Amber Heard ridicules Johnny Depp for claiming he is a victim of domestic violence in an explosive tape recording, exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com

Amber Heard ridicules Johnny Depp for claiming he is a victim of domestic violence in an explosive tape recording obtained by DailyMail.com - telling the Pirates of the Caribbean actor: 'See how many people believe you.'

The estranged couple were barred from talking to one another in May 2016 when Heard filed for divorce and sought a restraining order to escape her 'abusive' A-lister husband.

But the pair continued to clash over the phone, arguing bitterly about who was responsible for the blood-curdling violence that marred their toxic 15-month marriage and accusing one another of leaking to the press, DailyMail.com can reveal.

It's unclear if Heard realizes she is being taped during the expletive-flecked, 30-minute recording, the second bombshell audio released exclusively by DailyMail.com in the space of a week.

You are f**king killing me. Your f**king people are trying to kill me,' complains father-of-two Depp, as he begs Heard to go through private mediation rather than thrashing things out in open court.

'You've turned me into a... my boy goes to school and has kids go, so your f**king dad's a wife beater?'

Tearful Heard denies pushing Depp, 56, 'under a bus' and accuses the actor's associates of circulating details to the press of her arrest record and lurid rumors she was a stripper.

The 33-year-old actress also rejects accusations that she instigated the wild, physical violence that she pinned on Depp in divorce papers,

suggesting a court would be unlikely to take the side of a man over a slender female.

Do you know I'm a 115, well not anymore, but I was a 115lb, almost 115lb woman,' Heard protests. Adopting a jeering tone, she says: 'You're going to get up on the stand, Johnny, and say, she started it? Really?'

The former lovebirds spoke several times on the phone throughout June and July of 2016, skirting the restraining order by having a family member initiate the calls, according to a well-placed source.

Heard would ultimately yield to Depp's plea to settle out of court, retracting her allegations the following month as the pair announced a $7 million divorce settlement.

Their marriage was 'intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love,' according to a joint statement issued on August 16, 2016.

'There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm.'

The truce crumbled in December 2018, however, when Heard penned an op-ed for the Washington Post lamenting her experiences as an alleged domestic violence victim, though never naming anyone.

Heard is currently dating her new girlfriend Bianca Butti and was seen arriving at the 4th Annual Women's March in Downtown Los Angeles last month.

The actress has said she is bisexual and previously dated women, including photographer Tasya van Ree from 2008 to 2011.

Depp responded to Heard's op-ed last year with a $50 million defamation suit, saying the 'hoax' account implied he was the unnamed abuser and caused him to lose his prized role of Captain Jack Sparrow.

'Ms. Heard is not a victim of domestic abuse; she is a perpetrator,' his suit alleges, accusing his ex-wife of manufacturing evidence and faking injury photos.

Heard doubled down with a 300-page filing of her own, cataloging the years of abuse she suffered at the hands of 'the monster', whom she met on the set of The Rum Diary in 2011 and married in February 2015.

The actress stood by those claims last week when DailyMail.com published a separate recording from October 2015 in which she confessed to 'hitting' Depp as well as throwing pots, pans and vases at him.

"I'm sorry that I didn't, uh, uh, hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you, it was not punching you. Babe, you're not punched,' Heard says on the tape, recalling an incident the previous night.

It's understood that she and Depp routinely recorded conversations consensually during the breakdown of their marriage, paving the way for yet more bombshell recordings to emerge.

The latest audio clip published by DailyMail.com begins with Depp imploring Heard to reach an out of court settlement rather than waging war in public.

It appears to have been taped at Depp's end of things and the conversation has already begun when the audio supplied to DailyMail.com begins.

'I've been through the f**king hurt. You've been through the f**king hurt. I love you more than anything in life,' he tells his soon-to-be ex-wife.

'I do not want to go into a f**king court with you. I do not want to f**king tarnish your name... I want this to be done peacefully, between us.

'And if you don't like the way that mediation is going, take me back to court kid. Cause I can't. 'This is the last f**king chance Amber. This is it. Once I file those papers we don't turn around man.'

Heard insists, however, that it's Depp's team who are refusing to mediate, refusing to sign a gag order and leaking damaging stories about her to the gossip site TMZ.

'Everything has been a defensive move because I'm being called a liar and a gold-digger,' she says.

'And I am not lying about any of this s**t, and I am not after a dime of your money.'

Depp suggests the pair should write a 'mutual letter' declaring that the divorce will be settled privately.

'Listen to me,' he warns the Hollywood beauty. 'Defending yourself by throwing someone under the bus is not going to look good.'

Heard fires back: 'It's not about that. It would not be about me throwing you under the bus.

'You know what it would be? It would be released through documented people, coming on the record, and, having the protection to do so, that haven't had yet.

'It would be eyewitness statements. It would be evidence. Tons of it. And it would be through years.'

Heard goes on to ridicule Depp's doubts over the facial injuries she turned up with at court when she applied for the restraining order on May 27, 2016.

She also claims to have a trove of incriminating texts, paraphrasing a message to her publicist Jodi Gottlieb ahead of an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Cordon: 'I think, I've had accident, um, I think I may have, I busted my nose and two black eyes tomorrow'.

She tells Depp: 'No one is going to believe that one of the two alternatives, that I'm in a fight club or I've been getting, going through hair and makeup. . .through all these years where I have corroborating text messages between people that match those dates of those time stamped validated photos.'

Heard warns Depp that her lawyers are urging her to make a formal police statement, saying that a criminal prosecutor told her it was 'most solid evidence, case of domestic violence case we've ever seen'.

She declined to do so, however, because she did not want to hurt Depp further,

Heard says, complaining that their public spat has already led to her receiving death threats.

The blonde actress also denies that it was her who rang the cops during the May 21, 2016 dust-up that took place the day before she filed for divorce.

Depp was accused of hurling a cellphone in Heard's face at their downtown Los Angeles loft but two LAPD officers later said in a deposition that they found nothing to suggest a crime took place.

The actor-musician reminds Heard about an incident in which his building manager, Travis, had 'to come up and f**king pull me away from you' though it's not clear which incident Depp is referring to.

Heard also refers to Depp's security guards, 'who by the way,' she says 'have said to me multiple times that I am going to get killed.'

She adds: 'I'm sorry because the last time it got crazy between us I really did think I was gonna lose my life. And I thought you would do it on accident.

'And I told you that. I said oh my god, I thought the first time.'

Depp replies: 'Amber, I lost a f**king finger man, c'mon. I had a f**king, I had a f**king mineral can, a jar, a can of mineral spirits thrown at my nose. '

Their exchange seems to refer to a violent incident that took place in Australia one month into their marriage in which Depp suffered a severed finger.

He claimed his then-wife 'went berserk' when he asked her to sign a 'postnup' agreement, hurling a Vodka bottle at him which shattered on a marble counter-top and ripped off the tip of his finger.

Heard maintains in court filings, however, that Depp cut the digit off himself during an argument while he was 'drunk and high on ecstasy.'

'You can please tell people that it was a fair fight, and see what the jury and judge thinks. Tell the world Johnny, tell them Johnny Depp, I Johnny Depp, a man, I'm a victim too of domestic violence,' she says on the tape.

'And I, you know, it's a fair fight. And see how many people believe or side with you.' Depp cuts in: 'It doesn't matter; fair fight my a**.'

Heard replies: 'Because you're big, you're bigger and you're stronger. And so when I say that I thought that you could kill me, that doesn't mean you counter with you also lost your own finger.

'I, I'm not trying to attack you here, I'm just trying to point out the fact of why I said call 911. Because I was, you had your hands on me after you threw a phone at my face.

'And it's got crazy in the past, and I truly thought I need to stop this madness before I get hurt.'

Seemingly stunned by his former flame's version of events, Depp can simply reply: 'Oh my god.'

He reminds his ex-wife that she will have to repeat her allegations under oath in court.

'Do you believe all this Amber? Do you believe all this,' Depp asks.

'Yes, the f**k, yes, yes,' Heard replies.

'Do you believe you're an abuser? he asks. 'Do you believe you abused me physically?'

Heard replies: 'Do you know I'm a 115, well not anymore, but I was a 115lb almost 115lb woman. . .have I ever been able to knock you off of your feet? Or knock you off balance?

Depp finally seems to lose his cool when his ex-wife accuses him of spreading rumors she was a stripper, snapping: 'I will f**king see you in court.'

He adds: 'You don't want to make f**king nice nice? I'm trying. I'm trying.

'But you know what? I loved you for so many f**king years but you know what? You didn't exist. You don't exist. You're not there. You're not there.

'You are a f**king made up thing in my head. And I can't believe you are doing this to me.'

The 31-minute recording ends with Depp saying he needs a moment to himself before a door can be heard slamming in the background.

Heard has thus far failed to have her ex-husband's defamation case thrown out or moved from Virginia, where the Washington Post is based, to California. However she did succeed in having it pushed back from last December to August of this year.

Depp's attorney Adam Waldman confirmed the recorded conversation took place while Depp was subject to a restraining order but said Heard initiated the call.

'Ms Heard delivers a chilling message to Johnny Depp any real abuse survivor will instantly recognize: Nobody will believe you. So you better do what I want,' Waldman told DailyMail.com.

'Ms Heard may continue to masquerade as a 'survivor' but the audio tape speaks for itself.'

Heard legal team offered a radically different perspective when provided with a transcript of the tape recording by DailyMail.com, complaining the recording was taken without Heard's consent and was also 'doctored'.

DailyMail.com has decided to publish the audio in its entirety so readers can form their own opinions.

'The latest recording provided to the Daily Mail continues Mr. Depp's ongoing efforts to abuse Ms. Heard,' her spokeswoman said.

'On the transcript of this recording (which notes that it is only a portion of a longer conversation), Ms. Heard repeatedly makes it clear to Mr. Depp that he was physically violent and abusive, that she feared for her life, and that even Mr. Depp's own security guards told her that if she stayed in the relationship, 'she was going to get killed'.

'What is most important on the tape, however, is not what Mr. Depp says, but what he does not say - not once on the tape does he deny Ms. Heard's statements about his violent attacks and the damage they caused, including her broken nose and black eyes.

'In fact, Ms. Heard specifically recalls that during a portion of the conversation not provided to the Daily Mail, Mr. Depp asked Ms. Heard whether she was recording the call and when she answered that she was not, admitted that she was not lying about the fact that he had abused her. As a result, Mr. Depp's use of this doctored recording at this time is not only a fraud and a crime, but an act of desperation.'

Amber Heard's spokeswoman provided the following statement from Dr. Laura Brown, a trauma expert and former president of Society for the Psychology of Women:

'Abuse is attempting to control a victim by any means necessary, including pushing this kind of news story. It is not unusual for victims of physical and emotional abuse to respond by acting to defend themselves.

'But because intimate partner violence is about coercion and control every bit as much as it is about acts of violence, abusers often respond to these acts of self-defense with attempts to reassert control.

'They do so through attempts at coercion, which often include projecting accusations of abuse at their victims for having had the audacity to attempt to defend themselves.

'It is not unusual for the perpetrator of intimate partner violence to try to use the self-defense responses of their targets to claim the mantle of victimhood for themselves.

'This is classic DARVO- Defend, Avoid, Reverse Victim and Offender – the construct developed by Dr. Jennifer Freyd.

'When society and the media buy into these false abuser narratives, they are enabling the perpetrator to re-abuse the victim. We should not be fooled by a DARVO narrative.'

[Sona] Hine Cross (Proxy OC)

I've finally done it. I finally finished an actual sona reference up as well as finally completing a updated digital reference of HINE! I'm so very pleased with this and how my art has progress since his original reference, all those years ago... I actually was able to get up the energy to go fully in depth with his information and soon I'll get to his backstory comic going.

Personality/ Mental State:

Basic summary; Hine is a VERY complex character. He has many layers to his personality which I'll try my best to explain. He is a quiet person with a lot on his mind, constantly bombarded with various thoughts which makes it hard for him to keep track of all that's going on around him. Hine "Zones/ Spaces Out" occasionally and does not realize that you're talking to him, he might even not respond to you in the middle of a conversation. All of these things may come off as rude; but he really doesn't mean to be. Later on in his timeline/ as he grows up, Hine becomes much more of an unstable person, laughing a little too loudly at things (and volume control in general), walking off in the middle of conversations, and tends to get a bit unhinged...

Hine has several mental disorders that can effect his personality:

⊗-Autism: Doesn't pick up on social cues, and it takes him a while to think of a response when in a conversion, in turn he pauses and stutters. With autism comes anxiety, if in a high strung social environment or decision, Hine may have a break down (Sitting down and grabbing his shoulders tightly), He does not let people see him break down, he will go to a private area to try and cool down before coming out into view and acting perfectly fine. This luckily, doesn't happen often as he's trying to cope with his social anxiety. During a conversation Hine may accidentally say something that he doesn't mean, like a mess up of words(Saying something unintentionally mean as he just didn't think how it would sound when spoken or combining two words together.)

⊗-Compulsive liar: He doesn't ever mean to lie, a lot of the times he feels as though a lie is safer than telling the truth and before he even knows what he's done, the person has accepted the lie as truth and he's too afraid to tell them that his response was false. This stemmed from abuse during his life at the orphanage. He currently is trying hard to pull away from this.

⊗-Minorly a Paranoid Schizophrenic: Sometime this disorder makes him feels like everything and everyone has an ulterior motive, even though the thought is completely irrational. Hine mentally beats himself up for having these kinds of thoughts as he feels like he's betraying his loved ones/ friends. The thoughts themselves tend to be of a violently disgusting nature as they try to convince him that everyone is lying. He rarely witnesses hallucinations, mostly just little shadowy things in his peripheral vision.

⊗-Hypochondriac: Do to being mixed with a Slender, and his fear of dying, he constantly feels like his body will just give out on him, or that any sickness no matter how minor will end up killing him in one way or another, he's very paranoid of random aches and pain, irrationally telling himself to accept the fact that he's just going to die.

⊗-Sociopathic Tendencies: Hine has a hard time grasping that other people are just like him and have emotions, thoughts, and a consciousness. He tries quite hard to convince himself that other people are essentially sentient like him.

⊗-Unintentionally Manipulative: When living in the orphanage Hine was treated poorly due to his lack of social abilities and therefore was mostly ignored by the caretakers and fellow children. He desperately tried to figure out ways in order to be able to get a break from the constant chores and duties that he was given since he would not participate in being social with the others. He(not exactly intentionally) developed ways to read people in order to get what he wanted, again, not in a particularly malicious manner. More of just a way of survival.

Habits/ Quirks, Likes, and Dislikes:

⊗-Quirks/ Habits: Hine has quite a few funny little habits. One being collecting, he just adores collecting various things from silverware, to plushies, to seashells, really anything he finds the least bit intriguing and holding sentimental value. He is a little bit of a pack-rat you could say. He also has a bit of a compulsion to essentially "preen" or "groom" himself. For instance; cleaning under his nails, picking fuzz off a shirt, or even idly pulling hairs. He also has a lot of trouble finishing hot drinks, particularly coffee as he tends to forget about them, they get cold, and then he's too lazy to heat them up. Hine is mostly nocturnal as bright lights make him disorientated. Another not so good habit include Stress Smoking developed from watching a certain Slender and a friend smoke and seeing how it relaxed them. He occasionally delves into cannabis (Once Mr.KittyKitty comes around) due to the many medical benefits it has, such as anxiety relief, being more talkative, painkillers, motivation, or to calm him down.

⊗-Likes: He loves long walks alone in nature, particularly next to streams/ rivers either in silence or with music. He loves listening to the wind through the pines, the birds chirping, the sound of rain hitting the underbrush, and classical music. He loves pickled foods/ the taste of vinegar, as well as eating, and cooking in general. He tends to be rather indecisive about his favorite foods as he likes way too many, although salt and vinegar chips, popcorn, pomegranates, and cherries are a few of his favorites. His favorite drinks are Earl Grey Tea and Shirley Temples. Animals he adores are Bears, Raccoons, Ferrets, Ravens, Barn Owls, Coral Snakes, and Cats. He absolutely loves to draw, he makes his own characters and story lines, he also delves into other artistic feats such as crafting, painting with water colors, and sewing. A good book/ movie in the supernatural or horror genre will keep him content for hours. He loves dark humor, and coming up with ridiculous jokes(Blaming that on L.J.), and has a penchant for spouting the most random of facts. He really loves to talk to others and tries his best to keep up with them even though he has a hard time figuring out a response a lot of the time. Lastly, he has a weird enjoyment for the smell of disinfectant chemicals and has a particularly strange fixation on tornadoes...

⊗-Dislikes: He very much dislikes crowded areas, physical interactions, cities, thunder/ loud noises. He's not too fond of overly cutsie things. He can't stand highly sweetened foods or drinks (Candy, Cakes, Chocolate); once in a while/ a craving is fine, but he'd much rather take a bite of fruit. He doesn't care for baking all that much except for making breads at which he's none too shabby at. He doesn't care for bright colors unless they're mixed with dark ones.

Relationships:

⊗-Significant Other: Is in a delightfully happy relationship with flannelRaptors's Character, Johnny.

⊗-Slenders: When he was young, Hine ran away from the orphanage, he found his way into the forest where lovely Splendorman welcomed him with open arms and tendrils. Soon after, Slenderman himself took interest in Hine and became some sort of a strange father figure to him. The other Slenders joined in with helping take care of Hine. Trender helped his practical artistic side, while Splendor helped him understand his emotions, social cues, and tame his wild mental health state, Slender was his stable rock, and Offender schooled him in street smarts and how to deal with the "real" world.

⊗-Other Creepies: As a quiet person, Hine mostly sticks to himself, however if the opportunity presents itself, he absolutely loves talking to and learning about other people's pasts, Likes, etc.

Basic Background Summary:

⊗-Past: When Hine was young his parents were murdered by a trusted family friend they’d met from the church they attended. This person in turn, kidnapped and tortured Hine for quite some time, until Hine was eventually freed. However, as a mentally scarred young boy, shipping him off to an orphanage didn't really bode too well and he eventually ran away to join the Slenders' care and eventually became a "Proxy" to Slenderman.

Basic Background Summary:

⊗-Appearance: Hine has many abilities as shown above, however there are a lot more details and catches than what's written on the reference sheet. As the acronym may explain, Hine does not have any eyes. In an accident in which Hine almost died, Slenderman gave Hine an essential blood transfusion. The Slender blood, being incredibly aggressive, took over a good chunk of Hine's DNA giving him not only Eyeless vision, but also tendrils, an extra set of blood vessels, and a whole new horrible form.

Slender Affected Abilities:

-Hine can still see, but he now has what is called "Slender Vision" which is a 360-degree sight range, meaning he can see in all directions at once, ultimately maddening when first getting used to it. This is one of the reasons why Hine is constantly distracted. The range of sight and focus can be altered however it is rather difficult to do so as he was not born with the ability. Most of the Slenders can see a good mile or so around them while Hine has a shorter, about 50 ft range. Hine, not used to his new vision, rarely turns his head to look at objects that he is focusing on, due to there not being a focal point of eyes, therefore he tends to come off even more blank and emotionless than he really is.

-Hine's tendrils are hidden beneath his skin in what are called "Ports". Hine has a total of eight "ports", 4 on each side of his back. The tendrils can painfully be pushed through his skin at will, ultimately piercing through his back. He's supposed to constantly leave them out so the holes can seal up around them (much like a piercing would), but to do that he would have to keep out of sight from all other non-slender beings, as him being half slender is a well-guarded secret. The tendrils can lengthen and split apart to form thinner smaller pieces due to their "braided nature". However, in the early stages all of Hine's slenderification, his abilities are all INCREDIBLY clumsy.

-Other attributes Hine’s gained include, but are not limited to: heightened versions of all the senses, Moderately increased strength and speed. A bit of an iron stomach (ex: can eat raw meat), and more advanced healing rates (the less severe the slower it heals).

-With all these benefits came quite a few negatives. For instance, until he gets used to it, Hine's depth perception and hand eye coordination is completely off. His two blood types sometimes mix and therefore cause him to become incredibly ill for short periods of times, his varying blood colors also result in a pale yellowish grey complexion. Hine’s body has an unnatural slimness to it; he experiences continuous, nonstop increase in height in addition to having disproportionately long and lengthened arms and legs.(He has to make his own custom clothing.) Due to these things Hine suffers from minor growing pains as well as occasional cravings for human meat/ flesh. (Inherited from the dietary nature of the Slenders)

Hine is a mentally and physically scarred orphan who grew up with all the Slenders as his family. He came close to death at some point, but Slenderman saved him by transfusing his own blood into Hine, resulting in a well-hidden secret. Hine got really cool abilities with a few pretty bad side effects and is now an official Slenderman Proxy.

23.) Who are five of your favorite bands/musical artists

As someone who listens to a lot of music but has a habit of genre hopping, this was a real hard one to answer.

1) The Cure.

It was my partner that really turned me on to The Cure so they’ve always been a sort of musical backdrop to our relationship, and being the first performance I’ve seen at a festival maybe colouring my perception a tad. But to me, The Cure radiates such an energy of perfectionism mixed with chaos that they are the only band who I think could cross the border between Goth and Pop in the way they do. Also the hair.

2). Queen.

So as the original only gay in the village, its no surpise I like Queen. Being brought up from a rock/punk parent exposed me to old Brit Rock. Under Pressure was the first vinyl I really played, reading Good Omens did not help, plus I mean they’re Queen.

3.) Florence + The Machine.

I first heard Florence through Dragon Age II, which alongsides its previous entry I blazed through in a Summer break. From there it was always a consistent background feature. Until I went to see her live in Glasgow, the energy in that room was something I have never before, and haven't experienced soon. It, like all of Florence’s work, was incredibly raw and intimate.

4.) System of a Down/Serj Tankian

5.) Placebo.

Placebo is like a baby Cure, hence the name. They hold a speical place in my heart due to Brian being from Dundee, my local city and being Bisexual and Genderly androgynous. His songs about being an Outsider, always hold a special place.

A.) New Zealand.

Two of my most cherished Friends live in New Zealand, people who I love with so much of my heart. Being on the other side of the globe from them however, means that I don’t get a chance to talk to them as much. So my first goal is to go and hug them.

B.) Japan.

As a culture, Japan is so interesting to me. The countryside, the city, everything is so different from what I know that it’s always been on my bucket list to go and experience it.

C.) Finland.

Again, being a Highlander myself I love the beauty of the Countryside, and Finland has always stuck out to me as unique in its Northern beauties. Somewhere similar to home but unique enough to be fun.26. What’s your favorite season? Autumn. Maybe it’s the Goth in me but something about the transitionary period of Autumn (Fall) makes me so happy. It’s warm but not in the way Summer is where it's overbearing, but instead a manmade warmth of Hot Chocolate, and watching films. Meanwhile it’s cold, but not ear biting Winter cold, instead just enough to create that warmth but still have fun outside. 45. What’s the worst date you’ve ever been on? I haven't been on many dates, but the worst was probably when I was chased by a Gang. Going to hang out with my Girlfriend of the time, her cousin showed up and... he wasn't the most reputable person, he ended up getting in conflict with another local boy (They were in a bad area) and before I knew it I was being chased down by some seriously aggressive young men. They cornered me in a shop, demanded I tell them where he lived (I didn't know, they didn't believe me) held me against a wall and threatened me before an Adult I knew stepped in. Worst part was I went to School with them, so this spilled out over the next year.0/10 would not do again.50. What’s your favorite kind of weather? Petrichor would be the best description. The smell of Rain Water after it has hit soil. So basically the time just after it has rained. It’s nice, and calming. After the Heavens close being around nature as it continues to grow is a lovely feeling. Slight wetness on your shoes, and the freshness of the scenario is lovely.

I know my blog is for my writing but I want to talk about this because I mentioned it briefly before. So about a month or so ago, everyone turned against Amber Heard after a fan account spread around “new evidence” trying to convince everyone she was an abuser. I love amber but I always try to objectively look at situations regarding my favorite celebrities so I have read his documents at the time. And then today I read all 292 pages of Amber’s documents to dismiss the case against her. I believe everyone should form their own opinion based on going through the evidence themselves. I’m not saying you have to believe Amber. I’m not saying believe Johnny either. Make your own decisions based on your own readings.

But personally, I can honestly say that I wholeheartedly believe Amber Laura Heard. And I’m gonna tell you why in the simplest way possible...

Y’all remember when you said she was guilty because she hadn’t responded to his claims and thats what guilt people do?? well... she responded to his claims.

Amber is not being sued for abuse, let's start there. She’s being sued for ruining his name which he lost what?? one role?? He’s very good in the new fantastic beasts though...

The abuse is being brought back up because he claims she was lying. He only refers to one incident through which Amber’s lawyers talk about in their motion.

The reason she is filing a motion for dismissal is that for some reason Johnny filed this in Virginia?? They even say in her motion that they’re willing to fight this case in California where most of the events took place and where all the witnesses and evidence is. They talk about a law which suggests that the reason he would file elsewhere is to make things difficult. To further continue to harass her. they also talk about how it’s likely they’d win if the case was under California's jurisdiction because the laws vary by state.

She wrote a piece about domestic abuse in the Washington post which never explicitly stated he abused her. So technically that’s not defamation against him... it’s more assumed.

Did she do this for financial gain and popularity? I mean she did lose a fashion campaign and a role in a movie after calling him out. People called her a liar and she received death threats etc. To be fair though in the first lawsuit, she was given money but she donated it all to charity. What exactly did she gain here?? And if anyone argues she gained the role of mera then I once again bring up fantastic beasts for Johnny.

He claims he has evidence against her. Maybe he does. We don’t know because he hasn’t provided us with his supposed evidence so are we just supposed to believe him?? At this point his only proof is him saying he didn’t do it.

That picture of his cut finger? Yeah, that was evidence from Amber’s case. She talks about it actually. He did it to himself.

Amber has evidence which she provides and for some reason, everyone is just ignoring it? Everyone is suddenly quiet. She literally has texts which were verified. Images of bruises and injuries taken by herself and friends. Images of scars. Images of the destruction he did in fits of anger. She has videos of her testimony (currently I’ve only seen two brief videos but the court has them all). She has witness testimonies. I looked through it all. Just for fun lets also include the tmz video because that’s pretty hard to watch too.

He claims she admitted to hitting him under oath. And she did, that I agree with but she admitted to doing it in self-defense to protect her sister. Hitting someone in self-defense is not abuse.

Some people use her getting arrested for domestic abuse before against her but the charges were dropped and her ex-girlfriend literally said amber was wrongfully accused.

Am I missing anything?? Don’t get me wrong. As much as a love Amber, I don’t believe she is some perfect little angel who can do wrong, I’m not an idiot. But going through the evidence, I cannot in good conscience side with Johnny Depp. I was a little on the fence before this came out. I believed her but not to the same extent i believe her now. Reading her testimony is one thing but seeing her on video, even briefly, is something else entirely and it’s not nice to watch. There is no cookie cutter version of a victim. Just because she’s not hiding away doesn’t make her any less of a victim. And if anyone starts asking why we didn’t read about all these witnesses or see all this stuff before it was because we weren’t allowed to. They signed a non-disclosure agreement which went out the window the minute Johnny decided to sue amber for 50 million dollars.

First of all, sorry for the bad grammar and run on sentences that may pop up. Second of all, this is the very first playlist I ever put together, ‘criticism’ is welcomed. Hate, especially on the song or band because ‘insert problematic thing band has done’ is not welcomed. I focused on lyrics and the feel of the song. I know my song choices are probably not the same as what you would’ve chosen for Lavi and that’s okay. This is just sort of what I feel is Lavi. If that makes sense.

This sort of ties both to canon!Lavi and my ModernAU!Lavi which is why some songs may feel a bit ooc. Some parts of this playlist may point to possible ships. My intention was to leave this completely ambiguous for all ships (or at least try to, now that I think of it there are a helluva lot pointing towards Allen. Oopsie. Sorry. Blame it on the fact they’re my BROTP I guess). This is Lavi’s playlist in which it is lyric heavy (I have another one coming up that is not lyric heavy and is more nature/introspective/ambient.) Under the cut are the songs I have used, why I have used them, why I have placed them the way I did, as well as some Lavi musings/quotes/ song lyrics (musings will be heavier in my second playlist, not so much in this one. This one is heavy on the quotes and lyrics. Sorry. Next one will be a lot more creative; I promise).

With that, I hope you enjoy. Special thank you to all the 8tracks playlists I listened to. They helped me get a feel for him a lot better. Some songs are included from other playlists. For the most part this playlist was a bit difficult to place songs with. My game plan was to set songs that were faster and more upbeat together. I wanted to do the same with the slower songs as well. However, I also wanted to have some sort of flow going. The beginning of the playlist is supposed to be centered on Lavi’s thoughts and his ‘being’ for the lack of a better term. Later on, in the playlist it’s supposed to show him struggling to maintain distance as he begins to form bonds with the people he’s supposed observe.

I know the songs themselves may seem very back and forth at times, but I think that’s a good way to show his internal struggle. I also know some songs seem to draw out, for instance I have three songs dealing with love (not feeling, not being able to reciprocate, etc). For that I am sorry. I just didn’t know where else to place them and it felt like this was the best fit. As for the two last songs I added, one is to provide the idea that no matter how hard Lavi tries he will always be ‘human’ he will have to continually fight it. The last song is to represent hope (Von is the Icelandic word for hope), whether it be for the war’s end, Allen’s and the other exorcist’s survival, or humanity’s overall survival.

Oshakashama (Translated as Buddah)- Radwimps

I chose this song specifically because I thought the lyrics fit Lavi’s thought processes towards humans quite well. It really takes on the outlook of how stupid humanity can be and how irrational our actions are. The lyrics are very detached sounding. If we are being real, a lot of exorcists go through doubting God and I’m certain Lavi would more than likely do the same. Since the song is in Japanese, I provided the link to the english lyrics.

18: How much do you weigh? 175-190, depends on if I've ate fast food recently or not. More averaged at 186, but it's jumped a lot the past few months. Goal weight is 125.

Carl Perkins: Matchbox ( Side A )

Grim Reaper: See You In Hell ( Side A )

The Grim Reaper is considered an image associated with death, and the guardian of the afterlife. The apparition who appears before “your time” as he transports your soul off to its final place. It’s also the name of a really great metal band from Droitwich, England. They formed in 1979 and didn’t really come to the forefront of American metal fans until the early 80s. A positive write up in the Kerrang! 'Armed and Dangerous' section preceded a breakup of the initial lineup, with only Nick Bowcott remaining. He recruited Dave Wanklin on bass, Lee Harris on Drums and most importantly, Steve Grimmett on vocals. This lineup won a 1982 Battle of the Bands competition featuring over 100 bands, winning studio time to demo new material. Grimmett was then the unofficial vocalist for Cheltenham's Chateaux, who were signed to Darryl Johnston's Ebony Records label, so he handed them the Grim Reaper demo tape and the band was signed. Their debut album was See You in Hell. The album was released in 1984 and was distributed worldwide through RCA Records. Now, there could not BE a more perfect frontman than Steve Grimmett. With the guttural shrills of a Bon Scott, and the range of a Bruce Dickenson he was a perfect blend. This is their debut and this is Grim Reaper. The title track “See You In Hell” takes only a few seconds in to showcase Grimmett’s skill set. He nails the high notes lined right up next to those metal riffs like only the 80s can do. And the vocal sustain at the end!! So over the top it’s actually hard to tell if they’re serious. Then you remember the time frame and realize they’re dead serious. So dead serious that the next song is called “Dead On Arrival “. I can tell you what’s NOT D. O. A. And it’s this mid tempo shredding masterpiece. Stutters and stops just short of actually shattering glass. “Liar” is up next. The band this go around is focused more on big rock. The guitar sound (and all of it really) is so full on this recording for a first effort. Truth be told (#seewhatididthere) “Liar” is a pretty good tune, but definitely filler comparatively. “Wrath of the Ripper” is the last and probably most radio friendly tune of the four cuts. Rugga-chugga plugs of poisonous darts and a sick scythe sequence to keep you in line. You’re best off to just let Grim Reaper R.I.P. (#seewhatididthere) you a new one. Headbanger’s ball all the way. See you in HEAVEN with metal delight on this flight of metallic sonatas! Believe it or not this band still reaps today! Grimmett is the only O. G. (Original Grim [#seewhatididthere] ) left but he carries the banner well. He was born to be a front man and belt it out.

Carl Perkins: Matchbox ( Side A )

Carl Lee Perkins was an American singer-songwriter who recorded most notably at the Sun Studio, in Memphis, beginning in 1954. In fact he’s regarded as one of the founding fathers of modern rock ‘ n ‘ roll. Amongst his best-known songs are "Blue Suede Shoes", "Matchbox" and "Everybody's Trying to Be My Baby". Most people know Sun Records as the label that put out Cash, Presley and Jerry Lee Lewis, and possibly the most influential to all of them, Carl Perkins. Icons such as Hendrix and Clapton cite him as an influence and even Paul McCartney has claimed that "if there were no Carl Perkins, there would be no Beatles.” Yeah, so imagine THAT Lennon!! The guy is a legend to say the least. So one of his aforementioned tunes, “Matchbox” leads us off on this compilation of sorts. Very Blue Suede Shoes sounding and I love the early recording vibe. I mean it was actually recorded in the late 50’s but you can hear things in there that you just don’t get with a modern recording. Guitar and vocals heavy and you KNOW it was done in just one take. It deserves the stinger on the end. Also of note, "Matchbox" is considered a rockabilly classic. The day it was recorded, Elvis Presley visited the studio. Perkins, Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash (who left early) spent more than an hour singing gospel, country and rhythm-and-blues songs while a tape rolled. The performers at this casual session were called the Million Dollar Quartet by a local newspaper the next day. “Gone, Gone, Gone” is as Rock-a-Billy as they come and Perkins hits the high notes well in this one. “Dixie Fried” comes along next and seems to be (possibly) one of the first times the term Rave On is used in popular music. The music is a bit slower than other songs but you won’t mind. They can’t all be barn burners after all!! Perkins certainly knows his way around a guitar and it shows. “Boppin’ the Blues” is a blues standard...riff wise anyhow, and “All Mama’s Children” follows that with a sock hop style jam. Good mid tempo. Totally inventive and well copied, Perkins was very consistent in his sound and style. The only downfall for Carl was that same consistency. There was not a lot of diversity in his portfolio.

So in today’s battle, Grim Reaper hoped to See You In Hell, while Carl Perkins played his Matchbox to light the fires. Nothing sounded grim from the reaper though, as they blitzed through 4 songs in just under 15 minutes and burned 100 calories in the process. That is 25 calories burned per song and an ironic 6.6666667 calories per minute! No, seriously! They earned 8 out of 12 possible stars. Mr. Perkins took 12 minutes to burn 78 calories over 5 songs. He burned 15.60 calories per song and 6.50 calories per minute. Carl earned 8 out of 15 possible stars. Hell or not, it seems that Grim Reaper are seeing themselves as today’s champions!
