Im sorry but i got so focused on the fact that in the new reddit stories they say that 4 tablespoons of olive oil is A LOT. And as someone whose from a culture (bulgarian) that uses LOTS of any cooking oil just got me baffled. Almost 500 calories isn't a lot, pls. (The average intake of calories for adults is 2,000+ - it varies depending on how tall/much you weight).

Like if I make one of my fave salads (shopska) you put at least 2 tablespoons. Then you'll have a main dish which you'll always use at least 2 more tablespoons. And that's for only one meal in the day. Like???

Having a predilection for dyeing my hair means that, apparently, refreshing the color* can neatly slip into the whole 'fuck up your hair to reset your brain' slot of mental illness coping mechanisms.

It's not like... the level of Impulsive that fucking up your hair usually is, given that I bought this stuff over a week ago for this express purpose, and it matches the color I got in-salon a month and a half ago, but it did reset my brain, which is the important part.

* It's almost definitely not called that by anyone who knows what they're doing, but it's what I used it for. The one I got is called Color Crush, by Splat! takes about ten minutes to process, doesn't require bleach, and is cheap enough that it definitely pays out to maintain color between salon visits instead of bemoaning as it all goes faded. It's probably going to make the stylist's job a little harder once I do go back in, but it's supposed to last about 5-10 washes, so I don't think it'll be that big of an issue.
