I spent so much time listening to everyone else and how they achieved results, I'm not just talking about Weight lose and looking better, but in all aspects of life. Job, career path, the 9 to 5, what car I should drive, where I should shop, whats cool and whats not, Even what house and location I should live in. It's easily done and before you know it you've listened to what everyone else has to say and what they have done and your still not happy and no where closer to your goals. It takes balls to actually go your own way and shut out all the other crap that people expect or think you should be doing. Its so rewarding and fulfilling when you do something that is for you and knowone else. And I find this with training, nutrition, lifestyle and generally loving your body. Its such a personalised thing that deserves personalisation to be really successful. I see it so often in the gym, people just doing the same stuff just because other people have done it in the past. Look deeper into what you truly want and start to map out the journey that will give you the results in your life, no one else's. This is where you will become stronger, happier and more fulfilled. If there was one thing that you could do to change your current reality, In this case your body image, health and confidence would you do it? Of course you would, The problem is we never do this, We look to change many things at once and expect big, long term change, And when it doesn't happen we are left dissatisfied, demotivated and feeling we will never reach our goals. This is the problem with many diets out there, They can be very restrictive and can stop you from enjoying life but more importantly they are to much of a change to soon. If we start looking for the next thing to do i.e. diets, training plans off the internet and start to change one thing at a time we give ourselves a change of real success. Look at it more as a journey, not only fat loss and body confidence but lifestyle, mindset and happiness. Changing one thing at a time is achievable and maintainable, allowing you to adapt and stay focused on your goals.
