The plane wheels have touched down here in Los Angeles and it's good to be home. I'm still in awe of all the places I've traveled to in the last 6 weeks and the people that I have had the opportunity to meet. I wanted to say thank you to all of you who liked, loved, and commented on my pictures and posts of this extraordinary journey. My heart is full of love for those beautiful comments and emails and for those beautiful students, friends and people in Florida, India, Nepal and Connecticut. As many of you know I always say that integration is underrated and it takes time for these experiences to be fully felt and absorbed. I'm going to enjoy this week at home with my classes and clients and share with them all that I've experienced before I head out next week to Vancouver for more adventures teaching the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra at Yoga by the Sea.
