one of my favourite pairings is a dramatic blonde with anger issues and inferiority complex who likes to think he's hot shit, who is incredibly ambitious and dedicated yet is a complete little shit when he needs to be, and who lets absolutely nothing stand in the easy from his reaching his goals, apart from some kid who has always one upped him in every way and who he has therefore developed an irrational unrequited rivalry towards (said kid actually quite likes him but doesn't know how to express this fact), x a green eyed freckled nerd.

This person was courteous and complimenting your writing (that means they were being a decent person and saying nice things about you), and in response, you decided to be condescending (that means you talked down to them), victimize yourself for no reason, and insult them. (All of that just means you're a bitch, and a whiney bitch at that 🤗🤗)

Could this person have gotten their point across in a better, more eloquent way? Yeah, for sure. But regardless of what they said, you just decided to be petty because someone asked you to tag your stories better. Sad. It's a lil pathetic, really.

something about when we're first introduced to Touya his hair being as black as pitch. which surely says nothing about the way he views himself, right? charred, dark, completely unrecognizable from the way he used to be...

something about Touya's natural hair color being pure white. about how after he bleaches it back to its original color, it's when his story really begins in the narrative. returning to what is truly him. little by little...

He has white brows, white lashes, and even white armpit hair (and/or groin hair) to deal with. Dying brows with the same hairdye he uses for his hair, no problemo.

It's not going on his lashes though. If anything, Dabi is more likely to use mascara every day because dying lashes is a pain, not just in frequency but time.

Well, one could argue that Dabi doesn't have lashes due to his burns being so closed to his eyes that the fire could have also burned away his lash follicles in addition to his tear ducts. But lashes are critical for keeping dust, debris, rain, etc. away from eyes. Without eyelashes, the eye would also dry out much quicker and would be more likely to catch nasty germs...

Yeah that's just assume that Dabi still has his lashes. You know, the same logic that let's all the shippers assume that he still has a working, undamaged D or otherwise it wouldn't work for their plot(s) and fic(s).

The good news is that if Dabi misses any spots and someone sees white hair on him, he can just say that it's from stress. Or that he's going grey at a younger age because that's Just How Things Are For People Like Him.

But also if Dabi ever gets tired of constantly maintaining his roots, he could always claim that he's following some fashion trend from Korea or Japan's alternative fashion scene.

(And then LOV watches Dabi fly into a rage when someone asks if he's scene, emo, punk, or goth.)
