Tired Concept:

I am tired of crying

So I turned my tears into paint to show you the stories I have lived and imagined

I am tired of aching

So I broke my aching bones and turned them into brushes, a tool I use to show you my strength and my pains

I am tired of being broken

So I stopped destroying myself and used those paints and brushes to heal and make something worthy of adoration

I am tired of living,

But I have just started in life and even though I feel like failure and depression,

I know my creations will make someone happy,

And that's enough to keep me going,

Even if it's only for one more tired day.

WHEN IN DOUBT STOP !!

Being creative is scary, and these past seven weeks have been a stressful exploration of my creative skills, fun, but a learning experience nonetheless. This process was more than just a journey through my creative side. This is the last post in this series FROM MESS TO MIRACLE, where I am going to explain and show you guys the end result of this 7-week creative journey. 

This whole process started with an idea to create a painting based on the Theme: FROM MESS TO MIRACLE, with an art style that I have never tried before to make it a bit more creative. I am incredibly excited to show you guys this painting and explain why I think this might be the best piece I have ever created ( for myself ).

I have never started a painting not knowing what the end result would look like. I am extremely fussy and an extreme perfectionist when it comes to making art and for the first time following along this creative course and pushing myself to new limits I feel like I have created something truly organic and a piece that truly expresses who I am and what I feel. I hate looking back at so many of my previous artworks and telling myself “ jip that’s where I should have stopped”, but not this time. For the very first time I put the paintbrush down and I knew this is it, no need for anything more, and I felt at peace with what I have created. I hope everyone enjoyed the journey with me and took some inspiration or new ideas from this 7-week experience. I hope everyone loves the end result and feel as happy as I do with the finished product. Hopefully ill see you guys soon !!!!

After going to the Open House at Art League of Long Island today I felt the need to come home and relax by doing my best #wassilykandinsky impersonation. He used paint and was far more elegant. ALL ROADS LEAD TO ROME

Welcome back to the blog of creations. This is part 6 of the 7-week journey. Crawling closer and closer to the end product. Only one more week left until I reveal the end product of this 7-week creative process. Hopefully, the end product is something that you guys expected and really like, I must say I am extremely happy with the outcome so far !!!  

COURAGE!

I can truly say that after 6 weeks of this creative process, I truly think I have the courage now to show my art to the world !! It took me 6 weeks to work on this project and realize so many things about myself that I wouldn’t have realized if not for this project. This was more of “who am i” and “who do I want to be” than just the final product. I am definitely going to try and work more like this in the future, it’s almost over, and it was quite the experience so far. This is something I would truly recommend if you want to try something new and exciting and if the process is just as important as the final result. These 6 weeks have shown me that it’s not just how you got to the result but why you took that certain road to get there, and how that road changed you as you progressed closer and closer to the end. 

In the next few days I will show some pictures of parts of the painting that is finished, but nothing that will spoil what the painting is about.
