Congratulations to the newest I AM Yoga Nidra Teachers! It’s been another transformative Integrative Amrit Method program here at Prana House in Melbourne Australia.🇦🇺 I’m grateful and humbled to be able to witness these beautiful students who had the courage and vulnerability to allow their tears, fears, laughter, anger and joy, that comes from letting go of who they’re not, be revealed and removed by the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra. When the joy bubbles up there is no stopping it. ✨ It’s always an honor to share the I AM Yoga Nidra Immersion but it was extra special to be able to do it at @esalen in Big Sur. The power of this sacred land is indescribable. It’s as though the ground holds you, the water clears you and the mountains 🏔 have your back. Grateful for the student who we’re willing to dive into the eternal ocean of oneness and recognize that they are the seer, the witness of all that is seen unaffected by all that is in perpetual change and that they get to choose this experience of life. Grateful to co-teach once again with my teacher @kaminidesaiphd and to have the support of @skulisigurdsson during this week of transformation. I’m at a airport once again with my heart so full of love for all the students that just completed the I AM Yoga Nidra Certification at @yoga4everybody in Connecticut. Knowing that they are going to go out into the world and share this elegant, profound, practical tool and help transform lives. Wow.. To be surrounded by beings who are willing to let go of all that holds them back from living in the light of the being that they are. It is the most rewarding experience knowing this happens in the presence of an open heart. ♥️ I know I live an extraordinary life and I don’t take it for granted. It’s an honor and privilege to witness grace unfolding and to share these deep teachings. I’m humbled every time I share. I know within myself something Divine is directing me.  And for that I’m eternally grateful. I took this picture a few years ago at @amrityogainstitute and I’m reposting it today not just because it’s throwback Thursday but because I’m about to teach the Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra Immersion once again here in Los Angeles. A program that transforms lives. I’m grateful for my teachers Yogi Amrit Desai and Kamini Desai for trusting me to deliver these deep teachings on the profound practice of Yoga Nidra and their dedication and devotion to the transformation and love for humanity.
