 1 and all of phase 2 of P12S in particular, I was the one who ended up studying the fight, writing down explanations, walking the group through the mechanics, and making callouts. it'd be a little aggrandizing to claim that Pallas Athena is my victory because obviously it's the whole group's... but it is the fight that somehow made me the one confident enough to lead my friends through it.

So in a weird way, this little dope is like, a representation of my self-esteem. I love him.

From the main cast, probably none of them LOL. Fay wouldn't see the point in doing it. Wilkes would rather spend his time reading or with Fay. Mariel is not athletic at all and might die if she attempted it and Axtapor would be down until he learned how long it is and then decide no thanks lol.

The ones happy to do it would be Jace (he's a young lad who loves being active!), Hartim (snek boy is fast AF), Lexlar (he's not very fast but he doesn't know any better and wants to be included LOL).

Hartim, 100%. Though they might call him out for cheating bc he doesn't have legs LOL. He's literally a giant snake.

It's between Jace and Lexlar. Jace because he's a young kid and he gets excited and Lexlar because he's Lexlar and he gets easily riled up lol.
