Some so called “fans” hate Padmé so much for choosing Anakin over her duty that they’d literally have to curb her entire character just so they can earn relief over wanting to project their girlboss headcanon on her, while they simultaneously are unable to accept or understand her. Real Padmé fans don’t view her as a bad person for loving or choosing Anakin over and over again. We see that as a testament to how deeply she loves her close ones. Especially her closest one.
