You’re in your own world one moment. Maybe you’re in a peaceful setting, at your home making breakfast with your lover. Or maybe you’re in an apocalyptic setting, fighting for your life. Either way, the next moment you blink, and you’re in an entirely different world. 

The sun shines brightly, perhaps in the afternoon, and the air around you is warm with the tell-tale signs of summer. You’re staring straight at a little gaggle of people, mostly high schoolers and an adult or two. There’s a young girl who can’t be more than 8 or 9 somewhere within there, too. They’re probably trying to go on a trip somewhere. From the little bits of conversation you can gather -- composed of indignant shouts, at least some physical violence, and a long winded scream -- they are... not having the best time deciding who goes in the van and who goes in the car.

From a look at the empty, tree-lined street of suburban houses, they’re likely your best bet for answers on. Even if they don’t look very reliable...

Champion and Wild is so……tragically important, i know that sounds odd but like…..so much dichotomy and reconciliation in one person at the root, what the fuck you stoic ass embodiment of a paradigm shift. He went to Time’s School of I Will Hold Everything in My Chest, and That’s It and got a bachelors degree. All 9 of those lovable bastards at the townhouse are so interesting and I can’t wait to read more about them. Anyways. Long winded pretentious way of saying “ur very talented Stormy” 💀

Champion and Wild are my favorite dichotomy, between the lighthearted free spirit and the tight-lipped extraordinarily self-critical introvert. There are little bits of Wild that still exist in Champion, and we will see them slowly start to leak out here and there.

Chireru had ventured to his brother’s place of resident - the Sanctum of Tsukuyomi. He opens the door, only having been here once before. He knew that divine sanctuaries like this one were built upon Leylines. As Chireru makes his way to the primary observatory, he observes the vast libraries as he had walked by. Finally making it to the dome, Chireru witnesses his brother using a telescope to take stock of celestial bodies. “Do you remember that question you asked me some months ago? Whatever happened to Alice and her allies?” Chireru was caught off guard, of course Jose knew of his brother’s impending arrival. “I am explicitly aware of what I asked, and I assume you with held the information?”

Josefubu turns to face his older brother. “I did, and yet I did not. A cosmic event altered their reality considerably since you’ve been there. Alice and her allies may not remember who you are.” The elder brother couldn’t help but rise a brow, contemplating his words before saying, “So, they are like...different people?” Jose couldn’t help but sigh, rubbing his forehead. “It is not as simple as that. The essence of our allies are as they will always be. Tsukuyomi herself shown me that their reality has been restructured.” Chireru turns his back, it wasn’t ideal to have a friend who wouldn’t remember him. “Can you send me to her world anyway? It would be nice to make a friend regardless of circumstance.” He looked his brother up and down, realizing he was dead set at reuniting. With a wave of his hand he opens the dome above them, and weaved hand signs to cast runic sigils. ”Beware...I won’t be able to reopen the dimensional divide from my end without assistance. If you desire a return to our reality, seek out a sage with potent magical prowess.” As Josefubu spread his arms in an arc away from himself, a portal opens. Just before Chireru jumped in, Jose added, “I’ll be sure to bring allies from our end in piece meal.” With that, Chu had just disappeared beyond the veil to Alice’s world.
