style of dress/typical outfit(s): most typically found in whatever uniform is appropriate for the day. CPU trousers (example, example) and combat shirts (example) are common staples of his day-to-day

jewelry? tattoos? piercings?: while he does technically own a few rings (like a signet ring or something) he never wears them. no piercings, but he does have a few tattoos. the only tattoo i'm certain of is the black and white compass he has inked on his right forearm, based on his lucky compass... he might be cheesy enough to have Ada's birthdate on him somewhere, but i'm not sure. he might also have the SAS motto (who dares wins / qui audet adipiscitur) on him somewhere (thanks young drunk self -insert eyeroll here-)

do they work out/exercise?: yes, daily and at length. a large part of any day not on deployment for any operator is keeping sharp enough to deploy at a moment's notice, and Richie is no exception

level of self esteem: very self-confident. i'd say from the outside, he can still regularly seem cocksure, even if he's not as loud about his self-confidence as he was when he was younger. (he was definitely cocky as a young man, but has mellowed into a more subtle confidence as he's aged)

known languages: (values based on this post / system): English (native), BSL (B2), Russian (B2), French (B1), Burmese (A2), Arabic (A2); He can manage street signs/basic directions in a few other languages based on deployments

gifts/talents: he has a knack for tracking and navigation, which is put to good use in his work

what do they do when upset?: it depends on the sort of upset. generally, he's prone to bottling it up and shutting down/shutting out others, though there's still evidence of the upset in the way he might grow pricklier and/or colder. i'd say there are two sides to any upset on Richie: there's the a louder, brasher version, and a quieter, more isolating one. there isn't a hard science to determining which version of upset you'll get from him, unfortunately. sometimes his temper is more visible, and other times the hurt flashes briefly before it's smothered by alarming (forced. an act. he's shoved his feelings down and away.) mildness.

how do they feel about asking for help?: it depends on the kind of help he needs, and who his options are. he is far less willing to seek out personal help, and would rather the impersonal care of medical professionals and the like over colleagues or friends or family getting involved, for instance

social habits (popular, loner, some close friends, makes friends and then quickly drops them): i think his i-don't-give-a-shit, devil-may-care attitude would've roped him quite a bit of interest growing up, especially in an all-boys boarding school, and even through his early military career. so popular, for a long while too, actually. he was loud and proud and was far more social before he commissioned. he probably wasn't even interested in commissioning until he'd quieted. he was more of a small-group-of-friends kind of guy after that, though he could still be convinced, on occasion, to go out with people outside of that circle. and then his small group of friends (his team) didn't stick by him after he'd been through hell and back, and Richie became a proper loner. he's been much slower to trust and open up since then, though he's attached to his new team, much as he hadn't been expecting it

how do they treat others (politely, rudely, keep at distance, etc)?: kept at a distance. these days, it generally takes time and consistency for him to start warming up to someone. i'd say in general interactions with unknowns, he's succinct. he's not (generally speaking) intentionally brusque, though he may come across that way

dreams: mmmm ambiguity my beloathed. he doesn't... really have any personal ambitions. he might like to teach his niece and nephew how to drive some day? i think that's about the extent of it. and as for the sleep kind of dreams... mostly work-related. the ones he tends to remember are the nightmares, and those feature death or trauma

greatest fears: trauma triggers (: otherwise... god would he hate to outlive his sister and/or her kids. oh to that extent, maybe conflict making it back to the UK? he needs home to be Safe for them

what they most want to change about their current life?: i don't know that there's anything that he does want to change. he's quite content with his life, actually. though he does periodically wish he could be in two places at once, because he'd like to see more of his niece and nephew

how do they feel about traveling?: god, given his job, he better at least tolerate it. jokes aside, he doesn't mind it. he enjoys the snatches of downtime he gets in foreign places. he wouldn't mind if traveling came without all that time sitting on his ass in whatever transport, though

what sort of gifts do they like?: i. don't know? i don't think he gets a lot of gifts, in any case, so i'm not sure he fully knows either. expensive alcohol is always a safe bet, but it's not very personal, even if you do happen to know his drink preferences

thoughts on drugs and alcohol: heavily disapproving of drugs, very much in a "why the fuck are you throwing your life away for a high" kind of way. not a heavy drinker, but a drinker nonetheless. more of a social drinker than anything

do they smoke? If so, do they want to quit?: yes he smokes, no he has no interest in quitting. he considers it to be one of his less dangerous indulgences in life

have they ever tried other drugs (which, what happened, consequences): i have been toying with the idea of making this idea canon, in which case he'd have "tried" a stimulant, and there was likely a rough crash once all was said and done; anyone who knew what he'd done wouldn't say anything about it, though, and anyone who didn't know would just assume he'd crashed from the adrenaline and stress. he's never engaged in, nor would he engage in, recreational drug use

most important/defining event in life to date: i would say his enlistment? his military service has defined the entirety of his adult life, so it feels apt

typical Saturday night: an actual Saturday? it's probably spent either on base or in the middle of fuckoff nowhere on deployment. but a proper night off? he might go out to a bar — he'll definitely go out if he's seeking sex, which does happen with regularity on his nights off

what is home like (messy, neat, sparse): sparse. this is a man who's spent his entire adult life in the military, ready to pack up and move at a moment's notice. i waffle sometimes on if he even has off-base accommodations at all; if he does, he's not the one furnishing them. most of what he owns is work-related in some fashion or another. he has some pictures and trinkets from deployments, a few civilian outfits, but that's about all by way of personal effects. it all easily fits in a single duffel bag

Hello there!

This blog is mainly for finding roleplays. I roleplay exclusively on Discord (I love making private servers) and am 21+, so minors please DNI. Style-wise I can adapt to my partner, though my favourite way to write is lit for those juicy, introspective moments. NSFW friendly, and I like all sorts of pairs from fxf, mxf, mxm, to any nb pairs. Chapter IV: Darkness and Light (Pt. IV)

It did not take long for the whole of Menegroth to learn of the news. Êlengolas gave his blessing before Oropher could finish his proposal. As with all princes of the realm, the only approval that mattered was that of King Thingol. Remembering the time I was brought before him was still fresh in my mind; the anxiety lost to the joy of being with my beloved.

Before the moment could arrive, the realities of the world beyond our walls of stone had started to threaten more than our happiness. The presence of the naugrim began to become commonplace. Though the ladies of the court shown displeasure with them, they said very little except in whispers.

King Thingol had ordered guards to protect us; no corner inside or out went empty.  The last I would ever see Denethor was as he was leaving for Ossiriand for the last time. As he was walking away, he looked behind and waved at me with a quiet smile across his face.

As I was to take my leave, Elmo approached me.

Orothôn,” he began. “I wished to inquire about Oropher.”

“He is well,” I answered. “He is eager to marry Nimeithel."

“So he is,” Elmo said. “We should all share in his optimism.”

“I do not understand,” I said.

“These are perilous times,” he said. “I wish my grandsons did not have to see such times. Neither should their children. I blame myself.”

“Whatever evil lies in this world is not your doing.”

“No, but had I continued on the path, we would not be here.”

“We will face this evil and defeat it,” I said. “It is fate that put us here in this place; in this hour.”

Elmo nodded and walked away—his head lowered. I worried for him. I went to find Mîrwen. As I passed Oropher’s room, I noticed Eldôr leaving.

“I heard you asked for Valdúril’s hand,” I said to him. “Congratulations are in order.”

“Thank you,” he said smiling. “I wished the same to Oropher. He has little to worry about as always.”

He waved at Oropher and went on his way.

Oropher was putting on a crisp white shirt sewn with silver thread.

“Hello, Ada,” he said. “Are you looking for Nana? She is attending to Queen Melian.”

“I know,” I said. “It was you I wanted to see.”

“Is something the matter,” he asked.

“No.”

“What is it, then?”

I sat on his bed thinking about Elmo’s words.

“You will go before King Thingol for  his blessing.”

“I know,” he said, leaning against the post of his bed. “Eäros told me how it was for him. I am not afraid but I cannot speak for Eldôr.”

“I remember going before him,” I said without thinking. “For you, it will be different.”

“How different,” he asked curiously. “I am intrigued. Should I worry for Nimeithel?”

“No,” I answered. “But you are the son of the daughter of the King’s brother.”

“That means nothing to me,” he said softly. “I am nothing more than your son. It is all I know how to be.”

“That may be,” I began. “But that does not change what you are.”

“I am a subject of this realm,” he said. “I will inherit nothing nor do  I wish to. I desire nothing more than what I have.”

I knew my son did not care to hear any more. I remembered the words of Orowen before we came into Doriath and ones spoken before. I stood up and looked at my son.

“Your humility is your crown,” I said. “Your courage is your mantle. They will serve you far greater than any title.”

I embraced him tightly. I wondered how I had raised a son such as this.

I let him go.

“I will be waiting for you in the Great Hall with your mother. Do not be late.”

“I will not,” he said. “You have my word.”

The Great hall was filled with elves. All around it was decorated with reminders of nature. The colors once lit by the stars were vivid and bright. The faces I traveled beside were more alive than I remembered. Mîrwen approached me; she was more beautiful than ever.

"How is our son,” she asked, a broad smile crossing her face. “Is he as handsome as his father?”

“Far more,” I declared. “But your flattery will not go unrewarded.”

I gently kissed her as the ceremony began. King Thingol and Queen Melian entered with Elmo and Orowen close behind. Once they took their places, Oropher, Amdir, and Eldôr escorted Nimeithel, Anadriel, and Valdúril down the aisle to stand before the king.

“Amdir, son of Galathil,” Thingol began. “You have chosen Anadriel?”

“I have,” he said.

“And Anadriel, you have chosen Amdir?”

“I have,” she said.

“Oropher, son of Orothôn,” Thingol continued. “You have chosen Nimeithel?”

“I have,” my son said.

“And Nimeithel, you have chosen Oropher?”

“I have,” she said.

“Eldôr, son of Valdôr,” Thingol said once more. “You have chosen Valdúril?”

“I have,” he said.

“And Valdúril, you have chosen Eldôr?”

“I have,” she said.

“Well,” Thingol said. “I say to you all, you have my blessing.”

No sooner had he said those words when an elf burst into the hall. He was disheveled and weary. Anadriel recognized him instantly.

“Eäros,” she cried.

Níndi ran to her husband as the room filled with gasps.

“What is this,” Thingol asked the breathless elf on the floor.

“I come from the Falas,” Eäros said. “I bring word from Círdan. It has been attacked.”

Queen Melian stood up slowly.

“It has begun,” she said.

“Beleg! Mablung,” Thingol called to two elves nearby. “Call to arms!”

Isu pornografi dilihat seperti isu yang mudah tetapi sebenarnya ketagihan kepada pornografi melibatkan kesan jangka panjang jika tidak diatasi dengan segera. Ketagihan pada pornografi memberikan kesan yang negatif kepada pemikiran, tingkahlaku dan fizikal. 

Jika dari sudut Islam, ketagihan kepada pornografi boleh menggelapkan hati dan menjauhkan kita dari Allah.

Ramai yang tidak menyedari masalah-masalah yang terjadi kepada mereka adalah berpuca daripada ketagihan pornografi terutamanya golongan lelaki. Oleh yang demikian, bebaskan diri dari menjadi mangsa ketagihan pornografi untuk membentuk gaya hidup yang lebih sihat.

PORNOGRAFI

Semua orang terdedah kepada porn dan kelucahan. Tapi ramai yang tak sedar pendedahan melampau boleh akibatkan:

Dopamine memberikan kepuasan dan dorongan untuk mencari rangsangan itu (porn) sekali lagi.

Internet porn juga begitu banyak jenis hinggakan memberi rangsangan yang berlainan (novelty). Disebabkan Coolidge Effect, novelty ini merembeskan lebih banyak dopamine apabila menonton porn.

Disebabkan rembesan dopamine yang begitu banyak ini, otak akan membuat kesimpulan bahawa porn ini adalah penting. Kitaran porn dan dopamine ini menyebabkan kau ketagih kepadanya. Pengaktifan reward pathway ini tak ubah seperti orang yang ketagih dadah.

Terlalu kerap menonton porn dan mengeluarkan dopamine hasil rangsangan porn akan sebabkan desensitization dan tolerance. Maksudnya kau perlu tonton lebih banyak porn dan jenis porn yang pelik-pelik (novelty) untuk menghasilkan jumlah dopamine yang sama.

Mereka yang ketagih akan menunjukan simptom-simptom withdrawal bila tak dapat menonton porn. Ketagihan porn menyebabkan perubahan dalam otak dan ini diterjemahkan kepada masalah seperti kemurungan, anxiety, masalah untuk fokus, masalah seksual.

Orang muda lebih terjejas kerana mereka menghasilkan dopamine lebih banyak dan otak mereka lebih senang diubah (neuroplasticity).

Nota: Mereka ini ketagih kepada internet porn, bukan ketagih kepada seks.

Vicious cycle ini akan menjejaskan minda, tingkah laku dan perhubungan kau. Kalau dah terjebak, berhentilah. Kau akan rasa perubahan. Kalau belum terjebak, elakkanlah. Pemuda, jangan sia-siakan potensi semata-mata kerana kepuasan yang fana. Salurkan tenaga seks itu untuk kebaikan diri bukan ketagihan. Dengan tenaga itu pemuda dulu kala boleh jelajah dunia, memenangi peperangan, membina empayar.

-Cegah botulisme (penyakit mematikan akibat keracunan racun botulin yg diproduksi mikroba Clostridium botulinum) dengan selalu memperhatikan kemasan pangan kaleng. Kemasan yg menggembung atau bocor ataupun telah lewat masa kadaluwarsa memiliki resiko tinggi terkontaminasi botulin

-Botulin Toxin (Botox, iya yang disuntikan untuk mengurangi kerutan di wajah) sangat amat beracun. 2ng (dua nanogram atau dua per semilyar gram) Botox yang diinjeksikan intravena cukup untuk membunuh seketika orang dewasa

-Selalu perhatikan tanggal kedaluwarsa jika menggunakan produk pangan, bumbu, ataupun BTP dalam kemasan -Tutup rapat kemasan makanan yang tidak habis digunakan -Perhatikan juga instruski yang tertulis pada kemasan. Ada sebagian produk yang harus habis dalam sekali konsumsi

-Kalau kamu sering mencret ketika mengkonsumsi produk susu, bisa jadi pencernaanmu intoleran terhadap laktosa (gula susu). Hindari konsumsi produk susu dan akan lebih baik lagi jika kamu konsultasikan ke dokter

-Semakin rasa makanan memanjakan lidahmu, sebetulnya semakin tidak sehat makanan tersebut. Hindari konsumsi berlebihan Rasa manis disebabkan senyawaan gula => Diabetes & Obesitas Rasa asin disebabkan senyawaan garam => Hipertensi

-Rasa gurih alami dan mouthfeel yang penuh disebabkan oleh (garam) asam amino dan lipida (termasuk kolesterol dan purin) yang terlarut dalam lemak => Obesitas, Kolesterol, Asam Urat Lebih sehat memanfaatkan sumber rasa gurih dari produk tanaman dan ikan (jamur, konbu, anchovy)

-Cek insang dan mata ikan sebelum mengolahnya. Ikan segar memiliki warna insang merah cerah dan mata yang jernih. Mengkonsumsi ikan tidak segar dapat menyebabkan alergi bahkan keracunan

-Daging merah segar tidak berwarna pucat, tidak berbau amis berlebihan, ketika ditekan terasa kenyal dan padat, dan lemak berwarna kekuningan. Lebih oke lagi kalau ada cap dari rumah pemotongan hewan

-Produk laut yang diasinkan sangat normal jika dikerubungi lalat. Jika tidak, bisa jadi telah dibubuhi formalin atau pengawet lainnya. Lain halnya dengan produk laut segar. Ketika dikerubungi lalat berarti tandanya sudah tidak segar

-Tidak perlu terlalu anti pada MSG (monosodium glutamat),karena secara alami glutamat ada pada makanan seperti keju, tomat, jamur, dll. MSG bukan penyebab utama kanker dan bukan penyebab manusia menjadi bodoh.  MSG gak berbahaya kok selama gak dikonsumsi berlebihan. Kalau dikonsumsi berlebihan bisa kena Hipertensi dan Chinese Restaurant Syndrome/MSG Symptom Complex dengan gejala mual, muntah, pusing, berkeringat, dan kelelahan.

-Ada cara yang lebih sehat untuk membuat makananmu gurih secara alami yakni dengan menggabungkan bahan yang memiliki kandungan glutamat dan inosinat Glutamat: tomat, konbu kelp, kaldu jamur (shitake paling mantul), kaldu daging, susu dll Inosinat: anchovy, yeast, seaweed, dll

-Kentang aman dikonsumsi baik mentah ataupun matang. Tpi yang betul-betul harus diperhatikan jika adanya ruam hijau pada kulit kentang. Itu menandakan kentang telah terpapar matahari dalam waktu lama dan memproduksi Solanine yg beracun jika dikonsumsi

-Agar tampilan&gizi ttp ok, masak sayur2an dg cara blansir (panaskan, dinginkan dg air es, tiriskan).

-Hindari gula pd jus buah, kombinasi dg buah manis aja (nanas, mango, dll).

-Susu UHT > Bubuk.

-Jangan beku-cairkan daging sekaligus, simpan dlm ukuran kecil agar tidak terkontaminasi.

-Sayuran akan lebih baik jika dicuci bersih terlebih dahulu baru dipotong-potong, bukan sebaliknya. Proses pemotongan memperluas permukaan sel-sel yang akan terkena air. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa nutrisi terbawa oleh air cucian

-Daging merah yang benar-benar segar sebetulnya tidak perlu dicuci dengan air. Cukup dilap kering dengan paper towel. Apalagi jika dagingnya tidak segera dimasak atau hendak dibekukan. Selain faktor rasa, mencuci daging bisa menyebabkan kontaminasi silang. Dengan mikroba dalam air dan juga mikroba dalam daging ke dapurmu. Jangan lupa cuci bersih wadah dan washtafelmu jika kamu mencuci daging Bungkus dagingmu rapat-rapat jika hendak dibekukan

-Proses terbaik untuk thawing atau mencairkan daging beku yakni dengan memindahkannya dari freezer ke chiller semalaman. Atau kalau tidak sempat, bisa dengan mengalirkan air ke pembungkusnya. Jangan dialirkan langsung ke daging ya

-Metode memasak terbaik adalah dengan mengukus. Merebus juga baik, namun ada peluang nutrisinya hancur akibat suhu air mendidih atau sebagian nutrisinya terlarut dalam air rebusan. Apalagi jika air rebusannya gak dikonsumsi

-Ada beberapa mitos terkait mie instan. Diantaranya mie yang dilapisi lilin dan nggak boleh minum kuah rebusan mie Mie kering dibuat dengan proses penggorengan atau pemanggangan, tidak dengan dilapisi lilin. Yang ngambang-ngambang saat kalian dinginin air rebusan mie itu minyak Kemudian, baku mutu tepung terigu untuk pembuatan mie adalah tepung yg telah difortifikasi (diberikan nutrisi tambahan) Jadi kalau kalian nggak konsumsi air rebusannya, ada sebagian nutrisi fortifikasi yang kebuang. Tetap aman mengkonsumsi air rebusan mie tapi ya gak harus juga  Lebih baik lagi kalau makan mie instan gak pakai air rebusannya terus ditambah sayuran dan sumber protein lainnya. Biar gizinya seimbang

-Cara memasak sayur bayam yang benar adalah dengan mendidihkan air beserta bumbu, aromatics dan bahan lain yg membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk matang, baru kemudian masukan bayam dan segera matikan api. Diamkan dingin dalam keadaan tertutup

-Krustasea (Udang, Lobster, Kepiting, dll) serta Moluska (Kerang, Tiram, Kepah, dll) lebih baik dimasak hidup-hidup untuk mencegah kontaminasi dan berkembangnya bakteri patogen dan juga parasit Merendam kerang-kerangan dengan air asin (kandungan garam lebih dari 1%) bisa membantu untuk membersihkan kotoran di dalam kerangnya. Nanti mereka akan melepehkan pasir dan kotoran yang ada di dalam cangkang. Sebelum dimasak jangan lupa cangkangnya dibersihkan dengan sikat yaaa

-Untuk cephalopoda (Gurita, cumi, dan sotong) lebih baik beli dalam keadaan hidup atau beku soalnya cepet banget busuk. Kalau udah amis apalagi berlendir berlebihan tandanya udah gak segar. Rasanya juga bakalan beda banget

-Bener ga kalo tidak disarankan mencampurkan perasan jeruk ke  udang? Secara teoretis memang betul Arsen IV pada produk krustasea bisa tereduksi jadi Arsen III akibat reaksi dengan Asam Askorbat (Vit. C), namun kandungannya gak signifikan sehingga jika dikonsumsi secara moderat masih aman

It’s Okay to Start Talk to Psychiatrist

Course Certificate IV saya sudah lama berakhir, dan sudah hampir tiga minggu ini saya masuk semester baru yaitu Diploma of Human Resource Management. Tiap Senin dan Selasa saya ada kewajiban ‘setor muka’ untuk ikut zoom class. Namun karena situasi di Melbourne sekarang lagi lockdown 2.0, otak rasanya ga bisa konsen gitu, antara mau ikut kelas atau mau tahu perkembangan situasi saat ini.

Ada banyak distraksi sehingga untuk term ini saya rasanya susah banget buat konsentrasi. Di tengah mendengarkan kuliah dari dosen yang boring banget, jam 11 itu biasanya ada press conference dari Daniel Andrews atau Scoot Morison. Belum lagi update dari grup-grup di Whassapp yang isinya ya kurang lebih mirip dengan yang saya baca di sosial media, tanggapan dari anggota grup yang kadang panik, parno, bertanya-tanya, kebingungan dll. Alhasil, dalam tiga pekan pertama, berturut-turut saya cabut dari zoom class itu, sign out dari soslal media, dan lebih memilih mengerjakan hal lain.

Selain berbicara kepada pasangan, yang tak lain suami saya Made, kami juga suka main monopoli kartu satu lawan satu. Kegiatan ini adalah satu dua hal yang bisa kami lakukan untuk meredam stres. Selain itu, karena pandemik ini saya jadi makin demen mandi. Biasanya ya, bisa dua hari sekali baru mandi. Tapi belakangan (terutama sejak lockdown 2.0) saya bisa mandi dua kali sehari, atau ya minimal sehari sekali. Rasanya shower pakai air panas enak banget, ubun-ubun jadinya enteng, badan rasanya ringan dan rileks.

Belakangan saya bilang sama Made, kayaknya mau mulai nulis lagi deh. Pakai media apa ya? Teman saya Rani juga menganjurkan pakai blogspot atau tumblr. Eng ing eng, jadilah halaman ini, jadi tempat saya berkeluh kesah.

Kadang saya bertanya-tanya sendiri, selain ngeblog untuk meredam stres, kalau misalnya curhat ke psikolog atau psikiatris itu gimana ya? Kalau dibilang punya masalah, ya ada aja sih, cuman apa ngga lebay ya, kan masalah saya ngga gede-gede amat? Pikiran itu terus bergumul, sampai suatu waktu saya mencoba mengakses https://www.beyondblue.org.au/. Alamak, kenapa saya baru akses website ini sekarang! 

Beyond Blue adalah salah satu program dari pemerintah Australia yang bergerak soal isu kesehatan mental (mental health). Baru saya selami sebentar website ini, ternyata makin tahu kalau saya beneran ngga sendiri. Setiap orang punya masalah. Banyak orang yang khawatir, cemas, stres, bingung, dsb. 

Di dalam website Beyond Blue saya menemukan banyak online forum, diskusi, curhat ke psikolog 24 jam sehari 7 hari seminggu, ikut donasi, jadi volunteer, jadi pendengar, dan saling support satu sama lain. Ada bagian dari website ini yang khusus membicarakan soal COVID-19, misalnya how to deal the stress, worried, and overwhelmed. 

Makin saya masuk ke forum dan diskusi itu, makin saya kenal banyak orang (ada yang pakai nama asli ataupun anonim), dan masalah-masalah yang mereka hadapi di kala pandemik ini. Kita juga bisa chat dengan live team (bukan mesin bot) atau menelepon ke call center yang tersedia untuk menceritakan masalah-masalah kita. Tentunya free of charge atau tanpa biaya.

Online forumnya juga sangat hidup, interaktif, dan real time. Siapa saja bisa komentar (tentunya setelah ijin dari admin) atau membuat thread atau topik pembicaraan yang baru dengan menyepakati rules yang ada.

Pengalaman yang baru ini mengubah pandangan saya loh. Saya pikir kita baru ke psikolog atau ke psikiater ya kalau udah gawat banget masalahnya. Oh ternyata nggak. Dan nggak semenakutkan itu, ngga peduli juga sih kalau orang tahu kita ke psikolog atau ke psikiater. Mental yang sehat itu penting, jaga kewarasan itu juga penting. Beyond Blue membuka mata dan pikiran saya kalau saya ngga sendiri. Ada banyak hal yang bisa kita lakukan untuk meredam rasa marah, kecewa, stres, dan lainnya. Punya beban hidup juga bukan hal yang memalukan, kita kan manusia juga, sangat normal kok!

Semoga pembaca yang budiman juga ngga lupa self care ya, jangan ragu untuk mengontak anggota keluarga, teman, saudara, bahkan psikolog untuk mencurahkan isi hati. Boleh sekali mampir ke Beyond Blue ini, karena banyak ilmu dan cerita-cerita menggugah hati yang bisa kalian dapat. Cheers!

Surat Telegram Kapolri: Darurat Covid-19 di Dunia Maya Berujung Ancaman Penjara, Sujdiwo Tedjo Angkat Bicara

SATUKANAL, NASIONAL – Situasi darurat Covid-19 tidak hanya terjadi di dunia nyata. Di dunia maya, sebaran informasi yang masif rawan pelanggaran hukum. Seniman Sudjiwo Tedjo pun ikut angkat bicara terkait fenomena ini.

Seperti diketahui, persoalan penyebaran informasi palsu menjadi perhatian jajaran kepolisian. Keseriusan penanganan hoaks pun dipertegas dengan penerbitan Surat Telegram Kapolri Nomor ST/1100/IV/HUK.7.1./2020 per tanggal 4 April 2020.

ST yang ditandatangani Kepala Bareskrim Polri Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo itu salah satunya untuk menindak informasi palsu atau hoaks terkait kebijakan pemerintah menangani Covid-19.

Di daerah, penindakan terhadap penyebar hoaks terkait Covid-19 sudah dilakukan. Misalnya jajaran Polda Jawa Timur yang telah menangani 11 kasus penyebaran informasi palsu Covid-19.

Jumlah kasus yang sama juga tengah didalami oleh Polda Metro Jaya. Sementara untuk Polda Jawa Barat, Polda Lampung, serta Bareskrim Polri masing-masing menangani 5 kasus.

Namun, ST yang terbit tak hanya membahas soal penyebaran informasi palsu. Inti dari ST itu adalah penindakan hukum atas tindak pidana siber di tengah perkembangan situasi dan opini di medsos yang mengarah pada penghinaan Presiden dan pejabat pemerintah lainnya.

Sanksi pidana pun siap menjerat siapapun yang dinilai melakukan unsur penghinaan di medsos. Salah satu kalimat dalam ST tersebut berbunyi, bentuk pelanggaran atau kejahatan serta masalah yang mungkin terjadi dalam perkembangan situasi serta opini di ruang siber: penghinaan kepada penguasa/Presiden dan pejabat pemerintah sebagaimana dimaksud Pasal 207 KUHP.Sementara dalam Pasal 207 KUHP diatur, barang siapa dengan sengaja di muka umum dengan lisan atau tulisan menghina suatu penguasa atau badan umum yang ada di Indonesia, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama satu tahun enam bulan atau pidana denda paling banyak empat ribu lima ratus rupiah.

Sejumlah kalangan berpendapat bahwa pasal tersebut sangat rawan kriminalisasi pengkritik Presiden atau pemerintah. ST tersebut juga dinilai rawan menimbulkan keresahan atau berpotensi intimidatif.

Hal ini pula yang disoroti oleh seniman Sudjiwo Tedjo. Melalui akun Twitter miliknya, @sudjiwotedjo Jack Separo Gendeng membuat utasan soal ST Kapolri.

“Yth, Pak Kapolri Jend Pol Idham Azis, jika betul Polri akan (me)nindak para penghina pemimpin tanpa delik aduan yang merasa dihina, izinkan saya nguda rasa (mencurahkan isi hati) via [THREAD] ini bahwa, salah langkah dikit aja, aturan ini malah kontra produktif berupa cibiran, tidak di mulut/medsos, tapi di hati,” tulisnya, dengan koneksi penulisan kata dari Redaksi.

“Temen2 hukum banyak yang mengingatkan, jangankan para pemimpin bawahan, bahkan pucuk pemimpin yaitu presiden saja sudah bukan lagi simbol negara. Penghinaan terhadap mereka baru menjadi kasus hukum bila ada aduan dari mereka, persis yang berlaku terhadap rakyat biasa,” lanjut seniman kelahiran Jember, 31 Agustus 1962 itu.

“Tapi sudahlah, itu soal hukum. Saya ndak paham, dan pasti jajaran Bapak sudah melakukan kajian hukum terhadap (pen)canangan langkah untuk menindak para penghina pemimpin ini. Izinkanlah saya cuma mau ber-ini-itu soal rasa, Pak Kapolri,” terang penulis buku Republik Jancukers itu.

Dilansir dari kompas.com, kemarin (Minggu, 5 April 2020) Kapolri Jenderal Pol Idham Aziz menyampaikan soal ST tersebut.

“Penegakan hukum dapat dilaksanakan secara tegas, dan setiap kejahatan yang diungkap diekspos ke publik sebagai efek jera ke pelaku lainnya,” terangnya soal ST Kapolri.

Salah satu poin dalam ST tersebut, yakni menginstruksikan pada kepolisian di seluruh jajaran untuk melaksanakan patroli siber untuk monitoring perkembangan situasi serta opini di ruang siber, dengan sasaran penyebaran hoax terkait Covid-19, hoax terkait kebijakan pemeirntah dalam mengantisipasi penyebaran wabah Covid-19, penghinaan kepada penguasa/Presiden dan pejabat pemerintah, praktek penipuan penjualan online alat-alat kesehatan.
