How to keep kids entertained outside and in
The absence of school, nursery and play dates has left parents looking for additional ways to entertain tots, tweens and inbetweens. Pinterest reports a 1708% increase in searches for garden obstacle courses alone!
That’s a huge increase, but perhaps it’s not surprising given the beautiful weather we’re having in parts of the UK. Not to mention the fact that an outdoor obstacle course is an activity that stimulates the mind and tires the body.

It's that time of year...school is out for summer and orders for year-end teacher gifts are out for delivery! I remember the excited feeling of starting summer holidays when I was a kid, and I remember my mom doing her best to keep my sister and I busy...mornings were for basketball camp, and my sister and I would walk home and make a late lunch (usually melting cheese on something), and then spend the afternoon watching The Price is Right. We were weird kids...we were also not very sporty so basketball was not our forte! What do you have planned to keep your kids busy this summer? * * * * * #schoolisout #summerholidays #summerbreak #panic #kidsarehome #teachergifts #yearendgifts #masonjar #flowersofinstagram #thanksforhelpingmegrow #gardeninajar #flowerpower #keepthekidsbusy #schooliscool #summercamp #sunsoutfunsout #yycmaker #mint #funwithpaint #giftsforteachers #containergardening #flowerpot #flowersforteachers #Wheatlandmaker #thepriceisright #summerbasketball #rusticchic #countrychic #HistorymeetHandmade https://ift.tt/2ySKBML
