Reasons:

describes himself as having average looks. other characters calling him ugly is a running gag. has the most average korean man haircut to ever exist. the only spicy thing about his design is the white coat he gets some way in, but even that's co-opted by two other characters.

Just an anime boy with black hair and bangs. In universe everyone jokes about him looking ugly/generic. His powers come from him just being obsessive over this one web novel he's been reading the last 10 years. 

Black hair, protagonist, everyone is in love with him (this is somewhat a joke but also not really)

in canon he is called average. even ugly. additionally however if you look at his official art he’s just a guy w black hair. additionally if you look at any tumblr poll he’s in there will be people in the comments saying idk who that generic anime boy is but you should vote [the other character]. he’s not even japanese! he’s korean!! and i’m not kidding this happens all the time

Shigeo’s whole thing is being the most average boring middle schooler ever. He yearns desperately for a social life but he’s always been part of the crowd, so much so that his classmates and even his boss call him “Mob”. very plain face, and his hair is a simple black bowlcut. his design is intentionally as simple and generic as possible, mob appearing plain and unremarkable is a big part of his character. 

The whole point of his character design is that he looks bland and blends into the background (hence his nickname "Mob"). There are characters with way more exciting designs, even including his brother who at least has Anime Hair™️, meanwhile Mob is just very plain with his bowlcut and monochrome design

a very obvious candidate. black hair, spends the majority of screentime in a school uniform, got his nickname (mob) literally bc of how generic and bland he is. a perfectly common face. no aspirations, no hobbies, no academic achievements, no sport talents. just a guy. regular dude. the only notable thing about him is his immensly powerful psychic abilities but he avoids using them in daily life, doesnt like to show them off and supresses them as well as his emotions

the point of mob's entire character is to be generic and plain. even his nickname "mob" was given to him by others to show that he is just part of the crowd and nothing special.

He also has psychic powers but it's not a big deal it's just another trait someone can have like being charismatic or smelling bad

He's literally earned the nickname Mob for being so bland and generic looking (Mob being a term Japanese programers use for background NPCs). He also was purposefully designed by the creator to be as un-protagonist looking and plain as possible.

Why I like them- Ok so this is a Whole Thing with me. Reigen on his own isn’t my favorite character (still a great character though, I don’t have a single favorite for mp100 I love them ALLLLL) but looking at his bonds with others as a whole makes him SO much fun to analyze. It’s the effect he has on others that I find so interesting about him and why I make so much Reigen content, ESPECIALLY WITH MOB!! They’re so family. They’re SO family oh my god.

Why I don’t- using this as an excuse to talk about why I like to viciously ruin Reigen’s life in fics and stuff. Not because it’s fun to see His reaction but to how others around him respond, like what would Ritsu do if his brother’s Shishou suddenly keeled over? That’s my jam. Fascinating to me

cant say i like it opening right away w space, but that might be bc im biased from the anime. i liked the anime's approach a lot more than the manga's, honestly. especially not just space, but the whole seeds thing too shouldnt have been shown as the first thing

so i had answered this same question a while ago but obv my answer updated soooooooooo lemme give a little rundown of some of the old and something(s) new:

old list!

more ghibli movies! those movies are just so cute so doing and writing some soft fluffy things like the guys from the movies bc theyre just cute.

kakegurui! i would like to maybe do something with characters from this show but im not too sure tbh. it feels generally like a hard series to write for that stays true to the story but ill have to see if still am all that interested in writing for this show.

sword art online! i wanted to write something for the 10 year aniversay (oops) but i totally forgot about it until like 8pm on the day (oops again) but the fact that i only watched the first season is kinda a big limiter for me tbh.

new list!

blue lock! just started this show (im on episode 2 WHAHAHAHAH) and i really like it so far. lots of guys who i can totally imagine having a super supportive s/o who loves to watch them play and worries constantly for their career so maybe when i actually know what the show is about i’ll write for it

chainsaw man! except im only going to write about taking pochita for a walk. highkey lowkey not joking tbh. i “read” most of the manga and seeing the show has given me a greater appreciation for the characters but unironically pochita is still the main reason why i keep going. the little panels and moments of his dumb face is just everything.

the devil is a part timer! THIS WAS MY SHOW BACK IN THE DAY and i always though maou’s basic ass design was cute as fuck. also the girls in here are cute so that might be fun to write about. idk though, just a thought AHAH

My Anime 9/10′s

With probably no spoilers cuz I don’t wanna talk too long about them zzz.

1. Fullmetal Alchemist

YALL ALREADY KNOW THIS A 9/10. The only real reason this show is not a 10/10 is because it’s just a story that I’d never rewatch. There’s like 70 episodes, which is way too long for my short attention span, especially since I’ve seen it already. But yeah, by all accounts, this story is a masterpiece and is one of the only “shounen” anime’s that I genuinely enjoyed. No random sexualization. No dumb filler. All the characters have an actual purpose and role in the plot and everyone has their own morals and ideals that interact to make the story interesting. I couldn’t bring myself to really hate anyone, even the villains, because everyone was pretty well written. Also super satisfying ending that ties up everything properly without leaving me confused or upset. If you only watch a few anime in your life, Fullmetal Alchemist is pretty much a MUST WATCH to see a beautiful example of a modern classic anime as an artform. Also I should say that I really don’t like Hunter x Hunter (AN EXTREMELY CONTROVERSIAL OPINION BTW) but I love Fullmetal Alchemist so take from that what you will.

2. Parasyte: The Maxim

Same kinda shit where you already know this a 9/10 for me. It’s just a very satisfying anime that doesn’t have random sexualization or random filler or anything like that. Ending is also very good and ties up the story in a way that doesn’t leave more questions but also allows the characters to have a “life” outside of the scope of the story. I think Parasyte, because of its more horror and psychological-esque vibes, counts as a seinen and not a shounen, so for more mature audiences. I also really liked how the story was successfully adapted to modern times since the manga is from the 80′s. I have actually rewatched this anime, but what stops me from giving it a 10/10 is a few things that I found kinda “stereotypical” that I don’t wanna discuss further too much cuz it’s spoilers. I still obviously really like this anime and highly recommend it.

3. Zankyou no Terror

TBH, this anime is pretty hard for me to properly describe in a lot of words as to why I like it. The art was really pretty as well as the music, which was just straight up amazing. The cinematography of this anime is excellent as well, and a lot of scenes have that sense of being acted out by real people, as opposed to feeling completely drawn/animated. I was a teenager when this anime came out and I think a lot of the themes presented in the show really related to me. The show does kinda have some leftover questions when it ends that prevents me from rating it a 10/10, but I have such a soft spot for this anime. It’s from the same creator as Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop, and although those two animes are also very good, they did not impact me as much as this anime did. Recommended for people looking for idk something that gives off Inception vibes?? In the sense that it’s much more about its themes and its message more so than the believability of the events that occur.

4. Magic Kaito 1412

THIS IS JUST A PERSONAL PREFERENCE BTW LOLOL I DON’T KNOW ANYBODY WHO’D PUT THIS AS A 9/10 ANIME. I JUST REALLY LIKED IT OKAY. It’s made by the same person who does Detective Conan but I like this a lot more because it’s a much shorter series and slightly more mature (more for teens than just straight up kids). I really liked the main guy, I think he’s funny and charismatic. He’s a pervert at times but Imma forgive that cuz of the 90′s. Idk it’s just a really fun anime that I don’t have to take seriously and can just watch and enjoy.

5. Mob Psycho 100 (season 1 AND 2)

Imma put season two as slightly better than season one. So season one would be like a 9 and season two is like a 9.25 for me. Super super funny anime and I like it SO much more than One Punch Man. I liked that there was a good balance of serious moments, but you can definitely still count this anime as a comedy. I’m typically not the type to watch “comedy” but this anime genuinely had me laughing out loud, while also crying and freaking out right alongside the main character. The main guy is super great because he’s just this shy and sweet middle schooler, and it’s really interesting watching him balance trynna have a normal life while also using his powers for good and such. Apparently the anime was decently faithful to the manga and there’s apparently enough material for a third season so I’d be pretty stoked for a season 3, but season 2 ended on a pretty good spot and was satisfying. TBH, if I had the time, I’d probably rewatch both seasons and bump it up to a 10/10.

6. Vinland Saga

This anime is just the first season of what I hopes to be a whole series that will be stay beautifully and faithfully adapted from the manga. As someone who read very far into the manga (but quit like years ago simply because I hate slow updates lol), I actually didn’t enjoy watching the anime at first. I was impatient and kept waiting for when like the “major” events would happen. So I watched like three episodes and quit. But when I had some free time, I decided to get stuck in and commit to watching the whole series and I was so pleasantly surprised with just how good it was. I was impatient but I needed to realize that there is no “filler” or like “wasted time” in the entire anime. I hadn’t read the manga in years, so so many things were only vaguely familiar but I think this helped me stay surprised and excited throughout the anime. I’m looking forward to the rest of the manga being adapted because it’s just a good Viking saga lolol. Major themes of stuff like growing up, violence vs. peace, what it means to be a good person, etc. Lots of blood and LOTS of violence like a LOT they are VIKINGS CMON but tbh not really any gore which I liked cuz gore makes me ughhhh. A very good watch and only a taste of an excellent story.

7. Demon Slayer

It’s just Demon Slayer duhhh. Of course this a 9/10 for me. I don’t wanna write much just cuz the show is so popular. Just read a REAL review of this anime somewhere else lmaoooo. Also yes I did watch the movie in theaters and yes I liked it a lot as well mmkay. I’m mad hype for season two. My S/O doesn’t like Demon Slayer as much as me, but also has Hunter x Hunter as their all time favorite anime. Do with that information what you will lolol.

8. Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 2

Same shit as Demon Slayer. Just go read someone else’s review about why it’s so good lol. Also, unlike Mob Psycho 100, I can’t include all of the seasons in this, because I have very various opinions about how good/bad the other seasons were. But this season 3 part 2, was just plain and simply amazing. While I might not like each season equally, as a whole Attack on Titan is also a modern masterpiece of storytelling. Read the manga if you can.

9. Great Pretender

I love this anime so much. Such a good and fun wild ride. The whole show is ridiculous but in a fun way. I’m a HUGE fan of heist films, so of course I absolutely enjoyed a heist anime. I’ve watched this show in sub AND dub, due to the fact that everyone is “technically” speaking English the entire time. If you’re a purist, just watch in sub OR dub cuz I did get confused here and there, especially when I would go back to compare language discrepancies.  Because basically I did this super high maintenance thing where I switched back to Japanese whenever the main character had flashbacks, since he’s ya know, Japanese. The dub also has this confusing thing where the first five minutes or so are still in Japanese, but switches to English when a little cue card on the screen goes “For the Viewers sake, everything from now on will be translated to Japanese.” It’s cuz in the sub, the inverse obviously happens where the characters are initially speaking broken English to each other, but for convenience sake, everything from that point on will be in Japanese. It’s confusing at first but I liked it cuz it just proved the whole international vibe of the show. It’s funny either sub or dub when they joke about how bad the main guy speaks English, cuz in the dub he’s speaking perfect English, while the sub has him not speaking English at all. But anyway, great anime that WOULD have gotten a 10/10 if not for the last episode. Like without spoiling ... WTF WAS THAT LMAOOOO. The anime as a whole is super wacky and zany but at least I could try to think it’s real life, but that last episode was just so unbelievable and bizarre and pulled my suspension of disbelief into the STRATOSPHERE that I just had to convince myself that this show takes place in some improbable alternate reality where something like what happened in the last episode is at least 5 percent possible CUZ HOW DID ANY OF THAT WORK LMAOOO??? Once again, great show, one of my absolute favorites, BUT THAT ENDING THOUGH WTF.

10. BNA

Good super underrated anime that I don’t hear people talk about at all. If Beastars is anime Zootopia, then BNA is Disney Beastars lmaooo does that make sense? It’s a lot more fun and zany than Beastars and I liked it way more. Made by the same people who made Kill la Kill. I really like that more classic, animated “cheap” art style that the anime has, and I also really liked the plot of the story. Not a 10/10 cuz the show does leave a few unanswered questions at the end of it, but this show was such a fun and interesting ride. When I finished the last episode, I was left with a big smile on my face because I just genuinely enjoyed this anime. Recommended if you wanna watch something a little unique and more on the silly and wack side. Talks about some serious stuff, but luckily the show never takes itself TOO seriously, and remains overall lighthearted for a fun action/sci-fi show.

Oh man something more recent would be Mob Psycho 100 - i was planning on self shipping w/ Reigen when i first got into it but it just never happened so thats up in the air! But this series was fantastic - not just the animation which was so smooth and fun to look at (studio bones supremacy) but the story behind how it even got animated! (im p sure it started w/ OPM actually and then followed the authors other work? idk but still.)

The original manga wasnt amazingly drawn but had such a good story that they decided to animate it still amazes me like it just goes to show that you dont need to be an incredible artist to showcase ideas and for people to be engaged.

Its heavily agreed upon that the show depicts autism and? adhd well with Mob's 100% . I cant say how much is true or false but i think its an interesting topic of discussion/ I can see how thats plausible esp with how he 'cant read the mood', can get overwhelmed and have outbursts, and other things!

Regardless, its nice seeing a protag that isnt headstrong, vengeful, or really 'all that special' (theres plenty that show it but i just think Mob is neat :']). I love Reigens character so much, he's just some guy in his 20s, trying to figure his life out and it's pretty relatable. His relationship with Mob is really sweet. w/o spoiling anything...Mob still believes in Reigen and it isn't a pity thing that Reigens usually used to and it makes me 😩♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

“Now listen, Mob,” Reigen said, giving his signature suit one last dust off as the two entered an amusement park that had cleared out for the day. “This should just be a small fry poltergeist, but don’t be too distracted just because we’re at an amusement park, okay?” When Reigen first heard of the job to exorcise something haunting a roller coaster, he didn’t really want to take it. It sounded... well. Lame. And the pay wasn’t all that great either, but Mob, being the middle schooler that he was, seemed to really look forward to it. I want to go to an amusement park, his eyes seemed to say. So Reigen decided to be a good guy and take the job, asking for some tickets instead.

Mob, who was just thrilled to see an amusement park, really wasn’t entirely focused on the exorcism part of the job. If he did a good job, he and his friends could hang out the rest of the day to play some amusement park games and ride some amusement park rides. I’m going to do a good job today. Besides, Reigen said that the poltergeist here was just a little one.

The first stop in the amusement park search was the fun house. Reigen explained it that when it came to places like this, the cliche thing would be for the ghosts to hide in a house of mirrors or some clown house. But before Mob even set foot in the place, he thought he felt a strong presences elsewhere - two strong presences elsewhere. He would question Reigen about his decision, but his teacher knew best about these things. So he followed inside, despite his instincts telling him he should have stuck around outside.

“I always thought fun houses were kind of over the top,” Reigen began saying, as the two ventured through the twisty hallways and down some slides. “We’re already in an amusement park, so you would think the thrill comes from the rides. Oh well.” The man talked pretty nonchalantly, and Mob could understand why. The presence he was sensing within the colorful labyrinth was much weaker than the ones that were still roaming outside. Their first glimpse of the purple ghost was when Mob fell into one of the ball pits and grabbed onto the first thing in his reach - the ghost’s tail.

“Hey, you caught it, look at that,” Reigen whistled, putting his hands on his hips. It would be pretty easy for Mob to exorcise, since he already had a grip. But just as he was about to increase his power to perform a fatal blow, the ghost slipped away and immediately flew outside the fun house. “After it!” Reigen declared, first pulling Mob out of the ball pit before starting the chase.

The good news was that, with the park empty and the purple ghost standing out, Mob was very clearly able to follow the poltergeist with his vision. The bad news was now he was convinced that there was definitely two other... ghosts. Or something. Also in the park, and that meant if he lost sight of this little one, it might hide it’s energy and go undetected against the strong ones.

The pair of exorcists chased after the ghost through a lot of the rides - around a merry-go-round, along the tracks of a train ride, and even up on a ferris wheel. But Reigen and Mob finally managed to get it cornered at the entrance of a roller coaster ride. The ghost, who was clearly panicking, suddenly turned to Mob and began speaking.

“Listen, you have to help me out here!” It suddenly exclaimed, surprising both Mob and Reigen. “I know I did some bad stuff, but they really set the top brass out for me!”

“Oh, we’re top brass?” Reigen asked, looking pretty proud of himself. He was clearly thinking of a way to slap that on his website as a marketable point. But the ghost immediately shot him down.

“No, not you two,” the ghost groaned. “They sent people from Enma’s special branch-” but the ghost didn’t exactly get a chance to finish.

“Found it!!” A yell came from the top of the roller coaster arch. When looking up, Mob could see there were two figures standing there - the two stronger presence that he had felt. One of them suddenly leapt down from the tracks, swinging what looked like a shovel downward. The impact of the sharp edge hitting the ghost square on the head made it... well, explode. The person, despite having jumped from such a high point, got to his feet like it was nothing, wiping some of the purple slime off himself. 

“Ha ha ha! What’s this stuff? It totally blew up!” Mob observed this man to have a green military uniform and strikingly yellow eyes. He was unlike any ghost the boy had ever seen, and yet he was still unconvinced that this militant man was actually human. The other figure jumped down as well, this one swinging a pickaxe around.

“...You made a mess,” the other man - this one with lazy orange eyes - stated, looking at the ground. “We were supposed to ‘capture’ it, not destroy it.”

“Yeah, but it was up to no good,” the yellow eyed man replied with a laugh. The other just mumbled something about ‘this is going in the reports’ before giving a sign and staring Mob directly in the eyes. From the expression, it would appear that these two strangers were, for the first time, seeing that Mob and Reigen were right there.

“...” Mob stared back, not exactly sure what he should say. First off, they weren’t humans. So should he exorcise them? But they did take care of the other ghost, so maybe they weren’t bad ghosts. But... if something was haunting the amusement park, wouldn’t it have been more probable that it was these two? While he was thinking all of this, though, the other two seemed to  be having a conversation all of their own.

“Humans can’t see us, so what’s he staring at?”

“Dunno, maybe something cool in the sky.”

“He is a brat, maybe he’s staring at the clouds.”

“Um,” Mob finally opened his mouth to speak. “I’m actually staring at you two.” That pretty much shut up the two uniformed men. They both seemed pretty taken aback by Mob’s very true statement.

“That’s not normal,” the man with orange eyes finally stated. He rubbed the back of his head, as if he was trying to think of what to do. “This is too bothersome to deal with. Let’s just go, Hirahara.”

“Eh, really?” the man with yellow eyes whined. “But Tagami, we’re at an amusement park! An amusement park!!” Despite the whining, though, the other man was already walking away, so the yellow eyed man had no choice but to follow after.

Mob, however, was left there, still staring at them as they walked away. Reigen, who at the time was more preoccupied by the fact that he’d have to clean the ghost off him, didn’t seem like he saw these two at all. So what could those two have been? Mob wondered as even their shadows disappeared in the distance.

“Come on, Mob,” Reigen’s voice suddenly cut through the boy’s thoughts. “Let’s go home and claim those tickets. Oh, and next time, try not to make such a mess when you do the exorcisms.” He thinks I beat the ghost, Mob blinked. He wanted to correct Reigen, but he wasn’t exactly sure how to explain the two strangers.

“Okay,” was the boy’s answer as he followed after Reigen. I wonder if I’ll ever see those two again, Mob thought to himself. Secretly, he hoped he wouldn’t have to. Because things that were hard to explain really made him confused. And he would rather not find out what 100% confusion would be like.

Ten books i want to read in 2020

1. The Case of the Drowned Pearl: A Murder Most Unladylike Mini-Mystery, by Robin Stevens - murder most unladylike is a great series about school girls who are golden-age detectives. this one is new and so i haven’t read it yet. i am looking forward to it, even though it isn’t about our heroes. i thought this was a series of books i was reading that wasn’t about gay people - but it turns out that daisy - our sherlock - is not ace, but in fact a lesbian. so if you, like me, like books about gay people - and also golden age detective agencies, and school stories - you should damn well read this series. speaking of which ... 

2. murder most unladylike - unnamed book 9, by Robin Stevens. the final book! i am very sad (in advance - terrible things are rumoured to happen, but probably not - it’s for kids!) also because it’s the final book and that’s sad. but i love a good - planned - ending and think this will probably be one. robin stevens is a very fast writer. it’s out in August 2020. 

3. There is a Light by @basic-banshee i wondered whether to put this here, because it feels a bit crawly, but! of course i am looking forward to this book. a lot. i even read the draft sent to betas already, but i’m excited to read the real one.

4. Queen of Nothing by Holly Black - how did i not know this has been out several months? i thought i’d pre-ordered it, but apparently not. anyway, this series has been so much more awesome than Holly Black’s other work. i totally love it. ENEMIES TO LOVERS

5. The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater - i bought this a while ago because it’s all over my Tumblr (hello, if you’re one of the people posting about this!) but i have not yet got round to reading it. i will read ‘Queen of Nothing’ and ‘Drowned Pearl’ first, as well.

6. Lords and Ladies by Terry Pratchett - 2019 was the year i fell in love with pratchett properly (having previously read his books and thought him perfectly good. NO. he is a genius - i know that now). i love the watch and moist von lipwig - of course. and tiffany aching. i love granny weatherwax, but for some reason i don’t really get on with the proper witch books, so i haven’t been racing through them. Lords and Ladies is next.

7. Fence by Sarah Rees Brennan - i saw this on someone else’s list (@carryonsimoncarryonbaz for sure, but maybe someone else too) and i thought - oooh, i didn’t know this was coming out. gay fencing romcom from the writer who brought us ‘in other lands’. sign me up. 

i also thought this was ‘fence’ by CS pascat (gay fencing, yes. captive prince - yes), but it isn’t. it’s a different book. i do want to read pascat’’s fence, but while i like art and writing, i find the graphic novel format hard to get into. it’s too quick. because i dont really look at the pictures... 

also, although this is a minor point, i can’t read it on my kindle. i bought laura dean keeps breaking up with me off rainbow’s recommendation and even on the online kindle store, so filling my entire computer screen, it was still only just readable. that’s a book i should have bought in actual book form, but i read it in an hour. and i though it was fine, rather than great - so... i don’t really need it in my house. which means kindle was fine, i guess. but it really wasn’t.

8. Jane, Unlimited by Kristen Cashore - for ages it wasn’t on kindle, but i just went to check and it is now, so i bought it. two years ago (?) i read and loved kirsten cashore’s tamora-pierce-esque works (and then the fucked up weirdo conclusion, bitterblue. i loved that even more), this one i hear is a bit modernist and probably not for me, but i owe her my time.

9. Yes, No, Maybe So by Becky Albertalli and Aisha Saeed. this is another one i should have known was out, but didn’t. i think becky albertalli can be really great, although personally i found ‘what if it’s us’ extremely forgettable - even for me. this looks like it could be good - EVEN THOUGH it’s not gay.

10. ??? 

i have other books that i’ve bought but not read (lots of them), but i don’t really want to read them... or i could just list pratchett books, obviously, but that seems like a waste of time. i tend very much to read what i want to read at that precise moment and i have a terrible memory, so i re-read a lot. there’s nothing else that i’m thinking ‘i will definitely read that’. volume 3 and 4 of runaways maybe (but again - graphic novel). similarly i might read the manga for ‘reigen’ the spin-off to ‘mob psycho: 100′, but my brain particularly struggles with manga for obvious needs-to-be-trained reasons.  

it was much more likely i’d read the rest of the howl books before i realised that ‘queen of nothing’ was out - but i might re-read some more DWJ.

Previously on BnHA: Ochako shamed the U.A. Clown Mob into letting Deku go back inside his own fucking school by giving them an hour-long speech about how not to be humongous dickheads. Kouta and Gigantic Fox Lady saved the manga by being the only ones brave enough to give Deku a hug. Shouto was all “man, all this togetherness sure does remind me of that promise you made that we would handle Touya together which you immediately bailed on, doesn’t it, Dad.” Aizawa was all, “for the one and a half people out there who thought that my losing an eye and a leg might actually make me less sexy, I’m very happy to prove you wrong.” All Might was all, “[standing outside the U.A. fortress alone in the rain talking to someone or something??].” Like seriously, what was up with that though.

Today on BnHA: All Might is all “here I am in Kamino having a belated mid-life crisis because Deku abandoned me and I’m a terrible mentor and everything sucks and I hate myself.” Stain is all, “don’t make me come over there and give you a ten page speech about why you’re still the goat while menacingly holding you at swordpoint the entire time” because idk if you knew this guys, but Stain is pretty crazy actually. Anyway so he does that, and then All Might gets all emotional, and then the lady from chapter 92 shows up and gives All Might’s statue an encouraging pep talk, and then Horikoshi is all “and it even stopped raining lol can you believe this shit I’m not even a little bit subtle,” and he really isn’t. But I still got emotional anyway, because seeing people reassure All Might that everything he’s struggled for his entire life hasn’t been in vain just got to me okay. Horikoshi knows I am weak to the All Might feels and he just goes for the jugular every time, that bastard.

Katsuki wasn’t wrong when he said All Might and Deku were both cut from the same cloth. but now when it’s All Might’s turn to go all “I WALK A LONELY ROAD~~” once again, there’s nobody in sight
