What is Hotspot 2.0?

Hotspot 2.0 is a set of protocols and standards devised for public Wi-Fi access and to enhance the overall public connectivity experience. Also known as the Passpoint protocol, the technology allows users to connect from one network to the other on the move without the need for login or authentication.
