almost told my therapist about shifting but got scared so i didnt say anything

i think one of the most heartbreaking moment of being a shifter who shifts to escape their original reality’s hurt is whispering “i wanna go home” while sitting on the floor of their bedroom, crying. i say this because yeah, you’re technically already home but it’s not a home you wish to be in any longer which is what makes shifting so much harder, right? i remember seeing people talk about how shifting to escape can create an “unhealthy” relationship with shifting and can make it more difficult. now, i dont know if thats necessarily true or whatever but what am i supposed to do? i dont want to be in this shitty reality anymore. i dont even really care what dr i end up in. JUST LET ME SHIFT. take me to a dr ive thought about once and i’ll be happy just let it be anywhere far from here.

i genuinely can’t wait to shift to my dr dad. i dont even give a fck about my dr s/o anymore- i want my dad.

yeah, of course, i want my dr s/o too but nothing compares to my dr dad.

i can’t wait for the hugs where i feel so safe, the bear hugs. the hugs celebrating something i did well on, the hugs of excitement from him finally being home from deployment, the hugs of comfort during the hard days, the farewell hugs when im off to school or he’s leaving for deployment, the just because hugs. i can’t wait for the soft, encouraging words my dad will say to me. the ���im so proud of you”s, the “good jobs”s, the “it’ll be okay”s, the “i love you”s, the “it’s okay”s. the words of comfort he’ll whisper as i cry in his arms, the words of encouragement he’ll tell me when i do well on something, the words of exasperation when i do something chaotic. i can’t wait for the days when i cant sleep so i just end up climbing into my dad’s bed, stealing all the blankets and then falling fast asleep. hell, i can’t wait for the moments where we’re bickering over something stupid. though, he’ll never yell at me, not even if my attitudinal teenage self is pissing him off.

my dr dad will be my safe place. when i’m with him nothing can hurt me because i’m his little girl and he’ll forever protect me. he’ll protect me with all he has but also allow me room to grow and make mistakes. he’ll always be there to catch me when i fall, figuratively and literally. i’ll be his little princess who’s comfort and safety always comes first.

i can’t wait to shift to my dr dad so then i know what it’s like to have a good dad.

it’s crazy how one can be home sick for home that isn’t on the map. well, technically the house i’ll live in is physically on the map but my home isn’t. you know what i mean? home isn’t just the walls of a structure. home is made of the people or pets that live in the house. the house i look at on the real estate website isn’t my home, not in this reality anyways.

i’m home sick for a home that’s mine in another reality. i’m home sick for people that i can’t be with here, in my original reality. i need to shift but i have no motivation and am tired of waking up disappointed. all i want is to be home in a reality where i can be the best version of myself or be someone else entirely. a home where i have people who actually care and understand me. i long for my desired reality, my home that isn’t on this reality’s map.

idk why ive never fully thought of this or seen people talk about this but something literally all shifters should script is that global warming isn't bad. like- it's supposed to be a better reality, right?? so script that people actually take care of Earth, our one and only home. i know some of yall wanna know your grandkids SO SCRIPT THAT THE WORLD ISNT BASICALLY ON FIRE. also, yall need to script that there's a better alternative to plastic because wtf do you mean there's a whole ass island of plastic in the ocean??? plastic can take twenty to FIVE HUNDRED years to decompose. that actually DISGUSTS me. so, please for the love of whoever you believe in...script that us, as people, managed to significantly lower global warming and found a MUCH better alternative to plastic which makes the use of it rare. SCRIPT IT OR I'LL HAUNT YOUR DREAMS. anyways- love yall and good luck with shifting. i know we can do it!!!!

i know my waiting room isnt really a dr but i need motivation to shift to it since i want to shift there then to my drs. here's some info about my waiting room! :)

in this reality im, ofc, immortal and am the only human life on planet earth but the greek and norse gods exist. oh and mermaids, fairies, and elves exist. loki is kinda a therapist to me because i know he'd understand the multiverse and shifting so i vent/rant/yap about my drs to him. also, since im the only human life on earth, i have powers. i can talk to animals, teleport, summon things, move things with my mind, control elements, and shapeshift. i have a pet raccoon named Bandit, black panther named Nero, two reindeer named Comet & Blitzen, a ring tailed lemur named Cherry, a black german shepherd named Zero, a friesian horse named Midnight, a lipizzaner horse named Stardust, and a green-winged macaw named Jelly Bean. btw, yes, the animals have free range to the world and are very well taken care of. anyways- in this reality my home is on the edge of a forest but also on a beach. the portals to my drs are on a small island out in the ocean, only about ten miles away. im definitely going to enjoy taking fat naps and exploring the world in my waiting room, getting to see an earth where the cities are covered in vines and plants. i also can watch my memories from my drs like reality tv lol

here's some info about my streamer dr!

in this dr i grew up on a kinda small farm/ranch in California then moved to San Fransisco for college. i'm the only daughter, have four brothers, and am the youngest child. i had my son, Toby, when i was 19 (soon to be 20) and a year later started dating two cod (call of duty) cosplayers (yes we're a throuple). im still kinda figuring out this dr but i do have a pet mini lop bunny, a cat, and two dogs. i, obviously, am a streamer but i also post little day in my life vlogs on my youtube channel and used to post cosplaying tiktoks. for my occupation i make advertisements for people's businesses and edit photos/videos for people (e.g.: wedding photos) and i major in multimedia at my university. i mainly play minecraft, the sims4, or call of duty while streaming and occasionally roblox. i also have a streaming community for calm streamers (aka people who arent screaming constantly and if theyre talking, it's at a normal/gentle tone). in this dr i mainly like exploring the city and traveling! i have a podcast similar to Rotten Mango where i talk about rough topics. some episode are more serious and others are a bit sillier.

now this is a dr ive already introduced on tumblr but i'll give a quick intro on here!

in this dr im captain john price's daughter. i came into his life when he was only 20 so his dad (my grandpa) stepped in to help him raise me. i primarily live in an apartment in the England town called Herne Bay. im probably going to shift in when im about seven years old because i want to experience a better childhood. in this dr i have a LOT of things i love doing. i love horse back riding, going for hikes/runs, traveling, crocheting, drawing/painting/coloring, playing guitar/piano, reading, playing volleyball/soccer/badminton, surfing, archery, and rock climbing. in this dr im a sporty academic, always making sure to keep my grades up but also keep myself healthy. i have (as of 2025) four horses, two cats, one mini lop bunny, two outdoor cats, one dog to watch/protect the horses, and five doggos. also, the tiktoker, @camfant , is my s/o!

this is another dr i already introduced on here but here's a quick intro to it.

in this dr i'm eminem's daughter and hailie jade's little sister. im a singer and actress in this dr! my first boyfriend (second relationship since my first relationship was with a girl) was the rapper XXXTENTACION (Jahseh Onfroy). our relationship definitely wasn't the best and we broke up before the end of high school but about a year later we got back together. when we got back together my dad stopped talking to me in hopes it'd make me realize that Jahseh wasn't a good person. though, i didnt realize it until i got pregnant with Jahseh's child. about eleven days after finding out i was pregnant Jahseh and i got in an argument to which i threw the engagement ring at him, grabbed my pets, and drove to my co-star, Anthony Mackie's, house in New Orleans because i knew i'd be safe there and he’s like an uncle to me. after crashing at Mackie's house for the day i drove to Michigan where my dad's house was. time skip to 2020 Jahseh's best friend, Stokeley Goulbourne (the rapper Ski Mask The Slump God), came to my apartment because it had been about two years since he had seen me and confessed his love to me, choosing me over his best friend. we then started dating and got married in 2022 and shortly after had twin girls.

Why do you choose to be a teenager? Do you live in the barracks with the soldiers?

well im now gonna shift in when im seven but my answers are still the same lol- i chose to be a teen/kid because then i can have better memories and child/teenhood

me and price (my pops) mainly live in an apartment in London but i do occasionally sleepover at base! :)

(soap helps with my science projects when i sleep over at base (he’s banned from science experiments because the amount of times he’s almost burned the base kitchen to the ground))
