Congratulations to the newest I AM Yoga Nidra Teachers! It’s been another transformative Integrative Amrit Method program here at Prana House in Melbourne Australia.🇦🇺 I’m grateful and humbled to be able to witness these beautiful students who had the courage and vulnerability to allow their tears, fears, laughter, anger and joy, that comes from letting go of who they’re not, be revealed and removed by the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra. Truly transformational experiences. 🙏🏼 And now these beautiful beings are going out into the world and sharing this profound practice. I’m at a airport once again with my heart so full of love for all the students that just completed the I AM Yoga Nidra Certification at @yoga4everybody in Connecticut. Knowing that they are going to go out into the world and share this elegant, profound, practical tool and help transform lives. Wow.. To be surrounded by beings who are willing to let go of all that holds them back from living in the light of the being that they are. It is the most rewarding experience knowing this happens in the presence of an open heart. ♥️ I know I live an extraordinary life and I don’t take it for granted. It’s an honor and privilege to witness grace unfolding and to share these deep teachings. I’m humbled every time I share.
