Brand visualisation inspired by Delft Blue pottery! Last summer I was asked to help Akhnaton Amsterdam with their concept development and visual storytelling for their new Dutch Soft Sandwich Café. A fun concept: offering typically Dutch wallet friendly buns, snacks and dishes, in the city centre.

Positively and healthily into the future! This project was realised in collaboration with the municipalities of Blaricum, Eemnes, and Laren (BEL-gemeenten). Visualising the key subjects that are most important for and within the municipalities. The poster was created for all residents, to inform and to inspire. A project I thoroughly enjoyed working on!

Roadmap visualisation and animated infographic created for Triade Vitree. Capturing their vision and method, based on Schema Therapy for use in treatment of autism, behavioural problems and/or personality disorders. Together we developed a product line that supports Triade Vitree's therapy. Also it helps clients to 'visually' communicate their feelings in their daily lives. Want to know what it looks like? The past few weeks I’ve been working on the illustrations and graphic design of six intriguing stories of resistance fighters of WW2. Together with Jurgen Uffink we’ve created an interactive ‘Path of Freedom’ at the ‘Nederlands Openlucht Museum in Arnhem’ (NOM). The stories are hidden in suitcases, ammunition boxes and even inside a bicycle basket. It really was quite impactful and special to work on this project in times of war. This year the museum’s theme is ‘Freedom’ and apart from the route we developed, there is much more to explore on this subject. For more info click here.

This is how NPO3 became a cozy family house, Netflix a comfortable lounge apartment and YouTube a flat with many different themed rooms.

Isabelle Hörl at the Dutch Design Week! In October I did present my work at two exhibitions at the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven! In ‘Het Klokgebouw’ and ‘Veemgebouw’ there was an overview of my work presented, including visual strategies, illustrated customer journeys, roadmap visualisations, animated infographics and more…
In February I was selected by the ABN AMRO, BNO and Dutch Design Foundation to participate in a program called Driving Dutch Design (DDD). Together with 20 other designers we have followed nine DDD master classes and were offered a coaching program. We’ve presented the outcome of the DDD program at the Dutch Design Week 2017. On the spot - visualisation Healthcare Scenarios in 2030 I was ask to visually translate several healthcare scenarios (on the spot) in a trend-activation workshop (by Freshmark) with medical specialists working for ABN AMRO. Together four scenario's were developed and visualised in approx. 2,5 hours, reflecting trends like e.g.: Robotisation, Digitalisation and Polarised & Flexible living. Check out the result!
