a valuable part of fallen london progression is starting the game thinking the masters are all collectively playing evil mastermind organization-13-esque sixth dimensional chess and then by the endgame knowing they're just individually playing their own games of normal 3 dimensional chess just like the rest of us. and they're all playing against each other. and (this is the important part) none of them even know how chess works

Finally, we get the opportunity to put our Spy Cards worldbuilding in a work. Though there are many questions about such things as "regulation" "how these cards are printed" "who approves a single spy card", and so on, we are here to present a bold new take: this game is based like 60% on obscure roach memory-reading tech that got turned into a card game with absolutely No card-game-related intentions included in the original tech and most of the card vetting is just from the fact that there aren't too many card printers out there and most of them make cards that need to be translated from Roach.
Strictly speaking, as a card game, it is not a terribly good or well-balanced one. It's popular primarily because of a mix of the difficulty involved in getting the data for high-level cards, the fun of seeing the variety of monsters that can be brought to the table, and the incredible amounts of ham and drama that goes into specifically the professional scene.

The only part of Solblaze Odd-eyes I can see as useful is it being an 8 synchro, so Harmonizing Magician into another Magician 4 (Double Iris, Black Fang, Purple Poison, Wisdom, etc) could be any between Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz (not counting White Wing because she is also a tuner).

hi i came across your blog by chance and your art is phenomenal (i have fat girl friday scheduled lmao) but my most important question is. what deck(s) do you play in master duel
a) this is the most delightful ask i've gotten so far tyvm for the compliments and spreading my fat catgirl propaganda. nota fakename is everything and it makes me very happy to see people on here fall in love with her.
b) i play dragonmaids and HEROs (i was a GX baby) for fun, used to use exodia/synchron/quasar for climbing ladder (70% of wins coming from someone folding before the end of my first turn), am currently experimenting with a despia deck that is more than 50% handtraps by volume as i spite my way through tearlaments meta

Difference between GX Duel Academy and WC2011 is that;
In GX Duel Academy, certain effects could occur in a stack (not chaining)- for example, upon summoning Mobius the Frost Monarch by tributing one Poison Draw Frog, you'll be able to activate one monster's effect (destroying 2 spell/traps) before the other (drawing a card)
In WC2011 that.. doesn't happen. Using Poison Draw Frog for a monster with effects that occur as soon as they're summoned will render Poison Draw Frog's ability useless, and it's attributed to "missed timing"- unlike the last game that prompts you which effect you'd like to have resolved first.

I want a Dragonborn!Rhaena fanfic.
On the night of her mother's death, little Rhaena is kidnapped by an unknown mage and taken to Skyrim, where she would be one of many sacrifices to a Daedric Prince. The ceremony is disrupted, and she is saved by the Vigilants of Stendarr. With no way to return to her family in Pentos, Rhaena is taken in by a traveling caravan of Khajiit and makes a home for herself in Skyrim, ultimately growing to adulthood and becoming the Dragonborn, slaying Alduin, and winning the throne for Elisif.
Now, with a dragon of her own, the power of the Gods at her fingertips, and a fortune to rival that of a dozen kingdoms, Rhaena finds her way back home and flies to the Red Keep just in time to see her father cut down a Velaryon relative for slandering Rhaenyra. Now, surrounded by families, friends, and enemies, Rhaena must navigate through the sinking pit of King's Landing and stop a civil war that will decimate House Targaryen, all while struggling with her growing feelings for a certain one-eyed prince who refuses to leave her alone.
