Ok, so I was thinking about a Trigun DnD AU and having some trouble deciding what class Wolfwood falls into?
He could be a cleric getting power from a “deity”(Eye of Michael) with a shakable faith, a paladin who involuntary got force into an oath bind from a Paladin Order (Eye of Michael), or a celestial warlock who formed a contract with a patron (again, Eye of Michael) to access their power. This all obviously can fit into his canon story pretty well so now I’m having trouble deciding.

My birthday is next week! In celebration I bought myself an aquarium chiller. For the first time ever I’m having a hard time keeping Otto’s tank as cool as I’d like to. I know it’ll be worse in the Summer so I decided to finally take the plunge.

It's crazy how Biden probably could secure himself better polling numbers now, and a possibly winning amount of votes in November, if he were to actually do something to apply some pressure on Israel to stop the genocide but it seems like he would actually rather lose his "most popular president ever" title just to ensure that Israel can and will kill as many people as they like

finally nailed down vel sartha’s vibe which is: lesbian rugby coach for the kiddo leagues who woudl love to give everyone a participation trophy but Can’t because /rules/ and /building character/ so is going to just blow that whistle REALLY LOUDLY and make everyone drop and give her 20. constantly giving speeches about how This is the game where we are going to WIN girls we are going to WIN as she walks them right into terrifying defeat, which, of course, all the kids have seen right through

The thing about the fall of the house of usher is that like. I think Mike Flanagan is a great character writer but... somehow maybe not a very good horror writer? Which I know is an insane take given his body of work but like. He's great with suspense, but when that tension finally breaks, at least in Usher, it tends to feel kind of... stupid rather than scary.
Which means you're watching all of these interesting, horrible people play off of one another in excellent ways, portrayed by excellent actors, as they unerringly make their ways towards extremely obviously telegraphed and kind of stupid deaths.

Me before moving in with N: I can only sleep if it's perfectly dark and perfect silent. I struggle to sleep with other people and can only do it if they don't touch me. I can't sleep if anything's blowing on me. Is there anything we can do about your snoring? We should keep both beds so there's a place for me to sleep alone a couple times a week. I don't know about having the dog and cat in here I don't think I could sleep like that
Me now: Where is my FAMILY? It's FAMILY BEDTIME! (Yells until everyone gets into bed and then sleeps like a rock while the dog and cat come and go and snuggle me and step on me, N and I roll in and out of holding each other as she snores, and the loud air conditioner blows on my head all night)
