next go: just random songs

deus in absentia feels like a backhand slap to the face, getting all the breath knocked out of you, struggling to speak through the tears, being mocked for crying, and being expected to beg for forgiveness

jigolo har megiddo feels like wearing huge platform boots, being the coolest person in the store at 3 pm on a tuesday, pure confidence, and feeling like you could conquer the world

yk what really grinds me gears??? the way tf doesn’t do that one thing in jigolo har megiddo live. “i am the son lascivious” right b4 the solo he doesn’t go up to the higher notes like in the studio recording. like WHAT THATS THE BEST PART!!! i imagine it’s smth similar to Elizabeth and uncomfortable to sing live but still. :,3
