HAHA we were just talking about this so ofc! i started writing it months ago, but lately i've revisited it to flesh out the story a lil bit.

let me set the scene: jack is a 7th grade english teacher working on his first Big Project (either a novel or a play - i'm between the two rn, but i'm leaning towards play) that he's....kinda stuck on. he doesn't love being a teacher either, just sees it as a temporary job til he gets published (can u see the incoming character arc? lol)

so, he's a bit lost. he's got his best friend trevor (who teaches 8th grade science), and he's got his brother/roommate luke (who pays the majority of the rent w his swanky ahl contract), but that's it.

until he meets nico at the bar one night, who's new in town (and also hot and mysterious). and wow! jack finally has a life outside of school....a way to separate his work/home life and a chance at love!

until he shows up on monday and sees that nico is the newest gym teacher lol. cue hilarity and nico trying to seduce jack in the broom closet. jack has to reassess the way he separates his personal and work life and how they intersect - and fall in love in the process ofc.

it's very much a rom-com but i wanna explore jack's identity as a writer and teacher, and give him some room to figure himself out :) i just finished Writers & Lovers by Lily King (highly recommend!!!), which is major inspo for this new direction.

here's a (slightly ~spicy~) snippet:

Jack clicks his tongue. “I don’t wanna talk about work. It’s…exhausting sometimes.”

“Hence the bar?”

“Pretty much.” He regards Nico, just sitting there—the hottest man in this whole place—and plays with the straw in his glass. “But I’m feeling better now.” It’s cheesy, he knows, but Nico flushes anyway. Jack is really liking how easy this man is to read.

“And why is that?”

And Jack can’t help himself. He lowers his voice. “Well, I’m hoping the handsome European in front of me is going to ask me to go home with him.”

Jack expects Nico to be surprised at his forwardness, but he just grins like the cat who got the cream. “A little presumptuous, hm?” he asks, goading—devilish.

Jack smiles, darting his tongue out to lick the lime juice off his lips. “Am I out of line? I’d hate to assume…”

Nico takes a calculated sip. He leans in close. “Jack, I’ve wanted to ask you that as soon as I laid eyes on you.”

Jack shivers just the tiniest bit. It's the air conditioning, surely. “Yeah?”

Nico eyes him. His lips shine. “Yeah.”

They finish their drinks quickly after that.

“I should probably warn you,” Nico says in their Uber to his apartment just a few blocks up. They would’ve walked if they had any kind of patience. “My place isn’t very furnished.”

Jack’s hand is tracing patterns on Nico’s quad—this man has to work out. He wonders what he does for work. Construction, maybe? He never did mention, but then again, neither did Jack.

“Do you have a bed?” he asks. His hand crawls towards Nico’s inner thigh and he hears a sharp intake of breath.

“Yes.”

“Sounds suitably furnished to me.”

They’re on each other as soon as Nico’s front door closes, greedy hands finding purchase on any pull of fabric or strip of skin they can find. Nico’s mouth finds Jack’s in the dark, meeting him in a blazing kiss that makes Jack’s hairs stand on end and fireworks light behind his eyelids. Nico’s like a magnet—or a planet, pulling Jack in to orbit around him. Jack surrenders to it easily, and he doesn’t give himself time to even worry he’s being too needy about it.

It takes them a while to get through the small apartment, pushing each other up against walls or furniture to make out some more, Nico getting distracted by Jack’s wandering hands and Jack getting distracted by Nico mouthing marks that will definitely bruise along his jaw. Thank God it isn’t a school night; his students would have a field day with that one.

Blissful, adrenaline-fueled minutes elapse over Jack, and he doesn’t even register they’ve gotten to Nico’s bedroom until the backs of his knees bump against his bed and he goes tumbling backwards with a surprised yelp. Nico tumbles with him, shifting his weight so he doesn't crush him. He’s chuckling into Jack’s neck, and the sound vibrates through his head, swimming alongside the subtle buzz from the gimlets and Jack’s own desire, burning like an uncovered flame with an endless supply of oxygen.

Nico leans back, his hair thoroughly mussed from Jack’s fingers raking through it. A sliver of moonlight from the window illuminates his beautiful face.

“What do you want, Jack?” he asks, voice barely above a whisper. He sounds like he’d do absolutely anything Jack would ask him to.

The moment feels tight with anticipation, a Schrödinger’s cat of possibility. Jack leans up and kisses Nico sweetly, and drops his head back on the pillow.

What are your coco puff headcankns

My first actual ask!!

ok so I love these little guys!! I don’t know what order to put these in, so apologies for how unorganized it is!

I’m going to give you general info then descriptions of each coco puff and stuff they like such as food or affection.

They feel a strong connection to people who are feeling the emotions they represent. (Grief tends to gravitate towards people who are grieving, isolation can be found with people who feel isolated, etc). If the emotion is strong enough, they can actually go inside the person. The way that works is they evaporate into a soul type thing and then their coco-puff soul goes into the person. When the person has confronted what they're feeling, the coco-puff soul will come out and they will return to their regular coco-puff form. (I know this is a weird head canon, but I think it’s a really cool power. It kind of ties into Nicos shadow travel almost??)

They are so soft!! Think kitten fur, but 100 times softer! Because of their soft fur, they’re very good for helping people relax when they’re stressed.

They all look different. They’re different shapes, sizes and shade. Their shadow fur (I don’t know what to call it lol) is all shades of black, but it changes depending on the emotions of the people they’re near. So the stronger the emotion, the darker the colour of their shadow fur. They also have one distinct feature that lets you know which coco puff it is.

They will eat literally anything. If it’s on the ground, they’ll eat it. Dead leaves? You can find Grief snacking on them 24/7. Fruit cups? Internalized Homophobia will eat not only the fruit, but also the plastic. They are literally raccoons.

they don’t really have a gender, so they’re generally referred to as ‘it’ if you’re talking about a specific one or ‘they’ if you’re talking about more than one.

they all come running when Will Sonic- Whistles like little puppies!

the older they get, the bigger they get. Cuties 🥰

The Different Coco-puffs

Isolation: basket ball sized with one big eye. In the shape of a sphere. He’s also spiky! Isolation either rolls on the ground, squishes into someone’s hood, or floats after people. Isolation is very affectionate- although it’s spikes make it hard for him to cuddle ☹️- and it lives off of strawberries and jello

Grief: grief looks like your typical ghost. More solid near the head, but slowly becomes more transparent near the “legs”. Grief has two eyes, little horns- kind of like the ones you put on your dog at Christmas- and little hands (like a T-Rex!) Grief floats after people. it’s not super affectionate- more k a lurker 👀 its favourite food is bacon (me too buddy, me too) but dead leaves are it’s chosen snack if bacon isn’t available

Jealousy: Jealousy and Isolation are twins! They look very similar, but Jealousy has little tusks and doesn’t have spikes. It also floats after people, but it also sits on people’s shoulders. Jealousy LOVES affection, and is very attached to Will specifically. It hates when Will gets affection from anyone other than Nico or itself. Jealousy loves the typical breakup foods- ice cream- ONLY cookie dough though, chips- sour cream and onion or salt and vinegar, pizza- chicken bacon ranch, and cookies- any cookie is a good cookie (yes, even oatmeal raisin).

Shame: Shame looks like a cat- long and lanky with the ears and whiskers. No back paws though, only the front ones. Shame has two cat eyes that bore into your soul. Shame often twists around people and tries to make them trip. Shames idea of affection is tripping people, scaring them, or making them dump stuff on themselves. (Shame is a little shit and tries to inflict itself on others😑✋🏻) It loves any food, but it has to be leftovers. No fresh food for some reason idk I don’t make the rules.

Sadness: Sadness is a large spider. The first time Annabeth saw Sadness, she tried to set it on fire. (All coco-puffs are fireproof. And waterproof. And everything proof. They only die when Nico dies). Sadness has two doe eyes. . It loves cuddles even more than Isolation and is often seen attached to the first person it sees when it wakes up. (Sadness is like a koala pass it on!) Sadness’ favourite food is pancakes! They’re so nostalgic and yummy! Doesn’t matter what topping is on them, Sadness will eat it.

Guilt: Guilt is just a blob. A very heavy blob. All the coco- puffs are pretty much weightless, except for guilt. When guilt is on you, you feel it. Guilt is always attached to someone, often crawling around their body. It doesn’t eat and is restless, rarely sleeping.

Internalized Homophobia: looks like a baby deer with male antlers. It HATES people and prefers staying in Nicos cabin or Wills office in the infirmary. It only eats asparagus and Brussels sprouts. This is just me personally, but I have noticed a lot of critiques towards the Lackadaisy pilot on how newcomers feel like they need to read the comic to understand what’s going on and honestly? Not really, at least to me. For starters, the pilot for Lackadaisy was confirmed to be separate from the comic and non canon, so they’re both their own things. In my opinion, you don’t need to read the comic to understand the characters or what’s going on. For example, I know a lot of people were surprised or turned off by the sudden personality changes in Rocky and Freckle when they become unhinged, but that’s something the comic didn’t even explain. We never really get a backstory or insight to WHY they’re like this, they just are because they have issues, and it’s up to the show to explore that. Then there’s Mordecai, who they hint is somehow connected to Lackadaisy, if you read the comic you’ll know he used to work with them, but the pilot itself hints towards that through Serafine’s line to him, and how Mordecai lowers his gun. While some of Mitzi’s introduction dialogue sounded expositional more than natural, we do learn that her husband is dead and see that she’s struggling to run the underground speakeasy due to prohibition. As a viewer, you’re able to pick up that Rocky, Freckle, and Ivy are working for Mitzi, while Mordecai, Nico, and Serafine are working for the guy in the end credits, who’s name is Asa.

While I will admit that comic viewers have more of an advantage to watching this since they don’t need to try to understand the characters and conflict, we need to keep in mind that pilot’s aren’t really supposed to spoon-feed everything to you, they’re supposed to get your attention, get you thinking, and wanting more. They’re a proof of concept, and I do think some people forget that since pilots nowadays are treating their proof of concepts as if they’re the first episode, like Murder Drones and Hazbin Hotel. This is why they’re not comparable because not only are they all different, but Murder Drone’s and Hazbin’s pilots were clearly written as a S1E1. Don’t get me wrong though, I can see why people had a hard time pinning down what the characters are like for Lackadaisy. In my personal opinion they could have done a better job at introducing Wick and Pepper since they’re important characters and have WAY more to them in the comic compared to the animated short, as well as I wish the short itself was a little longer just to give the characters at the bar more flare and layers. I won’t call the Lackadaisy pilot 100% flawless and perfect but I will say I personally think it did a good job at giving you a taste of what the characters are like, what the conflict is, and the proof of concept, smuggler gangster cats running a speakeasy and trying to get by.

Examples of pilots that I think did a good job at setting up the characters and concept is “Cliffside” (a cartoon series pilot that I think was scrapped completely since the same team worked on Murder Drones but dammit I enjoyed it) the “Helluva Boss pilot”, and “Long Gone Gulch.” Pilots like those didn’t spoon-feed everything to you, they set up the characters and some of the world, (though world building in pilots is mainly rare since they mainly reserve that for the show) but I’d honestly put Lackadaisy in that same category, because they’re all pilots that serve as the proof of concept rather than a full on episode of a series. In some areas the Lackadaisy pilot could have been a little better but I think it did the job, and as I’ve said I really hope that it becomes a series. But yeah, anyways, writers for pilots really need to stop feeling the need to cram so much in and tell you everything lol.

My main post about it is here !!(So I won't write too much here cause that covers a lot and also because I'm planning to make a Part 2 to that at some point!!) And then various art here, here, here and here. But the gist is that it's a historical au with arranged marriage(Vettonso), but also the potential for wherever secondary ships one desires(mostly Martian and Sebson lol.)

It's a lot more nuanced than this, but I like to think of them as Seb as my precious bratty boy king/emperor with his husband King Fernandom who is like a stray cat, who eventually warms up to him. Jense and Fernando are probably the most important side characters. Mark is Seb's long-suffering personal aide(also holds a very important role in Seb's court though) and Jense is a rogueish prince(probably???? Not sure yet) who is also an important member of Seb's court(basically in charge of all horse related matters and transportation.) And then I'm still thinking of how to add everyone else in. Historically there's four important roles at the top of the Emperor's Court, and Kimi and Nico will take those other two positions!! Otherwise, everyone else I'm not completely decided upon.

But I just, I don’t know I think if he ever found himself in that situationship with a cat who also knows who he is, and has always just been openly fine with it, able to admit that they love him without expecting anything serious from him in return and again so openly in a way that would catch him off guard. Cause like, how often do you find someone like that? Its either they get hurt about never having admittance to something serious or someone who rolls with it cause they’re looking for the same thing and then breaks off easy. I just, I just such a dynamic drives me crazy and realistically I know a romantic dynamic with Nico doesn’t really work any other way but that but I’m so thinking so hard about it and I had to get my thoughts out. Although there’s a potential I guess he might get squeamish about that kind of open admittance because it puts it in the air anyways? Killer had never seen a more beautiful woman.

Which was saying something, considering he was somewhat acquainted with what many would consider not just beautiful, but drop-dead gorgeous women; how Straw Hat was able to find and befriend such people would always remain a mystery to him.

Not that it mattered, though. As soon as he looked upon your face any and all thoughts of Nico Robin and Nami could not have been further from his mind, his body and heart caught off guard by the sight before him.

He lived in a relatively small town and had a pretty decent memory, so he had absolutely no idea how he had never seen you before; he would have most certainly remembered your face.

“Trick-or-treat!” A voice shook him from his reverie, his gaze lowering to see a girl with wide eyes and gravity-defying green hair dressed as a witch, standing at his doorstep with a bag held open. A cat –rabbit?– stood by her feet, a smaller witch’s hat upon its head. “Woah! You’re huge!”

“Chimney!” The sweetest voice he’d ever heard chided, his gaze immediately switching back up to where you stood, hands on your hips and lips pursed. “What have I said about commenting on people’s appearances?”

“That it’s rude.” The wide smile never disappeared from the girl’s –Chimney? What an odd name– mouth.

“It’s fine.” Killer shook his head, finally finding his voice. “Happy Halloween.” He reached into the bowl of candy and grabbed a fistful, dropping it into Chimney’s bag while trying to keep himself from staring at you. You wore a matching witch’s hat, which Killer thought was adorable. Were you Chimney’s older sister? You looked too young to be her mother, but people around here hardly ever looked older than twenty-five, so he couldn’t say.

“Thank you!” Chimney cheered, a meow (?) coming from the rabbit-cat as though it were thanking him as well.

“Thanks.” You offered him a smile, and he felt his heart swoon. “Happy Halloween. I like the mask.” His cheeks heated up at your compliment, and he was overcome with a feeling of eternal gratitude that the aforementioned mask was hiding his blushing face.

“I like the hat.” He replied, awkwardly. He didn't want the conversation to end there, but he didn’t know how to continue it. Would this be the first and last time he ever saw you? He didn’t want that!

Your smile turned into a cheeky grin as you slightly tipped the hat in his direction, bowing a little as you did so. Chimney turned to bounce off to the next house but halted in her steps before you could even begin to turn around yourself.

“Woah! He’s huge, too!”

“Chimney!” You chided again, turning around to see who she’d insulted this time. Killer looked as well, spotting Kid walking up the driveway with two cases of beer in his hands. Devil horns protruded from his hair, but other than that he was dressed as he always was.

“Eh?” Kid stopped in front of you, peering down at you, Chimney, and the rabbit-cat with disdain. “The hell are trick-or-treaters doing out so early?”

“What are you supposed to be?” Chimney asked, still smiling. Was she okay?

“A fucking demon.” Kid replied, nonplussed. “The fuck is that?” His eyes darted to the animal.

“Kid.” Killer hissed, not sure how’d you react to him cursing in front of your sister/daughter/ward.

“That’s Gonbe! He’s my cat.”

“Looks more like a shitty excuse for a rabbit.” Kid countered. Gonbe meowed (??) again and Kid’s lips pulled into a sneer.

“Sorry about her.” You reached out and grabbed Chimney by the shoulders, pulling her closer to you and stepping out of Kid’s way. “We’re working on her filter.” Killer watched you intently, noticing how you didn’t say anything about Kid’s excessive cursing.

“I don’t give a shit.” Kid’s sneer relaxed into his standard frown, staring at you a moment more before looking back up at Killer. “Oi! You gonna give me a hand or just stand there, staring at her ass like a creep?”

Killer felt blood rush to his face and he was once again grateful for his mask. “I wasn’t staring at her ass!” He defended himself, hurriedly putting the bowl of candy off to the side before walking over to Kid, grabbing one of the cases. Kid snickered and Killer felt himself die a little when he heard your quiet giggle.

“Sure as hell looked like it.” Kid mumbled, Killer kicking him in the shin in a weak attempt to get him to shut up.

“Sorry.” Killer looked back at you, a shiver racing down his spine at the teasing glint in your eyes. “Uh, Happy Halloween.”

“No worries.” You waved your hand dismissively and glanced down at the beers. “You guys throwing a party or something?”

“Why? You interested?” Kid asked with a wolfish grin.

You shrugged. “Trying to figure out what people my age do around here on Halloween.”

“Are you new in town?” Killer questioned, cocking his head.

“Visiting.” You hummed. “Family friend lives here. Asked if I’d take Chimney trick-or-treating, and since I didn’t have anything better to do…” You trailed off and motioned vaguely to your surroundings. Chimney took that moment to tug on your arm.

“Can we keep going?” She asked, giving you what Killer assumed was her version of puppy dog eyes. “I want more candy!”

“Give me a second, I’m trying to make friends.” You swatted Chimney away and kept your gaze focused on the men before you. “I’m [Name].”

“Killer.”

“Eustass Kid. People call me Captain.”

Killer watched as you tried to keep your lips from quirking into what he knew would be an amused smirk, admiring your ability to keep your expressions under control. “Nice to meet you guys. Well, I won’t keep you any longer.” You raised a hand in parting, patting Chimney on the top of the head in a silent indication you were ready to move on.

Kid sent a knowing glance at Killer, a teasing smirk pulling at his lips and eyebrows. Killer narrowed his eyes –knowing that Kid would get the vibe even if he couldn’t see his face– and shook his head; a silent warning. Kid nudged his friend and widened his eyes, nodding his head towards your distancing figure.

‘If you don’t, I will.’ Kid’s expression read, and with a groan Killer opened his mouth.

“You can join us if you want.” He called out. You’d already made your way to the end of the driveway but stopped, grabbing Chimney’s hand to keep her from wandering. You turned back and tilted your head, and Killer felt like dying. His friend knew him too well. “If you’re not busy later. It’s not a big party or anything, just us and our friends hanging out.”

“I’d like that.” You yelled back, a smile gracing your face. “I have to finish taking Chimney around, but I’ll be back later.”

Killer nodded and watched as you continued on your way, Chimney bouncing next to you as she peppered you with question after question: “Are they your friends now? Are you gonna hang out with them later? They look scary, are you gonna die?” Her voice faded as the space between you two and the men grew. In the distance Killer could see more trick-or-treaters beginning to emerge, and he decided that was as good a time as any to head back inside and leave the bowl of candy out for the vultures. 

As he made his way over the threshold he pretended not to notice the grin Kid was directing at him, holding the door open to allow the redhead entry.

“Let me know if you want us to leave early so you two can have some alone time-”

Summary : It's been informed that CP9 are on the hunt for the scattered blueprints for a legendary weapon Pluton. Two known engineers know the location of the blueprints and have the skills to create it.

One of them is Iceberg, a man with sent protection and is under watch.

The second is a man named Cutty Flam, who has gone missing and presumably dead years ago. According to our research team Cutty Flam could be alive and in hiding. A few photos of the supposed alive Cutty has him in the city of Water 7.

Objective : Locate and capture Cutty Flam by any means necessary but he has to be alive.

Fun intro huh ;) basically a 007 type of world building

Franky and Robin having a bit of a cat and mouse type of relationship at the beginning since he doesn't know if she's an enemy or not

Robin's boss is an unknown source of power and has many connections to guide her

The rest of the straw hats aids her in many past missions and will be needed in this one too

Franky himself still has the Franky Family as a counter measure to Robin's pursuit.

As well as many gadgets he created/installed into his body.

Typical interactions you see in spy movies, car chases, jumping out of planes, masked fancy parties, flirty banter (just giggling at the thought lol)

Let's all admit that we all have a headcanon about an over sensitive spot at Percy's after the River Styx? It's nice to see that we agree on this. What to say about Nico. The fact that even in summer he wears an aviator jacket gives me the idea that his ribs makes him beg for mercy rly fast, you know?

2. Are wake up tickles a thing?

Even if I don't have the thought that Percy gets up early. But specifically, paired with Nico, he is the one who pulls the second out of bed. And usually it's like "Let's go for a walk, the weather is wonderful!" "There's sun and people." And then Percy just has no choice

3. Do they react differently to different people tickling them?

Well, if someone not very familiar tries to do this to Nico, they will either get hit or they will get bitten. Of course, Percy is also taking risks, but this will not be on purpose. Percy himself is more at ease with this. Although I still see that with a closer circle of friends, he feels much more comfortable and confident.

4. Whats they’re laugh like?

Nico basically doesn't laugh, how much he wheezes and giggles. And he's pretty quiet. When Percy has that barking and highly contagious laugh.

5. Are they embarrassed that they’re ticklish

They are both. The are both stubborn idiots who will never admit it. Yes, I see they both try to look like cool "not ticklish" guys. One thing though, Nico might bury you alive if you assume that he's ticklish. When Percy will simply deny everything to the last.

6. Do they seek revenge after being tickled?

We have two similar stubborn energies. In general, it is clear that they are competing and that they will never miss a chance to take revenge. How, you can ask their mutual acquaintances and you will hear "They keep score. While Nico is losing." then Percy's voice is heard "Did you hear? I'm the winner and you… Hey NICO NO!"

7. Do they squirm a lot?

Nico and Percy are a couple of disgruntled cat and hyperactive dog for me. So, appropriately, that Nico will curl up in a ball in an attempt to hide from the hands of Percy. When Percy is a worm… Or more like a sea ​​eel? Well, the Son of Poseidon after all, and the comparisons are relevant lol

8. Does verbal teasing make it worse?

I think they'll both be like "SHUTUP!SHUTUP!SHUTUP!" and try to silence the person teasing them. They both just can't take it

as for your question: hmm, well, i'm terrible at explaining my thoughts sometimes. let's see if i can come up with something that makes sense LOL. i'm going to imagine an AU where rather than being isekai'd like yuu, nico is just a character from the twst universe.

so the way i see nico in the current riordanverse canon is that he's made a lot of progress toward healing from his trauma and trying to be happier and more outgoing, like he was when we were first introduced to him in titan's curse. he cares about others and wants to be able to have friends. but he still has a lot of anxiety about putting himself out there, and he still barely understands modern technology (which, i'm unsure how that'd be explained in this scenario, but it's a magic world, anything could've happened. maybe he's a fae or half-fae, or maybe he was stuck in some sort of magical stasis for decades like in PJO.) and has this lingering fear that he doesn't fit in with most people. i also see him as a natural extrovert who mostly became withdrawn as a trauma response.

so i guess if we took nico with his canon personality/development and made him a character in the twst universe, then he'd be incredibly nervous about going to NRC and not knowing how people there will react to him, but he'd also be willing to try his best. and if he got placed into ignihyde, then he'd soon end up feeling frustrated because, okay, sure, he can see why the dark mirror looked at his soul and thought he should be put into this gloomy, lifeless dorm full of quiet serious people who keep to themselves. not too long ago he might've thought that was perfect! but now because most ignihyde students keep to themselves or to their own groups while also hardly leaving their rooms, it makes for a very lonely atmosphere when nico no longer wants to be alone all the time. and when he does try to speak to his dormmates he doesn't really get most of what they try to talk about because they're engineers and tech nerds and he... very much isn't. he also doesn't understand how to operate most of the technology the dorm is filled with and runs on.

i can imagine him wanting to transfer dorms but being terrified of not fitting in any better anywhere else, until he ends up talking with yuu during alchemy class and finding out that they live in a dorm that's haunted by ghosts and otherwise only has a population of two. nico and yuu could relate to each other in a sense because even though yuu has ace and deuce as friends, they still feel lost and out of place in this world. and they think it's pretty cool that nico can control and summon ghosts. they sort of joke that it'd be a lot easier to keep the ghosts in line if they had his magic, and he's like. well what if i moved into your dorm and helped you out. which crowley decides to allow and nico is a lot happier there because even though ramshackle is way smaller than ignihyde, it's also less lonely. he can talk to the ghosts and to yuu and grim. and as he gets more used to being there and a little less afraid of opening up, he could make friends with some of his other classmates. maybe even with some of his old dormmates. if all the canon NRC students are also around in this, then i'm sure he and the shroud brothers could find something to talk about given nico's interest in mythomagic.

nico's development in the later books is also heavily influenced by will, so if we had will in this AU then that might change things a bit. i'm very indecisive just in general and also i don't get will nearly as well as a friend of mine does, so it's possible that he could get accepted into RSA which would separate him from nico, or that he could get into NRC but definitely in a different dorm because he doesn't fit ignihyde at all (will have to ask my friend her opinion on this, actually). in the latter case i think nico would especially look forward to the classes they share, but would vent to will about still not fitting in and would wish that he could transfer dorms to be with him. but crowley would discourage him from trying to transfer because of how difficult the process is and will would encourage him to put himself out there more and try harder to make friends, which could lead to his conversation with yuu and his transfer to ramshackle (it being a different case since it's not, like, an official dorm anymore and nico's magic is well-suited to crowley's own needs). leo or other characters being there at the same time might change things slightly too.

but yeah, either way, i think he'd love chilling with the ghosts in ramshackle and with his canon development where he's starting to become more open and less brooding, he could end up really enjoying being at NRC even if he still struggles sometimes! if we were talking about a version of nico who was still 100% convinced that he could never fit in with anyone and that he needed to be alone all the time, i guess he'd probably just stay in ignihyde and cause yuu a lot of confusion by summoning ghosts from ramshackle into his room to give himself someone to talk to. if he was from the PJO universe and got isekai'd into the twst world then i don't think nico would adjust well to that at all. i have a feeling that as he is right now in canon, he'd consider going to school in some other world a complete waste of time in the first place and would tear twisted wonderland apart trying to find a way home if that happened.

i am going to stop here though because i rambled about this way more than i did before though LOL. i hope this is the kind of answer you were looking for and that it doesn't all seem like. completely OOC and that what i'm trying to say makes sense. i love sharing my opinions but i'm also not very confident in them sometimes. i could try to come up with something for leo if you wanted, but i'd also love to know if you have any thoughts on how he'd be as an NRC student!

Hello all! The animal today is a black cat in accordance with Halloween and (more importantly) Midnight's release in less than a week! I think we have an exciting week ahead of us, eh? So I want to know, what is your favorite thing about release week? Mine personally is being surprised by all the little fun things Taylor does during the week! And of course getting new music (duh?) So what is yours?

Oh man, what isn’t to love about release week? Other than knowing that I still have to wait until Thursday night to hear new music??? Lol

Really, my favorite thing is going to be Thursday when I start to listen to Taylor’s whole discography in anticipation of Midnights. Also texting with my swiftie besties @petalstofish and @victoria8719 to get ready for the release!!! Just knowing that we have less than a week is amazing!! 🤩

And then will come the reactions!! I know I’ll be spending that hour just listening to the new songs, refreshing my feeds, and crying because Taylor owns my soul at this point 😂
