Do you guys ever stop to think how much more impactful WandaVision would have been if they had done Wanda's backstory accurate?

Like imagine a little jewish-romani Wanda growing up watching the "american dream" sitcoms, a little Wanda who not only watched her parents die but was also stuck in the house waiting to see if the other bomb would take her and her brother as well.

A Wanda who spent the next 7-10 years being ignored by everyone else, who spent rhe days daydreaming about going to US thinking their life woul be better there.

Then WandaVision (and maybe all of the Maximoff's part on the MCU) could have been a great commentary of how America treat the visible non white immigrants, how the american dream only actually worked to very few of the people. It could have shown the importance of family in Wanda's culture and if they go if the Magneto children route having this series showing how importante family it's to wanda would make the scene of she finding out she's not alone so much more special

I just thought of this, and it’s so cute, it might be my favorite headcanon.

Vision has to take a second try at breaking the glass at his and Wanda’s wedding because in his excitement, he forgets he’s got to keep his foot solid.

Wanda and Pietro would’ve had a better backstory in the MCU if they were Romani and Jewish like in the comics

Their backstories could’ve been that they joined Hydra and they were forced and threatened by Hydra and they had to stay to terrible things for them

This would’ve been better for their backstory in my opinion because it would’ve made a lot more sense, it’s made them more sympathetic and it would’ve connected back to the comics

so ya girl decided to attempt something Far beyond her skill level and do a Wanda in the style of League of Legends splash art!! y'know, the seriously kickass stuff that looks like this that whole teams of trained professionals work on for weeks:

meanwhile, I'm a self-taught artist who had never even Attempted a digital painting before this, so like. this is Not on that level, but I'm still glad I tried!! it was really interesting having to think in forms rather than lines much earlier in the process than I usually do (since this thing is pretty much lineless), and I think I learned a lot. I actually tried to pay attention to the composition with this one, and I think it turned out good in that respect!!
