Divinci Code crack confirms it.
Charles Harrelson
Tumblr media
Dirk: I am a Dutch man living in Ireland. Originally from a small former mining town called Geleen in the province of Limburg in the Netherlands.
Bloogers and writers note CHarles Harrelson is fit for the JFK assassination https://dirkdeklein.net/2016/06/18/charles-harrelson-woody-harrelsons-father-and-contract-killer/
Drug dealer Chagra later testified during Harrelson’s trial that Harrelson claimed to have shot Kennedy and drew maps to show where he was hiding during the assassination. Chagra said that he did not believe Harrelson’s claim, and the AP reported that the FBI “apparently discounted any involvement by Harrelson in the Kennedy assassination.”According to Jim Marrs in 1989’s Crossfire, Harrelson is believed to be the youngest and tallest of the “three tramps” by many conspiracy theorists.Marrs stated that Harrelson was involved “with criminals connected to intelligence agencies and the military” and suggested that he was connected to Jack Ruby through Russell Douglas Matthews, a third party with links to organized crime who was known to both Harrelson and Ruby. Lois Gibson, a well-known forensic artist, matched photographs of Harrelson to the photographs of the youngest-looking of the three “tramps”
The JFK link doesn’t stop there. The Actor Bill Paxton who was in one episode of Frasier(a spin off series off Cheers, in which Woody Harrelson starred with Kelsey Grammer) had been at a JFK event on the 22 November 1963, the day JFK was shot.
In Dirks's post is a picture of that event. Bill Paxton is the little boy sitting on the shoulders of a man presumably his Father.
Donation
I (Dirk)am passionate about my site and I know you all like reading my blogs. I have been doing this at no cost and will continue to do so. All I ask is for a voluntary donation of $2 ,however if you are not in a position to do so I can fully understand, maybe next time then. Thanks

$2.00
Lois Gibson (born c. 1950)[citation needed] is an American forensic artist who holds a 2017 Guinness World Record for most identifications by a forensic artist. She also drew the first forensic sketch shown on America's Most Wanted, which helped identify the suspect and solve the case.
The Tall Tramp was the Stunt Double of Lee Harvey Oswald. THe sending of the reciepts to LHO and placing near the Stunt Double's activity sells LHO was the sniper when Charles Harrelson was CH tied to E. Howard Hunt family.

Gandhi was not a pacifist. … He believed in self-defence but he also believed that for a movement, such as independence from the British, peaceful resistance would be less costly in human lives than armed opposition. He saw inaction as cowardice and a sin greater than ill-considered aggression.
Chagra admitted to his role in the murder of Judge Wood and to the attempted murder of a U.S. Attorney. Jo Ann Harrelson was also convicted of conspiracy and perjury.

Geoguessr tips - Netherlands edition
Sooo I recently got into Geoguessr and well, I thought: why not share some tips on how to identify my home country: the Netherlands, and better yet: narrow down exactly where you are with relative ease:
General stuff
The Netherlands has yellow license plates; the only country besides Luxembourg in Europe to have them
The Netherlands is mostly flat - but beware! There is actually some hilly terrain, especially in the Southeast (Limburg)
Cycling infrastructure: oftentimes red lanes, also plenty of signs. There'll also be bicycles parked basically everywhere except highways. Note that country roads often have unpainted cycling lanes to the side with one central lane for cars. Road lines are always white.
IJ/ij. Only found in Dutch. There's also both vowel and consonant doubling in some words, though both rarely happen ar the same time
Narrowing down your location:
If a town ends in -lo, it's in the East of the country
If a town ends in -veen it's often somewhere to the North
If a town ends in -dam it's near water, probably a river
If the sign is bilingual (note: German doesn't count!) or features â, î, ô, ê or û, it's in the Friesland province (Northwest)
German on signs or advertisement means it's in a border region
Town signs will have the municipality on them as well (gem. [...])
Does a church or area look Catholic? (Crosses, statues, that sorta thing) Probably Limburg or Brabant (South)
Modern architecture and tall buildings? Rotterdam. It's the only place that has "a modern skyline"
Sand drifts can be found in the Veluwe region (the big wooded area to the middle of the country). I don't even know whether they have any spots near sand drifts, but who knows. Could be useful.
Dutch neighborhoods are themed. For example: artists, plants, royal family, countries, inventors etc. This is most useful when you know some Dutch though, but handy nonetheless
Texel, Vlieland, Terschelling, Ameland and Schiermonnikoog are the islands going from left to right. See any of em on a sign and you know where you are
Major highways start with an A, provincial roads with an N
Public transit can be a big clue. Some bus companies only operate in certain regions. (See pic 1) Trams can only be found in Amsterdam, the Hague, Rotterdam (and area) and Utrecht
Phone area codes. Quite useful. They can help you narrow things down considerably (see pic 2)
Recreational cycling route junction (fietsknoopppunt) signs will tell you the region you're in (see pic 3)
PS: "Fietspad" means cycling path. It's useless for geolocating as is "Doorgaand Verkeer" (through traffic). Yellow signs are temporary.

5
11 ¼
very fine morning F60° at 5 ¾ - breakfast at 6 ¼ - the wagon meister came to be paid – had no right to anything but made us believe he was ostler and got 18 Kreuzer – if he had greased the carriage (which Thomas did) would only have had a right to 12kr. – the master had 3 servants for me to pay – asked him what to give – said 1fl. 12kr. = 72kr. – 18gr. per mile for 3 horses and 12 ½ for 4 to the postilion would be 34 and 42 ½kr. per mile – off from La Poste (Limburg) (very comfortable and honest people) at 7 10 4 horses (charged 3 but dearer I know than 3 ought to have been) became so hilly – cross the bridge over the Lahn (looked so narrow when I saw it at a little distance) on account of the stream being divided on each side the bridge by an island – very shallow – rise the hill to large plain – good corn and potato land – a row apple and pears trees on each side the road – a row apple and pears trees on each side the road – at 8 ¾ the fine corn land shut in with finely wooded hills, and the ruined castle of [Mellenburg] on lefty conical hill, with village at its foot, a fine object – very picturesque villages – (neat wood-built charpente filled up with composition of clay – straw thatched) – fine drive thro’ avenue of large [?], and forest, or orchards – down steepish hill, and cross the Lahn by 5 arched stone bridge and ascend into the handsome very beautifully situated town of Weilbourg [Weilburg] – large old neglected palace of the dukes of Nassau Weilbourg [Weilburg] – 1800 inhabitants – good – charming little town on a hill the Lahn running almost round the foot of it – beautiful country – quite a garden – walked up the hill out of the town in 20 minutes – fine winding road thro’ avenue of large Elms for an English mile or two – could live here very well, if could have books and some society – at 11 ¾ barrier between Nassau and Prussia and enter the latter thro’ avenue of Lombardy poplars – hill imposing and picturesque – wind up the steep approach – stop a minute or 2 at the Douane, but they let us of without searching at 12 ¼ -    Wetzlar at 1 21 a nice-looking old town on the Lahn – 4000 inhabitants – wind up the steep town thro’ very narrow curious old streets – fine old church almost at the top of the town, the greater part unglazed and in ruin – the town stands like Weilburg amid orchards and gardens – not far (from Wetzlar) an isolated conical hill picturesque ruins of old castle, and, on another hill, opposite at some distance, 1 tall thin round tower – several of the round topt isolated hills in this country are crowned with churches and towns or ruined castles – at 2 ¾ pass 2 [?] supposed division between Hesse and Prussia – at 3 village of Klein Linden [Kleinlinden] 1st (Hesse) barrier – at 3 24 Giesen [Gießen], 2 Inns close to the poste, the one opposite said to be the best – pretty good town on the Lahne [Lahn] – but would not guess its importance – 7,000 inhabitants without students – botanic garden etc. etc. – Still fine well wooded country – all that German villages picturesque because never one long straight street – always winding and in and out – cottages straw thatched or shingled, and the farm work of wood – sometimes very neatly coloured to contrast with the clay plaster-part – but not so tidy as the decided black and white of Cheshire – at 4 35 right the fine old ruined castle of Staufelburg [Staufenberg] with picturesque little village at its foot – fine avenue of Lombardy poplars shades the road here as in many other places today – All open land but now and then considerable droves of cattle grazing – no particular costume, but the women with their long light hair hanging down their shoulders – and some peasants (men) with singular black beaver cocked hats and white smock frocks to the knees, white stockings and white shoe buckles very picturesque looking – the cottagers fond of flowers in boxes outside the windows – at 5 10 village of Sichertshausen (very German and picturesque) pay at the barrier all the tolls from there 1 Ecu de Brabaut + 30kr. of to Cassel [Kassel] – at Belnhausen [Bellnhausen] found that the silver gros de Prusse is not taken, and that the thaler = 24 instead of 30gr. and that on the 10gr. pieces you lose 2gr. they do for only 8gr., and the 5gr. pieces for 4 gros a little before Belnhause [Bellnhausen] building handsome 3 arched stone bridge over the Lahne and making new road – the valley (of the Lahn – fine and beautifully wooded wherever I have seen it) beautiful – perhaps a couple of English miles wide shut in by hills richly wooded with neat white houses and cottages and villages here and there - Marburg very beautifully situated on the hill in the midst of this charming valley - drove past very good looking Inn to the post -
SH:7/ML/E/16/0102
not comfortable looking at 7 10 - the woman asked one golden =13 gros per bed - drove back to the other house beds at 8 gros - very bed dinner at 8 ¼ - everything so dirty and disagreeable resolved to be off at 5am tomorrow without breakfasting - came to my room at 9 ¾ - wrote all the above of today till 10 ¾ pm at which hour F61° - very fine day

where is better to visit? im interested
it depends on what you're looking for! i really like utrecht, amersfoort and zwolle, if you still want a city vibe. leeuwarden is really pretty too, and so is groningen. if you wanna see some nature, the veluwe is a really pretty area, and places like apeldoorn are still big enough cities but also have amazing nature close to them. we've also got many beautiful museums, like the teylers museum in haarlem, kröller müller in arnhem, or the mauritshuis in den haag if you're more into art. the islands (waddeneilanden) are also worth a visit, you can visit most of them from noord holland or friesland. i haven't really been to the south very often, so i don't have many recommendations for that region (zeeland, noord brabant, limburg) but i know limburg has beautiful places for hiking, zeeland has great beaches and the big cities in brabant like eindhoven or breda are also very nice! plus the biggest theme park of the netherlands, de efteling, is also in brabant, i love that place a lot too. oh and my favourite zoo of our country, gaiazoo, is in limburg!
this got much longer than i expected lmao but yeah there is so so much to do here, even the touristy stuff like the kinderdijk is cool, and of course amsterdam is still worth a visit (i am in love w the museums there) but it's definitely not the only stop to consider :)

RWE projects secure EU Innovation Fund grants
RWE announced that two of its projects have been pre-selected for funding by the EU Innovation Fund. One of the concerned projects is an offshore wind farm off Germany. The two projects are among a total of 17 projects selected by the EU Innovation Fund for the preparation of grant agreements, which is now underway. The EU Innovation Fund subsidises breakthrough technologies for renewable energy, energy-intensive industries, energy storage and carbon capture, use and storage. RWE secure funding for the Nordsee Two offshore wind farm which it is developing together with its Canadian partner Northland Power (49%). The wind farm with a planned grid capacity of 433 MW is to be built north of the island of Juist and is scheduled to start commercial operation in 2026. In addition to deploying the latest model of wind turbines (min 15 MW each), RWE and Northland Power  aim to demonstrate the technical and commercial feasibility of producing hydrogen at sea. For this purpose, an electrolyser is planned to be integrated into the offshore wind farm. The green hydrogen could then be used for vessel fueling and to supply emergency power to the offshore substation or wind turbines. The other project to secure funding was RWE’s FUREC (Fuse Reuse Recycle) venture.  RWE wants to produce hydrogen for the chemical industry and thus contribute to making production processes more sustainable. Household waste from Limburg in the Netherlands is to replace natural gas. The FUREC project supports companies, scientific institutes and the province in their efforts to develop Limburg into a centre for the circular economy and a hydrogen hub between the Dutch seaports and the German Ruhr area. For FUREC, a plant is being built in Limburg to process residual materials into raw material pellets. These will then be converted into hydrogen in another plant in Limburg’s Chemelot industrial park, which will be supplied to OCI Nitrogen’s fertiliser plants. In this way, the industrial park’s natural gas consumption is reduced by more than 280 million cubic metres annually. RWE claims the CO2 released during hydrogen production can be captured and stored or possibly used as a raw material in the future. The hydrogen can be marketed locally in the Chemelot industrial park or transported to industrial companies in Rotterdam and the Ruhr area via a corresponding hydrogen infrastructure. “We are delighted that two of our projects have been selected for funding. This shows that we can make an important contribution to decarbonising the European economy with our projects. With the grants that have been envisaged, we are now developing the two selected projects at full speed in order to bring about final investment decisions quickly and to press ahead with the necessary approval procedures,” said Roger Miesen, CEO of RWE Generation. https://ift.tt/gWH8wZ2 https://ift.tt/Y56CO4i

Happy birthday Limberg!
Tumblr media
This cranky mouse is named after limburger cheese - one of the most notoriously stinky cheeses (though it still does taste pretty good)! He has the education hobby, and he loves to read and learn new things! He’s skilled at making faces, and he plans to one day be the mayor of the island! He loves mochas with nothing added, and his favorite song is KK Folk! Wish him a very happy birthday. squinky!

Melusine from European folklore.
The Limburg-Luxemburg dynasty, which ruled the Holy Roman Empire from 1308 to 1437 as well as Bohemia and Hungary, the House of Anjou and their descendants the House of Plantagenet (kings of England) and the French House of Lusignan (kings of Cyprus from 1205–1472, and for shorter periods over Cilician Armenia and Jerusalem) are said in folk tales and medieval literature to be descended from Melusine.
One tale says Mélusine herself was the daughter of the fairy Pressyne and King Elinas of Albany (now Scotland). Mélusine's mother leaves her husband, taking her daughters to the isle of Avalon after he breaks an oath never to look in at her and her daughter in their bath. The same pattern appears in stories where Mélusine marries a nobleman only after he makes an oath to give her privacy in her bath; each time, she leaves the after he breaks that oath. Shapeshifting and flight on wings away from oath-breaking husbands also figure in stories about Mélusine.
The Travels of Sir John Mandeville recounts a legend about Hippocrates' daughter. She was transformed into a hundred-foot long dragon by the goddess Diane, and is the "lady of the manor" of an old castle. She emerges three times a year, and will be turned back into a woman if a knight kisses her, making the knight into her consort and ruler of the islands. Various knights try, but flee when they see the hideous dragon; they die soon thereafter. This appears to be an early version of the legend of Melusine.

Philip’s titles, listed in full after 1580, read: king of Castile and León, Aragon, Portugal, Sicily, Naples, Sardinia, Navarre, Valencia, Majorca, Granada, Toledo, Seville, Córdoba, Jaén, Murcia, Gibraltar and Algeciras, the Algarve and Jerusalem, of the Islands of the Indies, East and West, and the mainland of the Ocean-Sea; archduke of Austria, duke of Burgundy, Lorraine, Brabant, Limburg, Luxemburg, Gelderland, Athens and Milan; count of Habsburg, Flanders, Tyrol, Artois, Burgundy, Hainault, Holland, Zeeland, Namur, Zutphen, Barcelona, Roussillon and Cerdagne; prince of Swabia and marquis of the Holy Roman Empire; lord of Friesland, Mechelen, Overijssel, Groningen, the (Basque) Provinces and Molina de Aragon, lord in Africa and Asia. Philip, notably, kept the titles for the Austrian dominions given by his father to the cadet branch of the house, and the name de Austria for the children of Spain. The name Habsburg, which today we use for the dynasty to separate it from the Austrian state, heads the list of Philip’s manifold countships. Some of Philip’s titles pertained to extant kingdoms, duchies, counties and lordships, others to former ones which had been subsumed under some greater realm but still existed as provinces, referred to by their historical titles in official correspondence. Titles such as king of Jerusalem or duke of Athens carried only historical significance, and implied neither possession of territory nor dynastic rights. Philip was also grand master of the Burgundian Order of the Golden Fleece, the Castilian Orders of Alcántara, Calatrava and Santiago, and assumed during his reign the grand masterships of the Order of Montesa in Aragon and of Christ in Portugal.
Peter Pierson, Philip II of Spain

Animal Crossing villagers I think each sides would have in their towns/islands:
Roman- Draco, Colton, Julia, Ahnka, Sterling, Julien. Klaus
Logan- Sprocket, Ribbot, Raymond, Del, Whitney
Virgil- Rosco, Lucky, Marshal, Cherry, Kyle, Muffy
Patton- Goldie, Lilly, Mitzi, Sherb, Boots (there are so many cute villagers, I could go on and on)
Janus- the villagers who look like something else like Tangey, Tina, Frita, Marange and Ketchup
Remus- Coco, Beardo, Limburge, Ruby
Well, these are the ones I can think of

WORLD NEWS
Germany: At least 42 killed, dozens missing after record rain (BBC)
"The worst of the flooding has been in the states of Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia, where buildings and cars have been washed away. At least six others have died in neighbouring Belgium, and the city of Liège has urged all residents to leave. The Netherlands has also been badly hit, with flooding rivers damaging many houses in the southern province of Limburg. A number of care homes have also been evacuated."
South Africa: Government to deploy 25k troops after unrest (BBC)
"The military deployment - to counter riots sparked by the jailing of former President Jacob Zuma - is the biggest since the end of apartheid. At least 72 people have died and more than 1,700 have been arrested in South Africa's worst unrest in years. Hundreds of shops and businesses have been looted and the government says it is acting to prevent food shortages. Citizens are arming themselves and forming vigilante groups to protect their property from the rampage."
Cuba: Tax on food and medicine imports lifted after protests (BBC)
"Cuba says it will allow travellers arriving in the country to bring in food, medicine and other essentials without paying import duties. The announcement was made following the biggest anti-government protests on the Communist-run island in decades. Thousands took to the streets on Sunday to protest over food and medicine shortages, price increases and the government's handling of Covid-19. There will be no limit on such goods brought in by travellers from Monday."
US NEWS
Covid: Surgeon general urges US fight against misinformation (AP)
"In a 22-page advisory, his first as President Joe Biden’s surgeon general, Murthy wrote that bogus claims have led people to reject vaccines and public health advice on masks and social distancing, undermining efforts to end the coronavirus pandemic and putting lives at risk. The warning comes as the pace of COVID-19 vaccinations has slowed throughout the U.S., in part because of vaccine opposition fueled by unsubstantiated claims about the safety of immunizations and despite the U.S. death toll recently passing 600,000."
China: US Senate passes bill to ban Xinjiang imports (BBC)
"The legislation would create an assumption that goods manufactured in Xinjiang are made with forced labour, unless proven otherwise. The Uyghur Forced Labour Prevention Act must pass the House of Representatives before it can be signed into law. The US has already banned imports of Xinjiang cotton and tomatoes. The Chinese state has been widely accused of human rights abuses in Xinjiang against the Ugyhurs and other Muslim minority groups."
Britney Spears: Wants to press charges against father (BBC)
"Britney Spears has told a US court she wants to charge her father Jamie for his alleged 'conservatorship abuse'. 'I'm here to press charges. I'm angry and I will go there,' the singer said over a lawyer's phone on Wednesday. Her emotional statement came as a Los Angeles judge ruled Spears can choose her own lawyer in her fight to end the controversial legal arrangement. Conservatorship abuse can involve financially exploiting or imposing excessive personal restrictions on someone in your care. If a court rules that abuse has taken place, the appointed conservator could be removed/suspended and may face financial penalties such as reimbursement payments and legal costs."

I'm baaaaack!!!
Had an amazing few days off and loved the countryside of Limburg! Haven't seen anything of tumblr in a few days but I figured I should do what I like to make instead of looking if it's already been made.
I loved the clothing that came with Island living sooo much! And after visiting this world with Harper I cannot wait to expand my collection of swimsuits for this game haha XD
I used the texture of my Gravity Swimsuit and altered it to a skintight mesh to make it work as a top; you can use these both as tops! Which makes them even more versatile!

Camping in Nederland
Tumblr media
As small as our country is, you can find so many beautiful camping spots there. The many campsites in the Netherlands vary from small to large, from simple to luxury and from city camping to nature camping site. So there is always a campsite that suits you - but how do you make a choice from all that offer?
You could first decide in which part of the Netherlands you want to camp. Do you like the beach and are you looking for a campsite on the Dutch coast? Then you can opt for a holiday in Zeeland, Friesland or on the Wadden Islands. But you can also find fine campsites on the North and South Holland coast.
Are you looking for an environment where you can enjoy cycling and walking through the woods or meadows? Then a campsite on the Veluwe or in Limburg is a good choice. Beautiful parts of the Netherlands can also be found in provinces such as Drenthe and Noord-Brabant.
City camp sites in the Netherlands
Did you know that some campsites in the Netherlands are also very suitable for a city trip? If you choose your campsite wisely, you will be in your favorite city, or in a city that you would like to get to know.
After a day of shopping, sightseeing and sitting on terraces, you can enjoy the greenery again in the evening - an ideal combination. City camping Deventer is one of them.
This campsite has a unique location on the river IJssel, with a view over the center of Deventer. Take the ferry next to the campsite and you can walk into the city.
